WHAT PRICE FREEDOM? - One Man's Line In The Sand

"Give me Liberty or give me Death!!" A phrase delivered by
American Patriot Patrick Henry at the time of the founding of our
Country.
Many contemporary Patriots are quick to quote it. Yet few
will put it all on the line and live it!
This author did so and continues to do so.
"My Country Tis of Thee, Sweet Land of Liberty, Of thee I
Sing." Remember that song? Have you heard it sung lately?
My Fellow Americans, we are losing our Country, our
Constitutional Republic to tyrants, that we, the Sovereign People,
the True government have put into office and imbued them with
Limited Sovereignty in order to carry on the People's business.
Disconcerted Patriots talk and talk, and talk about our
freedoms being stripped away, but NO ONE does anything about it.
Well, dammit, I HAVE!!
The American People are daily being defrauded by their
so-called Public Servants who are naught but Wolves in Sheep's
Clothing.
They commit Treason when they subvert the Constitution they
have taken a sworn oath to uphold and support.
Our public Servants have declared a War on Terrorism,
targeting the Unalienable Rights of the Sovereign People whom they
blithely label "Paper Terrorists -- Enemies of the State."
How do I know this is so? Because it happened to me, a
67-year-old, honorably retired Police Sergeant who, until I acted to
hold my public servants accountable for their corruption and
criminality, had never had a blemish on my record.
One of the Greatest Frauds perpetrated against the American
People is the Constructive Fraud of imposing Driver's Licenses and
Automobile Registration upon a non-commercial traveling American
Public. They, our elected/appointed officials, infringe upon the
Unalienable Right of the American people to travel on their
publicly-owned roadways without first seeking permission from their
public servants. When servants abuse the authority given them and
consider themselves Masters, the way of the Tyrant is born.
Are We the People Masters of government, or are we Slaves?
That is a question each must ask themselves. I have asked it and
answered it for myself.
Behind public relation, kindly and wise-appearing fascades,
lie enemies of the U.S. Constitution who threaten our God-Given
Unalienable Rights.

I am but one man. I have put it on the line to the point of
near death while incarcerated at the Josephine County Jail after
standing up publicly to the corruption of the Josephine County
Judiciary.
How do we take back our country? Decisively and Lawfully.

contract with the State of Oregon. I had already rescinded my
Oregon Driver's License in 1999 and have since been traveling the
Oregon Roadways while asserting my Unalienable Right to Travel.

Read the 23 proofs of claim contained in the "CONDITIONAL
ACCEPTANCE FOR VALUE -- REQUEST FOR PROOF OF CLAIM" sent to
JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY CLAY E. JOHNSON and other agents
of the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE who have refused to
answer and thereby stand in default. See:

It is the cover up of my false arrest and subsequent
imprisonment which would be exposed if the 23 questions, accompanied
by affidavit, were answered by the STATE/DISTRICT ATTORNEY, that
caused JOCO DISTRICT ATTORNEY JOHNSON TO call in the OREGON STATE
ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE to indict and try me as a "Paper Terrorist."
It is also these unanswered 23 questions accompanied by
affidavit which accounts for JOSEPHINE COUNTY AUTHORITIES/JUDICIARY
to THROW ME OUT OF JAIL dumping me off at the curb of Grants Pass
Oregon's Three Rivers Hospital Emergency Room for fear that I would
die while in their custody. You see, they would be unable to
continue the public cover up of their crimes any longer should I
pass away.
I know not what course others may tack, but I have already DRAWN MY LINE
IN THE SAND. GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH!!
My question of each of you who read this is: Have you drawn
YOUR LINE IN THE SAND?
