Rather Bunk

CNN just had the 25-year-old editor of Popular Mechanics, the cousin of the Homeland Security chief Michael Chertoff, appear on Anderson Cooper’s show, Anderson Cooper 360°, masquerading as independent in his “scientific” debunking of the “wild” 9/11 conspiracy theories. This supposedly scientific analysis was pure bunk, consisting of outright lies, distortions, and straw men. This is freedom to propagandize, not freedom of the press! This is fraud! Since it involves national security, I call it treason.

If Dan Rather can get fired for showing false documents that nonetheless told the truth, we should ask that Anderson Cooper and his producers be fired for giving a Bush shill credibility without checking his facts or the people they discredited with his “facts.”

I know their response, “We’d Rather not.”
