A letter we must send to every
representative in

document, address it to all of your elected representatives and ask them to
respond to the content.
Dear
(My
Elected Representative Name)
As
my elected public servant you have taken an Oath Of Office to uphold and defend
the United States Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. It is
this Oath of Office that has given me cause to write this letter.
I
guess it is safe to say, that for too many years, I was asleep at the wheel,
not paying close attention to what was happening in

monetary system is in shambles, our borders wide open, we are losing jobs by
the millions, we are told that we are not in charge of our children’s
education, our travel is restricted, God is being kicked out of our way of
life, we must sign contracts with government, and accept what the Constitution
prescribes as rights, as privileges, and the list goes on.
Our
Constitution seems to be “ignored” and has almost has become “extinct”.
Our
Bill of Rights is watered down through judicial legislation.
The
United Nations seems to be playing a significant role in
Americans
are questioning that horrific day in September 2001. With questions like,” who
did it?” and “how did it happen”?
Americans
are questioning our monetary system, yet only one elected representative is
demanding the abolishment of the Federal Reserve Board.

Who
are we to believe?
What
are we to believe?
What
is really going on?
How
is this happening?
When
the very people we elected and trusted, like yourself, are not UPHOLDING
The
Internet has been a powerful tool for people to find answers to questions about
our government and its history.
History
we were not taught in public schools.
History
that has caused millions like me to question elected representatives like you.
It
is some of this history I would like to share with you. Although it I think any
elected representative would be hard pressed to claim no knowledge of what I am
about to share, I chose to give you the benefit of the doubt.

real world is living, breathing, and bleeding people.

In order for a fictional person to deal with real people
there must be a connection, a liaison, and a go-between. This can be something
as simple as a contract. When both "persons," the real and the
fictional, agree to the terms of a contract, there is a connection,
intercourse, and dealings, there is a communication, an exchange. There is
business!

The drivers license, marriage license, mortgage agreement,
medical bills, phone bill, gas bill, electric bill, credit cards, banking
statements, bank checks, education loan documents, all communications from the

did this happen?
It all began with parents doing what they thought the law
compelled them to do, the recording of our birth with government and receiving
a Live Certificate of Birth.
Our birth certificates became the conduit, transmitting utility, liaison,
the UNITED STATES INC. used in the creation of our fictional entity to
"connect" the fictional person, and fictional world in which it
exists, to the real world, our first contract with government.
Americans did not question that they had given their child
a name, and the family given name (John Doe Public) in upper and lower case
letters, and that it had been altered to all CAPITAL LETTERS (JOHN DOE PUBLIC)
as the recorded name on the certificate.
It is this document,
voluntarily provided by unsuspecting loving parents, which moved us from sovereign legal status to all contractual corporate citizens’ status.
Since the day of our
birth, there have been two (2) of us. One a corporation, it cannot speak,
see, touch, smell, etc, the other a living, breathing, and bleeding human soul.

There is No Law
requiring a Certificate of Birth; yet free sovereigns believing what their
government elected representatives told them, did it voluntarily, trustingly
believing it was what they had to do.
From
there on Americans did what they believed they ‘had to do’ and began
voluntarily signing contracts with government.
1. signed
an application for a Social Security Number.
2. signed
an application for a driver’s license.
3. signed
an application for voter registration.
4. signed
an application for a marriage license (no law requires that unless you wish to
intermarry, marry a person of a different race than yourself).
5. signed
a license to engage in business or occupation.
6. signed
a 1040 form and filed it with the

an application for a permit to build a house, enter into business, collect
rents, or whatever else you were asked to do.
8.
signed mortgage contracts, credit card contracts, loan
agreements, etc.
9.
signed any document put before them with
their name written in all capital letters…their STRAW
Yet there is no law requiring that
Americans must sign any of the above!

The order (proclamation) issued by
HJR-192 states, in part, that "Every provision
contained in or made with respect to any obligation which purports to give the
oblige a right to require payment in gold or a particular kind of coin or
currency, or in any amount of money of the United States measured thereby, is
declared to be against public policy, and no such provision shall be contained
in or made with respect to any obligation hereafter incurred. Every obligation,
heretofore or hereafter incurred, whether or not any such provisions is
contained therein or made with respect thereto, shall be discharged upon
payment, dollar for dollar, in any such coin or currency which at the time of
payment is legal tender for public and private debts."
HJR-192 goes on to state: "As used in this resolution,
the term 'obligation' means an obligation (including every obligation of and to
the United States, excepting currency) payable in money of the United States;
and the term 'coin or currency' means coin or currency of the United States,
including Federal Reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal Reserve banks
and national banking associations."
HJR-192 superseded Public Law (what passes as law today is
only "color of law"), replacing it with public policy. This
eliminated our ability to PAY our debts, allowing only for their DISCHARGE.
When we use any commercial paper (checks, drafts, warrants,
federal reserve notes, etc.), and accept it as money, we simply pass the unpaid
debt attached to the paper on to others, by way of our purchases and
transactions. This unpaid debt, under public policy, now carries a public
liability for its collection. In other words, all debt is now public.

were never told, with full and open disclosure, what our government officials
were planning to do and why.

were never told that government (the UNITED STATES) was a corporation, a

were never told that government had quietly, almost secretly, created a shadow,

were never told, openly and clearly with full disclosure of all the facts, that
since

were never told that all Americans and their children, and their children, and
their children, and all future generations had been pledged as collateral, mere
chattel, for the debt created by government officials who committed treason in
doing so.
We
were never told that government quietly and cleverly changed the rules, even the
game itself, and that the world they perceive as real is in fact fictional and
all for their benefit.
We
were never told that the STRAW
We
were never told we were being treated as property, as slaves, while living in
the land of the free and the home of the brave, and that we could, easily, walk
away from the fraud.
The
government has used the power of contracts, commerce, to take control of all
Americans.
We
were never told that a contract, voluntarily signed, overrides the
Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and any other document other than another
contract.
We
were also, never told, that no process of law, "color" of law, under
present codes, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, etc., can operate upon
them, no agent or agency of government, including courts, can gain jurisdiction
over them, WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT.
Millions are awakening to the truth.
What
do you think the American people will do as they discover the truth; that their
country may be taken over by foreign outsiders, that they are slaves to mortal
enemies, that they have been tricked and betrayed by their elected
representatives?
What
do you think they will do when they realize their public servants, elected
representatives, willingly or stupidly became parties to the plunder,
bankruptcy, subjugation, and ruin of their lives and country?
What
would be your defense or explanation on how these lies and half-truths that
have gone unchallenged under your watch?
Ignorance
of the law, moral and natural law, is no excuse.
Honor
is earned by honesty and integrity, not under false and fraudulent pretenses.

our rights, we must return to the constitutional republic we are and STOP THE

government and courts with our “Individual Declaration of Independence” our
“Denial of Corporation Existence” and put our elected representatives on notice
that we are living, breathing souls, not created by government, created by the
almighty.

ever exposed any of this to your constituents?
2. Or will you expose this to your
constituents when you learn the truth?
