 Recommended Items to Bring to Dr. Gary Null's Retreat

1. Journal or notebook with pens
2. Indoor shoes (Thongs or Flip Flops) - Place your Name on them
3. Outdoor Shoes / Comfortable walking shoes with socks
4. Legal Release Form (mandatory)
5. Personal items such as healthy soap, healthy deodorant, toothpaste, Essential oils (No perfumes)
6. Vitamins or supplements or medicines you normally take
7. Maxi Dresses or clothing other than for exercise
8. Shorts, Capri's, short sleeve shirts, swim suit, beach towel
9. Hair band or clips
10. Growth directive reading material for nighttime
11. Stainless steel drink container for your personal use
12. Your special pillow if driving or have room to bring
13. A Fan if driving
14. Healthy Sunscreen
15. Minimize your credit cards and personal belongings - NO I PODS, CD's
16. Cell phones are allowed but for limited use
17. A Tote Bag for daily use

Prior to a week before leaving for the retreat, start cutting off your coffee intake, cut out all meats and start exercising 30 minutes per day

You will be having a plenty of quiet time!!!
