Numerous critical items (Healthcare, Cap & Trade, Legal and Illegal Immigration, etc.) should be on all (knowledgeable) Americans’ radar screen but nothing is more important than stopping the Federal governments tracking technology: Both the Real ID Act and The PASS Act will result in Americans being enrolled into a single global biometric identification system that links a person's body to their ability to buy and sell.
“With the use of biometrics and other technologies including RFID and information sharing technologies the federal government will control the people and the states rather than the states and the citizens controlling the federal government. State laws must exist that prohibit the use of these technologies against citizens. It is long past due for the states to define within state law what they the states will or will not do.”

Mark White Eagle, Native American Shoshone medicine man and shaman, and his family which is a horrifying example of agencies run amok – it started with his dispersing of herbal formulas from his herbal shop and escalated into unbelievable tragedy for he and his family:

“On June 18, 2006, the Travalino family’s nightmare began. A woman, who had been diagnosed by her doctor with advanced cancer and had submitted to chemotherapy and other drugs to no avail, was at the Travalino home for a consultation and to receive herbal treatment. Her daughter who lived in another state and didn’t approve of her mother’s decision to try herbs to treat her cancer, contacted the Chaves County Sheriff’s Department to go to the Travalino home to check on her mother. When the sheriff’s deputies arrived at the home, the woman answered the door, stepped outside the house and told the deputies that she was fine, and there of her own volition. The story should have ended there.”
