Ketchup Recipe

This is one of the best ketchup recipes I have found and it has no
gmo items. I can't imagine anyone not liking this.

I don't use the amounts on the ingredients as so much of it is to
individual taste. I will tell you approximately what I used.

1 ripe tomato
1T. Bragg's apple cider vinegar *
Himalayan salt to taste *
1t. garlic powder* or one clove of garlic
1T. chopped onion or onion powder
1/2 t. black pepper*
1/4 t. ground allspice* (to taste)
1/4 to 1/2 t. ground ginger*
1/4 t. ground cinnamon*
cayenne pepper to taste*
1 clove or ground cloves
1 small can organic tomato paste

Blenderize all the above ingredients and there you have your ketchup. You may want to vary the ingredients to your taste, for instance, I used moreApple Cider Vinegar. After awhile you will get to be known for your ketchup and no one will want the gmo off the shelf non-living high fructose corn syrup confection called ketchup. Nearly all the store brands, (Heinz, Del Monte etc) are genetically modifiedketchups.
