Strawberry Spinach Salad

Strawberry Spinach Salad

½ cup olive oil
½ cup sugar (I now use Agave instead)
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon dried minced onion
1 Tablespoon poppy seed
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds

Mix well and toss with one bag of spinach and one pint of sliced strawberries, serve immediately.
Note: I usually double the strawberries because I like a berry in every bite! I also like to add cashews. For those who do eat meat, grilled chicken would be a good addition.
