VINEGAR PIE

 

VINEY'S VINEGAR PIE

1 stick butter--melted and cooled
2T flour
1 C sugar--I use raw sugar
1 T vanilla
2 T vinegar
3 whole eggs
(I added 1/2 C whole milk)
1- 9" baked pie crust

Combine butter, vanilla, sugar, flour vinegar and eggs. Pour into pie shell and bake @ 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
