This bus was spotted in Teton Park, Wyoming

We found the wording and pictures unusual on this bus. As you can see it says 'America Asia' and the American flag appears to be upside down with the stars on the bottom. Also, in front of the flag is a bald eagle with what appears to be a rising sun above its head.
