Alberta, Manitoba, and Other Provinces Refuse to Take Part in Justin Trudeau’s Gun Grab

Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, and other provinces are refusing to take part in implementing Canadian PM Justin Trudeau’s gun grab.

On September 28, 2022, Breitbart News reported that Trudeau’s “assault weapons” ban includes confiscatory policies that required police cooperation, and that Alberta Justice Minister Tyler Shandro made clear he would not enforce it.

European Energy Crisis Making EV Battery Plants “Unfeasible”

We’ve already written this month about how the “tax break” incentive to buy an EV is starting to vaporize into thin air in places like Japan and the U.K.. Now, the irony continues, as rising costs of energy in Europe, helped along by “green” energy policies, are making industrial projects like battery cell factories “unfeasible”.

Volkswagen brand CEO Thomas Schaefer said this week that investments in German and EU projects will no longer make financial sense if “policy makers fail to control ballooning energy prices in the long-term”, according to the Times.

In a post on LinkedIn, Schaefer said: “Unless we manage to reduce energy prices in Germany and Europe quickly and reliably, investments in energy-intensive production or new battery cell factories in Germany and the EU will be practically unviable. The value creation in this area will take place elsewhere.”

Last week, French and German economy ministers proposed an outline for policy cooperation that Schaefer claims “falls short in crucial areas and does not address the envisaged priorities”, the report says.

“Outdated and bureaucratic state-aid rules” fail to focus enough on “the short-term ramp-up, scaling and industrialisation of production,” he said.

Nonprofit Blood Donation Service Starts Matching Unvaccinated Patients With Donors

Swiss naturopathic physician George Della Pietra believes people worldwide should be free to choose whether to get a COVID-19 vaccine injection or not.

He believes the same should hold for those receiving transfusions with “vaccinated” blood.

“The problem is right now we have no choice,” said Della Pietra, founder of the nonprofit Safe Blood Donation service, matching unvaccinated blood recipients with donors in 65 countries.

“It was very clear from the beginning that the COVID hype was way out of control,” Della Pietra said. “It was not as dangerous as they say it was.

“As a naturopath, I can make no sense of this pandemic, which was never really a pandemic. It leaves space for so many explanations.”

Della Pietra believes that an mRNA injection is more dangerous than the pharmaceutical companies are willing to admit. He said the growing numbers of adverse reactions are reason to question their safety and effectiveness.

Beijing COVID-19 Control Staff Strike Over Owed Wages

Amid the COVID protests and the chaos caused by the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) “zero-COVID” policy, some of the regime’s pandemic control staff in Beijing went on strike in recent days and protested in front of government office over owed wages.

In a video provided by an interviewee, dozens of epidemic control staff gathered to protest in front of the Anzhen Sub-district Office in Chaoyang District, Beijing. They shouted: “Pay up my hard-earned money!” Someone shouted: “Pay up! I risked my life to earn the money!” The incident was widely spread on the Internet. Since then, the videos have been deleted from China’s social media platforms by the CCP’s cyber monitors.

US Dismisses Fraud Charges Against Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou

A federal judge in New York dismissed financial fraud charges against Huawei’s chief financial officer, Meng Wanzhou, four years after her arrest strained relations between the United States and China.

“It is hereby ordered that the third superseding indictment in the above-captioned matter as to the defendant Wanzhou Meng is hereby dismissed with prejudice,” District Judge Ann Donnelly said on Dec. 2.

Meng, the daughter of Chinese telecom giant Huawei’s founder, entered a deferred prosecution agreement with U.S. prosecutors last year, in which she admitted to misleading global institutions about Huawei’s Iran business.

Under the agreement, the government would put the prosecution on hold until December 2022 and drop the case altogether if the defendant complies with the specified conditions in the agreement.

U.S. Attorney Carolyn Pokorny on Dec. 1 submitted the request to dismiss the charges against Meng, claiming that there was no information that Meng had violated any terms of the agreement through Dec. 1.

700,000 Households in Ireland, Population 5m, in Energy Poverty Due to Gas Crisis, Carbon Taxes: MPs

Around 700,000 households in Ireland are now in energy poverty as a result of the ongoing European Union gas crisis, MPs have claimed.

Elected representatives from the Rural Independent Group have claimed that 700,000 households have been put into energy poverty, with TDs — the Irish equivalent of MPs (Members of Parliament) — claiming that the government’s continued implementation of carbon taxes and failure to implement any sort of caps have dramatically worsened the situation.

France Could Suffer ‘Significant’ Food Spoilage Due to Power Cuts

A federation of French supermarket chains has warned of significant waste of fresh products in the event of possible power cuts in the country this winter, with those in rural areas much more likely to face outages.

Franck Charton, general delegate of Perifem, a French federation of supermarket chains, explained that companies are already preparing for power outages over the winter months and while they should be notified the day prior to any planned outages at 9:30 p.m., Charton said the time is too short for them to react.

Musk Says Twitter Suppressed Free Speech Under Orders From Government

Elon Musk suggested that Twitter was acting under government orders to suppress free speech, with his remarks coming hot on the heels of the release of a trove of documents that lift the lid on some of the social media platform’s censorship machinations around the 2020 presidential election.

“Twitter acting by itself to suppress free speech is not a 1st amendment violation, but acting under orders from the government to suppress free speech, with no judicial review, is,” Musk said in a tweet late Friday.

Musk’s remarks came in the context of Friday’s unveiling of a series of internal Twitter communications that give insight into steps taken by staff at the social media platform around suppressing the New York Post’s explosive Hunter Biden laptop story.

FBI Coordination With Big Tech Censorship Ahead of 2020 Election Revealed in Agent Deposition, Missouri AG Says

Officials from the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security frequently met with major social media companies ahead of the 2020 election and pointed out users and pieces of content for removal, according to information from a deposition of a senior FBI agent revealed by a state Attorney General.

“We found that the FBI plays a big role in working with social media companies to censor speech—from weekly meetings with social media companies ahead of the 2020 election to asks for account takedowns,” said Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt in a Dec. 2 series of tweets, three days after deposing Special Agent Elvis Chan, who is in charge of cyber affairs at the FBI San Francisco Field Office.

Chan has given major social media companies warnings that have led them to censor information about a laptop belonging to Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, shortly before the election that put Biden in office, according to a lawsuit against the Biden administration led by Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry.

North Carolina County Declares State of Emergency over Power Outage Believed to Be Caused by Gunfire

Moore County, North Carolina, is suffering a massive power outrage that authorities believe may have been intentionally caused via gunfire.

More than “40,000 [county] residents were powerless on Sunday afternoon after two substations were taken out by gunfire on Saturday night,” FOX News noted.

Moore County began to fail around 7 p.m. Saturday and law enforcement believes it was “intentional vandalism,” NPR reported.

Moore County Sheriff Ronnie Fields said, “We faced something last night, here in Moore County, that we’ve never faced before. But I promise you, we are going to get through this, and we are going to get through this together.”

Trump Responds to Elon Musk’s Twitter Revelation

Former President Donald Trump responded to the release of “The Twitter Files” this weekend, decrying what he described as official corruption across the federal government and in big tech firms.

“The same level of Fraud took place with the other Big Tech companies, if not even worse (if that’s possible?),” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “We are living in a VERY CORRUPT COUNTRY &, AS THEY ARE SAYING ALL OVER THE INTERNET, ‘NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT BECAUSE THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT & FBI ARE TOTALLY CORRUPT.’ But they’ll keep investigating ‘boxes’ that were legally & openly taken from the W.H.”

“Does anybody notice that the LameStream Media is REFUSING to report about, even a simple mention” on the Twitter revelations, he asked. “Watch closely, you will see barely a mention. We have a CORRUPT MEDIA the likes of which has never been seen before, but fear not, we will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

His comments were prompted after Twitter owner Elon Musk posted and endorsed journalist Matt Taibbi’s “The Twitter Files” thread, which detailed alleged attempts by Twitter’s former management to suppress the New York Post’s October 2020 report about Hunter Biden’s laptop and his alleged business connections to then-candidate Joe Biden.

Arizona Set to Certify the Lake-Hobbs Race; Here Are 3 Key Takeaways

Arizona Republican candidate for governor Kari Lake said “stay tuned” as the Copper State is going to officially certify the controversial gubernatorial race between her and Katie Hobbs on Monday.

Lake, who lost by less than one percentage point to Hobbs and has refused to concede, cannot file her lawsuit under Arizona law until state officials certify the election results. That process will take place on Dec. 5, when Arizona’s governor, secretary of state, attorney general, and chief justice will validate the election outcome based on official results submitted by the state’s 15 counties.

In a video posted on social media, Lake said her lawsuit will include “at least one smoking gun” based on whistleblowers who have contacted her campaign. “I’m working with a team of patriotic, talented lawyers on a legal case to challenge the botched elections,” she said, adding that they will file the lawsuit per Arizona state law.

“And you’ll want to stay tuned for this one,” she said. “Trust me.”

Lake plans to sue Arizona’s largest county next week to overturn her election loss, sources familiar with the matter told TIME, as the state’s election system is beset by turmoil more than three weeks after Election Day.

Opponents File Second Federal Challenge Against Oregon’s New Gun Measure

With less than a week before Oregon enacts the most restrictive gun measure in the nation, a second legal challenge has been filed in federal court. Meanwhile, firearm sales continue to set records in the state.

Passed with just 50.7 percent of the vote, Ballot Measure 114 requires Oregonians to undergo a background check and take a class, which does not yet exist, to obtain a firearm permit. It also bans magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.

The measure is set to take effect on Dec. 8, essentially halting legal gun sales in the state.

Twitter Staff to Be Grilled Before Congress for Censoring Hunter Biden Laptop Story: Rep. Comer

The top Republican on the House Oversight Committee said that Twitter staff involved in suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story ahead of the 2020 presidential elections will face Congress and testify about their actions.

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the GOP ranking member on the Committee, made the remarks in a Friday appearance on Fox News after Twitter’s new owner Elon Musk dropped part one of the so-called “Twitter Files,” an expose of the inner workings of Twitter’s censorship machine.

“Every employee at Twitter who was involved in suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story will have an opportunity to come before Congress and explain their actions to the American people,” Comer told program host Sean Hannity.

Musk and independent journalist Matt Taibbi on Friday unveiled a series of internal Twitter communications that give insight into steps taken by staff at the social media platform around suppressing the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story.

Republicans have long accused Twitter—and some media outlets—of suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story, which included reporting that bolstered claims that the president lied when he said he had no involvement in his son’s overseas business dealings.

DeSantis Rejects Idea Republicans Are Being ‘Divided’ After Midterm Performance

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis pushed back on views of a division in his party following the 2022 midterm elections, and addressed why he thought Republicans underperformed expectations.

“I think the election was interesting,” the newly reelected Florida governor said after a Thursday press conference in Key Biscayne, Florida, pointing to President Joe Biden’s lagging approval rate under economic uncertainty. “We assume we were going to end up with like 245 House members, we are 222, which is a huge underperformance. The question is, why did that happen?”

The remarks came as the governor took questions from an attendee who mentioned that Republicans are being “divided” nationally. “I don’t think it’s a question of necessarily being divided as a party,” DeSantis said in response. “It’s like, ‘OK, how do you run and win majorities?’”

In the wake of his landslide victory with a double-digit lead over his rival, the rising GOP star has been taking credit for Republican leadership in Florida, and said the Sunshine State has presented a “blueprint for success” for the Republican Party looking forward.

Texas Steps Up Border Militarization with Deployment of 10 Armored Carriers

Texas Governor Greg Abbott ordered the deployment of ten M113 armored personnel carriers to the state’s southern border with Mexico. The action by the Texas governor is in response to the federal government’s anticipated ending of the Title 42 migrant expulsion protocol and the expected increase in border crossings.

The ten M113 armored personnel carriers (APC) left staging areas near Fort Hood earlier this week and are being transported by trailer to the Texas border region, according to information obtained from Texas Military Department officials.

75 Percent of Polled Say ‘Transgender Movement Has Gone Too Far’

U.S. citizens’ opinions are turning increasingly negative toward the transgender movement, according to a poll conducted by Christian nonprofit Summit Ministries.

In an interview with NTD’s “Capitol Report,” Jeff Myers, president of Summit Ministries, pointed out that people are thinking about the transgender movement as a voting issue.

“And some of it is because the president made it a voting issue. He said, ‘We ought to support every minor when they want to have procedures done,’ pharmaceutical surgery, whatever. And he seemed to be indicating that he supports this at any age with no restrictions. A lot of people in America disagree with that,” Myers said.

California, a Free State Since 1850, May Pay $233k in Reparations per Slavery Descendant

The State of California could be facing $233,000 in reparations for each black resident who qualifies as a descendant of African American slaves, according to a consulting report prepared for a special state panel.

As Breitbart News has been reporting since 2020, the Golden State is considering reparations under a law signed that year by Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) — though California entered the Union in 1850 as a free state:

The panel — which is not representative of the state, but composed primarily of black members — voted 5-4 to limit reparations to descendants of slavery, and issued recommendations that include separate black schools.

There is broad public support in California for restoring property unjustly taken from black owners, as in the case of Bruce’s Beach, which has been restored to the heirs of a the couple from whom it was taken in the 1920.

However, there is limited support for reparations in a general sense.

Beyond slavery, the panel is considering payments to compensate for a variety of allegedly discriminatory practices, including housing discrimination and “mass incarceration.”

Clyburn: I Advise McCarthy to Make a Deal with Democrats for Speaker Votes

Representative James Clyburn. (D-SC) said on this week’s broadcast on MSNBC’s “The Sunday Show” Republican leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy should make a deal with Democrats to get enough votes to become Speaker of the House.

Host Jonathan Capehart said, “Let’s talk about the disunity on the other side of the aisle. Current house minority leader, Kevin McCarthy, he is working hard to scare off the 218 votes he’s going to need on January 3, when they have the vote for the new House speaker. Do you think he’ll be successful in his quest for the speaker’s gavel?”

Clyburn said, “I think so. I don’t know so, but I think so. You know, he’s been there a long time. He’s been the leader for a long time. I think that he has those that allow him to put together the kind of deals that were necessary to get to 218. However, if there are seven or eight people who are not going to vote for him, I’d advise him to go and look on the other side of the aisle and see whether there are some deals over there to be made as well.”

Capehart said, “That’s interesting. What kind of deals?

Clyburn said, “We want to push an agenda that makes this country’s greatness accessible and affordable for all. I just talked about the South. I just talked about the parts of the South that can lift up so much of this. I think that we can sit down to get there, and we might be able to forge an agenda that would be acceptable to 218 people.”

What Democrats Are Trying to Pass Before Their House Majority Ends

Democrats are in a mad scramble to push through unpopular legislation before the clock strikes midnight on the 117th Congress.

The lame-duck session is the period between November’s congressional elections and the convening of the new 118th Congress on Jan. 3.

With some Republican help, Democrats in the Senate passed the so-called Respect for Marriage Act, which would repeal the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act and orders the federal government to recognize same-sex marriages.

But that’s not all.

The legislation has significant implications for religious freedom. It awaits passage in the House, where Democrats still have a slim majority until the new session. Republicans will hold a similarly narrow majority in the House next year.

Jamming through controversial legislation through Congress during a lame-duck session is a troubling practice to begin with. It’s becoming increasingly common to bring up more hotly contested legislation that didn’t have a chance of passing when vulnerable legislators had to face an election—and the voters.

Democrats are so concerned with “democracy” that they are scrambling to head off the results of last month’s elections, it seems. As is often the case, the Left cares little about the proper functioning of government when its priorities are at stake.

The Washington Post editorial board called on Democrats in Congress to make this lame-duck session a “mighty one.” Imagine how The Post would describe the situation if it were Republicans seeking to push a conservative agenda through.

In addition to “the Respect for Marriage Act,” here are four more of the most controversial pieces of legislation being considered by the current lame-duck Congress.

ECONOMY & BUSINESS

Summers: We’ll Have ‘Wile E. Coyote Kind of Moment’ with Consumption, Downturn Will ‘Be Fairly Forceful’

During an interview aired on Friday’s broadcast of Bloomberg’s “Wall Street Week,” Harvard Professor, economist, Director of the National Economic Council under President Barack Obama, and Treasury Secretary under President Bill Clinton Larry Summers argued it will be much more difficult to bring down inflation without a recession than many believe because “At a certain point, consumers run out of their savings, and then you have a Wile E. Coyote kind of moment where consumption falls off.” And he believes the downturn will “be fairly forceful.”

Summers said, “[I]t’s much harder than many people think to achieve a soft landing, because there are all these mechanisms that kick in. At a certain point, consumers run out of their savings, and then you have a Wile E. Coyote kind of moment where consumption falls off. At a certain point, people start putting their houses on the market and then you see house prices falling and then other people rush to put them on the market. At a certain point, you see credit drying up, and when credit dries up, people can’t pay back their old borrowing. So, there is this proposition, we’ve talked about it before on the show, David…when the unemployment rate goes up by .5%, it goes up by more than 2%. And that’s because once you get into a negative situation, there’s an avalanche aspect. And I think we have a real risk that that’s going to happen at some point.”

San Francisco One-Ups Dirty Harry With “Come on, punk. Make My Day” Killer Robot

Supervisors in San Francisco voted Tuesday to give city police the ability to use potentially lethal, remote-controlled robots in emergency situations — following an emotionally charged debate that reflected divisions on the politically liberal board over support for law enforcement.

The vote was 8-3, with the majority agreeing to grant police the option despite strong objections from civil liberties and other police oversight groups. Opponents said the authority would lead to the further militarization of a police force already too aggressive with poor and minority communities.

Supervisor Connie Chan, a member of the committee that forwarded the proposal to the full board, said she understood concerns over use of force but that “according to state law, we are required to approve the use of these equipments. So here we are, and it’s definitely not a easy discussion.”

The San Francisco Police Department said it does not have pre-armed robots and has no plans to arm robots with guns. But the department could deploy robots equipped with explosive charges “to contact, incapacitate, or disorient violent, armed, or dangerous suspect” when lives are at stake, SFPD spokesperson Allison Maxie said in a statement.

“Robots equipped in this manner would only be used in extreme circumstances to save or prevent further loss of innocent lives,” she said.

Supervisors amended the proposal Tuesday to specify that officers could use robots only after using alternative force or de-escalation tactics, or concluding they would not be able to subdue the suspect through those alternative means. Only a limited number of high-ranking officers could authorize use of robots as a deadly force option.

Lawmakers Press Fauci’s Agency Over Taxpayer-Funded Animal Tests

A bipartisan group of 10 U.S. lawmakers are demanding answers from White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci about taxpayer-backed dog testing conducted under the Biden administration.

“Americans across the political spectrum have been horrified to learn their tax dollars are being wasted to subsidize NIH’s [National Institutes of Health] barbaric experiments on beagle puppies,” Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.), who led the group of Republicans and Democrats, told the Washington Examiner. She called the experiments on dogs “outdated, unnecessary, and cruel.”

The GOP congresswoman released a joint letter dated Dec. 1 to the outlet, in which the group underscored congressional attention to allergy medicine tests on animals, calling on the NIH to publicize information on its testing operations, including nearly $2 million in tests on puppies that have been canceled.

In response to pressure from Congress and a watchdog group, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), a division of the NIH, dropped a taxpayer-funded trial this July that was slated to test a hay fever drug on mice, rats, and dogs.

SURVEILLANCE STATE

An Invisible Prison Has Been Built Just for You

An international vaccine passport, digital identity, a social credit system and a central bank digital currency (CBDC) form a digital control system that will lock down the population in perpetuity

Facial recognition is an essential part of the control structure, as it’s the “password” to your digital identity

By the end of 2022, there will be 1 billion data collecting surveillance cameras in the world, all connected to the internet and artificial intelligence (AI). Cameras and audio recording devices in cell phones, automobiles and smart appliances also collect and share data

All these data are then used to give each person an individual score, based on their behavior, expression and interaction with the world. Ultimately, your social credit score, will dictate what you can and cannot do, what you can buy and where you can go

Artificial intelligence (AI) is an absolutely crucial component, without which the control system cannot work. The easiest way to push against this system is to starve AI of data by refusing to use technologies that collect and share your personal data

Top Lifestyle Changes to Build a Better Heart

Clinical research shows you can reverse not only Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure but also heart disease through lifestyle changes that can be boiled down to “Eat well, move more, stress less and love more”

These four lifestyle components form the basis of Dr. Ornish’s Program for Reversing Heart Disease, which is approved for reimbursement under Medicare’s intensive cardiac rehabilitation program and many insurance companies

Diet, exercise, stress reduction and heart-based connections actually alter gene expression involved in the development of heart disease, diabetes, prostate cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer

Ornish’s program, currently available in 14 states, is divided into 18 four-hour sessions, which include supervised exercise, meditation and stress management, a support group and more

A team of health care providers — a doctor, nurse or nurse practitioner, meditation/yoga teacher, exercise physiologist, dietitian and psychologist — can become a certified provider of the Ornish program

Caffeine intake during pregnancy may have unintended consequences on child growth

The controversy over caffeine consumption during pregnancy is a long-standing one.  While there is some evidence that caffeine can affect a baby in utero, the assumption has typically been that large amounts are bad, causing low birth weight and smaller birth size.  Some doctors have actually told expecting moms that a little coffee or soda isn’t “that bad” because the caffeine content was so low.

A new study is debunking that belief, pointing to new evidence that maternal caffeine consumption, even in small amounts, affects child growth.  Children whose mothers consumed small amounts of caffeine while pregnant were shorter in stature than children whose mothers abstained completely from caffeine during pregnancy.

116 scientists accuse WHO of ignoring PFAS chemical risks to human health

It seems that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the World Health Organization (WHO) are once again backpedaling on claims they made earlier about “Forever Chemicals” and the harm they pose to humans.  Around June 2022, the EPA issued an announcement that the chemicals were more dangerous than originally believed.

In the announcement, the EPA claimed it would take “aggressive action” to protect Americans against these chemicals.  Then, to further drive the point, Rob Billett, an environmental lawyer, announced plans to file a nationwide class action lawsuit on behalf of the Americans who have already sustained harm from them.

Diabetes medications can increase your risk of multiple sclerosis, study finds

Type 2 diabetes is a chronic disease that afflicts more than 37 million people in the US alone.  Many people with diabetes have to rely on medications to keep their blood sugar under control.

Unfortunately, these medications often carry risks of their own.  A recent study from the University of Arizona Health Sciences shows that certain diabetes medications may be linked to a higher risk of multiple sclerosis (MS).

Biden Administration to End Monkeypox Emergency Declaration

The Biden administration announced on Friday it expects to end the public health emergency on monkeypox, also referred to as mpox, citing a low number of cases.

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra said that because of the low number of cases, HHS “does not expect that it needs to renew the emergency declaration when it ends on January 31, 2023.”

The administration this year first declared the 2022 monkeypox outbreak a public health emergency on Aug. 4. It renewed the emergency declaration at the start of November before Becerra’s latest announcement.

Becerra said HHS “will continue to monitor the case trends closely and encourage all at-risk individuals to get a free vaccine.”

While there are no vaccines or treatments specifically designed for monkeypox, treatments for smallpox, which belongs in the same family of viruses as monkey pox, have been made available to people most susceptible to the disease. This includes Jynneos smallpox vaccine and the antiviral drug TPOXX (tecovirimat).

New monkeypox cases in the United States have continued to drop after having peaked in early August, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The seven-day moving average for cases as of Nov. 30 is 7—a large reduction from figures of above 500 back in early August.

As of Friday, 19 people have died from the monkeypox outbreak in the United States. The country has seen more than 29,500 cases. Globally, the CDC reported more than 82,000 cases.

Wyoming Sues Biden Administration, Alleges Suspensions of Oil Lease Sales Illegal

The State of Wyoming filed a second lawsuit against the Biden Administration, alleging that its suspension of oil lease sales were illegal.

Gov. Mark Gordon (R-Wyom.) announced that his state filed the lawsuit against the Interior Department for the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) decision to halt oil and gas lease sales in the state.

“This litigation is timely and vital to the interests of Wyoming citizens,” said Gordon in a statement.

“Beyond that, Wyoming’s energy resources can help power the nation and bring down costs at the pump. BLM’s decision to cancel lease sales sure seems to be a violation of both the letter and the spirit of the law.

“I firmly believe the pause in lease sales was politically driven and not based in law or fact,” the governor continued.

After state officials filed their first lawsuit to reverse the department’s order to pause federal oil and gas leasing in Wyoming for the first quarter of 2021, a U.S. District Court ruled in favor of the Biden administration.

The court ruled that Interior Secretary Deb Haaland’s decision was lawful but did not decide whether other cancellations violated the law.

American Scientist Who Worked for Wuhan Lab Claims COVID-19 Was ‘Genetically Engineered’

An American scientist who worked at a research laboratory in Wuhan, China, has claimed that the novel coronavirus was a “genetically engineered agent” that leaked from the U.S.-funded facility.

It was reportedly exposed by Dr. Andrew Huff, an epidemiologist and former vice president of EcoHealth Alliance, in “The Truth About Wuhan” book, in which he referred to the pandemic as “the biggest U.S. intelligence failure since 9/11.”

In his book, Huff says the COVID-19 virus was genetically engineered through China’s gain-of-function experiments—which modify the way an organism functions—funded by the United States government, The Sun reported.

He said that EcoHealth spent years teaching the Wuhan Institute of Virology the “best existing methods to engineer bat coronaviruses to attack other species,” and that China was aware “that this was a genetically engineered agent.”

“The U.S. government is to blame for the transfer of dangerous biotechnology to the Chinese,” he told The Sun. “I was terrified by what I saw. We were just handing them bioweapon technology.”

Huff claimed that China’s gain-of-function experiments were carried out with poor control measures, which led to the lab leak at the Wuhan lab.

Former Pfizer Science Officer Reveals Great COVID-19 Scam

By November 2020 there were no excess deaths from COVID-19 even though cases increased

Data showed that many deaths — primarily people aged 45 to 65, with equal distribution between the sexes — was mainly due to heart disease, stroke and cancer, which suggests they were excess deaths caused by lack of routine medical care due to the pandemic restrictions

The PCR test is not a valid diagnostic tool and should not be done on the scale we’re now doing it. The high rate of false positives is only fodder for needless fearmongering

Virtually no one who is asymptomatic has the live virus, but when you run the test at a cycle threshold over 30, meaning you amplify the viral RNA more than 30 times, you end up with a positive test even if the virus is inactive and noninfectious

According to Michael Yeadon, Ph.D., a former vice-president and chief scientific adviser of the drug company Pfizer, very few people need the COVID-19 vaccine as the mortality rate from the infection is so low and the illness is clearly not causing excess deaths

Tips for Treating Post-COVID Hair Loss

More and more people in the world suffer from long COVID or post COVID vaccine syndromes, with common symptoms like brain fog, reduced physical strength, and loss of taste and smell.

Another common effect is hair loss.

Why does this coronavirus lead to hair loss? Dr. Shu Rong, a senior traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practitioner based in the UK, explained the causes of hair loss from the perspectives of TCM and Western medicine, and shared ways to reverse this problem.

The University of Birmingham in the UK studied the impact of SARS-CoV-2 and 115 symptoms based on the health records of 2.4 million people. They found that 62 symptoms in place three months after suffering from COVID-19 were significantly related to COVID-19 infection, and many of these symptoms have not been classified as the symptoms of long COVID, including the relatively new symptom of hair loss. The study was published in Nature Medicine.

A study conducted by the Faculty of Medicine of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, which is published in Gut, an authoritative medical journal, showed that 76 percent of COVID patients still had symptoms of long COVID six months after infection, and 21 percent of them had hair loss.

Compared with those who had not been infected and those who recovered from the infection without sequelae, the study found that long COVID patients have an intestinal micro-ecological imbalance, with significantly less “good bacteria” and more “bad bacteria,” and that individual intestinal bacteria species are specifically associated with certain sequelae. The hair loss of “long COVID” patients is related to the reduction of the gut flora which produces butyrates, such as R. inulinivorans and F. prausnitzii.

Butyrate has been confirmed to be beneficial to brain function and plasticity, and the microbes that produce butyrate can also protect the host from many of the negative effects brought by stress, including hair loss and anxiety-like behaviors.

Sen. Rand Paul On Fauci: “We’ve Caught Him Red Handed, He Won’t Get Away”

Senator Rand Paul asserted Thursday that Anthony Fauci is directly responsible for funding dangerous research that likely killed millions of people, and that he “won’t get away.”

“Likely there is no public health figure who has made a greater error in judgement than Dr Fauci,” Paul declared in a Fox News appearance, adding “the error of judgement was to fund gain of function research in a totalitarian country.”

Fauci funded “research that allowed them to create super viruses, that in all likelihood leaked into the public and caused seven million people to die,” Paul declared.

“This is right up there with decisions, some of them malevolent or military to kill millions of people,” The Senator further urged.

The Senator made the comments after Fauci appeared in a fawning Washington Post interview, where he was labeled a “hero,” complained about being a victim, and couldn’t think of anything he did wrong.

Suppressing Repurposed Drugs ‘Cost Millions of Lives’: Founder of COVID Treatment Fund

Doctors who dare to question vaccine safety are maligned: Steve Kirsch

The executive director of the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, Steve Kirsch, has been working to make early COVID drug treatments available to the public, despite being assailed by the medical establishment for speaking out about the dangers of the COVID vaccines.

During the pandemic, he founded the COVID-19 Treatment Fund to raise money to test repurposed drugs for use in treating COVID, while health agencies were dismissing their effectiveness and urging the public to get vaccinated as the only way to prevent severe illness and hospitalization.

Not allowing the testing and use of repurposed drugs has cost too many lives said, Kirsch.

“This has cost millions of lives,” and the problem was compounded by a hospital COVID treatment protocol “that was almost certain to kill you,” Kirsch said during a recent interview on EpochTV’s “American Thought Leaders” program.

He said the COVID protocols hospitals have followed, although sanctioned by the federal health agencies, added to the death toll.

It’s approved by the NIH, and if [hospitals] stick with the NIH and the CDC approved protocols, [hospitals] get compensated, and there’s no liability,” said Kirsch.

‘Lies My Government Told Me, and the Better Future Coming’

Dr. Robert Malone, inventor of the mRNA and DNA vaccine core platform technology (the original platform, not the current mRNA COVID shots), has published a new book, “Lies My Government Told Me: And the Better Future Coming,” in which he analyzes the tyranny we currently face, and how to get out from under it

The first part of the book reviews the reality of censorship of medical and scientific truth during the COVID pandemic, and the emergence of global totalitarianism

The second part tries to answer the question, “Who or what is behind it all?” Malone believes it’s a combination of bad actors with nefarious intent, and opportunism

The last part of the book is focused on how to create a better future. A major part of the answer lies in creating decentralized, local intentional communities, and to create the potential for networking between them on a national and international level, while remaining independent and self-governed

A good way to avoid groupthink that results in policy fiascos is to establish completely separate problem-solving groups that do not interact with each other. Only after each group has independently come up with their own ideas do they come together to share, analyze and find common ground

Ex-Intelligence Officials Who Said Hunter Biden Laptop Story Was a Russian Operation Silent After Twitter Files Released

Former top intelligence officials who signed an open letter suggesting the Hunter Biden laptop story was part of a Russian operation just weeks before the 2020 election were silent after internal Twitter emails acknowledged there was no evidence the story involved material that was illicitly obtained.

According to the New York Post — the outlet that broke the story in October 2020 — as reported on Saturday:

Leon Panetta, a former CIA director and defense secretary, John Brennan a former CIA director, Mike Hayden, a former CIA director, and Jim Clapper, a former director of national intelligence — who all once said The Post’s reporting had ‘all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation,’ — declined or did not respond to request for comment about whether the latest disclosures had changed their opinion.

On Friday, journalist Matt Taibbi released internal Twitter emails discussing the company’s decision to suppress the story — which included locking the Post‘s Twitter account, deleting tweets that linked the story, or tweets that even referenced the story.

The emails showed that Twitter officials decided to take these actions on the possibility the story contained hacked materials, even though there was no evidence or a government finding of any hacked materials. The emails also showed that some Twitter employees questioned using that justification.

Officials Sentenced to Prison for Vote-Buying Scheme in Louisiana: DOJ

The former police chief of a Louisiana city and a former city council member were sentenced this week to one year in prison over a vote-buying scheme during a federal election, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Jerry Trabona, 73, the former police chief of Amite City, and Kristian Hart, 50, a former Amite City Council member, were accused of offering payments to voters living in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, for voting in the 2016 open primary and election, the DOJ said in a Nov. 30 news release.

Earlier this year, the DOJ said that the pair pleaded guilty to “three counts of paying and offering to pay voters during both the 2016 and 2020 elections.” In the two elections, Hart was running for the Amite City Council, the agency said.

“Trabona and Hart’s vote buying scheme included the solicitation and hiring of individuals responsible for identifying potential voters, the transportation of those voters to the polls, and payment and offer of payment to the voters for voting,” the DOJ release said Wednesday.

Kari Lake Lawyers Ordered to Pay Fees Months After Unsuccessful Election Lawsuit

As Arizona’s Cochise County on Thursday moved to certify the results of the Nov. 8 election, lawyers for GOP candidates Kari Lake and Mark Finchem were sanctioned by a federal judge.

Judge John Tuchi of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, imposed sanctions against lawyers for Lake, Arizona’s Republican gubernatorial candidate, and Finchem, the GOP candidate for secretary of state. Both candidates had filed lawsuits against Maricopa County, alleging the election was mishandled on Nov. 8.

Sanctions, he wrote (pdf), would “make clear that the Court will not condone litigants” and claimed the pair were “furthering false narratives that baselessly undermine public trust at a time of increasing disinformation about, and distrust in, the democratic process.” Tuchi was appointed by former President Barack Obama, a Democrat.

“To sanction Plaintiffs’ counsel here is not to let Plaintiffs off the hook,” Tuchi said, according to local media. “It is to penalize specific attorney conduct with the broader goal of deterring similarly baseless filings initiated by anyone, whether an attorney or not.”

The judge stated that their campaigns need to pay attorneys’ fees for Maricopa County because its lawyers had to “spend time and resources defending this frivolous lawsuit rather than preparing for the elections.”

On social media, Lake did not appear to comment on the sanctions. Finchem, meanwhile, wrote that no Republican National Committee (RNC) “lawyer is calling me to help.”

Germany: Police Arrest 72-Year-Old Woman for Allegedly Turning Off Hospital Roommate’s Ventilator

Police arrested a 72-year-old woman in Germany this week for allegedly turning her roommate’s ventilator off on two separate occasions, allegedly because the life-saving machine annoyed her.

German prosecutors claim the 72-year-old woman switched off her 79-year-old roommate’s oxygen device before 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday because she felt annoyed by the machine’s noises, the Associated Press reported. Although hospital staff told the woman that her roommate’s machine was vital to her health, she allegedly ignored their warnings and turned it off again at around 9:00 p.m.
