PROTESTS AGAINST VACCINE MANDATES ARE RAMPING UP WORLDWIDE BUT NO COVERAGE FROM MSM

Watch: Tucker Carlson shows protests against vaccine mandates are ramping up worldwide, some protests as large as the BLM movement but the media is not reporting them

Just a few of the worldwide protests in the last week:

Over 70000 attend German protests against COVID measures

DW (Jan 7) – protesters took to the streets of Berlin, Cologne, Cottbus and Rostock, as well as several other locations across Germany.

NYC vaccine mandate protesters arrested at Times Square Olive Garden restaurant

Fox  (Jan 15) – Several protesters demonstrating against coronavirus vaccine mandates at New York City‘s restaurants were arrested Friday evening after they refused to leave an Olive Garden location in Times Square, according to videos posted to social media.

“This is the Civil Rights movement again!” one man shouted while being handcuffed, a video from independent journalist @ScooterCasterNY showed.

In another video posted by the journalist, protesters were heard chanting “U-S-A!” and singing the national anthem before their arrests.

Anti-vaccine protesters try to storm Bulgarian parliament

The Press Democrat (Jan 12) – Protesters opposing COVID-19 restrictions in Bulgaria clashed Wednesday with police as they tried to storm the Parliament in the capital of Sofia.

A heavy police presence prevented protesters from entering the building and some were detained. Several people, including police officers, were injured during the clashes. Eventually, the protesters were pushed back and police cordoned off the building.

Boston’s indoor vaccine requirement met with protests

Boston 25 News (Jan 16) – Saturday marked the first day of Boston Mayor Michelle Wu’s ‘B Together’ initiative, requiring customers and employees at many businesses to show proof they have received the COVID-19 vaccine.

It applies to restaurants, bars, gyms, entertainment venues, and more. The mayor defended the policy at a press conference Saturday.

Anti-vax protests: ‘Sovereign citizens’ fight UK Covid vaccine rollout

BBC (Jan 18) – Opposition to Covid vaccinations has come in many forms, but none stranger than the “sovereign citizen” defence.

It uses defunct ancient English law to try to challenge regulations.

Some anti-vaccination protesters outside schools and hospitals have used this to hand out fake legal documents to teachers, parents and health workers.

Others have sought to remove Covid patients from intensive care wards, citing non-existent “common law” empowering them to do so.

They also accuse the government of “vaccine genocide” in videos shared on social media.

Some groups have even held training camps for their members. Images have emerged of black-clad men being coached in “direct action” techniques.

Thousands march on Amsterdam in protest over the government’s Covid measures and vaccine rollout

Daily Mail (Jan 17) – Thousands of protesters packed Amsterdam’s streets on Sunday in opposition to the government-imposed Covid measures and vaccination campaign as virus infections hit a new record.

Authorities were granted stop and search powers at several locations across the city and scores of riot police vans patrolled neighbourhoods where the demonstrators marched with banners and yellow umbrellas.

Regular anti-coronavirus protests are held across the country and Sunday’s large gathering was joined by farmers who drove to the capital and parked tractors along the central Museum Square.

Canadian truckers block highway at US border to protest Covid vaccine mandates

Independent (Jan 19) – Dozens of Canadian truck drivers have blocked the highway near the USManitoba international border to protest against Covid-19 vaccine mandates.

Videos shared on social media showed truck drivers carrying Canadian flags and holding a demonstration on the Manitoba Highway 75, which connects the Emerson community in Manitoba with the US city of Pembina in North Dakota.

The demonstration slowed down traffic on both sides and caused delays for vehicles both entering and leaving Canada.

The drivers were protesting against Canada’s new vaccine mandates for truck drivers, which came into force on Saturday.

Covid-19 pandemic declared ‘nowhere near over’

RT – WHO cautions that Omicron is likely not the last variant

World Health Organization (WHO) officials announced on Tuesday that the end of the global Covid-19 pandemic won’t come soon as Omicron-variant cases are on the rise in some countries. It is likely that high levels of infection around the globe will lead to new Covid-19 variants due to virus mutations, according to the global health body.

“We’re hearing a lot of people suggest that Omicron is the last variant, that it’s over after this. And that is not the case because this virus is circulating at a very intense level around the world,” said Maria van Kerkhove, the WHO’s Covid-19 technical lead, during a press briefing in Geneva.

WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreysus said that deaths remain at the same level, but expressed concern that healthcare systems in most countries are still under strain due to an unprecedented surge of infections, especially in countries with low vaccination rates.

“In some countries, cases seem to have peaked, which gives hope that the worst of this latest wave is done with, but no country is out of the woods yet,” he noted during the Geneva briefing. He reminded people that the narrative of the Omicron variant being a ‘mild disease’ is misleading and harmful.

Pandemic Narrative Undergoes Radical U-Turn

Mercola – In recent days, the pandemic narrative has undergone a remarkable number of U-turns

January 9, 2022, CDC director Dr. Rochelle Walensky sent out a tweet saying “We must protect people with comorbidities from severe COVID-19,” in other words, focused protection, which is what tens of thousands of doctors have been calling for since the creation of The Great Barrington Declaration in early October 2020

January 10, 2022, Walensky admitted that the COVID shots cannot prevent transmission

The CDC is now saying you should not retest once you’ve recovered from COVID, as the PCR can provide false positives for up to 12 weeks after the infection has been resolved. They’re also cutting the isolation requirement from 10 to just five days — probably because the failing economy is hurting Biden’s approval rating so they need people to work

The narrative is also changing on what makes for a COVID case and how deaths are counted. Walensky recently admitted about 40% of “COVID patients” tested positive but do not have symptoms and are hospitalized for something else. She has also promised to deliver data on how many people have actually died “from” COVID and how many died “with” it

Moderna Shot Can Cause Hepatitis

Mercola – A case report involving a 47-year-old, previously healthy man demonstrates conclusive evidence that COVID-19 shots may trigger vaccine-induced immune-mediated hepatitis

Moderna CEO Says Data for Omicron-Specific Shot Likely Available in March

Epoch Times – Moderna Inc.’s vaccine candidate against the Omicron coronavirus variant will enter clinical development in the next few weeks and the company expects to be able to share data with regulators around March, CEO Stephane Bancel said on Monday.

“The vaccine is being finished … it should be in the clinic in coming weeks. We are hoping in the March timeframe to be able to have data to share with regulators to figure out next steps,” Bancel said at the World Economic Forum’s virtual Davos Agenda conference.

Moderna is also developing a single vaccine that combines a booster dose against COVID-19 with its experimental flu shot.

Boston Flew Communist Chinese Flag, But Refused Christian Flag—Case Now Before Supreme Court

Epoch Times – Allowing national flags and flags about historic events, causes, and organizations while refusing to raise a Christian flag outside a city hall is an unconstitutional example of government censorship, a seemingly sympathetic Supreme Court was told on Jan. 18.

The hearing came as the high court has been becoming increasingly protective of religious freedoms since conservatives gained a 6–3 majority on the bench in October 2020, when Justice Amy Coney Barrett replaced the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

The case, Shurtleff v. Boston, court file 20-1800, comes from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.

Petitioner Harold Shurtleff runs Camp Constitution, which offers classes and workshops on U.S. history and the Constitution. Camp Constitution, also a petitioner, was formed “to enhance understanding of the country’s Judeo-Christian heritage, the American heritage of courage and ingenuity, the genius of the United States Constitution, and free enterprise,” according to the petition filed with the court.

Three flagpoles adorn Boston City Hall’s entrance. Atop one flies the U.S. flag, and below it is a flag honoring missing soldiers and prisoners of war. The Massachusetts flag is on a second flagpole. A third flagpole usually flies Boston’s flag, but sometimes flags are hoisted to honor or commemorate causes, individuals, historic events, and foreign countries such as China or Turkey. Sometimes, the tertiary staff hosts flags about military battles, victims of crime, or the LGBTQ community.

Democrats Accuse Manchin, Sinema of Racism for Opposition to Filibuster Abolition

Epoch Times – Democrats are accusing moderate Sens. Joe Manchin (D-W. Va.) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) of racism after the duo rejected an effort by their party to abolish the filibuster in order to pass election legislation over the objections of all 50 GOP senators.

Just before Congress returned from its winter recess, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) made clear in a Jan. 3 tweet that federal election legislation would be the party’s primary concern upon their return.

“We can and must take strong action to stop this anti-democratic march,” Schumer wrote, referencing strengthened state election laws that many Democrats have said constitute a “new Jim Crow.”

However, despite constant efforts by the party to pass election legislation during the 117th Congress, all their efforts have hit a roadblock due to nearly-unanimous GOP opposition.

Under the rules governing the Senate filibuster, legislation can be passed by a simple majority only after two-thirds of the Senate, or 60 senators, have given their consent to end debate; If this threshold is not met, then the bill cannot move to a floor vote, effectively killing its prospects.

Democrats have put forward several proposed changes to federal election laws, but these have all been killed by GOP filibuster, and the GOP has on several occasions accused the majority party of using the legislation as a means to unfairly benefit Democrats over Republicans.

After a week of what Sinema described as “harried discussions” over removing the filibuster, she and her sometimes-ally Joe Manchin restated their long-held opposition to weakening the filibuster.

While this opposition comes as no surprise for longtime observers of the pair, some Democrats were quick to accuse the duo of racism after their announcements.

“They don’t care about minorities. They don’t care about Blacks. They don’t care about people in their own districts who they’re going to deny their voting rights,” said Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) during an MSNBC appearance.

Vice President Kamala Harris also railed against the two moderates.

“I’m not going to absolve—nor should any of us absolve—any member of the United States Senate from taking on the responsibility to follow through on the oath that they all took to support and defend the Constitution of the United States,” Harris told reporters in a statement equating support of Democrats’ partisan voting bills to support of the Constitution.

Biden Administration Launches Website for Free COVID-19 Tests

Epoch Times – President Joe Biden’s administration on Tuesday rolled out a website where people can order free COVID-19 tests.

The site enables Americans to order a set of four tests per residential address.

However, the tests won’t be shipped until “late January.”

White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters in Washington that the site “is in beta phase right now.”

“Every website launch comes with risk. We can’t guarantee there won’t be a bug or two. But the best tech teams across the administration and the Postal Service are working to make this a success,” she added.

The site, covidtest.gov, is scheduled to officially launch on Wednesday morning.

People who visit and click “order free at-home tests” are taken to a portal hosted by the U.S. Postal Service, which is being utilized because the service already had a site that sold items to consumers.

Tests will not ship quickly; according to the Biden administration, they’ll go out between seven and 12 days after somebody orders them. All orders will be sent through the Postal Service’s First Class Package Service, with shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses sent through Priority Mail.

Severely Ill COVID-19 Patient Moved 1,000 Miles After Doctors Threaten to Turn Off Ventilator

Epoch Times – A Minnesota man battling COVID-19 has been transferred to a Texas hospital after a judge ruled that he cannot be taken off life support.

Scott Quiner, 55, a father-of-three, contracted COVID-19 in October and was put on a ventilator at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, in November. His wife, Anne Quiner, was reportedly told by doctors that his ventilator would be switched off on Jan. 13 after he suffered lung failure.

According to Fox 9, Quiner, who is unvaccinated, was put on a ventilator after his oxygen levels dropped drastically.

Anne Quiner sought a restraining order from Anoka County court, claiming that Allina Health, which operates Mercy Hospital, told her that her husband’s life support would be turned off.

She wrote in a petition that “my husband will die,” without a judge’s decision.

“I have advised the doctors that I vehemently disagree with this action and do not want my husband’s ventilator turned off,” she said, the Star Tribune reported citing court papers.

She was granted a temporary restraining order against the hospital on Jan. 13. The order blocked the hospital from switching off Quiner’s ventilator while his wife found a new hospital to treat him.

Quiner’s family lawyer, Marjorie J. Holsten, told ABC News in a statement on Monday that Quiner was relocated to a Texas hospital, where he remains on a ventilator.

“A doctor evaluated him and determined that he was severely undernourished. Scott has been receiving much-needed nourishment and hydration and medications that were not given by Mercy,” Holsten said.

“He is being weaned off of the sedating drugs and has already been able to follow with his eyes movements the doctor made with his hands. He is making progress in the right direction, though he has a long road ahead of him and continued prayers are appreciated.”

Holsten separately told the Star Tribune that Quiner’s doctor said that he was “the most undernourished patient he has ever seen.”

“The last update I got was yesterday afternoon after some tests had been run. All organs are working except his lungs,” she added.

Why Quercetin Belongs in Your Immune Support Kit

Are you ready to boost your immunity and be better prepared to face any possible assaults from bacteria, viruses, and fungi? We all need to be ready to help keep our immune system operating at its very best, and that means doing a variety of things, such as following a nutritious diet, getting adequate sleep, avoiding environmental toxins, staying hydrated, and practicing stress management, among other things. Among those “other things” is the use of herbal remedies that have been shown to work with the immune system.

What Is Quercetin?

Quercetin is a pigment that is a member of a group of plant compounds called flavonoids. It’s found in a variety of vegetables, fruits, and grains, but it’s also available in supplement form. Quercetin is a potent antioxidant, and a number of research studies have indicated it may help reduce inflammation, which is the root of most diseases.

What’s Special About Quercetin?

People take quercetin supplements for a variety of reasons, including a desire to enhance their immunity and reduce inflammation, which in turn can affect a number of health concerns and symptoms. Some of the benefits that have been attributed to quercetin include the following:

  • Reduce Inflammation
  • Help Enhance Immunity
  • Suppress Histamine

Bottom Line

Maintaining a healthy immune system is important for everyone, and fortunately, there’s more than one way to do it through wise lifestyle choices. Use of natural supplements such as quercetin as well as probiotics, specific vitamins and minerals like Vitamin D, medicinal mushrooms, and enzymes can complement those choices.

Studies Find Natural Treatments for Coronavirus

Epoch Times – Contrary to what mass mainstream media would have you assume, coronaviruses aren’t uncharted territory. In fact, human coronaviruses are responsible for 15-30% of common colds each year. More severe cases of coronavirus infections were observed during outbreaks of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome (MERS), two coronavirus infections that led to pneumonia in some individuals who were infected.

These outbreaks sparked interest from the complementary medicine community who began investigating natural solutions for treating SARS and MERS infections, the studies of which have been compiled in our comprehensive database on Coronavirus Infection and Coronavirus Disease.

These natural substances demonstrating viral inhibition of SARS-coronavirus are likely also effective against the 2019 coronavirus, considering the two are closely related and share the same angiotensin-converting enzyme II-mediated infection. In other words, SARS-coronavirus and the 2019 novel coronavirus are both structurally and mechanistically similar and can be targeted by the same substances.

In fact, one paper published in the Chinese Journal of Preventive Medicine states that the 2019 novel coronavirus is actually less pathogenic than the SARS-coronavirus, suggesting that these natural substances may be even more effective in their coronavirus-inhibiting properties.

These naturally-occurring, whole food-derived substances with proven coronavirus-inhibiting properties are discussed below:

  • Licorice root.
  • Flavonoids.
  • Chameleon plant (Houttuynia cordata).
  • Chinese medicine preparations.

Twelve Intervention Trials Conclude That Vitamin C Works for Covid

GreenMedInfo – So why are hospitals being prohibited from using it?

Everyone knows that vitamin C is important for immunity. Sales of both oranges and vitamin C tablets have risen sharply during the Covid pandemic.

Indeed, a review of twelve studies, including five “gold standard” randomized controlled trials, shows that this simple vitamin saves lives when given in the right dose. Vitamin C can prevent a serious Covid infection.

The scientific evidence is clear: vitamin C taken when infected can reduce Covid symptoms and duration of illness. So why aren’t we being told to supplement with vitamin C?

The review of the twelve studies, which includes five randomized controlled trials, is published in the journal Life [ www.vitaminC4covid.com/12trialreview ] The review was carried out and funded by VitaminC4Covid, a consortium of vitamin C experts including Dr Marcela Vizcaychipi from the Faculty of Medicine at London’s Imperial College, Associate Professor Anitra Carr who heads the Nutrition in Medicine group at the University of Otago , and Dr Paul Marik, chief of the Division of Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine, Eastern Virginia Medical School.

The studies show that Covid patients have depleted vitamin C levels, often to the level found in scurvy. In patients with serious pneumonia, a depleted vitamin C level greatly increases the risk of widespread internal organ damage and death. They need substantial doses of vitamin C to recover and survive.

How Inflation Is Being Understated and Why What’s Coming Is Worse Than Expected

Epoch Times – Commentary

Last week, we wrote about why inflation is a threat to your portfolio, and in today’s article we’re going to cover how inflation is being understated and why we believe that things are going to get worse. Next week, we’ll cover a variety of ways readers at all levels of income and wealth can take steps to protect themselves.

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is an attempt to measure an overall increase in prices across time. The calculation runs into a variety of problems including issues with product substitution, rural vs urban consumption, and innovation. The last item shows how difficult it is to calculate an inflation number when prices for items like cars, televisions, and computers might be similar to what they were many years ago, but the newer models have better performance and improved features. If you pay the same amount for a better product, the CPI doesn’t reflect that.

Food, energy, and housing are particularly difficult to evaluate as lower income families pay a much greater percentage of their income for those items than wealthier families.  This is further complicated by the reporting of Headline and Core CPI numbers where Core CPI excludes food and energy. With appropriate sympathy and respect for the economists who try to make these calculations accurate, the way the CPI is calculated is designed to understate the real number.

The most obvious example is housing (referred to as “Shelter” in the official description). The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics just reported a 7.0 percent increase in the December CPI, which is a multi-decade high. That report listed the increase in housing prices at 4.1 percent.  However, when we look at the Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price Index from the Federal Reserve Economic Data, it shows a 19.1 percent increase in the last twelve months and 29.1 percent in the last two years.

Doctor Loses License For Prescribing HCQ, Ivermectin; Ordered To Psych Evaluation

Technocracy News – Dr. Meryl Nass has been an outspoken critic of health directives that ban HCQ and Ivermectin for early treatment of COVID infections. The State of Maine Board of Licensure took action to crush her medical practice by pulling her medical license, and to add insult to injury, ordered her to undergo a psych evaluation. This appears to be following Orwell’s 1984 storyline where Winston is cast as Dr. Nass. ⁃

Paypal Terminates Service For Nonprofits Fighting Vaccine Mandates

Technocracy News – Technocracy’s coup d’état expands as Big Tech financial companies like Paypal drop organizations who oppose the Technocrat narrative. Banks have also joined the purge as well: all of Mike Lindell’s business banking accounts were summarily terminated last week by the Heartland Financial Minnesota Bank & Trust

Pennsylvania State Senator Calls for Relocating Illegal Immigrants to Delaware

Epoch Times – An airplane full of immigrant children and chaperones landed at the Wilkes Barre-Scranton International Airport in Pennsylvania on Christmas day. The children were then loaded onto buses and sent somewhere into Pennsylvania or neighboring New York or New Jersey. They were sent by the U.S. departments of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services.

It was not the first planeload of unaccompanied children sent by the federal government, and it wasn’t the last, but it was among the first to get widely noticed.

Local municipalities receiving large numbers of illegal immigrants are not being informed before they arrive. It’s the legal responsibility of HHS to safely care for unaccompanied children until they can be unified with a parent or a vetted sponsor, the department said in an email to The Epoch Times in December.

“As part of the unification process, our Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) facilitates travel for the children in its custody to their family or sponsors across the country,” an HHS spokesperson said.

Train Burglaries Cause Union Pacific, Shipping Companies to Consider Avoiding LA

Epoch Times – Instead of making train burglars think twice by threatening jail time, Los Angeles County has made the nation’s largest rail freight company reconsider sending goods through the area, according to a letter from the company.

Union Pacific (UP) sent a letter to Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón stating that train burglaries in his jurisdiction increased by 356 percent from October 2020 to October 2021.

Burglary losses have been so high that the company is considering ceasing traffic through the county. FedEx and UPS also are trying to divert railroad shipping away from the area, according to the letter.

“We do not take this effort lightly, particularly during the supply chain crisis, as this drastic change to our operations will create significant impacts and strains throughout the local, state, and national supply chain systems,” the letter reads.

But slower shipping still beats shipping that gets stolen.

On train tracks in Los Angeles, a carpet of ripped-open packages and plastic stretches as far as the eye can see. At one point, packages on the tracks piled up so much that they derailed a train.

One reporter at the scene where such burglaries regularly take place estimated that 1 in every 5 train cars was torn open and looted. In its letter, UP said that in the past three months, thieves have broken into 90 train containers every day. Often, they carried weapons and assaulted train employees.

Thieves have taken a grand total of $5 million from the railroad, according to the letter.

Arizona, Texas Have Recovered All Jobs Lost During Pandemic

Epoch Times – Arizona and Texas have recovered all jobs lost during the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic, thanks to an influx of coastal urbanites and businesses into the state in recent years.

These two states have now joined the ranks of Idaho and Utah for a full jobs recovery. The latest statewide data from Texas, dating back to November, indicates that the Lone Star State has added 28,000 more jobs than it counted in February 2020; with Arizona, Idaho, and Utah adding 5,000, 14,500, and 61,000 new jobs, respectively.

If the pattern continues, this may foreshadow a broader trend, in which about one-third of U.S. states will return to pre-pandemic job numbers by the middle of the current year, according to Moody’s Analytics economist Adam Kamins. These states, mostly Republican-leaning and clustered in the American interior, are continuing to benefit from a number of demographic and economic trends which have drawn a steady trickle of coastal transplants and their capital to the Midwest, Rocky Mountains, and Southwest regions.

The Government Doesn’t Need New Powers to Fight ‘Domestic Terror’

CATO Institute – Bennie Thompson (D‑Miss.), chair of the House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack, told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos last week that his committee may recommend new domestic intelligence powers. He provided no details, and Stephanopoulos didn’t press for any, but recent history shows the combined dangers and uselessness of that approach.

None of the post‑9/11 surveillance measures enacted by Congress, including the sweeping USA PATRIOT Act, have ever been demonstrated through a rigorous, independent review to have stopped a single attack on the United States over the last 20 years. There is no reason to believe that still more spying authority for the FBI or the Department of Homeland Security would make a rerun of the Capitol riot less likely.

Indeed, Thompson told Stephanopoulos that “it was the worst‐kept secret in America that people were coming to Washington” to protest the election outcome. Because so many of the rioters filmed their deeds and posted them to social media, the real challenge for the FBI has been going through masses of video to conclusively identify the perpetrators. Arresting, charging, and getting plea bargains has been the easy part, as the Justice Department’s website shows.

We’ve already seen how this can abuse Americans’ civil liberties with little increase in public safety.

Moreover, the FBI already has unbelievably sweeping authority to surveil individual Americans or domestic groups without ever having to go before a judge to get a warrant.

Under an investigative category known as an assessment, FBI agents can search commercial and government databases (including databases containing classified information), run confidential informants, and conduct physical surveillance, all without a court order.

Last year, via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, the Cato Institute discovered that the FBI had used this mechanism to open an investigation on Concerned Women for America in the absence of any kind of criminal predicate. (The group’s stated purpose is to “protect and promote Biblical values and Constitutional principles through prayer, education, and advocacy.”) To the best of my knowledge, no one at the FBI has been investigated, much less disciplined or fired, for targeting the group.

And even in regular FBI investigations, the Bureau’s organizational mindset and investigation categorization process can slant an inquiry to label it as something it clearly is not, potentially compromising or chilling the constitutional rights of innocent Americans. Another recent Cato FOIA request highlights the problem.
