D-Day heroes set sail for Normandy Beach ahead of tomorrow’s celebrations!

A group of dedicated veterans are heading to France with the Royal British Legion to commemorate D Day – they will mark the role they played in the greatest invasion in history 80 years ago tomorrow. Veterans were stopped throughout the seven hour ferry crossing and respectfully asked for selfies and offered a pint. Others queued up to shake their hands. Just before we arrived on the Normandy coast a wreath for those who didn’t make it ashore was dropped at sea.

Israel steps up military offensive in Gaza amid renewed truce efforts

Israel announced a new military campaign against Hamas in central Gaza on Wednesday where Palestinian medics said dozens of people had been killed in airstrikes, complicating expected talks between mediators to try to finalize a ceasefire deal. Those numbers are unconfirmed.  The Israeli military said jets were hitting Hamas militant targets in central Gaza while ground forces were operating “in a focused manner with guidance from intelligence” in the area of Al-Bureij – one of Gaza’s long established refugee settlements.

India’s Modi set to take the oath on June 8th after humbling election verdict!

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to be sworn-in for a record-equalling third term on June 8, after key allies pledged their continued support a day after a humbling election verdict that saw his party lose its majority in parliament. Modi, a populist who has dominated Indian politics since coming to power in 2014, will for the first time need the support of regional allies whose loyalties have wavered over the years, which could complicate the government’s reform agenda.

No more chicken Big Macs – EU court rules against McDonald’s in trademark case!

U.S. fast-food chain McDonald’s does not have the right to use the term “Big Mac” for poultry products after it had not used it for them for five consecutive years, Europe’s second top court said on Wednesday, in a partial win for Irish rival Supermac’s in a long-running trademark dispute. The Luxembourg-based General Court’s ruling centered on Supermac’s attempt in 2017 to revoke McDonald’s use of the name Big Mac which the U.S. company had registered in 1996 for meat and poultry products and services rendered at restaurants.

Former Meta engineer sues company saying he was fired over handling of Gaza content!

A former Meta engineer has accused the company of bias in its handling of content related to the war in Gaza, claiming in a lawsuit that Meta fired him for trying to help fix bugs causing the suppression of Palestinian Instagram posts.

Ferras Hamad, a Palestinian-American engineer who had been on Meta’s machine learning team since 2021, sued the social media giant in a California state court for discrimination, wrongful termination and other wrongdoing over his February dismissal.

In the complaint, Hamad accused Meta of a pattern of bias against Palestinians, saying the company deleted internal employee communications that mentioned the deaths of their relatives in Gaza and conducted investigations into their use of the Palestinian flag emoji.

The company launched no such investigations for employees posting Israeli or Ukrainian flag emojis in similar contexts, according to the lawsuit.

U.S. NEWS, POLITICS & GOVERNMENT

Republicans vow to ‘scorch the earth’ after Trump conviction!

Spurred by the volcanic temper of their base, Republicans are now preparing to scorch the earth in the wake of former President Donald Trump’s conviction, potentially setting off a chain reaction that could fundamentally alter the American political system entirely.

No one knows exactly how far they will go in their response.

What is clear is that conservatives have no patience for President Biden’s argument Friday morning that justice was served in Manhattan, that “the American principle that no one is above the law was reaffirmed.” They see the conviction instead as unprecedented “lawfare” meant to interfere with the coming election and, some say, an unprecedented response is now in order.

“The good guys must be as tough as the villains or freedom is doomed,” senior Trump advisor Stephen Miller told RealClearPolitics without offering exact details. Rep. Mike Collins, meanwhile, was explicit. “Time for Red State AGs and DAs to get busy,” the Georgia Republican said Thursday, floating the idea that Republicans should begin using the courts to pursue their political enemies.

“Hillary Clinton’s campaign-funded Steele dossier is a good start,” Collins continued, referencing how the former Secretary of State’s presidential campaign misreported their spending on the infamous opposition research document. Clinton was later fined $11,000 by the Federal Election Commission. No criminal charges were brought.

“The statute of limitations expired but I’m told that’s not a thing anymore,” Collins said.

Republicans on Capitol Hill are preparing a more traditional counter-offensive, one within established parliamentary rules. Led by Utah Sen. Mike Lee, eight Republicans have vowed to oppose all major legislation “not directly relevant to the safety of the American people” and blockade all judicial nominees in protest of Trump’s conviction.

Nine takeaways from the first days of the Hunter Biden gun trial in Delaware!

Hunter Biden’s gun trial uncovered nine explosive pieces of information in the first two

days of proceedings.

The trial is expected to last about two weeks with many witnesses and will likely expose more damning information about the dysfunctional Biden family. The trial is set to resume at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday.

Two days of trial uncovered the following:

  1. The defense will try to convince the jury that Hunter did not “knowingly” commit wrongdoing, as prosecutors say, in order to frame Hunter as a victim of drug addiction.
  2. The defense’s strategy might be to obtain jury nullification.
  3. The DOJ will frame their prosecution as “no one is above the law” and that “it doesn’t matter who you are or what your name is.”
  4. The jury is split evenly between men and women, but all three alternates are women.
  5. Many jurors seated in the case said they have family members who experienced drug abuse.
  6. The FBI confirmed Hunter’s laptop is real.
  7. President Joe Biden reportedly intends to have a phone conversation with Hunter Biden every day during the trial.
  8. Biden family members and associates will likely be in court every day where the jury can see them.
  9. Hallie Biden, the ex of Hunter Biden and widow of his brother, will testify about her use of crack with Hunter, who is still in denial that he ever did meth.

Honorable mention:

Melissa Cohen-Biden, Hunter’s wife, verbally assaulted not-for-profit Marco Polo founder Garrett Ziegler amid proceedings.

Hunter is charged with one count of false statement in the purchase of a firearm, one count of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance, and one count of false statement related to information required to be kept by a federal firearms licensed dealer.

Hunter used crack when he purchased the firearm, according to a wide variety of photos from the time on his abandoned laptop, and the gun was found discarded in a public trash can next to a school. The Secret Service allegedly intervened in the investigation of that incident.

Takeaways from key primaries in New Jersey, Iowa and Montana!

June 4 saw a series of closely watched primaries in New Jersey, Iowa, and Montana. The results signaled everything from the power of Democrats’ “uncommitted” protest vote against President Joe Biden to the strength of a conservative Republican challenger in one of Iowa’s competitive congressional districts.

Rancher, businessman, and ex-Navy SEAL Tim Sheehy notched a convincing win in the Republican Senate primary contest. He defeated Brad Johnson, a former Secretary of State, as well as environmental contractor Charles Walkingchild.

Mr. Sheehy is now on the path to facing incumbent Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) in November.

Mr. Tester soundly beat a challenger in his primary, receiving more than 97 percent of the vote against U.S. Navy veteran Michael Hummert.

Rep. Andy Kim (D-N.J.) won the Democratic Party’s primary to fill the Garden State Senate seat currently occupied by Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.), whose nearly two-decade tenure has been clouded by multiple indictments.

In the Republican primary, meanwhile, developer Curtis Bashaw won by a smaller margin than Mr. Kim. He ultimately beat Mendham Borough Mayor Christine Serrano Glassner, who was endorsed by former President Donald Trump, and small businessman Justin Murphy.

In New Jersey’s Seventh District, Rep. Thomas Kean Jr. (R-N.J.) won an uncontested primary, as did Democrat Susan Altman. Mr. Kean Jr. flipped the seat from the Democrats when he won it in 2022.

Lanon Baccam defeated Melissa Vine in Iowa’s Third District Democratic primary, setting up a showdown with incumbent Rep. Zach Nunn (R-Iowa) in the fall.

In Iowa’s First, another GOP-led district in the crosshairs of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, University of Iowa Law Professor Christina Bohannan has moved forward after winning an uncontested primary.

So has Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-Iowa), an eye doctor and U.S. Army veteran who defeated Ms. Bohannan in 2022.

Biden signed an order to close asylum processing when daily illegal crossings average 2500!

President Joe Biden announced on June 4 an executive order that would shut down asylum requests at the southern border once the average number of daily encounters exceeds 2,500.

The border will remain shut until that daily average stays below 1,500 for at least a week.

Senior administration officials said the order was the Democrat president’s most aggressive unilateral move of his administration.

It takes effect immediately as the daily encounter numbers already exceed the order’s allowable limit, and marks the latest of several recent moves by the administration to curb an immigration crisis that’s seen as a key issue by many voters heading into November.

President Biden signed the executive order next to several lawmakers from communities along the Mexico–U.S. border. Legal challenges by the GOP are expected.

Missouri Senator Josh Hawley accuses Biden of granting de facto amnesty to illegal aliens via immigration courts!

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) says President Joe Biden is giving “de facto amnesty” to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens, using the federal government’s immigration courts.

Federal data published this week reveals an alarming trend on Biden’s watch, where migrants who have been released into the United States interior are increasingly having their deportation cases closed despite not having secured asylum.

“Thus far during the Biden administration, the proportion [of migrants] allowed to remain in this country has risen to 77 percent, and those ordered removed has been just 22 percent,” researchers at Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse stated.

Hawley sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, questioning him over the administration’s mass closure of deportation cases.

By June 17, Hawley is requesting information on those hundreds of thousands of migrants whom the government has closed deportation cases for despite their not securing asylum, including if DHS is still tracking the migrants, whether they have sought to bring family members on visas to the U.S., and the total of those who have gone on to commit crimes.

AG Garland blasts GOP attacks amid contempt threat for not producing Biden audio tapes!

Attorney General Merrick Garland pushed back on Republican lawmakers’ claims of a weaponized Justice Department on Capitol Hill on June 4 amid their threats to hold him in contempt of Congress.

“These repeated attacks on the Justice Department are unprecedented and unfounded. These attacks have not, and they will not, influence our decision making,” the attorney general told members of the House Judiciary Committee at a 10 a.m. hearing.

Mr. Garland has repeatedly refused to provide House impeachment investigators with the audio recordings of special counsel Robert Hur’s interviews with President Joe Biden and his ghostwriter in defiance of congressional subpoenas. Those refusals led members of the Judiciary and Oversight and Accountability panels to advance contempt resolutions against him.

One of Mr. Garland’s cited reasons for refusing to provide the committees with Mr. Hur’s recordings has been that he does not want to deter future presidents from cooperating with similar investigations down the road. His office has also claimed concern that artificial intelligence (AI) could be used to create “deep fakes” of the audio to distort what President Biden actually said.

At Mr. Garland’s request, President Biden asserted executive privilege over the recordings to prevent impeachment investigators from obtaining them.Executive privilege also renders the statute that empowers Congress to hold individuals in contempt “inapplicable,” the attorney general contended during the hearing, citing the Office of Legal Counsel.

Louisiana lawmakers approve surgical castration option for those guilty of sex crimes against kids

Louisiana judges could order surgical castration for people convicted of sex crimes against young children under legislation approved Monday, and if Republican Gov. Jeff Landry signs it into law, the state apparently would be the first with such a punishment.

The GOP-controlled Legislature passed the bill giving judges the option to sentence someone to surgical castration after the person has been convicted of certain aggravated sex crimes — including rape, incest and molestation — against a child under 13.

A handful of states — including California, Florida and Texas — have laws in place allowing for chemical castration. In some of those states, offenders can opt for the surgical procedure if they prefer. By the National Conference of State Legislatures said it is unaware of any states that allow judges to impose surgical castration.

ECONOMY & BUSINESS

Thanks to California’s new minimum wage law, Rubio’s Coastal Grill closes 48 locations!

Rubio’s Coastal Grill, which has struggled with weak sales for years, blamed the closures on the operating environment in the state, which in April started requiring fast food chain restaurants with 60 units or more, to pay workers a minimum of $20 per hour.

The closures came about 3.5 years after Rubio’s declared bankruptcy in a move forward with “comprehensive financial restructuring” to recapitalize the brand, according to QSR.

At the time, Rubio’s had 167 locations and was saddled with $82.3 million in debt. In the wake of the COVID-19 crisis, about 45% of the company’s support center and field management were furloughed as well as more than 1,400 store workers, QSR reported.

Additionally, 26 underperforming units were permanently shuttered between May and June 2020. In addition to the pandemic, Rubio’s cited the saturation of the fast-casual market, minimum wage increases, and the growth of off-premises as factors contributing to the bankruptcy. Rubio’s said 86 stores would remain open in California, Arizona, and Nevada.

New York Gov. Hochul considers congestion pricing delay due to Dems election concerns!

Gov. Kathy Hochul is considering delaying the state’s pending congestion pricing plan, out of concern that its June 30 implementation would hurt Democrats in competitive House races this year, three people familiar with her thinking told POLITICO.

The Democratic governor and her aides have recently begun signaling their worries about the controversial proposal to charge drivers entering parts of Manhattan, according to the people, who were granted anonymity to speak freely about private conversations.

A fourth person familiar with the matter said Hochul is responding to worries raised by Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, the House minority leader who is fiercely trying to win back a Democratic majority this year. Republican victories in New York congressional races helped the GOP seize power two years ago, and Hochul and Jeffries are both anxious to reverse that fortune.

And it comes as several lawsuits challenging congestion pricing — one from the state of New Jersey — make their way through the courts.

Congestion pricing would charge many car drivers $15 for entering a designated zone of Manhattan south of 60th Street during the day. Trucks would pay more. The revenue — roughly $1 billion a year, the MTA estimates — would go toward a $15 billion capital plan, to build and renovate public transportation infrastructure.

CDC: Whooping cough cases on the rise across the U.S.!

Data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that cases of whooping cough are on the rise across the United States.

So far in 2024, there have been 4,864 whooping cough cases reported, according to the data, which was updated as of May 25. It’s almost three times higher than the 1,746 cases of whooping cough, also known as pertussis, during the same time in 2023, the report showed.

Several states have issued alerts about whooping cough in recent weeks, including Oregon. As of May 29, some 178 cases of the bacterial infection have been reported, marking a 770 percent increase from the same time last year, said the Oregon Health Association in a news release.

In neighboring Washington state, there also has been an increase in whooping cough cases, according to the Washington Department of Health. “There have been a total of 218 cases reported statewide so far in 2024, compared to 24 cases reported by week 21 in 2023,” the agency said in a recent update.

Health Officials warn of possible measles exposure at Philadelphia International Airport!

Health authorities warned that a traveler going through the Philadelphia International Airport may have exposed others to the measles virus late last week.

The potential measles exposure occurred on Friday, May 31, 2024, from 2:50 p.m. to 6 p.m. local time in the Federal Inspection Area inside the airport’s Terminal A West, said the Philadelphia Health Department.

“We believe there is no threat to the general public associated with this case of measles,” Dr. Landrus Burress, the head of the city’s Division of Disease Control, said in a news release issued on Monday. “We encourage people who were possibly exposed to take action if they are not protected against measles.

Authorities say measles, a highly infectious virus, generally shows up in two stages. In the first, most people develop a fever higher than 101 degrees Fahrenheit, runny nose, watery red eyes, or cough. These symptoms generally start seven to 14 days after being exposed.

Officials say the second stage of measles starts about two to three days after the initial symptoms. Some people develop what is known as Koplik spots—tiny white spots—inside the mouth, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Three to five days after the first symptoms begin, the telltale measles rash starts to appear on the patient’s face near the hairline area before it spreads to the rest of the body, spreading downward.

To prevent measles infection and reduce the risk of community transmission from importation, all U.S. residents traveling internationally, regardless of destination, should be current on their MMR vaccinations,” the CDC said, referring to the measles-mumps-rubella vaccine that is commonly administered across the world.

Nature’s Cure: Four natural treatments for allergy relief

Butterbur is a shrub native to Europe, Asia, and North America. Its leaves were traditionally used to wrap butter to keep it from melting in warm weather—giving the plant its name. Butterbur has long been used in traditional medicines, most commonly to treat headaches and migraines, alleviate pain, heal wounds, and treat colds, asthma, and allergy symptoms.

and is used to strengthen the cardiovascular system, eliminate toxins, and remove worms.

Butterbur’s anti-inflammatory properties ease allergy symptoms, such as itchy eyes, cough, and congestion.

Stinging nettle is a powerful herb with a long history of use in many traditional medicines. The plant is native to Europe, Africa, and Western Asia, but is now common worldwide. Stinging nettle has been traditionally used as a diuretic to treat urinary system disorders, to treat gout as it flushes uric acid from the system, to treat benign prostate hyperplasia (enlargement of the prostate), for inflammatory conditions like arthritis, and is well-known for the treatment of seasonal allergies and all of their accompanying symptoms. In Chinese medicine, stinging nettle is used to purify the blood of toxins, regulate metabolism, and support the lungs, kidneys, and liver.

Rosemary is an ancient herb native to the Mediterranean that has a seemingly unlimited number of medicinal uses. It has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antifungal, and diaphoretic properties, and it is used to stimulate the circulatory system, support healthy brain function, and boost the immune system. It is a common remedy for headaches, colds and flu, memory loss and lack of focus, anxiety, and depression. It also stimulates the hair follicles and can be used in premature baldness or other instances of hair loss. The stalks and leaves are used medicinally and can be made into tea or used as an essential oil.

Black seed oil, also called black cumin, comes from the seeds of the nigella sativa plant and has been used for millennia in traditional medicines. It has an enormous list of benefits, including its powerful ability to kill microbes, anticancer properties, support for liver health, protection of skin, stimulation of hair growth, balance of cholesterol, and treatment of infections.

Black seed oil’s three main bioactive components are:

  • Thymoquinone (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, analgesic, antipyretic, anticancer properties)
  • Thymohydroquinone (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antihistamine, immunomodulatory and anticancer properties)
  • Thymol (anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-hyperlipidemic)

Honey for Allergies and Asthma

About 20% of the world’s population has allergic diseases like asthma, eczema, and hay fever.1 People often have more than one allergic condition, and managing them all can be challenging.

What if a spoonful of something you likely have in your kitchen cabinet could offer relief? Some studies show that honey may help ease allergy symptoms, but the research is limited.

See study: Ingestion of honey improves the symptoms of allergic rhinitis

People have been using honey medicinally for thousands of years. It’s often claimed that honey has antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory qualities

Some of honey’s helpful qualities have been explored in scientific studies. For example:

  • Bee products like honey may help with wound healing.
  • Bee pollen may boost your immune system.3 That can be helpful if you have allergies because your immune system defends your body against bacteria, viruses, pollutants, dust mites, and other microorganisms that can trigger allergy symptoms.

The FDA has rejected the use of MDMA (ecstasy) as a treatment for PTSD!

A first-of-a-kind proposal to begin using the mind-altering drug MDMA as a treatment for PTSD was roundly criticized yesterday — a potentially major setback to psychedelic advocates who hope to win a landmark federal approval and bring the banned drugs into the medical mainstream.

A panel of advisers to the Food and Drug Administration voted 10-1 against the overall benefits of MDMA when used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder. They cited flawed study data, questionable research conduct and significant drug risks, including the potential for heart problems, injury and abuse.

Instagram is testing online ads you can’t skip!

Instagram is testing “ad breaks” that force you to stop and look at an ad for a period of time before you can continue scrolling. Several X and Reddit users reported seeing the feature, and Instagram spokesperson Matthew Tye confirmed to The Verge that ad breaks are being tested. Tye said Instagram would “provide updates should this test result in any formal product changes.”

One Redditor spotted the feature when scrolling through stories and posts. After a certain amount of scrolling, Instagram prevented them from going further until they looked at an ad. As shown in the screenshot, Instagram displays an “ad break” icon with a countdown timer that shows how long until you can start scrolling again.

When the user tapped the icon for more information about the feature, Instagram showed a message saying, “Ad breaks are a new way of seeing ads on Instagram. Sometimes you may need to view an ad before you can keep browsing.”

Instagram already displays sponsored posts and ads between the content you’re scrolling through, whether it’s your home feed or Reels. But sticking unskippable content between posts takes this to another level — and seems pretty disruptive. “We’re always testing formats that can drive value for advertisers,” Tye says.

Aside from Instagram, YouTube also shows unskippable ads before and during videos. It even expanded unskippable, 30-second commercials to its TV app last year. Both YouTube and TikTok also slot ads between their short form videos, but you can still swipe right past them.

SURVEILLANCE STATE

What’s next for Battlefield America?  Israel’s high-tech military tactics point the way!

If you want a glimpse of the next stage of America’s transformation into a police state, look no further than how Israel—a long-time recipient of hundreds of billions of dollars in foreign aid from the U.S.—uses its high-tech military tactics, surveillance and weaponry to advance its authoritarian agenda.

Military checkpoints. Wall-to-wall mass surveillance. Predictive policing. Aerial surveillance that tracks your movements wherever you go and whatever you do. AI-powered facial recognition and biometric programscarried out with the knowledge or consent of those targeted by it. Cyber-intelligence. Detention centers. Brutal interrogation tactics. Weaponized drones. Combat robots.

We’ve already seen many of these military tactics and technologies deployed on American soil and used against the populace, especially along the border regions, a testament to the heavy influence Israel’s military-industrial complex has had on U.S. policing.

Indeed, Israel has become one of the largest developers and exporters of military weapons and technologies of oppression worldwide.

Journalist Antony Loewenstein has warned that Pegasus, one of Israel’s most invasive pieces of spyware, which allows any government or military intelligence or police department to spy on someone’s phone and get all the information from that phone, has become a favorite tool of oppressive regimes around the world. The FBI and NYPD have also been recipients of the surveillance technology which promises to turn any “target’s smartphone into an intelligence gold mine.”

Yet it’s not just military weapons that Israel is exporting. They’re also helping to transform local police agencies into extensions of the military.

New York court allows lawsuit over refusal to give dying woman Ivermectin to proceed!

A court has rejected a hospital system’s claim that its refusal to continue giving ivermectin to a dying woman was covered by federal law, stating that the law does not apply to the actions in question.

Mount Sinai South Nassau in New York City was twice forced to give COVID-19 patient Deborah Bucko, who was close to death after the system’s normal treatment failed, ivermectin under court order. Mrs. Bucko’s condition improved after she began taking ivermectin.

However, the system stopped the second round of treatment before the prescription ended, and Mrs. Bucko then died.

After being sued, Mount Sinai said the lawsuit should be thrown out because it’s immune under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act), which covers health care workers administering drugs and vaccines during a health emergency, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

“There is no refuting that the complaint is a frontal attack on the use of COVID-19 countermeasures as defined by the PREP Act,” lawyers for the hospital system said in a filing. “The complaint expressly implicates conduct encompassed by the PREP Act by alleging a claim for loss that has a causal relationship with the dispensing and administration of covered countermeasures to treat COVID-19. As such, the law requires its dismissal.”

The act has been successfully invoked in a range of COVID-19-related cases. Workers who injected a child with a COVID-19 vaccine without parental consent, for instance, recently won the dismissal of a lawsuit by citing the law.

The motion to dismiss by Mount Sinai, though, was rejected by New York Supreme Court Justice Randy Sue Marber.

Justice Marber wrote in a May 17 order that Mount Sinai, its workers, and ivermectin, fit under the definitions of “covered person” and “covered countermeasure” under the law. But the suit against the system does not bring a claim relating to the use of ivermectin to treat COVID-19, she said.

“Rather, in stunning contrast to South Nassau’s assertions, the complaint alleges, with particularity, that South Nassau ‘acted wrongfully and negligently, by repeatedly refusing to administer ivermectin to … [the decedent]’ notwithstanding it ‘having been prescribed” … and ’despite clear evidence in the medical records that … [the decedent’s] condition showed significant improvement once the ivermectin treatment was initiated,’” the justice said, quoting from the complaint.

That means the immunity conferred by PREP “is inapplicable,” she added later.

The ruling means the case will move forward.

Sara Gonzales exposes grooming and indoctrination at the Dallas Pride all-ages event!

Saturday marked the beginning of a month — and in some cases, a season — that LGBT activists across the West have devoted to the capital vice, pride. As in past years, the heart of Texas has not gone untouched by this devotion.

Over the weekend, activists once again took to the streets of Dallas to proudly signal their support for all things non-straight.

The Dallas Pride Committee indicated in its guidebook that this year’s festivities were dedicated to transvestites who are supposedly “a visible target for extremists — from the halls of Congress to the state legislatures to the streets.”

Teen Pride subjected teens 13 and older to transvestite performers in highly sexualized costumes, “a dedicated area for Trans services and organization,” and “empowerment discussions by Trust the Process” — a panel discussion centered on encouraging confused children to disassociate with their respective biological realities.

“The entire festival was billed as ‘family friendly,’ including the parade in which the announcer called people ‘sluts’ and made jokes about male genitalia,” Gonzales told Blaze News. “There was no ‘adults only’ area — all the graphic content I captured was from the main event, where children were present and welcomed.”

Gonzales shared footage of the supposedly family-friendly festivities on her show, “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered,” as well as on X, revealing kids were exposed to various degrees of vulgarity and sexualized exhibitions.

The amplified voice of a speaker at the festival can be heard in the video saying, “Where are my bisexuals? They’re not really bisexual. They’re just sluts.”

There was, of course, also LGBT activist apparel targeted at children, including rainbow “Paw Patrol” gear and transvestite flag T-shirts.

“You know what’s so funny?” Gonzales said on her BlazeTV show. “Every time I go, I’m like, ‘I hate going to this.’ I feel like I need an exorcism every time I leave. … I don’t understand how they can get away with saying this is ‘family-friendly.’ I go to the famil -friendly festivals. I go to them. I have never once seen any of this. None of it. None of it.”

Heatwave warning issued to pet owners in certain states …

See the National Weather Service conditions map HERE!

Leading vets have issued a stark warning to pet owners as parts of the U.S. brace for heat-wave conditions this week.

California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas are among the states expected to experience triple-digit temperatures during the week and into the weekend. While the 34 million Americans or so affected are advised to avoid the heat by staying indoors, drinking plenty of water and reducing physical activity, pet owners have the extra responsibility of making sure their animals don’t overdo it in the scorching heat.

“Heatstroke can affect the gastrointestinal system, kidneys, heart, lungs, and brain,” Dr. Monica Sterk from Veterinary Emergency Group told Newsweek.

“It also severely impacts the hemostatic system—the way your dog’s body reacts to injury. For example, heatstroke can cause longer blood clotting times, which can lead to hemorrhage. Prognosis varies upon severity; in some cases, heatstroke is fatal, regardless of treatment,” Sterk said.

Teens brutally beat a homeless man so badly, he was left with his intestines hanging out!

Oklahoma police said that a gang of teenagers attacked a homeless man so badly that they nearly killed him, and one streamed it live on social media.

The horrific beating unfolded on May 26 outside of a 7/11 gas station near Kentucky Avenue and Southwest 59th Street in Oklahoma City, according to police.

Surveillance video obtained by police reportedly shows people in a vehicle yelling at Tilman Shannon, a homeless man. When they allegedly threatened him, Shannon tried to run away, but the teenagers followed him.

Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Dillon Quirk said that the video showed a group of nine teenagers brutally beat down Shannon near a dumpster outside the business.

The teens allegedly called him the N-word, and at least one streamed the attack on her Instagram account. Police said the teen who streamed it was later identified as Veronica Benavente.

The arrest affidavit says that Benavente told Shannon, “We are kids,” and also used racial expletives and slurs against him.

One of the more grievous injuries Shannon suffered was when a teenager grabbed his colostomy bag and pulled it from his body, resulting in his intestinal tract being pulled out of his body.

“What the **** is wrong with your stomach?” one teen is said to have yelled at the man.

“He had some pretty severe injuries and pretty significant trauma,” said Sgt. Quirk.

Shannon was transported to the OU Medical Center for treatment of his extensive injuries. He is expected to survive.

Police said that Benavente and 18-year-old Eric Villagomez were arrested for their alleged involvement in the beating. Three juvenile suspects were found, and another four suspects have not yet been found, according to investigators.

Residents of the area say gangs have been a growing problem recently.

“That is disgusting,” said Mike Martin to KFOR-TV.

“It’s not that common, but there are a lot of gangs around here,” he added. “Not that long ago I saw some elementary-age kids in front of my house with bandanas on and I was like, ‘What are you guys doing?’ They yelled something and acted all tough.”

“That is so scary,” said Trisha Tyler, who has lived in the neighborhood for five years. “This neighborhood isn’t usually all that dangerous.”

Investigators are asking for help from the public to identify the other suspects. KFOR’s news video can be viewed on YouTube.

83-year-old South Carolina woman gored by bison at Yellowstone National Park!

An 83-year-old woman was gored and seriously injured by a bison in Yellowstone National Park.

The woman from Greenville, South Carolina, was near the Storm Point Trail at Yellowstone Lake on Saturday when the bison lifted her about a foot (30 centimeters) off the ground with its horns, park officials said in a statement.

The woman sustained serious injuries and was taken to a medical clinic in the park and then flown to the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

No other information about the woman or her condition was released.
