Russian Economy Faces ‘Point of No Return’ As World Targets Kremlin

Since President Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine, the international community has pummeled Russia with a series of financial penalties and economic sanctions targeting leaders, state-owned firms, and financial systems.

Anastasia Amoroso, the managing director and chief investment strategist at iCapital, remarked in a note that Russia is “past the point of no return.”

But is Moscow past the point of no return?

The Russian ruble fell to an all-time low of 119.25 per dollar on Monday, losing about 32 percent of its value against the greenback since Putin initiated an invasion of his western neighbor. The ruble is now worth less than a U.S. cent following tighter sanctions, a SWIFT ban, and governments across the globe ordering banks to freeze Russian assets.

The Central Bank of Russia responded to the additional sanctions and crash in the ruble by more than doubling the benchmark interest rate to 20 percent.

Speaking at a news conference on Monday, Elvira Nabiullina, the institution’s governor, averred that the central bank would employ additional measures to offset the capital flight by non-residents and restrict the sale of rubles and bonds. She added that the influx of sanctions has impacted the currency and limited how much Moscow could use its gold and foreign exchange reserves.

Russia says it will hit security service sites in Kyiv

Russia will strike sites in Kyiv belonging to Ukraine’s security service and a special operations unit, Russia’s TASS and RIA news agencies quoted the Russian defence ministry as saying on Tuesday.

The strikes aim to prevent “information attacks” on Russia, the ministry said, urging those near the sites to leave the areas.

Russia said it’s pushing ahead with building a massive natural-gas pipeline to China as Western sanctions rock its economy

Russia is pushing ahead with plans to build a massive pipeline carrying natural gas to China as Western sanctions strangle its economy.

Gazprom, the Kremlin-controlled energy giant, said on Monday that it had signed a contract to perform design and survey work as part of the construction of the Soyuz Vostok gas pipeline.

Gazprom said the proposed pipeline would deliver up to 50 billion cubic meters, or 1.8 trillion cubic feet, of Russian natural gas each year to China via Mongolia.

Ukraine President Zelensky Signs Application to Join EU

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed an application formally requesting that Ukraine join the European Union, according to a photo posted by Ukrainian officials on Feb. 28.

Zelensky urged the EU to allow the former Soviet republic to immediately join the bloc, saying that membership would put Ukrainians on “an equal footing” with other members.

“I’m sure it’s fair,” he said. “I’m sure it’s possible.”

Zelensky’s social media accounts posted a photo of the signing on the Ukrainian parliament’s Twitter account. The move to sign the application was made on the fifth day of the Russia–Ukraine conflict, as delegations from both countries met at a location near the Belarusian border.

“We appeal to the European Union to urgently admit Ukraine using a new procedure,” he said in a video message posted earlier on Feb. 28. “We are grateful to partners for standing with us. But our goal is to be with all Europeans and to be equal to them. I am sure we deserve it. I am sure it is possible.”

Zelensky said he spoke with the presidents of Portugal, Lithuania, France, and Poland as well as the prime ministers of the UK, Belgium, and Spain on Feb. 27.

“Support of our anti-war coalition is unconditional and unprecedented,” he said.

UK Joins US, EU in Sanctioning Russia’s Central Bank, Aims to ‘Devastate’ Economy, ‘Target’ Putin and Sergey Lavrov

The UK government has joined the European Union (EU) and the United States in announcing new sanctions against the Russian Central Bank in a bid to ramp up pressure against Moscow for its invasion of Ukraine.

The new sanctions are aimed at preventing the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (CBR) from deploying foreign reserves to counter the impact of Western sanctions. It will also “undercut” the bank’s ability to engage in forex transactions aimed at supporting the Russian currency rouble, said the UK government.

“These measures demonstrate our determination to apply severe economic sanctions in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine,” said Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak.

“We are announcing this action in rapid coordination with our U.S. and European allies to move in lock step once more with our international partners, to demonstrate our steadfast resolve in imposing the highest costs on Russia and to cut her off from the international financial system so long as this conflict persists.”

According to the sanctions, UK citizens are banned from engaging in financial transactions with CBR, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, and the Russian National Wealth Fund. Restrictions are also placed against Russian financial institutions.

Nothing New: Finland, Sweden Dismiss Russian Warning of ‘Military-Political Consequences’ If They Join NATO

Finland and Sweden have dismissed warnings of “serious military-political consequences” from neighboring Russia if they were to join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

Both countries are part of the European Union but not NATO. However, they cooperate closely with the bloc and allow, among other things, for the alliance’s troops to exercise on their soil.

While neither had previously expressed a strong interest in joining NATO, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has sparked speculation that the two countries are now weighing up their options in regards to joining the alliance to defend against potential Russian aggression.

However, Maria Zakharova, a spokeswoman for Russia’s foreign minister, on Friday warned that both countries would face “serious military and political repercussions” if they were to do so.

“Finland and Sweden should not base their security on damaging the security of other countries and their accession to NATO can have detrimental consequences and face some military and political consequences,” she said in a video clip.

Russia’s ministry of foreign affairs also doubled down on the stance in a statement posted to Twitter on Friday.

“We regard the Finnish government’s commitment to a military non-alignment policy as an important factor in ensuring security and stability in northern Europe. Finland’s accession to NATO would have serious military and political repercussions,” the post said.

Hungarian PM warns tyranny ‘greater than this pandemic’ is coming

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban long has been recognized as a renegade – the leader not willing to submit to a globalist agenda or mandates from the established power structure.

He began his career objecting to Russian troops in Hungary, and they were removed a short time later. He moved his nation toward a free-market economy, led its entry into the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, urged the adoption of a constitution outlining conservative moral themes and defended national sovereignty.

He further outraged the establishment by erecting a fence on his nation’s border to disrupt the flow of illegal aliens coming from the Middle East and Africa.

And even while fighting COVID, his nation enacted legislation that banned school content “deemed to promote homosexuality and gender change.”

Now he’s warning that the COVID-19 pandemic was just a prelude to a “serious stress test” that will be coming from the United Nations and the World Economic Forum.

His comments were captured and translated by the RAIR Foundation, whose name represents “Rise Align Ignite Reclaim.”

He cited the U.N.’s Agenda 2030 campaign and charged that it is nothing less than global government tyranny that enslaves all humanity.

His comments came during a state-of-the-nation speech in Budapest to the Chamber of Commerce on Feb. 19.

He said the Agenda 2030 plan, formerly called Agenda 21, combined with the WEF’s Great Reset plan, would force the world into a society where “ownership is obsolete, privacy is non-existent, and … globalist organizations achieve complete control.”

That, he said, is a “serious stress test, much greater than this pandemic.”

“By that time in 2030, our nation, our national community including its economy, must be in a condition [that enables us] to withstand those challenges there and then, and even use them to prosper!” he said. “This is what is ahead of us…”

US Expels 12 Russian Diplomats to UN Over ‘National Security’ Concerns

The United States on Monday announced it will expel a dozen Russian diplomats to the United Nations over national security concerns.

Russia’s U.N. Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia told Reuters that he and the diplomats were asked to leave the United States by March 7, adding that they would do so “because it’s diplomatic practice.”

U.S. Deputy U.N. Ambassador Richard Mills issued a statement, confirming the development.

“Those diplomats that have been asked to leave the United States were engaged in activities that were not in accordance with their responsibilities and obligations as diplomats,” he said, without elaborating.

They were asked to leave “so they do not harm the national security of the host country,” Mills said, adding that the decision was made in full accordance with the United Nations headquarters.

Nebenzia spoke at a U.N. press conference earlier on Monday, saying that some footage and images of the war in Ukraine are “incredible fakes,” although he did not elaborate on what he believed were fakes. Some stories about the Ukraine conflict that went viral have not been confirmed.

Biden Says Sanctions Not ‘Immediate,’ Lays Out Only Other Option Against Russia

President Joe Biden in an interview released over the weekend said sanctions don’t take effect immediately and alleged only one alternative exists in dealing with Russia after the country invaded Ukraine.

“You have two options. Start a third world war—go to war with Russia physically—or two, make sure that a country that acts so contrary to international law ends up paying a price for having done it,” Biden said, speaking with political commentator Brian Tyler Cohen before he traveled to Delaware.

“And there’s no sanction that is immediate. It’s not like you can sanction someone and say, ‘you no longer are going to be able to be the president of Russia.’ But I think these sanctions, I know these sanctions, are the broadest sanctions in history,” the Democrat president added.

The Biden administration has imposed a series of sanctions against Russian entities and persons in the wake of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, including sanctions on Russian President Vladimir Putin. The administration has also sent and is planning to send additional aid, including weapons, to Ukrainian fighters.

Biden has refused, at least so far, to send troops to directly assist Ukraine, arguing that doing so would trigger a conflict.

The moves have drawn criticism from some, including Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), who on Sunday asserted sanctions announced against banks in Russia “are riddled with loopholes.”

“I know that they say they sanctioned 80 percent of the banks in Russia—well, Vladimir Putin controls 100 percent of the banks in Russia. He can use the other 20 percent to continue to finance his war machine. It’s time to remove all Russian financial institutions from the international payment system. It’s time to impose sanctions on his oil and gas exports, which he uses as his primary means of financial support,” Cotton said on ABC’s “This Week.”

The senator also said the United States needs to rush weapons from a fresh round of funding Biden administration officials recently announced to Ukraine.

“It should have been done weeks ago. So, better late than never, but the Ukrainians have no time,” he said.

Early Monday, the administration imposed more sanctions against Russia’s central bank and several other Russian entities.

Also over the weekend, Putin ordered Russia’s nuclear forces on high alert, a move the United States declined to match while the NATO alliance, which America is a part of but Ukraine is not, emphasized it would not directly help Ukrainian forces.

“This is another escalatory and unnecessary step that threatens us all. We urge Russia to tone down its dangerous rhetoric regarding nuclear weapons,” Linda Thomas-Greenfield, the U.S. representative to the United Nations, said in New York.

US Trucker Convoy Swells As It Moves Across Country To DC

The People’s Convoy started with around 150 vehicles and has grown to over 250 as it made its way through Texas and Oklahoma over the weekend.

More vehicles have joined for stretches of time. That, along with the length of the convoy, makes it difficult to pinpoint exactly how many participants it has.

“It varies. Let’s just say there are like 50 truckers that know the convoy is coming through and might have been going through this area. They’ll stop at an exit and they’ll wait for the convoy to come by, and then they’ll join it. They might join it for 200 miles or 100 miles, and then they keep going wherever they were going because they were heading in the same direction as us,” Maureen Steele, one of the convoy’s organizers, told The Epoch Times.

“And then there are cars that join … and some of them go for 30 miles, some go for 100, some for 200, and then they drop off.”

Collin Walters joined the convoy for about 25 miles.

“This is a movement that everybody should be supporting. This is a national event; this is making history,” Walters told The Epoch Times.

“It’s pretty exciting,” he added.

North Carolina Governor Vetoes Bill Giving Authority to Parents on Masking Their Children in Public Schools

North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper vetoed on Feb. 24 Senate Bill 173—the Free the Smiles Act—which would have given parents discernment on masking their children in K-12 public school.

The decision comes a week after he encouraged local school boards to lift their mask mandates; however, Cooper said he wants the school boards to retain the authority to mandate masks in public schools if they choose.

“I have encouraged local boards to lift mask mandates and they are doing it across the state with the advice of health officials who see that COVID metrics are declining, and vaccinations are increasing,” Cooper, a Democrat, said in a press release. “The bipartisan law the legislature passed and I signed last year allows local boards to make these decisions for their own communities and that is still the right course. Passing laws for political purposes that encourage people to pick and choose which health rules they want to follow is dangerous and could tie the hands of public health officials in the future.”

The bill passed in the Senate by a vote of 28–17, with two Democrats voting in favor and no Republicans voting against the bill.

In a Feb. 17 media briefing before the veto when he recommended school boards lift the mandate, Cooper said some of the General Assembly “are very frantic” about passing the Free the Smiles Act.

“From what I know about it, I have concerns that it is unwise and irresponsible,” Cooper said. “Are we going to let people pick and choose which public health rules they are going to follow?”

‘The State of Our Union Is Not Strong’: RNC Chair Expecting Partisan Message in First Biden SOTU

Republicans say they’re expecting a partisan message from President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address on March 1. They’re also predicting to decisively take back Congress in the upcoming midterm elections.

On a call with reporters the day before Biden is set to address Congress and the nation, Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel and former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich painted a bleak picture of the president’s first year in office.

McDaniel pointed to 40-year high inflation, the crisis at the U.S. southern border, “weak” foreign policy, increased crime, and the Biden administration’s “failed” messaging during the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus outbreak. She said she expects Biden to do his best to avoid these topics during his Tuesday night address.

“Unfortunately, we won’t hear about the things that the American people care about tomorrow night,” McDaniel said. “[Biden] will put on a show. He will say what he wants the American people to believe he’s doing, but we all are seeing it with our own eyes; we’re feeling it with our own pocketbooks.

“We’ve never had a more uncertain time. The state of our union is not strong, and Joe Biden will not have the dignity to address the American people on the true failures of his administration.”

DeSantis Rejects Biden Admin Request for National Guard at State of the Union

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis took on Feb. 28 rejected a request from the Biden administration to deploy the Florida National Guard to Washington for the State of the Union address on March 1.

“I have rejected this request,” DeSantis wrote on Twitter. “There will be no Florida National Guard sent to D.C. for Biden’s State of the Union.”

Christina Pushaw, the governor’s press secretary, said the request was made last week for help to prepare for “First Amendment protests.”

“Last week, the federal government requested all states send National Guard personnel to DC to prepare for anticipated ‘First Amendment protests’,” Pushaw told The Epoch Times in an emailed statement. “The National Guard should never be misused for political purposes.”

She continued, “Last year, when the National Guard deployed to DC around the inauguration, they were forced to sleep in freezing parking lots, all for a regime spectacle—Our dedicated, patriotic service members deserve better.”

While Florida will not be sending their national guard units, the Pentagon has approved the deployment of 700 other unarmed National Guard troops to Washington, D.C.

Hunter Biden Associate Devon Archer Sentenced to One Year, One Day in Jail

A longtime associate of President Joe Biden’s son was sentenced on Feb. 28 to one year and one day in jail for defrauding a Native American tribe.

Devon Archer was convicted for participating in a scheme to bilk the Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation of the Oglala Sioux Tribe of tens of millions of dollars. The tribe didn’t answer a phone call on Monday.

Archer was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Ronnie Abrams, an Obama nominee who split the ground between prosecutorial and defense sentencing recommendations.

Prosecutors asked for 30 months in prison, arguing for the same sentence as the one handed down to Bevan Cooney, a co-defendant. Prosecutors noted that there were 10 or more victims of the scheme, which caused a loss in excess of $25 million, and said guidelines would lead to a sentence of between 108 and 135 months, but decided not push for a longer sentence because of a “need to avoid unwanted sentencing disparities.”

Matthew Schwartz, representing Archer, claimed his client was “plainly kept in the dark” about much of the scheme and himself lost “a substantial amount of his own money” while receiving nothing from the plot. Schwartz asked the court for no jail time.

Abrams told the courtroom that the fraud was too serious for a sentence of no time behind bars but that the COVID-19 pandemic prompted her to give a shorter sentence than the one prosecutors sought, the New York Post reported.

Abrams also ordered Archer to forfeit some $15.7 million and pay over $43 million in restitution.

Abrams is the same judge that tossed Archer’s conviction in 2018, only for an appeals court to reinstate it in 2020.

The Supreme Court rejected an appeal from Archer in late 2021.

Archer has been linked with Hunter Biden, President Biden’s son, for years.

Amazon’s Alexa offers healthcare

Virtual assistant to provide remote touch-free healthcare services

Amazon has announced its Echo devices, powered by the Alexa AI virtual assistant, can put customers in touch with doctors hands-free via the telemedicine company Teladoc. The company will offer voice-activated medical care at all hours, a Monday press release revealed.

Concerned users need only state “Alexa, I want to talk to a doctor” in the vicinity of their Echo, Echo Dot, or Echo Show device to be hooked up with a Teladoc call center. They can then share their symptoms, though the consultation won’t necessarily be free. Virtual “visits” – audio-only for now, though Teladoc has promised video visits are “coming soon” – will cost $75 for the uninsured. The consultations are available for non-emergency services only, and customers must already have an Alexa voice ID.

Pet Ownership Slows Age-Related Cognitive Decline

Add better brain health to the growing list of protections your beloved pet may provide you: New research suggests that older adults with a furry companion showed slower mental declines than those without one.

“Prior studies have suggested that the human-animal bond may have health benefits like decreasing blood pressure and stress,” said study author Dr. Tiffany Braley, from the University of Michigan Medical Center, in Ann Arbor. “Our results suggest pet ownership may also be protective against cognitive [thinking] decline.”

Because “stress can negatively affect cognitive function, the potential stress-buffering effects of pet ownership could provide a plausible reason for our findings,” Braley said in a news release from the American Academy of Neurology. “A companion animal can also increase physical activity, which could benefit cognitive health.”

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Significantly Reduced PTSD Symptoms in Breakthrough Study

Breakthrough research discovered that giving veterans oxygen therapy can improve their symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD. The world-first Israeli study showed that hyperbaric oxygen therapy so improved the crippling condition in half of the participants so that they were considered cured of PTSD.

According to The Times of Israel, researchers at Tel Aviv University used hyperbaric oxygen chambers to treat 18 veterans of the Israel Defense Force who were resistant to previous treatments for PTSD. Their study, published Tuesday in the peer-reviewed  journal Plos One, found that the oxygen treatment was not merely psychologically effective, it also improved the brain’s microstructure and functionality in veterans suffering from PTSD.

Scientists say that this is the first time hyperbaric oxygen treatment has been evaluated in treating PTSD, and the study results are promising.

HEALTH ALERT: Research finds car interiors contain toxic soup of chemicals

Most of us take our cars for granted. We fill them up, try to keep them clean, and spend a good share of our monthly budget paying for them.  While some of us are only in our vehicles for a short period of time each day as we take our kids to and from school or commute to and from work, others spend hours a day as part of their jobs.  We all know how toxic a car’s exhaust can be, but did you know that the interior of your car is full of toxic chemicals that are damaging your body every time you get inside?

From the carpets to the plastics, there are literally chemicals everywhere.

Did you know that air inside your car is worse than outside?

When you get into your car, you are exposed to whatever airborne chemicals are being released by the materials inside your vehicle.  If you drive with the air conditioner on, you force even more airborne contaminants into the toxic fishbowl you are riding around in.

The longer you drive, the more you are exposed to pollutants like formaldehyde and benzene.  It seems there is no escape from the dangerous pollutants.  Most cars are full of materials that release these chemicals, even the environmentally friendly ones that are supposed to be so good for the environment.

Reason for concern: Hundreds of chemicals found inside vehicles, many are known carcinogens

Both formaldehyde and benzene are well-known carcinogens.  Another carcinogen found in most vehicles is TDCIPP (chlorinated tris).  This is a flame retardant that is used in the manufacturing of most of the textiles that are used in vehicles.  Prolonged exposure to these three chemicals alone can dramatically increase your risk of cancer on many different levels.

The number of toxic chemicals found in your car’s cabin is lengthy, each one steadily increasing your risk of illness and disease.  Some of the biggest offenders are polyvinyl chloride (PVC), brominated flame retardants, volatile organic compounds, and heavy metals like lead.

Take these SIMPLE steps to reduce your exposure

You can try to reduce your exposure to this horrendous toxic soup of chemicals in your vehicle by opening your windows while you drive.  Keep the air moving by leaving your windows down whenever possible.  Every time you shut your windows and lock your car, the levels of toxins will build up again until you open the door and re-establish ventilation.

What else can you do?  Assists your body with removing toxins by improving your hydration and spending plenty of time outside in fresh air.  When you are in your car, chemicals are trapped inside and you will breathe them in.  To detoxify, spend as much time in well-ventilated areas as possible.  Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fresh, clean water every day and practicing deep-breathing exercises to clean out your lungs.

New CDC Covid-19 metrics drop strong mask recommendations for most of the country

Most people in the United States live in areas where those who are healthy do not need to wear masks indoors, according to new US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance – a sweeping change from what earlier Covid-19 metrics recommended.

New CDC metrics indicate that about 28% of people in the United States live in a county where they need to wear masks indoors. Previously, CDC pointed to levels of coronavirus transmission within communities as a key metric for restrictions and recommended that people in areas with high or substantial levels of transmission – about 99% of the population – should wear masks indoors.

Now, the CDC’s “Covid-19 community level” metrics are based on three pieces of data in a community: new Covid-19 hospitalizations, hospital capacity and new Covid-19 cases. The CDC’s website includes a list of US counties and their current Covid-19 levels.

COVID Jab Deadlier Than COVID for Anyone Under 80

According to a cost-benefit analysis by Stephanie Seneff, Ph.D., and independent researcher Kathy Dopp, the COVID jab is deadlier than COVID-19 itself for anyone under the age of 80. The cost-benefit analysis1 looked at publicly available official data from the U.S. and U.K. for all age groups, and compared all-cause mortality to the risk of dying from COVID-19.

“All age groups under 50 years old are at greater risk of fatality after receiving a COVID-19 inoculation than an unvaccinated person is at risk of a COVID-19 death,” Seneff and Dopp conclude. For younger adults and children, there’s no benefit, only risk.

“This analysis is conservative,” the authors note, “because it ignores the fact that inoculation-induced adverse events such as thrombosis, myocarditis, Bell’s palsy, and other vaccine-induced injuries can lead to shortened life span.

When one takes into consideration the fact that there is approximately a 90% decrease in risk of COVID-19 death if early treatment is provided to all symptomatic high-risk persons, one can only conclude that mandates of COVID-19 inoculations are ill-advised.

Considering the emergence of antibody-resistant variants like Delta and Omicron, for most age groups COVID-19 vaccine inoculations result in higher death rates than COVID-19 does for the unvaccinated.”

Neurological Injuries Soar After Shots : Strokes, Bel’s Palsy, Paralysis, MS

The Epoch Times published an explosive report today stating that they have received emails that allegedly show that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) have been quietly studying neurological problems that have appeared in people after they took a COVID-19 vaccine.

Two U.S. agencies have been quietly studying neurological problems that have appeared in people who have had COVID-19 vaccines, The Epoch Times has found.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) have been conducting separate research projects into post-vaccination neurological issues, which have manifested with symptoms like facial paralysis and brain fog and have been linked in some cases with the vaccines, according to emails reviewed by The Epoch Times.

One attempt to gain understanding of a problem that experts around the world are struggling to understand is being carried out by Dr. Janet Woodcock, who was acting commissioner of the FDA until Feb. 17.

Woodcock, now the FDA’s principal deputy director, has been personally evaluating neurologic side effects from the COVID-19 vaccines since at least Sept. 13, 2021, according to the emails, many of which have not been reported on previously. FDA epidemiologists are also gathering data to look into the issues, according to messages from Dr. Peter Marks, another top FDA official.

A team at the NIH’s National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), meanwhile, started seeing patients reporting vaccine injuries for a study in early 2021 after receiving complaints shortly after the vaccines were made available. A portion of the patients was examined in person at the Bethesda, Maryland, facility.

None of the reviews or studies appear to have been announced, and health officials have said little about them publicly, despite a growing recognition among experts that at least some issues are likely linked to the vaccines. (Full article here. Copy here with no paywall.)

An examination of the FDA and CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) confirms that deaths and injuries due to neurological issues following COVID-19 injections have skyrocketed, when compared to the same adverse events reported following all FDA-approved vaccines for the previous 30 years.

And while none of the U.S. Health Agencies have published or made public their research on these post-vaccine neurological injuries, many medical journals have.

The COVID-19 experimental vaccines, which were given emergency use authorization illegally, should have been immediately pulled from the market at least a year ago.

Will these criminals in the pharmaceutical industry who pay billions of dollars to get their products approved by the FDA ever face justice for the mass murder they have caused?

Health Agencies Admit to Hiding COVID Data

If you’ve felt like crucial data about COVID-19 have been missing since the start of the pandemic, it’s not in your head. An exposé by The New York Times has revealed that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has actually been collecting data all along — it just hasn’t published most of it.1

Data such as U.S. hospitalizations for COVID-19 according to age, race and injection status would have certainly been of interest to a large portion of the U.S. population. The CDC has been collecting such data for more than a year but hasn’t made the bulk of it public, the Times reported. What else has the CDC been keeping from the public?

For one thing, data on the effectiveness of COVID-19 boosters are missing. While the CDC published data on boosters’ effectiveness in adults under 65, this didn’t include data for 18- to 49-year-olds, a sizeable percentage of the population that also — coincidentally? — is “the group least likely to benefit from extra shots,” the Times pointed out

Pfizer’s COVID-19 Vaccine Less Effective in Children 5 to 11: Study

Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine was not effective in preventing infection among children aged 5 to 11, according to a new study.

Researchers in New York also found indications that the vaccine effectiveness against severe disease plummeted.

The researchers, with the New York State Department of Health and the University at Albany School of Public Health, examined outcomes among children using three state databases, including two systems that collect vaccination data. They assessed two outcomes: COVID-19 cases and COVID-19 hospital admissions, regardless of whether the patients were admitted for other reasons.

Crunching the data, the researchers found Pfizer’s vaccine dropped from 68 percent in mid-December 2021 to just 12 percent in the last full week in January.

The data also suggested the protection against severe disease plummeted, from 100 percent in mid-December to 48 percent in late January.

“In the Omicron era, the effectiveness against cases of BNT162b2 declined rapidly for children, particularly those 5-11 years,” researchers wrote, referring to the Omicron variant of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus which causes COVID-19.

Omicron became the dominant virus strain in the United States late last year.

Dr. Mary Bassett, New York’s health commissioner, said in a statement that the findings “are not surprising as the vaccine was developed in response to an earlier COVID-19 variant and reduced effectiveness of 2 doses against the Omicron variant has been seen to some degree with all vaccines and ages.”

BNT162b2 is the trade name for the vaccine Pfizer created with BioNTech.
