U.N. Accuses Both Russia and Ukraine of Potential War Crimes, Summary Execution, Torture of Prisoners of War

The Russian and Ukrainian armed forces have been accused of torturing and executing prisoners of war over the past year by the United Nations, which said that such actions could amount to war crimes.

A report from the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) claimed that both Russia and Ukraine have engaged in the summary execution of prisoners of war, which contravenes numerous international human rights laws and treaties on war.

Military Families Will Be Forced to Leave Their Homes to Make Way for Migrants: Report

Families of British military servicemen living on a historic air base in Essex have reportedly been told that they will need to vacate their homes to make way for asylum seekers, many of whom will have entered the country as illegal migrants.

A military wife and mother has revealed that her household has been informed that military families living on the MDP Wethersfield former Royal Air Force (RAF) base in Braintree, Essex will need to leave their homes to so far undisclosed locations. This is so the government can house migrants at the facility as it tries to shift away from the controversial hotel migrant housing scheme.

Swedish Moderate Party MP Kyell Jansson was allegedly blackmailed by a prostitute just days after buying sex and is now being investigated by authorities himself.

Jansson, a member of Prime Minister Ulf Kristerssons centre-right Moderates and chairman of its nomination committee, allegedly met a woman at a bar and paid for sex, but just three days later she attempted to extort around £5,000/$6,200 from him, threatening the politician with the release of sexual images.

Israeli president calls for halt to judicial overhaul

Massive protests over the controversial reform threaten the nation’s security, economy, and society, Isaac Herzog has said

Israeli President Isaac Herzog urged the government on Sunday night to put the brakes on the divisive judicial overhaul which has sparked months of protests across the country.

His comments came hours after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu fired his defense minister, Yoav Gallant, who had spoken out against the proposed reform. The move added fuel to the nationwide demonstrations, which were attended by over 600,000 people on Saturday, according to local media reports.

During the latest protests, demonstrators completely blocked the Ayalon Highway in Tel Aviv, while setting bonfires and chanting ‘democracy’. Police used water cannons to disperse the crowd.

Clashes also erupted in Jerusalem as activists broke through the barriers and engaged the police outside Netanyahu’s private residence.

U.S., Mexico near deal for Mexico to crack down on fentanyl going north, U.S. to fight guns going south

The U.S. is preparing to announce a deal with Mexico to counter fentanyl coming across the southern border, with Mexico cracking down on labs and smuggling while the U.S. does more to stop the flow of U.S. guns into Mexico, two sources familiar with the strategy told NBC News.

Mexican military and police, with the help of U.S. law enforcement, will focus on tracking raw materials for fentanyl being shipped to Mexico, finding and shutting down labs that make the deadly synthetic opioid and going after key players in the illicit fentanyl trade, the sources said.

In return, the Biden administration has agreed to more tightly control and track firearms crossing from the U.S. into Mexico.

The tentative agreement is the result of months of tense discussions between top Biden administration officials and the Mexican government, the sources said.

Rand, Roy Proposal Would Split NIH Into 3 Institutes With Senate-Confirmed Chiefs

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) would be divided into three separate operational divisions with presidentially appointed leaders serving time-limited terms under legislation (pdf) introduced in Congress by Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas).

The proposed NIH Reform Act would divide NIH’s current National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), which Dr. Anthony Fauci managed for more than 38 years—longer than J. Edgar Hoover oversaw the FBI—by creating three new, separate institutes, one for allergic diseases, a second for infectious diseases, and a third for immunological diseases.

The reform proposal provides presidentially appointed directors for each of the three new NIH institutes, with Senate confirmation required for no more than two consecutive five-year terms. By contrast, Fauci was appointed to head NIAID by then-NIH Director James Wynngaarden in 1984.

TRUMP AND COVID-19:

How Trump Was Convinced To Lock Down Over Sars-CoV-2

Did the tail wag the dog or did the dog wag the tail? If it was the national-security/intelligence sector that spooked Trump into flip-flopping into a draconian policy to “defeat” COVID by locking down the nation, then we can be certain that globalist Technocrats were at work to make sure the script of Event 201 was followed to the letter.

If Trump was conned into the lockdown response, then his biggest error was not admitting the failure after he became fully informed that he had been conned. To this day he has not admitted this.

TRUMP AND STORMY:

House Republicans Insist on Information From Bragg’s Office on Trump Indictment

House Republicans sent another letter to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on Saturday, requesting the latter to provide more information about the potential indictment against former president Donald Trump.

“We reiterate the request in our March 20 letter and ask that you comply in full as soon as possible but no later than March 31, 2023,” the Republicans said in the letter (pdf).

The letter was signed by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), House Administration Committee Chair Bryan Steil (R-Wis.), and House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-Ky.).

Trump issued a statement on March 18 saying he expected to be indicted by Manhattan District Attorney’s Office on March 21.

In the statement on Truth Social post, the former president called his supporters to protest and “take our nation back!”

Andrew Cuomo Rips Probes Into Trump as Feeding ‘Cancer in Our Body Politic’

Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat, criticized investigations into former President Donald Trump, calling them politically motivated and a “cancer in our body politic.”

Cuomo, a former attorney general, told host John Catsimatidis in an interview on WABC 770 that he expects Trump will be indicted in Manhattan next week.

“The expression, for prosecutors, is you can indict a ham sandwich because the prosecutor controls the entire indictment process,” Cuomo said.

Trump himself has said he expects to be indicted and arrested in a probe that he has denounced as a “fairy tale” and a “witch hunt.”

Death Threat, White Powder Mailed to Manhattan D.A.’s Office Amid Trump Probe

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office received a package containing a death threat and white powder that was found on Friday as prosecutors continue their probe into former President Donald Trump, per reports.

An anonymous law enforcement source told Fox News that the package, sent through the U.S. Postal Service and discovered around noon, read, “Alvin – I’ll kill you.” The powder was determined to be “non-hazardous,” officials told the outlet.

Trump Suggests Manhattan DA’s Office ‘Dropped’ Case Against Him

Former President Donald Trump is now suggesting Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg may have dropped his case against him, about a week after he claimed he would be arrested.

After a rally in Waco, Texas, on Saturday, Trump told reporters on his plane, “I think they’ve already dropped the case … they have absolutely nothing.” Trump did not provide evidence for his assertion Saturday.

“It’s a fake case. Some fake cases, they have absolutely nothing,” the former president said. Trump also reiterated his criticism of Michael Cohen, a former Trump lawyer who has testified against him in the Manhattan grand jury case and previously served time in federal prison on tax fraud and other charges.

ANOTHER KENNEDY IN THE WHITE HOUSE?:

Will We See Another Kennedy in the White House?

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently announced he’s considering entering the presidential race if he can garner enough support. To support his bid for president, visit TeamKennedy.com

The Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and several other plaintiffs, including me, are suing the Trusted News Initiative (TNI) for violation of antitrust laws. The BBC has been using its market power and illegal collaboration with other leading market actors to crush smaller news outlets

The CHD has also filed a number of First Amendment cases, including one against Facebook, which censored the CHD, Mercola.com and many other sites

As a private company, Facebook has the right to censor anyone it wants, for any reason. However, they cannot do it at the behest of the government, and we now have ample evidence that this is precisely what they’ve been doing

Kennedy believes if he is elected to the White House he can clean out government corruption because he knows where it is, what it stems from and how to correct it

Revelation of FBI Informants Shakes Proud Boys’ January 6 Trial

Revelations of the sheer number of FBI informants involved in the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot have shaken a trial of members of the Proud Boys in Washington, DC, as one FBI informant had infiltrated the defense team.

As Julie Kelly, who has covered the January 6 trials extensively, reports, there are at least ten informants now known to have been involved in the Proud Boys — more than twice the five defendants who are on trial.

Prosecutor Admits DC Police Officers Acted as Provocateurs at US Capitol on Jan. 6

A federal prosecutor admitted in court papers that three D.C. Metropolitan Police Department undercover officers acted as provocateurs at the northwest steps of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

The admission came in a March 24 filing before U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras that seeks to keep video footage shot by the officers under court seal.

Prosecutors accused the case defendant—William Pope of Topeka, Kansas—of an “illegitimate” attempt to unmask the video as part of his alleged strategy to try the case in the news media. Pope filed a motion to remove the court seal on Feb. 21.

“The defendant is not entitled to ‘undesignate’ these videos to share them with unlimited third parties,” said Assistant U.S. Attorney Kelly Moran. “His desire to try his case in the media rather than in a court of law is illegitimate, and the government has met its burden to show the necessity of the protective order.”

Sovereign citizen tries ‘bogus’ land grab

He goes by a curious looking name in court records—Nathan-Dewayne: Nearman©

No typos. The copyright symbol, hyphen and colon are how it reads.

He calls himself a “non-corporate living man” and hails from, well, all over—some public records show Utah, others Washington, Florida, Arizona and Georgia.

By all appearances, Nearman is what is known as a sovereign citizen.

He even has an IMDb page—that’s an online clearinghouse of info on everything Hollywood, from feature films to TV shows and the people behind them all. He’s listed as a producer on three films.

And right out of a low-budget, B-movie script, this sovereign citizen spooked a number of county officials last year when he attempted to take possession of thousands and thousands of acres of land in Millard County.

In July 2022, Nearman filed a “Declaration of Homestead” with the county recorder’s office on 8,361 acres of property, attaching 1800s-era federal land patent documents as “exhibits” somehow proving the legitimacy of his claim.

Much of the property is owned by the state’s Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration. Some parcels are owned by the state’s Division of Natural Resources, including a few around the Clear Lake Waterfowl Management Area. Another bunch are actually privately owned, creating quite a stir among some county residents who learned a stranger they’d never heard of before just casually clouded the title to their land seemingly on a whim.

While Sierra Dickens, the county’s elected recorder, duly filed Nearman’s homestead declaration last summer, she did nothing to change the actual title to the properties.

As she explains it, homestead declarations don’t legally convey ownership rights in and of themselves. And as a recorder, just because she attaches a document onto a property record doesn’t mean that document has any control over ownership rights. In fact, state law is a bit cloudy on how much discretion county recorders actually have. When property disputes erupt, a civil court and district judge is the final arbiter, not a county recorder.

But by around October, Nearman began phoning Dickens asking why she failed to change the property titles. By December he and an entourage showed up in person at the recorder’s office and served public notice, demanding title to the properties in question.

Jet Malfunction That Killed Former Obama Administration Official Identified

A business jet flying over New England on March 3 experienced malfunction in its autopilot system resulting in the death of a former Obama administration official, according to a U.S. transportation investigation report published on Friday.

According to the report, the jet had cockpit warnings that led the pilots to switch off a system that helps to keep the aircraft stable. The jet began violently pitching upward and then downward, injuring Dana Hyde, 55, of Cabin John, Maryland, who died from blunt-force injuries later in a hospital.

Hyde served in government positions during the Clinton and Obama administrations and was counsel for the 9/11 Commission, formally known as the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States.

Exclusive: Rep. Jim Banks Blasts Army for Hiding Recruitment Survey Data

House Armed Services Subcommittee for Military Personnel Chairman Jim Banks (R-IN) in a recent exclusive interview with Breitbart News blasted the Army for not providing the actual data for a survey it published last month, that Army officials claim shows that wokeness is not affecting recruiting.

“The Army is hiding behind some report that they won’t even release the methodology behind that report, that says that wokeness isn’t affecting recruitment in the military, but they can’t prove it,” he said.

Philadelphia Officials Issue Emergency Alert to Residents to Drink Bottled Water After Chemical Spill

The city of Philadelphia issued an advisory to locals on March 26 that they should drink bottled water “out of caution” following a chemical spill in the nearby Delaware River.

On Twitter, the city wrote that it’s currently “responding to a spill of a latex product that occurred along a Delaware River tributary” and that “more information will be provided as it becomes available.” As of March 26, it wrote that “no contaminants” were discovered in the city’s tap water and that any potential contaminants would most likely be found at the Baxter Drinking Water Treatment Plant.

“Out of an abundance of caution, residents in the impacted areas may want to switch to bottled water,” the city of Philadelphia stated.

Authorities pointed to a map, titled “Delaware River Latex Spill Map,” that showed districts in Philadelphia that may have been “potentially impacted” by the spill as of March 26. That included much of the city’s border along the Delaware River.

RECALL WARNING:
FDA Notice: Common Stroke Medication Recalled Over Cancer-Causing Chemical

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced the recall of a commonly used stroke medication after the company discovered the presence of a potentially cancer-causing impurity.

In an FDA-issued recall notice on March 22, Ascend Laboratories LLC said it is recalling Dabigatran Etcxilate Capsules at the consumer level after nitrosamine, a carcinogenic substance, was found about the “acceptable daily intake level.” The company said it hasn’t received any reports of adverse events or health problems in connection to the recall.

“Nitrosamines are common in water and foods, including cured and grilled meats, dairy products, and vegetables. Everyone is exposed to some level of nitrosamines. These impurities may increase the risk of cancer if people are exposed to them above acceptable levels over long periods of time,” the FDA said. “The product is used as an oral anticoagulant to lower the risk of stroke and blood clots.”

Holistic Help for Allergies

Probiotics: It’s now become common knowledge that a strong immune system starts with a healthy gut. More than 80 percent of your immune function is stored in your gastrointestinal (GI) tract. It should be no wonder that research keeps surfacing that links probiotic supplement use to reduced risk of allergies. Source: Dr. Axe – Top 9 Allergy Relief Home Remedies

Saline nasal rinses — Rinse your nasal passages once or twice a day, either with a neti pot or over-the-counter saline rinse. These help decrease the allergen load in the mucosa of your mouth and nose. Besides, built-up mucus can be festering grounds for infection-causing bacteria—all the more reason to flush it out.

Supplements — Try herbal supplements that have natural antihistimine capacity, such as stinging nettles. Some people are allergic to nettles, however, so if you suspect you are, don’t take them in any form. You can also try quercetin, a bioflavonoid abundant in apples, onions and dark-colored berries but also available as a supplement. Quercetin helps stabilize your immune response to allergens and inhibit the release of histamine. Bromelain, an enzyme in pineapples, is another effective supplement because it helps reduce inflammation. But before experimenting with any supplement, consult with a doctor or trained herbalist to discuss possible interactions with current medications or health conditions.

Silicon Valley Bank: Collapsed US lender bought by rival

The assets and loans of collapsed US lender Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) are being bought by rival First Citizens BancShares.

The failure of SVB earlier this month triggered fears about the stability of other lenders, sparking sharp falls in bank shares around the world.

In Europe, worries over the strength of Swiss banking giant Credit Suisse led to a rushed takeover by rival UBS.

Markets have remained nervous, although bank shares opened higher on Monday.

Shares Germany’s Deutsche Bank fell by 14% at one point on Friday, before recovering some ground. As trading began on Monday they rose by about 3%.

SVB was seized by US regulators earlier this month after a run on the bank, and its collapse was swiftly followed by the failure of another US bank Signature Bank.

The demise of the two were the biggest bank failures in the US since the financial crisis of 2008.

Nearly $120 Billion of Deposits Were Pulled From Small Banks as Silicon Valley Failed

Customers of small U.S. banks pulled a record $119.9 billion of deposits in the seven days ending March 15, data released by the Federal Reserve showed Friday.

Small Banks See Record Drop in Deposits After SVB Collapse

Deposits at America’s small banks fell by a record amount in the week ending March 15 as the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) spooked depositors and led many to withdraw their savings.

Data from the Federal Reserve shows that deposits at small banks—defined as those smaller than the biggest 25—dropped $119 billion to $5.46 trillion, more than twice the previous record drop.

Deposits at large U.S. banks, meanwhile, rose $67 billion in the week ended March 15, reaching $10.74 trillion.

This suggests that bigger banks, often seen as “too big to fail” and as more likely to get a bailout in case of trouble, are the beneficiaries of the deposit shakeup.

Bullion shops see spike in interest following bank runs, SVB collapse

Why Crashing Banks Will Usher in Digital Currency

Three large banks failed in a single week in March 2023, and the ripple effect could easily take down the entire banking system. The cascading bank failures began March 8 with the shut down and liquidation of the crypto bank Silvergate Capital. It had invested deposits in Treasury bonds, which lost value as interest rates were hiked to stem inflation

March 10, Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) failed. It too was invested in government bonds, which again became a problem when customers began making large fear-based withdrawals. This was the second largest bank failure in U.S. history, and the largest since the financial crisis in 2008

Spooked by the failure of Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank customers withdrew more than $10 billion in the days that followed, resulting in the shutdown of Signature Bank on March 12

Government regulators have promised to make customers of the two banks “whole” by insuring all funds, not just the first $250,000. Only select “too big to fail” banks will be eligible for this kind of special treatment. Small local banks will not be eligible

The most likely outcome of this bailout system is a consolidation of banks until we’re left with just a small number of mega-banks. This consolidation, in turn, will facilitate the rollout of a central bank digital currency (CBDC), as the banking industry will be a tight-knit monopoly

Tennessee Governor Signs Bill to Protect State Funds with Gold and Silver

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee has signed a measure into law that would empower the State Treasurer to invest state funds in physical gold and silver.

House Bill 1479, introduced by Rep. Bud Hulsey, passed out of the House of Representatives on Monday with a 98-0 vote. A week later, the same bill received a 33-0 vote in the Senate.

In an exclusive comment to the Sound Money Defense League, Rep. Hulsey said, “Gold and silver have been real currency for the past 5000 years. [Passing HB 1479] not only provides a hedge for the State, but gives us varied options while facing a shrinking dollar and the threat of CBDC’s.”

Passing with strong grassroots support and backing from the Sound Money Defense League and Money Metals Exchange, the bill defines “bullion” and “specie” and provides that “subject to appropriation, the state treasurer may purchase and sell gold or precious metal bullion or specie that will be directly owned by the state, and in the custody of the state treasurer.”

Additionally, the twin bills would allow the state treasurer to “make and enter into contracts, trust instruments, agreements, and other instruments with a person to effectuate this section, including, but not limited to, financial institutions, accountants, auditors, attorneys, consultants, and other contractors.”

Federal Agency Announces New Rules for Air Conditioners Amid Controversy Around Gas Stoves

The Department of Energy (DOE) on Thursday said it has finalized rules on window air conditioners and air cleaners that it says will make the common household items more efficient, coming as the federal government has signaled it would further regulate gas stoves.

The agency said it has “finalized new energy efficiency standards for room air conditioners—commonly known as window air conditioners—and portable air cleaners that will reduce household energy costs and significantly cut pollution,” according to a news release, adding that it will “save American families and consumers approximately $1.5 billion per year on their electrity bills.”

The rules for air cleaners are slated to be implemented starting next year, while the rules for air conditioners will come in 2026, said the DOE. With the rules, the agency said that it will eliminate some 106 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions over three decades.

With the latest round of regulations in combination with proposed rules for gas stoves, critics have said they’re tantamount to federal overreach. During the comments period for the DOE’s rule proposal, the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers issued a comment saying the standards are “too stringent and will have a negative, disproportionate impact on low-income households and historically marginalized communities.”

Pesticides in Produce: Shopper’s Guide Lists Most and Least Contaminated Fruits, Vegetables

The Environmental Working Group (EWG), a nonprofit environmental health organization, released the 2023 Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce on Wednesday.

The research revealed that almost 75 percent of non-organic fresh produce sold nationwide contains residues of potentially harmful pesticides.

The EWG’s analysis is based on data from 46,569 samples of 46 fruits and vegetables conducted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The EWG uses the data to create two lists: the “Dirty Dozen” includes the fruits and vegetables that are most contaminated with pesticides, and the “Clean Fifteen” consist of produce with the lowest levels of contamination.

The idea is to help consumers make informed produce choices at the grocery store.

US Expert Panel to Meet to Determine Which Adverse Events COVID-19 Vaccines Cause

A group of U.S. experts is set to meet soon as part of a project to determine which adverse events the COVID-19 vaccines cause.

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) has appointed a committee to review evidence on the relationship between the vaccines and specific adverse events that have occurred after vaccination, including infertility and sudden death.

The committee’s process includes establishing methods, reviewing literature, drawing conclusions, and preparing a report.

“The committee will make conclusions about the causal association between vaccines and specific adverse events,” the NASEM website states.

While their work is funded by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the sponsors will not be able to examine the report before it is published to the public, Kathleen Stratton, a NASEM official, said during a recent meeting.

“What that means is that if a sponsor doesn’t like what the committee has to say—the conclusions of the committee—… the sponsor can’t prevent the report from being made public,” Stratton said. “This is a very powerful tool that we have.”

Dr. Tom Shimabukuro, a CDC official, told panel members recently that the CDC would help members locate studies and data from the agency. “We very much value your expertise and your independence. We look forward to working with you, look forward to seeing the results of your findings,” he said.

Vision Impairments in Patients After COVID-19 Vaccination, Doctors Caution Possible Risks

House Rep. Mike Belcher (R-N.H.) has been suffering from ocular migraines for almost two years.

He took his first Pfizer COVID-19 mRNA immunization in April 2021, and things have not been the same since.

Around 12 hours after the shot, Belcher recalled developing symptoms of severe flu and neurological symptoms soon manifested in a matter of days.

One unusual symptom stood out: His vision became strange. He started to notice that the red and green color balance in his eyes would shift, and dark spots would appear in his field of vision.

Belcher would soon be tormented with painful headaches preceded by a blinding light that would cause searing pain at the back of his eyes.

Commentary by Devvy Kidd

I do believe those who work on the tarmac and those who prepare the planes for flight are very much aware people’s lives depend on them to make sure every safety precaution is taken and plane inspection is thorough.  But, it’s the silent killer – those injections – which represents danger.

Many CDC Blunders Exaggerated Severity of COVID-19: Study

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) made at least 25 statistical or numerical errors during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the overwhelming majority exaggerated the severity of the pandemic, according to a new study.

Researchers who have been tracking CDC errors compiled 25 instances where the agency offered demonstrably false information. For each instance, they analyzed whether the error exaggerated or downplayed the severity of COVID-19.

Of the 25 instances, 20 exaggerated the severity, the researchers reported in the study, which was published ahead of peer review on March 23.

“The CDC has expressed significant concern about COVID-19 misinformation. In order for the CDC to be a credible source of information, they must improve the accuracy of the data they provide,” the authors wrote.

The CDC did not respond to a request for comment.

Grants Reveal Feds’ Horrific Plans To Censor Americans’ Speech

The founding fathers should have included extra text in the First Amendment: “Congress shall not make any law, Executive shall not make any rule or order, Judiciary shall make no ruling” abridging freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, the right to peaceable  assembly and right to protest the government for redress of our grievances.

There is indisputable evidence that our own government is the driving vehicle to completely obliterate free speech in America. The Congress can rein in the Administration but unfortunately, many in Congress are complicit and even encouraging Biden and staff to intensify the attack.

The current trajectory of this war on the First Amendment will result in criminalizing speech, imposing penalties like fines, court cases and imprisonment.

Judge Kyle Duncan Gives Free Speech Lecture at Notre Dame After Being Shouted Down at Stanford

A U.S. judge delivered a speech at a university on March 24, a few weeks after students and a top staffer prevented him from doing so at Stanford University.

U.S. District Judge Kyle Duncan, a Trump appointee, told listeners at the University of Notre Dame that there’s a “vital tradition of free speech in this country” and that students have the right to protest him.

“It’s a great country, where you can harshly criticize federal judges and nothing bad will happen to you. You might even get praised or promoted,” he said. “But make no mistake. What went on in that classroom on March the ninth had nothing to do with our proud American tradition of free speech. It was rather a parody of it.”

Duncan started to deliver a lecture at Stanford Law School earlier in March when students began heckling him so loudly that he was unable to continue.

Multiple staff members did not intervene.

FBI Lawyer Hoped Justice Department Would ‘Reconsider’ 2021 Memo on Alleged School Board Threats, Documents Reveal

Documents the FBI recently released show that a lawyer for the agency expressed her reservations about a draft version of U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland’s Oct. 4, 2021 memo that initiated a controversial federal effort to investigate alleged harassment at school board meetings around the country.

The documents, which the America First Legal Foundation (AFL) recently obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, showed FBI attorney Miriam Coakley expressed her hope that Garland and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) would reconsider their actions.

“Not sure if you’ve seen this/weighed in—it was just raised to my attention,” Coakley wrote in an Oct. 4, 2021 email to Corey Frazier Ellis. Ellis was serving at the time as chief of staff for FBI Director Christopher Wray before Garland appointed him in December of that year to serve as the Interim U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina.

“I hope DOJ reconsiders,” Coakley added in her email.
