UK’s “Fake Conservatives” punished in nationwide local elections!

Britain’s ‘Conservative’ Party gets a well-deserved drubbing, losing council seats in a periodic reminder that voters do actually notice when you take right-wing votes but deliver left wing policies, like open borders and high taxes.

Mayoralties, councilors, police commissioners, and a by-election across England and Wales were decided at the ballot box on Thursday, with thousands of seats contested. The election was anticipated as one that would give a clear indication of national feeling, just months before the whole country votes to select its Members of Parliament, deciding the next government.

While results will continue to roll in through today and into the weekend — the key mayoral challenges aren’t expected to declare until Saturday afternoon, as councils undermine constitutional norms by switching from fast overnight counts to weekend days — it is already clear the UK’s governing Conservatives have performed extremely poorly. The party was seeking to defend nearly 1,000 seats, and of those 200 declared so far it has already lost around half.

Left-wing Labour, on the ascent since it shook off the hard-left era of erstwhile leader Jeremy Corbyn and capitalizing well on a failure to govern effectively by the Conservatives, had already picked up nearly three times as many council seats as the Tories.

UK: Boris Johnson turned away from polling station; forgot his Voter ID!

Bungling Boris Johnson was turned away from his local polling station as he didn’t have the right ID, the Mirror understands.

The former Prime Minister fell foul of the voter ID rules introduced when he was in Downing Street when he tried to cast his ballot in South Oxfordshire today. Polling station staff initially turned him away as he only had an envelope with his name and address on it, according to a source.

Voters must show photo ID like a passport or a driving license to vote under heavily-criticized rules that Mr Johnson pushed through. Mr Johnson is believed to have returned to vote with the correct ID later.

His spokesman did not deny that he failed to bring his ID, saying only: “Mr Johnson voted Conservative.” Earlier in the day, Mr Johnson tweeted: “The polls are now open. Vote Conservative today!”

It’s not the first time he has broken his own rules. The ex-PM was fined by police in 2022 for attending a surprise lockdown birthday party in Downing Street in June 2020.

Police probing the Partygate scandal also handed fines to his wife Carrie and Rishi Sunak over the impromptu gathering in the Cabinet room while the country was still in lockdown.

Mr Johnson shelled out £3.8million last year for a Grade II listed Oxfordshire manor house for his wife Carrie and their young family. The nine-bed country pile also boasts a swimming pool and a three-sided moat.

China’s Hwawei has been secretly funding tech research in American universities!

China’s state-linked electronics giant Huawei has reportedly been “secretly funding cutting-edge research at American universities” through a Washington-based nonprofit called the Optica Foundation.

A Bloomberg News report on Thursday said Huawei is the sole funding source for a research competition administered by the Optica Foundation, which is in turn managed by a professional association that specializes in visible-light technologies such as fiber optics and lasers. The competition offers a hefty million-dollar reward for optical research projects and receives hundreds of submissions each year.

Bloomberg contacted university officials, applicants for the competition, and even one of the judges, and they all said they had no idea Huawei was involved. Reporters uncovered a private document that specifically instructed the Optica Foundation not to divulge the involvement of the Chinese tech company.

“The existence and content of this Agreement and the relationship between the Parties shall also be considered Confidential Information,” the document said. The agreement it outlines was struck in 2021 and set to last for ten years, which means it will disburse a total of $10 million in awards.

Optical offers ten other “early career prizes and fellowships” that do not appear to be linked to Huawei, but they also feature much smaller cash prizes and grants.

Optica told Bloomberg that Huawei donations were reviewed by legal teams and approved by the board. The foundation insisted there was “nothing unusual” about the practice of donors remaining anonymous.

Antifa returns with a vengeance in college mobs. Here’s what the future holds

College mobs highlight Antifa’s influence and coordination. The group might just be getting started

College campuses across the nation are seeing a surge in radical, pro-Hamas activism, reminiscent of the violent Antifa protests of 2020 and 2021. This brand of activism is not new. It’s structured, militant, and often escalates quickly, fostering environments where, in this case, antisemitism can thrive unchecked. What we’re seeing unfold is a worrying echo of the Antifa-led disruptions during the Black Lives Matter movement, which often spiraled into violence and chaos.

At Columbia University, activists broke into Hamilton Hall, unfurling banners with messaging that declared, “Glory to the martyrs” and “Tortuguita lives, the fight continues” (a reference to accused would-be cop killer Manuel Paez Terán). Students broke into and barricaded themselves in Portland State University’s Millar Library where they stocked up on supplies, planning to stay until they were forced out. And at the University of California, Los Angeles, a Jewish student was denied entry to the path he normally takes to class by masked activists, while a large mob armed with metal pipes and umbrellas (a tool of choice from Antifa because they also can obscure identities).

All of these activists were either wearing black bloc (an all-black “uniform”) or concealing their identities with COVID-19-era masks that made it easier to get away with a crime. And they are supported by radical, young politicians, like Democrat Squad members New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar and Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib.

House adopts ‘anti-Semitism’ bill despite worries it criminalizes biblical beliefs

In an abrupt effort to address the anti-Semitic violence that has engulfed many American university campuses in recent weeks, the U.S. House has adopted a new “Anti-Semitism Awareness Act” after ignoring concerns that the plan actually could threaten free speech and make Christians who adhere to the biblical account of Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection subject to conviction.

Stunning upset in Trump NY trial; Stormy Daniels lawyer denies payment was “hush money”!

A lawyer who was involved in the negotiations for agreements between former President Donald Trump and two women pushed back on prosecutors’ claims that it was a “hush-money” payment during a court appearance on Thursday.

Keith Davidson, who negotiated agreements related to adult performer Stephanie Clifford, also known as Stormy Daniels, and model Karen McDougal, disputed Manhattan prosecutor Joshua Steinglass’s language. “It wasn’t a ‘payout’ and it wasn’t ‘hush money.’ It was consideration in a civil settlement,” Mr. Davidson, who was called in as a witness, said Thursday.

“Would you use the phrase hush money to describe the money that was paid to your client by Donald Trump?” Mr. Steinglass asks. “I would never use that word,” he said before Mr. Steinglass asked him what word he would use instead. “Consideration,” Mr. Davidson said in response, adding that it was like a contract in which someone pays to mow their lawn.

Trump attorney Emil Bove, meanwhile, pressed Mr. Davidson on his understanding of extortion law, grilling him about previous instances in which he solicited money to suppress embarrassing stories, including one involving wrestler Hulk Hogan.

By the time Mr. Davidson negotiated the payments for Ms. McDougal and Ms. Clifford, Mr. Bove suggested to the witness, “You were pretty well versed in coming right up to the line without committing extortion, right?”

“I had familiarized myself with the law,” he replied.

The Trump attorney also elicited testimony from Mr. Davidson that he’d never had any interactions with President Trump, only his former lawyer and possible witness Michael Cohen. The lawyer testified that he never met President Trump, nor had he ever been in the same room as him until he began testifying in court Tuesday.

He further said he was unfamiliar with the Trump Organization’s record keeping practices, although he did receive some emails from Mr. Cohen’s company email address. Any impressions he had of the former president came through others, the lawyer testified.

Biden breaks silence on campus unrest; protesters do not have a right to cause chaos!

President Joe Biden on May 2 decried the violence stemming from pro-Palestinian protesters across American college campuses.

“Violent protest is not protected,” he said in an unscheduled speech from the White House, affirming his dedication to both the right to free speech and peaceful protests and the rule of law, noting that America is not a lawless country.

“Destroying property is not a peaceful protest. It’s against the law.

“Vandalism, trespassing, breaking windows, shutting down campuses, forcing the cancellation of classes and graduations. None of this is a peaceful protest.

“Threatening people, intimidating people, instilling fear in people is not peaceful protest. It’s against the law.”

The remarks are the first time the president has spoken out on the issue since the protests escalated over the past few days.

Dissent is “essential to democracy,” he said, but that dissent should not lead to chaos.

When asked by a reporter if he thinks the National Guard should intervene, President Biden said: “No.”

He also took a moment to speak out against anti-Semitism, as well as Islamophobia.

“There should be no place on any campus, no place in America for anti-Semitism or threats of violence against Jewish students,” President Biden said.

“There is no place for hate speech, or violence of any kind, whether it’s anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, or discrimination against Arab Americans or Palestinian Americans.

“It’s simply wrong. There’s no place for racism in America. It’s all wrong. It’s not American.”

As of May 1, nearly 2,200 people had been arrested on more than two dozen university and college campuses across at least 22 states since the April 18 arrests of 108 Columbia University students in New York City on their Morningside campus in Manhattan.

Biden’s Executive Order focuses on registering convicts to vote!

An executive order signed by President Joe Biden has focused on registering convicts to vote and exclusively involved left-wing non-governmental organizations (NGOs), an investigation from the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project revealed.

In March 2021, Biden signed an executive order titled “Promoting Access to Voting,” which he billed as a “nonpartisan” government-wide effort to “expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.”

Two months after the order was signed, the Biden administration held a “Listening Session” with several NGOs — all of which identified with the Democrat party or left-wing policy initiatives, according to an analysis from the Oversight Project.  The NGOs involved in the Listening Session were:

Likewise, the Oversight Project obtained unredacted notes from the Listening Session which revealed a heavy focus on registering convicts to vote.

In one particular note, an official with the Sentencing Project mentioned the importance of having the Bureau of Prisons notify “newly eligible voters of their right to vote.” That official also suggested that “felony disenfranchisement is voter suppression.”

And that’s not all … now he’s extended Obamacare to illegal immigrants covered by DACA!

President Joe Biden’s administration announced Friday that it finalized a rule that would extend Obamacare to thousands of illegal immigrants covered under Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

Ahead of Biden’s action, tens of thousands of immigrants who came to the country when they were children have been unable to access government provided health insurance because they were undocumented, according to Politico. The rule will now give more than 100,000 of those “dreamers” health insurance by modifying the definition of “lawfully present,” which previously prohibited those DACA recipients from accessing such care, The Washington Post reported.

The finalized rule didn’t extend as far as the administration hoped it would, The Washington Post reported, adding that Biden aimed to provide Medicaid to migrants entering the country. The rule did not extend that far because of pushback received during the open comment period on the proposed move, senior officials told the outlet.

2024 ATTOM Data Analysis: The best days & months to sell a home!

ATTOM Data has released its annual analysis of the best days of the year to sell a home, which shows that based on home sales over the past 13 years, the months of May, February and April offer the highest seller premiums – making this month the time to sell your home.

An analysis of over 59 million single-family home and condo sales from 2011 to 2023 shows that listing a property in May, February, or April can yield higher seller premiums. The data suggests that from early in the year through summer is not only the busiest season for home buying but also the best time for sellers to list their properties. Therefore, it might be the ideal moment to place your home on the market.

Best Days to Sell

ATTOM also took a deeper dive to uncover the best days to sell a home. The top 20 days fell in the months of May, February, March, and June. Starting with May 27 being the best day to sell a home, with a seller premium of 16.2 percent. Followed by February 25 (15.9 percent); February 17 (15.8 percent); February 15 (15.7 percent); February 22 (15.5 percent); May 25 (15.4 percent); March 30 (15.2 percent); March 25 (15.1 percent); February 28 (15.0 percent); and February 24 (15.0 percent).

Stellantis hiring engineers in low-wage Brazil, India & Mexico after laying off 400 American engineers!

Multinational automaker Stellantis is making a big hiring push for low-wage engineers in Brazil, India, Mexico, and Morocco after laying off 400 Americans in its engineering, software, and technology departments in March.

On March 22, Stellantis executives announced that 400 salaried engineering and software employees in Auburn Hills, Michigan, would be laid off to cut costs. An industry insider told Automotive News that Stellantis is making gradual layoffs in the United States to avoid WARN Act disclosures.

Following layoffs of its American employees, Stellantis executives are looking to hire engineers for a fraction of the cost by hiring in Brazil, India, Mexico, and Morocco. Whereas Stellantis must pay American engineers $150,000 to $200,000 salaries, the automaker can pay engineers in low-wage countries just $53,000 a year.

At the same time, Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares now reigns as the top-paid executive of a car manufacturer, securing a $39 million compensation package in April.

An insider told Automotive News that Stellantis is hoping to have about two-thirds of its engineers in these low-wage countries to cut costs even as Tavares’s pay grows. In Brazil, alone, Stellantis wants to hire about 500 engineers while other engineering jobs are set to go to Mexico.

The outsourcing scheme comes as insiders note that it poses major complications for the automaker in terms of issues with its production.

For example, as Automotive News reports, Stellantis had to fly French and Italian engineers into India to fix problems with its Smart Car platform that had been developed by Tata Consulting Services (TCS), a well-known outsourcing company.

Similarly, there have been production launch issues at Stellantis’s Sterling Heights, Michigan, truck plant because of a lack of nearby engineers. Last month, executives announced they were laying off nearly 200 workers at the plant.

“Stellantis is pathetic. Honestly, the leadership is pathetic,” United Auto Workers (UAW) President Shawn Fain said of the layoffs. “You got a CEO over there across the pond that wants to talk about how they need to cut costs and all this stuff, but it didn’t stop him from giving himself a 56 percent pay increase.”

Governor Ron DeSantis has signed a bill prohibiting lab-grown meat in Florida!

Governor Ron DeSantis signed SB 1084 to prohibit the sale of lab-grown meat in the state of Florida. Florida is taking action to stop the World Economic Forum’s goal of forcing the world to eat lab-grown meat and insects, “an overlooked source of protein.” While the World Economic Forum is telling the world to forgo meat consumption, Florida is increasing meat production, and encouraging residents to continue to consume and enjoy 100% real Florida beef.

Beef cattle generate over $900 million a year in the state, according to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Florida ranks ninth in the US for beef cattle production.

In opposition to the World Economic Forum and others, Florida has taken action to support the state’s agriculture and meat industry by:

Modernizing Florida’s Right to Farm Act to protect reasonable agricultural activities from frivolous lawsuits.
Signing legislation to ensure that agri-tourism operators qualify for protection against property tax assessments when operating on agricultural lands.
Simplifying the steps for Florida Farmers to receive sales tax exemptions for agricultural materials.
Reestablishing funding for the Rural and Family Lands Protection Program in 2022 at $300 million.
Protecting through that program over 36,000 acres of farmland.
Investing more than $2.8 billion into Florida’s agricultural industry in The Framework for Freedom Budget.

RECALL WARNING: Nationwide recall for 16,000 pounds of ground beef; e-Coli suspected!

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is recalling over 16,000 pounds of raw ground beef due to suspected E. coli contamination. E. coli infection can cause a range of symptoms, each one unpleasant in its own way. It is not uncommon to experience diarrhea, stomach cramping, vomiting, or nausea if the bacteria are ingested. The elderly and young children are most at risk to adverse reactions, and those with suspected cases are encouraged to seek medical care immediately.

According to the May 1 announcement from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), there are no reports of the ground beef causing sickness at this stage.

The recall was issued by Pennsylvania based Cargill Meat Solutions, which distributes meat around the country. The USDA’s announcement says the possibly affected beef was shipped to Walmart stores nationwide. The raw ground beef items were produced from April 26 to April 27.  The full list of affected meat products consists of:

  • 2.25-lbs. plastic-wrapped trays containing “93% LEAN 7% FAT ALL NATURAL LEAN GROUND BEEF” with lot code 117 and establishment number “EST. 86P” printed on the back of the label.
  • 1.33-lbs. plastic-wrapped trays containing four “PRIME RIB BEEF STEAK BURGERS PATTIES” with lot code 118 and establishment number “EST. 86P” printed on the back of the label.
  • 2.25-lbs. plastic-wrapped trays containing “85% LEAN 15% FAT ALL NATURAL ANGUS PREMIUM GROUND BEEF” with lot code 117 and establishment number “EST. 86P” printed on the back of the label.
  • 2.25-lbs. plastic-wrapped trays containing “80% LEAN 20% FAT ALL NATURAL GROUND BEEF CHUCK” with lot code 118 and establishment number “EST. 86P” printed on the back of the label.
  • 1.33-lbs. plastic-wrapped trays containing four “80% LEAN 20% FAT ALL NATURAL GROUND BEEF CHUCK PATTIES” with lot code 118 and establishment number “EST. 86P” printed on the back of the label.
  • 1.33-lbs. plastic-wrapped trays containing four “90% LEAN 10% FAT ALL NATURAL GROUND BEEF SIRLOIN PATTIES” with lot code 118 and establishment number “EST. 86P” printed on the back of the label.

The labels of the products under suspicion of E. coli contamination don’t have the “Cargill” name and are instead branded under the “All Natural” label. All the products under the recall notice have the USDA mark of inspection on the front of the product label and the establishment number “EST. 86P” printed on the back of the product label.

According to the FSIS, the issue was raised after Cargill Meat Solutions identified previously segregated products had been inadvertently utilized in the production of ground beef.

“FSIS is concerned that some products may be in consumers’ refrigerators or freezers,” the announcement said.

“Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.”

Gov. Katie Hobbs has signed the bill repealing the 1864 abortion law in Arizona

Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs’ signing of the repeal of a Civil War-era ban on nearly all abortions was a stirring occasion for the women working to ensure that the 19th century law remains in the past.

Current and former state lawmakers and reproductive rights advocates crowded into the 9th floor rotunda outside Hobbs’ office yesterday afternoon, hugging and taking selfies to capture the moment. Some wept.

Hobbs says the move is just the beginning of a fight to protect reproductive health care in Arizona. The repeal is set to take effect 90 days after legislative session ends, which typically is June or July once the budget is approved.

A 2022 statute banning the procedure after 15 weeks of pregnancy then will become Arizona’s prevailing abortion law.

Wounded orangutan seen using plant as medicine

A Sumatran orangutan in Indonesia has self-medicated using a paste made from plants to heal a large wound on his cheek, say scientists.

It is the first time a creature in the wild has been recorded treating an injury with a medicinal plant.

After researchers saw Rakus applying the plant poultice to his face, the wound closed up and healed in a month.

A research team in the Gunung Leuser National Park, Indonesia spotted Rakus with a large wound on his cheek in June 2022.

They believe he was injured fighting with rival male orangutans because he made loud cries called “long calls” in the days before they saw the wound.

The team then saw Rakus chewing the stem and leaves of plant called Akar Kuning – an anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial plant that is also used locally to treat malaria and diabetes.

He repeatedly applied the liquid onto his cheek for seven minutes. Rakus then smeared the chewed leaves onto his wound until it was fully covered. He continued to feed on the plant for over 30 minutes.

The paste and leaves then appear to have done their magic – the researchers saw no sign of infection and the wound closed within five days.

After a month, Rakus was fully healed.

Skipping Meat for Just One Meal Benefits Liver Disease

Advanced liver cirrhosis can push levels of ammonia in the blood to hazardous levels, but skipping meat at mealtime can help reverse that, new research shows.

“It was exciting to see that even small changes in your diet, like having one meal without meat once in a while, could benefit your liver by lowering harmful ammonia levels in patients with cirrhosis,” said study lead author Dr. Jasmohan Bajaj, a gastroenterologist at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.

As the research team explained, bacteria in your gut automatically generate ammonia as they help the body digest food. In folks with healthy livers, the organ takes that ammonia and sends it to the kidneys, where its excreted harmlessly via urine.

However, cirrhosis impairs the organ’s ability to process ammonia so that it builds up in a toxic way.

Ammonia can even travel to the brain and trigger confusion or delirium, the researchers noted. That’s called hepatic encephalopathy, and without treatment it can lead to coma and death.

Diet can play a big role in these processes, because Western diets low in fiber and high in meat and carbohydrates boost levels of ammonia produced by the gut.

So, what if a culprit like meat was cut out of the mix?

The new study involved 30 meat-eating adults treated for cirrhosis at the Richmond VA Medical Center. Patients were asked to eat a meal containing one of three types of burgers: One made of a pork/beef mix, another with a vegan meat substitute, and a third with a vegetarian “bean burger” recipe.

The protein level of the three burgers was the same: about 20 grams. Folks ate their burgers with low-fat potato chips and a whole grain bun, without any toppings.

A few hours after the meal, Bajaj and colleagues used specific amino acid markers in the blood to gauge blood ammonia levels.

Patients who stuck with the meat burger had higher blood levels of ammonia than those who consumed either of the plant-based burgers, the team found.

“It can be so hard to make long-term dietary and behavioral changes,” Bajaj acknowledged, but “we wondered if making an occasional change could be an option for these patients. Liver patients with cirrhosis should know that making positive changes in their diet doesn’t have to be overwhelming or difficult.”

Bipartisan Senators call on leaders to restrict TSA’s use of facial recognition technology!

A bipartisan group of 14 senators is calling on their leaders to restrict the use of facial recognition technology by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in order to protect privacy and civil liberties.

The group, led by Sens. Jeff Merkley (D-OR), John Kennedy, (R-LA), and Roger Marshall (R-KS), requested in a letter Thursday that Senate leaders use the upcoming reauthorization of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to limit TSA’s use of the technology, the Associated Press reported.

“This technology poses significant threats to our privacy and civil liberties, and Congress should prohibit TSA’s development and deployment of facial recognition tools until rigorous congressional oversight occurs,” the letter stated.

Before heading through metal detectors, travelers insert their IDs into an electronic reader, then stand still for a photo. A device then analyzes the picture to make sure it matches their driver’s license or passport, and a TSA agent signs off on the screening.

The controversial technology is currently being used in 84 out of the 430 TSA-covered airports around the country, with the administration planning to expand to more.

According to TSA, the senators’ effort “would halt facial recognition technology at security checkpoints, which has proven to improve security effectiveness, efficiency, and the passenger experience.”

“The FAA reauthorization is one of the last must-pass bills of this Congress,” the outlet reported.

Critics of the technology say it is not clear enough to passengers that it is optional. They have also voiced concerns in regards to the collection of the data and who can gain access to it.

“It is clear that we are at a critical juncture,” the senators wrote. “The scope of the government’s use of facial recognition on Americans will expand exponentially under TSA’s plans with little to no public discourse or congressional oversight.”

TSA Administrator David Pekoske previously said that the agency is planning to make biometric verification required to increase efficiency, but didn’t say when, the AP reported.

Russian space nuclear weapons could devastate satellites in low earth orbit!

Russia is developing a space-based nuclear weapon that could make low Earth orbit —where the majority of satellites are located—unusable for a year if detonated, according to a senior Pentagon official.

During a May 1 hearing of the House Armed Services Committee’s strategic forces subcommittee, John Plumb, assistant secretary of defense for Space Policy, warned about Russia bringing nuclear weapons into space.

“Russia is also developing a concerning anti-satellite capability related to a new satellite carrying a nuclear device,” he wrote in his written testimony.

“This capability could pose a threat to all satellites operated by countries and companies around the globe, as well as to the vital communications, scientific, meteorological, agricultural, commercial, and national security services we all depend upon.”

During the hearing, Mr. Plumb took multiple questions from Rep. Mike Turner (R-Ohio), chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, over his written remarks.

Mr. Plumb told lawmakers that the Russian nuclear space weapon will be an “indiscriminate weapon” that “doesn’t have national boundaries.”

The threat posed by the developing weapon “is not imminent in the way that we should have to worry about it right now,” according to Mr. Plumb.

“But we are concerned about it, the department, and the entire administration, and I know this Congress is taking this deadly seriously,” he said.

As for the detonation impact of the weapon, Mr. Plumb said that simulation modelings would be needed to “know the specifics of how this thing would be used, what type of detonation it might be, where it might be detonated changes the outcome as well.”

Nonetheless, he added that the explosion would impact low Earth orbit.

FOOD, GARDENING, FARMING & HOMESTEADING

Here are all the Tyson Food brands in case you want to boycott them:

To say many Americans are furious with Tyson Foods right now would be an understatement. When word broke that they are closing a plant in Iowa so they can hire migrants in states with more “refugee-friendly” employment laws, the backlash was swift and may continue for a long time.

In short, they’re getting the “Bud Light Treatment” and rightly so. An entire popular beer brand was effectively decimated because they put an image of a transgender man on their cans. Shouldn’t the anger be heightened against a company that is firing 1,200 employees in a town with only 8,000 people?

“As a disabled veteran whose food company only hires American citizens, this news really struck me hard,” said Jason Nelson, co-founder of Prepper All-Naturals. “We are working very hard to not only feed Americans but to also employ them as valued members of our community.”

Prepper All-Naturals specializes in premium long-term storage beef. Their Ribeye, NY Strip, Tenderloin, and Sirloin products come from Texas cattle on Texas ranches. They do not work with corporate brands like Tyson Foods.

But Tyson is not the only brand owned by the food juggernaut. Some other popular brands, including Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, and BallPark, are under the Tyson Foods umbrella. For those who want to stop purchasing from a company that harms American citizens so they can \virtue-signal regarding migrants while paying lower wages, here’s a handy list.

This isn’t about politics. It’s about self-preservation. If corporations are going to pan American citizen workers for the sake of virtue signaling, then they need to feel the pressure for their actions.

2ND AMENDMENT

26 States file lawsuits in federal courts over ATF’s redefinition of “gun dealers”!

Attorneys general representing half of the country have sued President Joe Biden’s administration over a new rule requiring criminal background checks for all gun sales, including private sales.

Lawsuits in Florida, Texas, and Arkansas are asking the courts to block a rule from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) that redefines “engaged in the business” of dealing in firearms.

Under the new rule, almost every transfer of firearm ownership would require at least one party to have a Federal Firearms License and perform a criminal background check, including private sales.

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland signed the new rule on April 10, and it goes into effect on May 10.

According to the 466-page rule, the only requirement for determining whether a person is engaged in the business of selling guns is whether the person is trading to “predominantly earn a profit.” Previously, the defining characteristic was whether the dealer worked to earn a “livelihood.”

The new definition is in the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA), signed into law on June 25, 2022.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd identifies the man who shot and wounded two deputies!

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd has identified a suspect who shot and wounded two deputies during a shootout in Lakeland early Saturday morning.

Judd says the suspect, who was shot and killed, has been identified as K Mac El Bay, a 26-year-old man from California.

The sheriff says he was parked in Hunt Fountain Park after hours when a deputy approached him and asked for identification.

The suspect identified as a Moorish Sovereign citizen, a movement that doesn’t believe in following local, state, and federal laws.

He refused to cooperate, and the deputy called for backup. Several deputies responded, including Lt. Chad Anderson and deputy Craig Smith.

Judd said they approached the man, who then opened fire and tried to take off in his car.

Anderson was shot in the arm and the round lodged in his chest, while Smith was hit in the arm.

Other deputies at the scene opened fire and killed the suspect.

Investigators later found two handguns and a rifle in his vehicle.

Judd says K Mac was not a convicted felon and only had a suspended license.

Anderson remains in critical condition while Smith is said to be “stable.”

ChatGPT pushing propaganda and parroting lies about COVID-19 jabs!

The artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot ChatGPT is pushing propaganda and parroting lies about the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) injections.

Patrick Wood, the editor-in-chief of Technocracy.news, decided to put this to the test. He pointed to claims by Sam Altman, the CEO of ChatGPT’s creator OpenAI, about the product being “super intelligent yet neutral in its political persuasion.” According to the Daily Expose, “Wood got a paid subscription to ChatGPT and set out to prove, or disprove, Altman’s statements about the neutrality of this product.”

The editor-in-chief began by asking ChatGPT: “I am worried about the safety of mRNA-based vaccines. Should I be concerned or not?”

The chatbot responded: “It’s completely normal to have concerns about new vaccines, like mRNA-based ones. However, it’s important to know that these vaccines have undergone rigorous testing for safety and efficacy before being approved for use. The mRNA technology has been studied for years and has shown promising results in protecting against diseases like COVID-19.”

“If you have specific concerns or questions about mRNA vaccines, I recommend speaking with a healthcare provider or trusted medical professional,” it added. “They can provide you with accurate information and address any worries you may have. Your health and well-being are important, so it’s always good to seek reliable sources for information.”

Wood pressed further, asking a more specific query. “In particular, I am worried about myocarditis,” he typed in.

“I understand your concern about myocarditis. Myocarditis is a rare side effect that has been reported after receiving mRNA vaccines, particularly in younger individuals. However, it’s essential to know that the risk of developing myocarditis after vaccination is very low compared to the risk of severe complications from COVID-19 itself,” the chatbot responded.

According to Wood, the answers he received “read like a Pfizer or Moderna [advertisement].” He continued: “Rigorous testing? Safety and efficacy? A rare side effect? All lies.”

“What he found is that ChatGPT pushes propaganda that comes directly from government public health agencies. In other words, it is a propaganda tool,” the Expose continued. “AI may be the biggest propaganda weapon the world has ever seen, and globalists are already lying about how it will be used.”

New Study: Key ingredient in Pfizer and Moderna COVID jabs aids in cancer development!

The role that a key ingredient in the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine plays in cancer development has been analyzed in a comprehensive review newly published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. The conclusion: The specific form of this ingredient, pseudouridine, that Pfizer and Moderna use to make their vaccines aids cancer development.

N1-methyl-pseudouridine (“pseudoU” in this article) is a critical component of the mRNA vaccine. Pfizer and Moderna chemically introduce pseudoU into their vaccines to make the mRNA molecules last longer in the human body (escaping degradation by enzymes), and to avoid suppression by the innate immune system, the body’s first line of defense against foreign invaders.

Messenger RNA is a single-stranded molecule made up of four types of nucleotides: A, C, G, and U. In their vaccines, Pfizer and Moderna replace all the “U” nucleotides with pseudoU, a chemically modified version. The invention was praised by many in the field.

However, since pseudoU is not native to the human body, is it safe?

For their study, the five scientists analyzed data in an article published in the peer-reviewed journal Frontiers in Immunology in October 2022, where a group of researchers in Thailand, using a melanoma mouse model, tested cancer development with mRNA vaccines. They found that all mRNA vaccines in which pseudoU replaced “U” stimulated cancer growth and metastasis (spread of cancer cells). The higher the percentage of pseudoU, the more severe the cancer growth.

Taylor Swift hooks up with Drake in Universal Music deal with TikTok!

Universal Music Group, the label pop star Taylor Swift and rapper Drake are on, has

reportedly singed a new licensing agreement with China’s TikTok app.

TikTok and Universal Music Group said on Thursday that they have struck a new deal that will restore the music on UMG’s label to the popular Chinese video-sharing app after taking a hiatus for months, according to a report by Axios.

Earlier this year, the music label let its contract with TikTok expire, at which point UMG pulled its content from the Chinese social media platform.

Notably, the companies’ new licensing agreement will include promotional opportunities and “industry-leading protections” for generative artificial intelligence (AI).

“This new chapter in our relationship with TikTok focuses on the value of music, the primacy of human artistry and the welfare of the creative community,” Universal Music Group CEO Lucian Grainge said.

While UMG strikes a new deal with TikTok, President Joe Biden has signed a bill that would force the social media platform’s parent company, Chinese tech giant ByteDance — which is beholden to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) — to sell the app within nine months or face a ban in the United States.

The legislation was recently passed through the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate with bipartisan support, as U.S. lawmakers continue to cite national security concerns, as well as the dangers the app — owned by a hostile foreign country — poses for kids and teens.

TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew reacted to the sell-or-ban legislation saying the Chinese parent company plans to use America’s laws against the United States to fight the sell-or-ban legislation in court, declaring, “The Constitution is on our side.”

ByteDance, meanwhile, says it prefers that TikTok just shuts down in the United States if its legal challenge fails in court.

Arizona State Democrat lawmakers host drag story hour at the capitol!

Arizona State Democrat lawmakers teamed up with pro-abortion Planned Parenthood to host “Drag Queen Story Hour” at the state Capitol, according to Arizona State Senate Republicans.

Arizona State Senate Republicans shared a brief video of the event on social media, showing a man with hot pink eyebrows and a beard encouraging parents to allow their children to transition to the opposite gender. He was reportedly reading from Queer and Fearless: Poems Celebrating the Lives of LGBTQ+ Heroes.

“When is it time to choose a new name? Why does someone become an activist? How does one begin?” he began.

“Who? Pauline Hart. What? A Korean-American trans activist. Where? New York City. When? From the time she was five. Why? To ensure rights for herself and others. How? One step at a time,” the man continued, telling parents to “listen to your kids” when it comes to becoming transgender, speaking from his personal experience:

Because I can tell you I knew from a very young age — very, very young age — and had the resources been there, had the language been there, had all the things that are available today been there, things might have been very different for me instead of waiting 35 years.

He then explained that adults “change pronouns all the time.”

“We may go from identifying as, you know, within the binary, and then we decide, ‘You know what, that doesn’t fit me. I think I’m agender. I don’t really identify as a gender, so please use they/them pronouns,’” he added.

“Arizona Democrat lawmakers teamed up with Planned Parenthood to host ‘Drag Story Hour’ at the Capitol to encourage parents to transition their kids. This is ahead of LGBTQ+ YOUTH Day at the Capitol tomorrow,” it continued.

“Your taxpayer dollars are hard at work to push child indoctrination and woke ideology onto our citizens. The madness must stop,” it added:

House Speaker Ben Toma (R) has since accused Democrats — namely, Democrat Rep. Lorena Austin, who identifies as nonbinary — of “deliberately” misleading Republicans to hold this story hour in the Copper Basin Room.

“Democrat Rep. Lorena Austin deliberately misled House leadership to reserve a conference room to host a drag story hour with Planned Parenthood,” Toma said, explaining that the “use of House facilities for radical activism to promote dangerously perverse ideology will not be tolerated while I am Speaker.”

Because of that, he said Democrats will no longer get to reserve House meeting rooms “until trust can be restored.”
