ONS admits vaccinated people who died were classified as unvaccinated!

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has admitted in internal emails that it misclassified some vaccinated people who had died as unvaccinated in datasets used by the government to claim the COVID-19 jabs were “safe and effective” in 2021.

Dr. Clare Craig, co-chair of the Health Advisory and Recovery Team (HART), made a subject access request to the ONS to find out what information the regulator held on her, leading it to release communications discussing how the statistics had been skewed.

In April 2021, the ONS—the government’s regulator of statistics—began releasing monthly reports into mortality by vaccination status, more than three months after the rollout of the COVID-19 jabs began in January.

“And at the same time, we see a massive rise in the long-term sickness and disability of the working age population. This starts to rise in spring 2021. You don’t need to be a genius to put those things together and realize that the vaccines are killing people. I can’t necessarily put a number on it, but I would say yes, absolutely the vaccines are killing people.”

The government has always maintained that the vaccines are “safe and effective,” that death by vaccination is extremely rare, and that the jabs have saved “millions” of lives across the world.

Europe reacts to the Trump trial: Trump will now win big!

“I feel more certain this morning that Trump will be the 47th President, than I did yesterday”, says Brexit leader Nigel Farage, with many European newspapers saying the trial won’t be as advantageous to Democrats as they might earlier have hoped.

Europe’s newspapers and commentary sphere is full of reactions to Donald Trump’s business records trial in Manhattan finding him guilty on all 34 counts on Thursday night. While the probity of the cases is up for debate, many seem to agree the case will be of limited utility to the Democrats, with Trump supporters doubling down and opponents already voting against, no what.

Britain’s main conservative newspaper The Daily Telegraph leads with a note, “Biden thinks this is a victory – he may be disappointed”. In their analysis they state what so many papers are, that: “few Americans have punctiliously followed the trial day-by-day. For many, the possibility of a Trump conviction has already been priced into their decision.

Germany’s newspaper of record Die Welt also sees an uncertain future, saying it believes: “There are still five months until election day. Most Americans only become interested in political events a few weeks before the election… Trump’s party colleagues are convinced that the New York verdict will prove to be an own goal for the Democrats.”

In Poland, the central European country where a globalist-left coalition recently overturned a longstanding nationalist-conservative government and is now purging the state of its influence, including by putting loyalists through court, the Trump result was an opportunity to remind opponents that the purge would continue. Former top Eurocrat and two-time Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk wrote this morning: “The law determines guilt and punishment, regardless of whether the perpetrator is a president or a minister. Polish politicians must memorize this American lesson. All.”

Poland’s former government were strong supporters of President Trump, and he praised Polish politician Andrzej Duda as being a great friend at a recent meeting.

The French, given their acclimatization to Presidential legal and sexual scandals in office, which has basically been the norm in the country for decades, may be expected to be sanguine about Trump. The conservative Le Figaro, for instance, delivers as its main takeaway that the case will have only a “moderate” impact on voter attitudes, given most will have already made up their minds.

U.S. NEWS, POLITICS & GOVERNMENT

Verdict reached in Trump trial; Trump convicted by jury on all 34 counts in just 2 days!

Former President Donald Trump was found guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, as a jury of 12 unanimously returned their verdict on May 30 after less than two days of deliberation. With this result, President Trump becomes the first ever American president to be convicted of a crime.

As the verdicts were read, President Trump sat still, didn’t show emotion, and looked straight ahead. President Trump’s attorney has previously vowed to appeal a conviction expeditiously.

New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan set the sentencing hearing for 10 a.m. on July 11th. This is four days before the Republican National Convention where the former president is set to be formally designated as the GOP presidential nominee. President Trump is not barred from running for president as a convicted felon.

President Trump blasted the decision, pledging to contest the conviction.

“This was a rigged decision right from day one. And we will fight for our Constitution,” he said outside the courtroom.

Short of a successful appeal, Trump could now be facing such penalties as jail time, probation, house arrest, fines or any combination thereof. It’s all up to the judge.

Trump convicted on all 34 counts after 2 days of deliberations; set up by judge!

Former President Donald Trump was found guilty on all counts by a panel of 12 jurors on Thursday in the New York criminal trial. After roughly 11 and a half hours over two days, the jury reached its verdict.

“Please let there be no reactions, no outbursts of any kind,” acting Justice Juan Merchan said before the jury read its verdict.

Trump was facing 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, filed by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) last year. The prosecution accused Trump of marking payments made to his then-personal attorney, Michael Cohen, as legal expenses in an attempt to cover up a $130,000 settlement payment the attorney made to porn actress Stormy Daniels to keep

quiet about an alleged affair with the former president.
Legal minds are beside themselves at how the judge in the Trump ‘hush money’ case has instructed jurors to rule – first in what constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley called “the coup de grace instruction,” Judge Juan Merchan said that there is no need to agree on what occurred – and can disagree on what the crime was among the charges.

Then, after the verdict, the judge thanked the jurors and told them they could talk about the case in public.

Trump responds to guilty verdict in NY trial: Rigged decision!

Former President Donald Trump responded after a jury in Manhattan found him guilty of falsifying business records, saying it’s a “disgrace” and a “rigged” affair.

The former president made the comments to reporters after leaving the courtroom, also saying it’s a “witch hunt” allegedly carried out at the behest of the White House.

“The real verdict is going to be on November 5 by the people,” he said, adding: “This was a rigged decision from day one.”

The former president, who did not make reference to the jury, also told reporters that he “didn’t do a thing wrong, I am a very innocent man.” He added, “We‘ll keep fighting. We’ll fight to the end, and we’ll win.”

“It’s okay, I’m fighting for our country … I’m fighting for our constitution,” President Trump added.

A lawyer for President Trump told CNN earlier on Thursday that his legal team would “speedily appeal” the verdict, putting the case in the hands of the New York Court of Appeals.

Judge Juan Merchan set the former commander-in-chief’s sentencing date for July 11 after he was found guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records, coming after he dismissed the jury and their alternates.

“I do want to personally thank you for your service,” the judge told them.

After the verdict, President Trump’s lawyer Todd Blanche had asked Judge Merchan to throw it out, arguing it relied on the unreliable testimony of witness Michael Cohen. Judge Merchan swiftly denied the request.

Speaker Johnson reacts to the Trump verdict in New York!

Republicans are loudly condemning the guilty verdict in former President Donald Trump’s New York “hush money” trial, with House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) saying the outcome represents “a shameful day in American history.”

The comments come after President Trump was convicted in Manhattan of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, becoming the first former president in American history to be convicted of a crime.

Republicans were quick to dismiss the conviction as being the predictable result of a politically motivated prosecution, saying the conviction represents the latest development in a legal system that’s been increasingly weaponized against President Trump and his allies.

Maga Firebrands, Veepstakes, contenders, torch guilty verdict in Trump case!

MAGA Republicans and allies of former President Donald Trump slammed the jury’s verdict in his New York business records trial on Thursday, which found him guilty on all 34 counts of falsifying business records.

Donald Trump Jr. led the charge in a post on Twitter moments after the verdict came down.
“Guilty on all counts. The Democrats have succeeded in their years long attempt to turn America into a

third-world shithole. November 5 is our last chance to save it,” he wrote.

Sens. J.D. Vance (R-OH) and Marco Rubio (R-FL), who are rumored to be in contention to be Trump’s running mate, blasted the verdict and trial as well.

“This decision is a disgrace to the rule of law and our Constitution,” wrote in a post on X.

“Dems invented a felony to ‘get Trump,’ with the help of a Soros funded prosecutor and a Biden donor Judge, who rigged the entire case to get this outcome,” he added.

Vance emphasized, “This isn’t justice, it’s election interference.”

VIDEO: RFK, Jr. says the verdict will backfire on the Democrats!

RFK, Jr.: Democrats want to beat Trump in the courtroom, not the ballot box!

Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. decried the “Guilty” verdict against former President Donald Trump on Thursday, saying the Democrats want to beat him in court rather than at the ballot box.

“The Democratic Party’s strategy is to beat President Trump in the courtroom rather than the ballot box. This will backfire in November. Even worse, it is profoundly undemocratic,” the nephew of former President John F. Kennedy said on X.

“America deserves a President who can win at the ballot box without compromising our government’s separation of powers or weaponizing the courts. You can’t save democracy by destroying it first,” he continued. “The Democrats are afraid they will lose in the voting booth, so instead they go after President Trump in the courtroom.”

PUBLIC REAX: Trump donation website crashes as cash pours in after guilty verdict!

Minutes after the jury returned a guilty verdict in former President Donald Trump’s criminal trial in New York, an influx of donations to his presidential campaign as an apparent show of support caused his donation page to temporarily become unavailable.

Within minutes of the jury returning the verdict, President Trump’s donation page displayed a 500 error stating “something went wrong,” leading to widespread speculation of a tidal wave of donations underway, possibly out of a combination of support for the former president and outrage at the guilty verdict.

The Trump campaign later confirmed that the page was down due to a torrent of donations.

“The American people see through Crooked Joe Biden’s rigged show trial. So many Americans were moved to donate to President Trump’s campaign that the WinRed pages went down,” the Team Trump account on X said in a post. “We are working on getting the website back online as quickly as possible. Stay strong.”

The page has since gone back up, with the Trump campaign confirming that fact in a follow-up post.

Joe Manchin has just left the Democrat Party; now calls himself an independent!

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) announced on May 31 that he has left the Democratic Party and become an independent.

“My commitment to do everything I can to bring our country together has led me to register as an independent with no party affiliation,” Mr. Manchin wrote in a post on the social media platform X, showing a picture of himself with what appeared to be a voter registration form.

“I have seen both the Democrat and Republican parties leave West Virginia and our country behind for partisan extremism while jeopardizing our democracy. Today, our national politics are broken and neither party is willing to compromise to find common ground.”

Mr. Manchin, 76, explored a possible third-party run. However, he said it would be “very challenging” and a “deal-breaker” or “spoiler.”

“The system right now is not set up for [it]. [In] the long game, maybe we can make a third party viable where it has a process and opportunity. Right now, it’s very challenging,” he said.

ECONOMY & BUSINESS

Foreclosure Spike: Warning signs in Texas, California & Florida amid rising taxes, insurance!

In some Texas and Florida cities, foreclosures are rising, suggesting early signs of distress in the once booming housing market. The likely reasons: rising property taxes and insurance premiums and higher interest rates that make it increasingly difficult for homeowners struggling with mortgage payments to sell their properties or refinance their way out of trouble.

Because of storms and other natural disasters, insurance costs in recent years have been rising faster in those states than in much of the rest of the US. What’s more, the median local property tax bill in Texas for single-family residences had climbed $1,015 by 2023 from 2019, the biggest jump in the US, a CoreLogic data analysis shows.

In Houston, foreclosure filings jumped 37% in the first quarter from a year earlier, according to data from property tracker Attom. That was the biggest increase among the 15 metro areas with the most filings, followed by Orlando, Tampa and Miami. In a foreclosure, a bank takes possession of a property after a homeowner falls far behind on their payments, though filings don’t all end with a lender takeover. Increases in Houston and elsewhere in Texas and Florida stand out because foreclosure levels are down overall in the US.

Rob Barber, Attom’s chief executive officer, says foreclosure filings usually rise with unemployment and weak home equity, which isn’t the case in those cities; lenders could just be dealing with a backlog.

Q2: Vacancy and zombie foreclosure repo report by ATTOM Data!

ATTOM Data has released its second-quarter 2024 Vacant Property and Zombie Foreclosure Report showing that 1.3 million (1,289,387) residential properties in the United States sit vacant. That figure represents about 1.3 percent, or one in 79 homes, across the nation – the same as in the first quarter of this year.

The report also reveals that 237,208 residential properties in the U.S. are in the process of foreclosure in the second quarter of this year, down 2.3 percent from the first quarter of 2024 and down 23.9 percent from the second quarter of 2023. Foreclosure activity has declined this year following a surge in cases that hit after a nationwide moratorium on lenders pursuing delinquent homeowners, imposed during the Coronavirus pandemic, was lifted in the middle of 2021.

Among those pre-foreclosure properties are about 6,945 sitting vacant as zombie foreclosures (pre-foreclosure properties abandoned by owners) in the second quarter of 2024. That figure is also down from the prior quarter, by 5.4 percent, and down 20.6 percent from a year ago.

Michigan Dairy Worker Third Human Bird Flu Case

The farmworker was quickly provided antivirals and is recovering from respiratory symptoms, Michigan health officials said.

The risk to the public remains low, although farmworkers exposed to infected animals are at higher risk, health officials said. The Michigan cases occurred on different farms and there are no signs of spread among people, officials said.

“Risk depends on exposure, and in this case, the relevant exposure is to infected animals,” the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said in a statement.

Not being of sound mind has legal consequences …

In order for a contract to be legally binding, all of the individuals who signed the agreement must have “contractual capacity.” Contractual capacity is a legal term that refers to the minimum mental capacity required to enter into an agreement. In other words, individuals who lack the capacity to contract are presumed to not know what they’re doing, and they can “void,” or set aside, the contract.

The law recognizes three categories of individuals who lack the capacity to contract:

  • minors
  • individuals with psychological disabilities, and
  • intoxicated persons.

If anyone from these categories enters into a contract, the agreement might be considered “voidable” by them. This protects the party who lacks capacity from being forced to go through with a deal that takes advantage of his or her lack of savvy.

Let’s look at some situations in which a person might lack the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract.

Mental Incapacity and Contracts

A person who lacks mental capacity can void, or have a guardian void, most contracts (except contracts for necessities). As with contracts with minors, the contract is voidable, and not automatically void. In other words, the person who lacked the capacity to enter the contract can either end the contract or permit it to go ahead as agreed on.

States use different tests to determine whether a person had the mental capacity to enter into a contract.

The cognitive test. In most states, the standard for mental capacity is whether the party understood the meaning and effect of the words comprising the contract or transaction. This is called the “cognitive” test.

The affective test. Some states use what’s called the “affective test”: A contract can be voided if one party is unable to act in a reasonable manner and the other party has reason to know of the condition.

The motivational test. And some states use a third measure, called the “motivational” test. Courts in these states measure capacity by the person’s ability to judge whether or not to enter into the agreement. These tests can produce varying results when applied to mental conditions such as bipolar disorder.

For example, suppose Mr. Smalley contracts to sell an invention, and then later claims that the contract was void because he lacked capacity. Smalley has been diagnosed as manic-depressive and has been in and out of mental hospitals. His doctor states that Mr. Smalley wasn’t capable of evaluating business deals when he was in a “manic” state.

Smalley’s case goes to court and the court refuses to terminate the contract, deciding that Smalley, in his manic state, was capable of contracting. The judge goes on to say: “The manic phase of the illness under discussion is not, however, a weakness of mind rendering a person incompetent to contract .” In other words, the court’s view of manic-depression was cognitive—that the condition might have impaired Smalley’s judgment but not his understanding.

SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY

Transhumanism: Military operations cloaked in the false premise of transcendence!

With the coordinated global release of the Covid-19 narrative in late 2019 and the subsequent illogical demands of governments — allied with transnational organizations and pharmaceutical giants — many people around the world began questioning the hasty, unprecedented, and sweeping technological and technocratic changes being made to societies in the name of a highly marketed “medical emergency”. Despite new policies emanating from authorities to isolate, to mask, to restrict all social contact, to accept without question unique experimental gene- and nanoparticle-based injections, and to abide by novel and absurd social norms, many people pushed back against the apparent tyranny. The more enthusiastic that governments were in deleting civil rights, suppressing freedom of speech and due process, the more that people sought to expose the story behind the mainstream Covid-19 narrative. This article, the first in a series of four, considers that story as it intersects with the trajectory of transhumanism.

In these times of great political, economic and societal uncertainty, we can be certain of one thing. Communities across the globe are beset by all the insidious forces of radical change that wo/men in power can dream up for the people they pretend to speak for and rule. The forces of change rank in the command and control of a larger war striving at every turn to camouflage the long-planned transition of humankind. Everything is subject to capture in the programs of transformation for nationhood, personhood, personal identity, agency, and sovereignty. Some people recognise the tensions and the weapons deployed to bring about total captivity and change. Others deny the evidence of the campaigns waged against them.

The difference between these extremes might be explained by the most contested space in the present war — the struggle for the heart and mind.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Buried fortune of old copper wire is worth billions to telecoms!

In the migration to fiber-optic cable, telecommunications companies could recover as much as 800,000 metric tons of copper over the next decade, worth more than $7 billion at today’s prices, according to estimates from TXO, a UK-based firm that provides engineering services to the industry.

A critical component of electric-vehicle batteries, wind turbines and other clean-energy infrastructure, annual demand for copper may grow more than 50% by 2040, according to estimates from BloombergNEF. At the same time, mining is becoming more difficult and expensive.

That anticipated squeeze has already driven prices up 50% from pre-pandemic levels. Even the highest recovery estimates would make up a tiny fraction of annual copper demand, possibly less if the migration to fiber-optic is only partial, or some copper cables have to remain to avoid major disruptions, including maintaining access to critical health services in some places.

AT&T says it is thinking strategically about where it focuses its copper recycling efforts. Between 2021 and 2023, the company recycled more than 14,000 tons of copper and expects the business to increase. The company is currently working with four copper reclamation centers in the US and plans to add more.

2ND AMENDMENT

Supreme Court rules unanimously for NRA in free speech case!

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled that the National Rifle Association (NRA) plausibly alleged that a former New York state official violated the First Amendment by pressuring insurance companies to cut ties with the gun rights organization.

“A government official can share her views freely and criticize particular beliefs, and she can do so forcefully in the hopes of persuading others to follow her lead,” Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote in the majority opinion on May 30.

“In doing so, she can rely on the merits and force of her ideas, the strength of her convictions, and her ability to inspire others. What she cannot do, however, is use the power of the State to punish or suppress disfavored expression.”

Justices Neil Gorsuch and Ketanji Brown Jackson filed concurring opinions.

NRA v. Vullo emerged from the aftermath of the Parkland, Florida, shooting on Feb. 14, 2018. The Supreme Court’s decision allows the gun rights organization to proceed with its First Amendment claims in a lower court.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit had rejected the NRA’s First Amendment arguments and said that regardless, New York Department of Financial Services (DFS) Superintendent Maria Vullo was entitled to qualified immunity.

A district court had blocked motions to dismiss from both Ms. Vullo and former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, but the latter didn’t appeal.

COVID RELATED NEWS

Research suggests an unusual form of cell death causes severe COVID-19 lung damage!

SARS-CoV-2 infection may cause severe pulmonary conditions such as pneumonia, inflammation, and acute respiratory distress syndrome, but until now, researchers have not understood the driving force behind lung damage caused by COVID-19.

In a recently published paper in Nature Communications, researchers at Columbia University discovered that a relatively new form of iron-dependent cell death called ferroptosis is the underlying mechanism causing extreme and potentially fatal pulmonary conditions in COVID-19 patients.

“This finding adds crucial insight to our understanding of how COVID-19 affects the body that will significantly improve our ability to fight life-threatening cases of the disease,” Brent Stockwell, chair of the department of biological sciences at Columbia and co-lead author of the study, said in a news release.

Human cells have powerful mechanisms for maintaining survival, but when those mechanisms become impaired, lipid peroxides—generated through normal metabolic activities—can accumulate to toxic levels, damage cell membranes, and kill cells through ferroptosis.
