Charles III Takes Coronation Oath on Holy Bible, is Crowned King

King Charles III made his Coronation oath on the Holy Bible before being anointed with sacred oil blessed in Jerusalem at the service at the ancient Westminster Abbey in London on Saturday morning.

“God of compassion and mercy whose Son was sent not to be served but to serve, give grace that I may find in thy service perfect freedom and in that freedom knowledge of thy truth.”, said King Charles III of the United Kingdom at the altar of Westminster Abbey on Saturday. Moments before, he had sworn his Coronation oath on the Holy Bible.

Coronation crowd boos, flips bird at Charles’ procession: ‘Not my king!’

Amid the sea of Union Jacks, demonstrators filled the air with a chorus of boos Saturday at King Charles III and Queen Camilla’s coronation.

The elaborate royal procession was heckled by anti-monarch protestors who joined the crowd of onlookers watching the parade on Saturday.

“Down with the crown!” many among the masses shouted as the carriage rolled past, armed with blinding yellow signs and shirts.

“Not my King!” they yelled, stationed among the hoards of Brits lining the central London streets.

Several protestors were arrested before the ceremony this morning, but members of the group told CNN that the Metropolitan Police did not cite reasons why.

Russian Hypersonic Missile Shot Down With U.S. ‘Patriot’ Defence System, Ukrainians Claim

Ukrainian armed forces shot down a Russian hypersonic missile using an American-made missile defence system, a senior official in the country has claimed.

Mykola Oleshchuk, a commander within Ukraine’s air force, has claimed that forces fighting for the country have managed to shoot down one of Russia’s hypersonic missiles using a Patriot Surface-to-Air Missile (SAM) defence system developed by the United States, which the country began to receive from America, Germany, and the Netherlands last month.

Russia Confirms Deal to Sell China Highly Enriched Uranium

Russia’s state-controlled Sputnik News reported on Wednesday that TVEL, a subsidiary of Russia’s state atomic energy corporation Rosatom, will supply two Chinese nuclear reactors with highly enriched uranium fuel for the next three years.

International outlets have reported on at least three railroad shipments of fuel to the two Chinese reactors in Fujian province, but Sputnik said the fuel contained much more highly concentrated uranium than previously reported – indeed, much more than required by reactors of the Fujian design.

WHO chief declares end to COVID-19 as a global health emergency  (Yet the U.S. COVID-19 Emergency is ending on May 11th, the same day as Title 42 is ending. Coincidence?)

Russia Begins Evacuating People From Area Around The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Station

The Zaporizhzhia nuclear station has become “potentially dangerous” as Russian officials began evacuating people from nearby areas. United Nations officials have also commented that the situation is becoming “increasingly unpredictable.”

The head of the UN’s nuclear power watchdog called for measures to ensure the safe operation of Europe’s largest nuclear plant as evacuations were underway in the nearby town of Enerhodar, according to a report by Yahoo News.  Rafael Grossi, director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), said on the agency’s website: “The general situation in the area near the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant is becoming increasingly unpredictable and potentially dangerous.

“I’m extremely concerned about the very real nuclear safety and security risks facing the plant. We must act now to prevent the threat of a severe nuclear accident and its associated consequences for the population and the environment,” Grossi added.

The IAEA has issued warnings previously about safety at the plant which Russia captured in the opening days of its invasion last year after shelling caused temporary power cuts. In March the IAEA warned the plant was running on diesel generators to keep vital cooling systems going, after damage to power lines.

Watchdog Warns of Increased Risk of ‘Severe Accident’ at Ukrainian Nuclear Power Plant

The head of the United Nations’ nuclear watchdog is expressing growing anxiety about the safety of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, after the governor of the Russia-occupied area ordered the evacuation of a town where most plant staff live amid ongoing attacks in the area.

The plant is near the front lines of fighting, and Ukrainian authorities on Sunday said that a 72-year-old woman was killed and three others were wounded when Russian forces fired more than 30 shells at Nikopol, a Ukrainian-held town neighboring the plant.

China, Pakistan and Afghanistan FMs hold talks in Islamabad

Foreign ministers from all three nations promise to pursue trilateral cooperation efforts as political ties deepen.

Afghanistan seeks Chinese investment

Since the withdrawal of United States forces in August 2021, Afghanistan has suffered an economic and humanitarian crisis as the Taliban took over and the nation was plunged into international isolation.

The Taliban government has since hoped to attract Chinese investment in its reserves of minerals such as copper and lithium.

The acting foreign minister of Afghanistan, Amir Khan Muttaqi, who is subject to a travel ban by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) but was given an exemption to visit Islamabad, met his Chinese counterpart, Qin Gang. He is due to have a bilateral meeting with Pakistani Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari later on Sunday.

China has invested billions in Pakistan through the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), an under-construction network of roads, railways and ports.

Under Xi, China Continues To Solidify And Consolidate Its Technocracy

You can still see the visible trappings of former Communism in China, but the substance of the country has morphed into hard-core Technocracy. This was intentional and not accidental, as evidenced by many internal and external reports. For all those who thought Chairman Xi was moving away from Technocracy, this article proves that he is dead set on increasing Technocrat power.⁃ TN Editor

Kissinger makes Ukraine peace prediction

With China involved, serious negotiations could begin by the end of the year, the elder statesman said

Former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger has told CBS News that the conflict in Ukraine may be approaching a turning point, and that Chinese-brokered peace talks could begin by the end of 2023.

“Now that China has entered the negotiation, it will come to a head, I think by the end of the year,” the 99-year-old diplomat told CBS in an interview broadcast on Sunday. By that time, he continued, “we will be talking about negotiating processes and even actual negotiations.”

With the release of its ‘Position on the Political Settlement of the Ukraine Crisis’ in February, China put itself forward as a potential mediator between Moscow and Kiev. The Chinese plan was rejected outright by the US and EU, while Russian President Vladimir Putin described some of its 12 points as “in tune” with Moscow’s position, and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky welcomed only a handful of its points, but maintains that Kiev will not compromise with Russia in any way.

Zelensky’s refusal to negotiate with Putin’s government – the Ukrainian leader banned contact with the Kremlin in a decree last October – is just one stumbling block faced by China or any other potential middleman.

Google co-founder MIA in Epstein lawsuit – Virgin Islands

Unable to find Larry Page, the government wants to subpoena Google parent company Alphabet instead

The Virgin Islands wants to serve Google’s parent company Alphabet with a subpoena in regard to its lawsuit accusing JPMorgan of enabling Jeffrey Epstein’s underage sex trafficking ring, a legal filing last week revealed.

Government investigators have been unable to locate Google co-founder Larry Page, who is sought by the court, and have asked Judge Jed Rakoff for permission to serve Alphabet instead.

The lawyers have stressed that the factual discovery period for the suit is nearing its end and argued that Page is unlikely to be found before the end of the month.

The filing refers to investigators’ “good faith attempts” to locate Page, who is described as a “high-net worth individual who Epstein may have referred or attempted to refer to JPMorgan.” Despite “hiring an investigative firm to search public records databases,” the government could not serve the billionaire, with investigators reporting the addresses they found were not valid.

Australia’s PM “Frustrated” US Won’t Drop Charges Against Assange

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has expressed frustration over the Biden administration’s efforts to convict WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, an Australian citizen.

“There is nothing to be served by his ongoing incarceration,” Albanese said Friday while in the UK. The Australian leader noted Assange had already spent a lot of time incarcerated, as he has been held in London’s Belmarsh Prison since April 2019 and had been confined to the Ecuadorian embassy before that.

“I just say that enough is enough,” he said. “I know it’s frustrating, I share the frustration. I can’t do more than make very clear what my position is, and the US administration is certainly very aware of what the Australian government’s position is.”

Last November, Albanese said he personally asked the US government to drop the charges against Assange, who is facing up to 175 years in prison if convicted for publishing information that revealed US war crimes. The Biden administration has been under increasing pressure to end its attempt to extradite Assange from the UK but shows no sign it will change course.

On May 3, which marked World Press Freedom Day, the State Department refused to acknowledge that Assange was a journalist and backed the charges against him for the first time. Previously, the State Department would not comment on the case.

A group of House Democrats led by Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) recently sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland urging him to drop the charges against Assange. The WikiLeaks founder used standard journalistic practices to obtain the information he published, and the lawmakers warned of the precedent his conviction could set.

“The prosecution of Mr. Assange, if successful, not only sets a legal precedent whereby journalists or publishers can be prosecuted, but a political one as well. In the future, The New York Times or Washington Post could be prosecuted when they publish important stories based on classified information,” the lawmakers said.

Argentina Sleepwalks into Hyperinflation (Yet Again)

The Argentine peso has lost half its value in one year. Both the official and parallel exchange rates with the US dollar and the Mexican peso have doubled in one year. Consumer prices have doubled in one year. The quantity of Argentine pesos has doubled in one year. All the rates at which these variables are increasing have also doubled in one year. Expecting everything to double again in half a year is now a conservative projection.

Iran executes two men convicted of blasphemy

Iran has executed two men who were convicted of “burning the Quran” and “insulting the Prophet of Islam”, the country’s judiciary says.

Yousef Mehrad and Sadrollah Fazeli-Zare ran dozens of social media accounts “dedicated to atheism and desecration of the sanctities”, the judiciary’s Mizan news agency reported.

Mr Mehdad’s lawyer had insisted that he was innocent and his sentence unjust.

A rights group called their executions “a cruel act by a medieval regime”.

There has been a surge in executions in the Islamic Republic amid continuing anti-government unrest, but those for blasphemy convictions are rare.

Mizan said Yousef Mehrad and Sadrollah Fazeli-Zare were hanged at Arak Prison in central Iran on Monday morning.

EXCLUSIVE: Photos Show Story of El Paso’s 2nd Migrant Emergency in 6 Months

Conditions in the heart of downtown El Paso leave no doubt as to the need for Mayor Oscar Leeser’s second disaster declaration in the past six months. Breitbart Texas visited the city observing more than 1,000 migrants, many of whom lack funds to leave the border region, camped on city sidewalks and in nearby alleys.

At the city’s press conference announcing the declaration, Mayor Leeser told reporters, “We are getting prepared now for what we call the unknown, and the unknown is what will happen after May 11.” Leeser told reporters he visited nearby Juarez, Mexico, to estimate the number of potential migrants ready to cross into the United States as the deadline for the expiration of the Title 42 Emergency COVID-19 expulsion authority nears. In a late April news report, the Governor of the Mexican border state of Chihuahua estimated 35,000 migrants may be prepared to make the crossing from Juarez, Mexico into El Paso in the coming weeks.

County Thousands of Miles From Southern Border Declares State of Emergency Over Illegal Immigration

Officials in a county that’s just north of New York City have declared a state of emergency after city officials decided to approve a plan to send illegal immigrants there.

Rockland County Executive Ed Day said on May 6 that some 340 illegal immigrant males are expected to be sent to a hotel in Orangeburg, New York, for a four-month period.

The county is located about 2,000 miles from the Texas–Mexico border.

“This county already has a housing crisis due to the lack thereof and lack of affordable housing options,” Day said in a statement. “Sending busloads of people to this county that does not have the infrastructure to care for them will only compound that issue tenfold while straining support systems that are already at a breaking point.”

He noted that New York City declared itself a sanctuary city in December 2016 by “committing itself to supporting undocumented individuals while this County has not for the simple fact that we are one-tenth the population of New York City and incapable of receiving and sustaining the volume of undocumented migrants Mayor Eric Adams intends to send over,” according to his statement.

Day, a Republican, added that the “crisis is so extreme that Rockland has been unprecedently deputized by the State of New York to take over Building and Fire Code enforcement in the Village of Spring Valley.”

ICE: Jailed ‘Wife’ of East Texas 5x Murder Suspect Also a Deported Migrant

The “wife” of the four-time deported Mexican national accused of murdering five Honduran migrants in their home is also an immigration fugitive, according to federal immigration officials. The woman, now in the Montgomery County, Texas, jail on felony charges of helping accused murderer Francisco Oropesa evade arrest, is herself an immigration fugitive after being ordered removed from the U.S. for a second time.

Responding to an inquiry from Breitbart Texas, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officials reported they placed an immigration detainer on 52-year-old Divimara Lamar Nava, an unlawfully present Mexican national. Officials say Nava was removed from the U.S. by ERO officers after an immigration judge ordered her removal on December 29, 2009.

Sometime after her deportation, Nava illegally re-entered the U.S. at an unknown location, officials stated. Members of an ICE ERO Houston fugitive operations team encountered Nava again at a residence in Conroe, Texas, on September 25. Officials reinstated her previous order of removal.

EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS: East Texas Sheriff Raids Pot Grow House near 5x Migrant Murder Scene

San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office deputies raided a suspected marijuana grow house Saturday morning and seized nearly 200 plants. Deputies first found the grow operation while searching for the alleged murderer of five Honduran migrants last week.

Sheriff Capers told Breitbart Texas his deputies found the suspected grow house while doing a house-to-house search last weekend for fugitive murder suspect Francisco Oropesa. The four-time deported Mexican national is currently in custody in the San Jacinto County Jail charged with murdering five Honduran migrants who lived next door to his home located about one street away from the suspected grow house.

TEXAS SHERIFF: Nine Dead, Including Children, in Mall Shooting

A shooter at a mall in North Texas left behind multiple victims, including children, according to the Collin County sheriff. The sheriff also confirmed the shooter is dead at the scene.

At about 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, a shooting broke out at the Allen Premium Outlets Mall in Allen, Texas. Collin County Sheriff Jim Skinner told reporters there were multiple victims in what WFAA ABC8 describes as a “deadly shooting.” The victims included children, the sheriff advised.

FBI Asks Texas Mall Shooting Witnesses for Evidence as Suspect ID’d by Unnamed Officials

The FBI is asking witnesses of the Allen, Texas, outlet mall shooting to submit video evidence to the bureau after a gunman killed eight people and wounded seven others.

Witnesses who have digital evidence from the May 6 incident should submit information to a website that was created after the mass shooting.

“FBI Dallas, The Texas Rangers, and the Allen Texas Police Department are seeking information on the May 6th shooting that occurred at the Allen Premium Outlet Mall located in Allen, Texas. Please submit images and/or video below,” the website reads, directing users to send in their clips and photos.

The FBI told media outlets that its agents were “present at two locations in Dallas,” and is assisting state and local authorities by “devoting all available resources to include investigative, intelligence, digital forensics, and victim services personnel among others.”

Dashcam video circulating online showed the gunman getting out of a car and shooting at people on the sidewalk. More than three dozen shots could be heard as the vehicle that was recording the video drove off.

Allen Fire Chief Jonathan Boyd said seven people, including the shooter, died at the scene. Two other people died at hospitals. The wounded remained hospitalized on May 7—three in critical condition and four in fair condition—the Allen Police Department stated. An Allen police officer was in the area on an unrelated call when he heard shots at 3:36 p.m., the department wrote on Facebook.

The Allen Police Department stated on May 7 that the Texas Department of Public Safety would investigate the matter and would take over the probe. The Department of Public Safety didn’t respond by press time to a request by The Epoch Times for comment.

Supreme Court Election Case in Doubt With State Court Ruling

The North Carolina Supreme Court backed a Republican-drawn congressional map in a ruling that could scuttle a major US Supreme Court elections case.

The state court on Friday overruled its 2022 decision that had said the districts were so partisan they violated the North Carolina Constitution. The US Supreme Court has been reviewing that ruling in a case centering on which parts of state governments have authority to shape federal election rules.

WATCH — Protesters Flood NYC Subway After Jordan Neely Death: ‘No Justice, No Peace!’

Protesters swarmed New York City on Saturday in the wake of a homeless man’s death and demanded the abolishment of police.

Thirty-year-old Jordan Neely was allegedly choked to death by a Marine veteran on Monday, according to Fox News.

Kayleigh McEnany to take over Tucker Carlson’s former prime-time slot this week

Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany will be taking the place of Tucker Carlson for a week starting May 8.

McEnany is the first female host to fill in since Carlson was ousted. Co-host Brian Kilmeade of Fox & Friends was the first replacement during the first week without Carlson, followed by Lawrence Jones of Cross Country. McEnany is one of three hosts on Outnumbered and was White House press secretary under President Donald Trump.

Geraldo Rivera’s Appearances on Fox News Abruptly Canceled

Fox News host Geraldo Rivera said that all his appearances on “The Five” have been canceled for this week with no explanation why.

“My appearances today and tomorrow on The Five have been canceled. I’m sure there’s a good reason. Never fear, I’ll be back week after next. Stay safe and happy. Thanks,” Rivera wrote, although he did not offer an explanation for why he was removed.

Rivera, 79, has the “liberal” seat on “The Five,” the highest-rated show on the cable news network. Others who sit in the seat include contributor Jessica Tarlov and former Democrat Rep. Harold Ford Jr.

The announcement comes days after Fox News announced the departure of popular host Tucker Carlson, who had previously clashed with Rivera on the air. When Carlson left the network, Rivera appeared to praise the decision in a rare comment from a Fox News host about the move.

“I don’t wish ill on anybody, but there is no doubt—as I said at the time—Tucker Carlson’s perverse January 6 conspiracy theory was [expletive]. Having lost the election President [Donald] Trump incited an insurrection that sought to undermine our Constitutional process,” he wrote last week after Carlson’s confirmed exit.

DOJ Seeks 25 Years for Oath Keepers’ Rhodes

The Justice Department is seeking 25 years in prison for Stewart Rhodes, the Oath Keepers founder convicted of seditious conspiracy for what prosecutors described as a violent plot to keep President Joe Biden out of the White House, prosecutors said in court papers filed Friday.

A Washington, D.C., jury convicted Rhodes in November in one of the most consequential cases brought in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, when supporters of then-President Donald Trump assaulted police officers, smashed windows, and temporarily halted Congress’ certification of Biden’s victory.

Prosecutors described the Oath Keepers’ actions as “terrorism” and told the judge that a harsh sentence is critical to deter future political violence. They wrote that Rhodes believes he has done nothing wrong and “still presents a threat to American democracy and lives.”

Yellen Warns ‘Constitutional Crisis’ Could Come Next Month

‘No good options’ if Congress doesn’t pass debt ceiling bill, she says

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said she will not rule out the possibility of declaring the debt ceiling unconstitutional if Congress cannot resolve its standoff over the debt ceiling, but said there are “no good options” on the table.

“There is no way to protect our financial system in our economy other than Congress doing its job and raising the debt ceiling and enabling us to pay our bills. And we should not get to the point where we need to consider whether the president can go on issuing debt,” Yellen told ABC’s “This Week” on Sunday.

She was responding to a question about whether the Treasury could use the 14th Amendment to declare the debt ceiling unconstitutional. It reads, in part, that the “validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned.”

But the U.S. Constitution also gives Congress the power of the purse. If Yellen invoked the amendment, it would trigger a “constitutional crisis,” she told ABC News.

When pressed further by ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, a former Clinton White House press secretary, Yellen said that there was nothing the Biden administration could do to avoid an “economic catastrophe” if the 14th Amendment was invoked.

“I’m still not exactly clear on whether it’s on the table or off the table,” Stephanopoulos asked her. “Is it a ‘break glass in case of emergency’ option?”

Yellen responded by saying: “Look, I don’t want to consider emergency options. What’s important is that members of Congress recognize what their responsibility is, and avert what will surely be—regardless of how it’s handled, what option is used to handle it—an economic and financial catastrophe.”

Stephanopoulos then suggested to Yellen that “it sounds like you’re saying you don’t want to but you may have to.” She replied: “What to do if Congress fails to meet its responsibility, there is simply no good options. And the ones that you’ve listed are among the not good options.”

The idea of invoking the 14th Amendment was floated during an interview last week with President Joe Biden, and he suggested the option is on the table. Biden is slated to meet with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) this week on the debt ceiling as Yellen has warned the United States would default on its obligations on June 1.

“I’ve not gotten there yet,” Biden told MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle.

43 Senate Republicans Say No to Increasing Debt Limit Without Substantive Spending Cuts

A group of 43 Republicans in the U.S. Senate said on May 6 that they “oppose raising the debt ceiling without substantive spending and budget reforms,” coalescing around their House counterparts ahead of the White House meeting over the federal debt ceiling amid a monthslong political standoff.

“The Senate Republican conference is united behind the House Republican conference in support of spending cuts and structural budget reform as a starting point for negotiations on the debt ceiling,” the group of Republicans, led by Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah), said in a letter addressed to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-Calif.).

Almost all Republicans in the Senate signed the letter, including Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).

Tucker Carlson Is About to Go to War With Fox News

According to a new report, Carlson is attempting to get out his contract, which binds him to Fox News until January 2025, so that he can move on to the next phase of his career. To achieve this, he intends to make Fox News executives’ lives extremely difficult.

Tucker Carlson is reportedly planning to rally supporters to pressure Fox News into releasing him from his contract so that he can work for or create a right-wing competitor to Fox News. A source told Axios that Carlson “knows where a lot of bodies are buried, and is ready to start drawing a map.”

Now Carlson has hired a prominent Hollywood lawyer for the contract dispute and is reportedly plotting to create his own media empire.

“The idea that anyone is going to silence Tucker and prevent him from speaking to his audience is beyond preposterous,” Carlson’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, told Axios.

If he succeeds in breaking his contract with Fox News, it could have significant implications for the conservative news landscape. Fox News, whose ratings have dropped since Carlson’s departure, has offered to pay him $20 million a year not to work, but Carlson is clearly not willing to settle for being off the air—nor should he.

EXCLUSIVE: US Air Force Ran A Social Experiment To Graduate More Minority Pilots. It Didn’t Go As Planned

The U.S. Air Force abandoned an experiment aimed at boosting pilot training graduation rates for women and minority pilots after the 2021 initiative failed to achieve the intended results and officers privately warned it could violate anti-discrimination policies, according to documents obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

As part of the larger military-wide effort to promote diversity in the service’s pilot ranks, the 19th Air Force command near San Antonio, Texas, “clustered” racial minorities and female trainees into one class, dubbed “America’s Class,” to find out if doing so would improve the pilots’ graduation rates. However, not only did the effort fail to boost minority and women candidates’ success rates, but officers involved say they were ordered to engage in potentially unlawful discrimination by excluding white males from the class, documents show.

Unlawful or not, the Air Force’s actions raised red flags for an active-duty pilot instructor who spoke to the DCNF.

“When other priorities, like gender or race, are introduced as a metric of assignment and advancement, the foundations of performance-based competition are sacrificed and the emphasis on safety takes a backseat,” a current Air Force instructor pilot and former trainer for Undergraduate Pilot Training, who spoke on a condition of anonymity due to fear of reprisal, told the DCNF.

A “significant backlog” of pilot candidates waiting to begin classes offered the 19th Air Force, which conducts pilot training for the entire service at Laughlin Air Force Base in Texas, a chance to build a class from scratch, a spokesperson for Air Education and Training Command (AETC) told the DCNF. So, the 19th Air Force “clustered” candidates from “underrepresented groups” into Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training (SUPT) class 21-15, with the initial intent of roughly mirroring the racial and gender makeup of the U.S.

Republican Oversight Committee Wants Answers From John Kerry About His Secret Talks With China

You probably knew that John Kerry is a sort of climate czar for Joe Biden, but did you know that he has been engaged in secretive talks with China?

Do you want to know what he has been discussing with them? So do Republicans on the House Oversight Committee.

The Biden administration already looks a bit too chummy with China. This just adds to that perception.

House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) is looking more closely at talks regarding Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry’s climate negotiations with China.

Kerry is engaging in negotiations without having been confirmed by the Senate. While this isn’t illegal, it seems as if a lot of responsibility is being given to someone who’s engaging in international negotiations and setting policy on climate.

“For the past two years, the Biden Administration has withheld information on John Kerry’s role within the Administration despite the committee’s many requests,” Comer told Fox News Digital in a statement. “He was not confirmed by the Senate. He is not held accountable by the American people. He is skirting congressional oversight and that is unacceptable.”

What is John Kerry negotiating? No one outside the White House is sure.

“His reported upcoming negotiations with the Chinese on climate topics, an action which he has done on numerous occasions, is inappropriate and potentially undermines U.S. interests and domestic energy security,” he continued. “Mr. Kerry’s continued engagement in shady negotiations will be met with intense scrutiny by the committee.”

RFK Jr. goes public with who he thinks was involved in JFK murder, ‘cover-up’

Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. made a bombshell claim Sunday in connection with the assassination 60 years ago of his uncle, President John F. Kennedy.

Kennedy, who is now challenging President Joe Biden for the Democratic presidential nomination, blamed the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency for the murder and “cover-up” of the tragic motorcade killing on Nov. 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas.

During a New York City radio interview with John Catsimatidis on WABC 770 AM’s “Cats Roundtable,” RFK Jr. said: “There is overwhelming evidence that the CIA was involved in his murder.

“I think it’s beyond a reasonable doubt at this point.”

“The evidence is overwhelming that the CIA was involved in the murder, and in the cover-up.”

He said James Douglas’ book, “JFK and the Unspeakable,” collected the most evidence on the assassination, and called the CIA’s denials of its role in the event a “60-year cover-up.”

Feds spend billions to boost your ‘required forfeiture’ of property

‘Congress must act to prevent law enforcement from treating Americans like ATMs’

The federal government has announced a program to spend $6 billion to boost the amount of property Americans are required to “forfeit” to the government.

It’s a lucrative business for the feds. For example, a report from the Institute for Justice notes that federal agencies grabbed some $45.7 billion in “revenue” by forcing Americans’ to forfeit various assets from 2000 to 2019.

About $31 billion was given to the DOJ’s Assets Forfeiture Fund and about $15 billion to the Treasury Forfeiture Fund.

The DOJ and Treasury control that money entirely, and it can be handed out without congressional approval.

The IJ reported the DOJ now has adopted a plan to give private corporations $6.24 billion over a five-year period to “increase the capacity” for more forfeitures.

“The sheer size of these contracts demonstrates how forfeiture has become a big business for federal law enforcement,” explained Dan Alban, director of IJ’s National Initiative to End Forfeiture Abuse.

“And it’s not just DOJ and DHS that have become addicted to forfeiture dollars; there’s now an entire forfeiture-industrial complex dependent on the feds continuing these predatory practices. These are six billion reasons we need civil forfeiture reform now. Congress must act to prevent law enforcement from treating ordinary Americans like ATMs.”

One part of the issue is pending before the Supreme Court right now. It’s a Minnesota case where a woman, behind in her taxes, lost her condominium to the government. The government there then kept the entire proceeds from the sale, tens of thousands of dollars more than was owed in taxes.

The IJ reported in March Congress reintroduced the bipartisan Fifth Amendment Integrity Restoration (FAIR) Act, H.R. 1525, which would overhaul federal civil forfeiture laws.

“The bill would remove the profit incentive that drives so many federal forfeitures, end the federal ‘equitable sharing’ program that is used to circumvent state law protections for property rights, and eliminate the unfair administrative forfeiture process,” the IJ said.

Biden rule: ‘Person’ does NOT include the unborn

‘Complete and utter denial of scientific fact’

The Biden administration is using a provision intended to protect abortion survivors as a way to dehumanize preborn children.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released a proposed rule change, claiming that the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) does not define what a person is. It referenced 1 U.S. Code 8 (1 U.S.C. 8), from the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act of 2002, which reads:

In determining the meaning of any Act of Congress, or of any ruling, regulation, or interpretation of the various administrative bureaus and agencies of the United States, the words “person”, “human being”, “child”, and “individual”, shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development.

Therefore, the proposed rule claims that this excludes preborn children from being classified as human beings, noting, “The Department understands 1 U.S.C. 8 to provide a definition of ‘person’ and ‘child’ that is consistent with the Department’s understanding of that term, as it is used in the SSA, HIPAA, and the HIPAA Rules and does not include a fertilized egg, embryo, or fetus.”

California Panel Approves Reparation Payments for Black Residents Up to $1.2 Million Each – But That’s Not All

California’s commission to decide how much the state should pay in reparations to black residents has decided upon a payment plan it sees as the beginning of a flow of cash.

Although ostensibly formed to address slavery, which was outlawed in the 19th century, the panel came up with differing annual amounts to quantify various forms of 20th and 21st century discrimination, according to The New York Times.

A qualifying lifelong state resident who is 71 years old, would get $1.2 million for what the panel claims were the effects of housing discrimination, mass incarceration and additional ills.

Florida Walmart worker charged with murdering customer who tried to stop fight

An off-duty Walmart worker from Florida has been charged with murder for allegedly shooting and killing a customer in front of his family as he bravely tried to protect a female store employee during a brawl, officials said.

Tironie Sterling, 22, has been arrested for Tuesday afternoon’s shooting at a suburban Fort Lauderdale Walmart, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office said.

According to investigators, Sterling was off the clock when went to the Lauderdale Lakes store at 2 p.m. to meet with a female colleague.

The pair got into a verbal argument that escalated into a fight in the frozen food section of the store, with Sterling dropping a handgun onto the floor and allegedly trying to snatch the woman’s phone from her hands.

Sen. Chris Murphy Pushes ‘Assault Weapons’ Ban, Says Mass Shooters Would be ‘Most Affected’

Gun control Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) tweeted Sunday that AR-15 rifles are not necessary for hunting or self-defense and suggested mass shooters would be those “most affected” by an “assault weapons” ban.

He described the AR-15 as “the mass shooter’s best friend,” omitting any mention that the shooting at an Atlanta hospital earlier in the week was carried out with a handgun.

Fact Check — Colin Allred’s Campaign Claims Recording Suggesting It’d Be Better if 2A Was Never Written is ‘Highly Edited’

CLAIM: Rep. Colin Allred’s (D-TX) campaign manager, Paige Hutchinson, says a recording of Allred suggesting things would be better in the United States if the Second Amendment had not been written is “highly edited.”

VERDICT: False. The roughly 12-minute recording is of Allred commenting on the interpretation and viability of the Second Amendment as well as his belief that gun control can be enacted even with the Second Amendment in place.

CDC director Rochelle Walensky resigns, citing end of COVID-19 pandemic

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Rochelle Walensky will leave her post next month, citing in a Friday resignation letter the end of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I have never been prouder of anything I have done in my professional career,” Walensky, 54, wrote to President Biden, informing him that her last day will be June 30.

She added that she had “mixed feelings” about the move but noted that the end of pandemic-era emergency declarations was an appropriate moment to step down.

The president has yet to announce an interim director to replace the ex-Harvard Medical School infectious diseases specialist, who had no experience running a government health agency when she took office.

Walensky caught flak as leader of the CDC for having bungled the Biden administration’s COVID response on issues like school reopening, vaccination and mask mandates.

Linoleic Acid — The Most Destructive Ingredient in Your Diet

Before 1866, the Western world for the most part only consumed animal fats. Tallow, suet, lard and butter are examples of these fats. Eastern societies used cold-pressed fats like coconut and palm oil. Vegetable oils like we know them today simply did not exist.

The single-greatest change to the human diet in all of history was the introduction of industrially processed seed oils around 1866.17 At that time Procter & Gamble used a newly invented hydrogenation process to convert surplus unusable cotton seeds into a synthetic seed oil, sold to this day under the name Crisco.

Shortly after that, margarine, which is made from seed oils, was introduced. In recent years the company has largely converted to using palm, soy and canola oil for its Crisco, but cottonseed oil is still very much in use for cooking, especially in restaurants for their fryers

Seed Oils Are Far Worse Than Sugar

While most nutritional experts blame the epidemic of chronic disease on the increase in sugar consumption, the role of sugar is relatively minor when compared to the impact of seed oils.

In 1822 the average U.S. sugar consumption was 6 pounds per person per year. This rose to a high of 108 pounds per person per year by 1999.19 This is a 17-fold increase, but seed oils went up 25-fold during that same time period.

In the 1960s and ’70s,20 cardiologist Dr. Robert Atkins was largely responsible for creating the interest in low-carb (low-sugar) diets that seemed to work for many. However, eliminating foods like french fries, potato chips, breads, pasta, pizza and donuts not only eliminates sugar-based carbs, but also seed oils. It is not intuitively obvious, but the carb-loaded foods his diet eliminated are also loaded with dangerous refined seed oils.

Processed foods typically contain about 21% sugar. However, up to 50% or more of the overall calories contained in most processed foods come from seed oils.21,22 The connection is further confirmed by looking at the U.S. carb consumption. It’s been declining since 1997, yet obesity and Type 2 diabetes have steadily increased. Interestingly, this continued rise coincides with the surge of seed oil consumption.

How Excess LA Consumption Can Wreck Your Health

The main reason why excess LA causes disease is that it prevents your mitochondria from working well. Mitochondria are subcellular organelles responsible for producing most of your cellular energy in the form of ATP, and without ATP, your cells cannot function and repair themselves normally.

As mentioned earlier, PUFAs such as LA are easily damaged by oxygen in a process called oxidation,23 which triggers the creation damaging free radicals.24 These, in turn, give rise to ALEs25 and in the case of omega-6 fats, OXLAMs.26,27

These ALEs and OXLAMs then go on to cause mitochondrial dysfunction, which is a hallmark of most all chronic disease. In addition to oxidation, inflammation and mitochondrial dysfunction, processed seed oils can also:

  • Damage the cells lining your blood vessels
  • Cause memory impairment and increase your risk of Alzheimer’s disease (canola oil, in particular, has been linked to Alzheimer’s)
  • Strip your liver of glutathione thereby lowering your antioxidant defenses
  • Inhibit delta-6 desaturase (delta-6), an enzyme involved in the conversion of short-chained omega-3s to longer chained omega-3s in your liver
  • Impair your immune function and increase mortality
  • Make your fat cells more insulin sensitive, thereby causing insulin resistance
  • Inhibit cardiolipin, an important fat in the inner membrane of your mitochondria

LA Also Contributes to Heart Disease and Cancer

Heart disease and cancer are two of the primary killers in the Western world, and LA is a significant contributor to both of these lethal conditions. One of the first things that happens in atherosclerosis, which is the precursor to heart disease, is that your macrophages (a type of white blood cell) turn into foam cells — essentially a macrophage stuffed with fat and cholesterol.

Atherosclerotic plaque is basically dead macrophages and other types of cells loaded with cholesterol and fat. This is why heart disease is blamed on saturated fat and cholesterol. However, researchers have found that for foam cells to form, the LDL (low density lipoprotein cholesterol) must be oxidized, and that is precisely what seed oils do.

Seed oils cause the LDL to oxidize, thereby forming foam cells. So, LDL in and of itself does not initiate atherosclerosis. LDL’s susceptibility to this oxidative process is controlled by the LA content of your diet. Excess PUFAs also make cell membranes more fragile, allowing them to be easily damaged by oxidation

High Levels Of Toxic Metals Found In Widely Consumed Drinks: Study

A new study has found that some commonly consumed beverages such as fruit juice and artificial soda contain levels of toxic metals including arsenic, cadmium, and lead that exceed federal drinking water standards.

Researchers from Tulane University, Louisiana, measured 25 different toxic metals and trace elements in 60 soft beverages, including single fruit juice, mixed fruit juice, plant-based milk, artificial soda, and tea.

The drinks were purchased in New Orleans and are commercially available in supermarkets across the United States.

Is Eating Dates Good for You?

Consuming seven Ajwa dates each day may help prevent preeclampsia during pregnancy — and that’s just one of dates’ many health benefits

The health benefits of dates date to as far back as biblical times. Koran, the holy book of Islam, references the effects of the fruit for better birthing: Allah instructs the Virgin Mary to consume dates when she gives birth to Jesus. Within Islamic tradition, dates maintain a revered place in pregnant women’s health.

Now a new study echoes potential health gains from consuming dates during pregnancy, specifically how doing so may inhibit the progression of preeclampsia, which is high blood pressure during pregnancy that’s a leading factor in fetal and maternal deaths worldwide. This is just one of the many health benefits of dates — an often-overlooked fruit in the U.S.

Homeless Encampments Are Exploding In Size All Over America As Rents Soar And Evictions Surge

Communities all over the United States are being taken over by giant homeless encampments, but we are supposed to believe that this is perfectly normal.  The Biden administration is trying very hard to convince all of us that the economy is in fine shape even though many of our most prominent corporations are currently conducting mass layoffs and even though Challenger, Gray & Christmas is telling us that the number of jobs cuts during the first three months of this year was up 396 percent compared to the same period last year.  Just like in 2008 and 2009, large numbers of people who have lost their jobs or their businesses are ending up living in the streets, and as a result homeless encampments are absolutely exploding in size from coast to coast.

In Marin County, California the average price of a home is 1.4 million dollars, and it is one of the most prosperous areas of the entire country.

But it is also home to vast hordes of homeless people.  In fact, one of the biggest homeless encampments in Marin County is now more than two miles long

Hundreds of locals in one of San Francisco’s wealthiest counties have been forced to pack up their lives into RVs and trailers after being pushed out of the housing market.

Shocking photos show the ever-growing line of trucks and other vehicles along 101 Highway – which now stretches over two miles in one of the largest encampments in the country.

The Federal Reserve knew that pumping vast amounts of money into the system would make the wealthy even wealthier, but they also hoped that some of that wealth would eventually trickle down to the poor.

Sadly, that didn’t really happen.

Instead, the gap between the wealthy and the poor has gotten larger than it has ever been before, and now we are witnessing scenes like this all over the nation…

New cars, once part of the American Dream, now out of reach for many

More Americans are being priced out of the nation’s new car market, industry and government data suggests. Spending on new cars by the lowest 20 percent of earners dropped to its lowest level in 11 years. Meanwhile, spending on new cars by the top 20 percent reached its highest level on record, going back to 1984, according to the most recent data from the 2021 Consumer Expenditure Survey, not adjusted for inflation.

“New vehicles were maybe never an everyman product in America,” Charles Chesbrough, senior economist at Cox Automotive, said at an automotive conference earlier this year. “We like to believe that they were, but they probably haven’t been for a long time. But certainly they are even less so today.”

The problems pushing new cars out of reach are twofold. On the demand side, rising interest rates have made car loans far more costly — the average monthly payment reached $686 in mid-2022, according to data from Edmunds. Last month, it hit $730.

If China Ditches Dollar Amid ‘Emerging New Trade Order,’ Consequences for US ‘Could Be Stark’

German luxury car manufacturer BMW issued a “do not drive” order on Tuesday, May 2, recalling over 90,000 sedans and SUVs due to defective airbags.

The roughly 90,000 vehicles were built between 2000 and 2015 and were outfitted with defective airbags made by Takata and have a high likelihood of not activating in the event of a crash. (Related: Two American vehicle companies recall over 600 electric trucks due to safety issues.)

“These vehicles are seven to 22 years old, and the risk to vehicle occupants is dire,” wrote the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in a statement after it published its own “do not drive” warning.

Google joins the fight against passwords by enabling passkeys

The passwordless future is slowly becoming a reality. This week, Google announced that you can now log into your Google account with just a passkey. It’s a huge milestone in what promises to be the incredibly long, awkward move away from using passwords for security.

In case you haven’t heard yet, passwords are terrible. People pick awful passwords to begin with, find them really hard to remember, and then don’t even use them properly. When someone gets hacked, that may just involve someone using (or reusing) a really bad password or accidentally giving it to a scammer. To try to solve these difficult problems, an industry group—including Apple, Google, and Microsoft—called the FIDO Alliance developed a system called passkeys.

Breaking Free: How a Couple Found Freedom by Embracing the Off Grid Lifestyle

With a spirit of adventure and a deep desire to live life on their own terms, they set out on a journey that would take them far from the trappings of modern living. Their journey is an inspiration to others who long for a life of independence and self-sufficiency, and a reminder that sometimes, the road less traveled can lead to the most rewarding destinations.

Chad and Rhonda saw an opportunity to take control of their lives, to break free from the shackles of dependency and conformity, and to create a sustainable, self-sufficient oasis in the heart of nature’s raw power. Their journey began with a leap of faith, as they purchased a 20-acre parcel of land sight unseen. But when they arrived, they realized that it lacked the sunlight needed to operate solar during winter, a critical element for their off-grid dreams. “I knew this would make winters longer, roads harder to maintain, and would put additional stress on  fuel supply to operate generators.”

How to Save Your Life and Those You Love When Hospitalized

Laura Bartlett and Greta Crawford have founded an organization to address the forced treatments patients receive when they’re hospitalized for COVID-19, but the same strategy can be used to protect yourself against other medical hazards as well  The Caregivers and Consent document they created is an “advance decision” document. So, the moment you enter the hospital, the hospital staff know what they can and cannot do to you; they are legally required to respect your current care decisions. And unlike an Advance Directive (which only kicks in when you are incapacitated) the Caregivers and Consent document goes into effect immediately  It’s important to complete and notarize your Caregivers and Consent document BEFORE you ever need to go to the hospital  Make sure you send the completed, signed and notarized document to the CEO of the hospital in two ways: (1) via a professional courier (one that specializes in delivering legal documents); and (2) via the Postal system with certified mail, return receipt requested. The CEO is responsible for all legal business relating to the hospital, including the medical records, so the CEO, not your attending physician, is the one whose responsibility it is to get your consent document entered into your electronic medical record  Make at least 10 copies of the signed, notarized document and keep one copy on your person, in case you ever have an accident or acute illness requiring hospitalization. Also provide copies to the attending physician and nurse once hospitalized  In this interview, Laura Bartlett and Greta Crawford detail how you can protect yourself from one of the top contributors to premature death, namely conventional hospital care. The key here is to understand what the dangers are and take proactive measures to guard yourself and your family from them. Nearly 10 years ago, I interviewed Dr. Andrew Saul, author of “Hospitals and Health: Your Orthomolecular Guide to a Shorter, Safer Hospital Stay,” in which he details how to minimize your risk of being a victim of a medical error. First and foremost, Saul recommended making sure you have a patient advocate, someone who can speak on your behalf if you’re incapacitated and make sure you’re receiving the correct medication and treatment. During COVID, however, family or friends were not allowed into the hospital, and patients were routinely bullied into treatments they did not want or consent to. The good news is, Bartlett and Crawford have developed a legal document that, when served to the hospital in the proper way, can ensure that your medical wishes are honored. By eliminating any confusion about your consent (or denial of consent), this document can literally save your life. Why ProtocolKills.com Was Created Bartlett and Crawford have founded an organization to address the lethal and, in many cases, forced treatments patients receive when they’re hospitalized for COVID-19, but the same strategy can be used to protect yourself against other medical hazards as well. Crawford explains: Also, should you become hospitalized (and therefore unable to personally send the document to the CEO), designate a family member or friend to send your Caregivers and Consent document on your behalf. Additional recommendations to ensure your safety are included

12-Year-Old Boy Fights Back After School Sent Him Home for True Words Written on His Shirt

A 12-year-old boy is taking the fight to his school district for violating his right to free speech after administrators at his middle school forced him to remove a t-shirt proclaiming that there are only two genders. And the school has now admitted out right that gays and transgenders are a “protected class.”

Liam Morrison was reportedly pulled out of gym class on March 21 and told by the administrators of Nichols Middle School in Middleborough, Massachusetts, that he had to remove his shirt because, they said, it was threatening to other students and some students and staffers of the school had supposedly complained about the message on the shirt.

The boy said he politely declined to remove the shirt, and he maintains that he was making a political statement, not targeting anyone.
