Attorney Jonathan Hullihan has been involved in the teams of people involved in drafting this emergency declaration and has often given his legal advice on how best to protect the border. Hullihan is the lead attorney for County Citizens Defending Freedom who has been fighting to protect the border. Hullihan, who lives in Texas, is outraged by what he’s personally seen at the border. He describes it as “completely out of control.”
