Javier Milei announces first GDP surplus in Argentina since 2008!

Argentine President Javier Milei announced on Monday evening that, for the first time since 2008, Argentina registered a 0.2 percent surplus of its Gross Domestic Product (GDP) during the first quarter of the year.

The president declared the achievement a “feat of historic proportions at a world level.”

Milei addressed the nation in a national broadcast accompanied by Economy Minister Luis Caputo and the president of the Argentine Central Bank Santiago Bausili. In the roughly 15-minute message, Milei said Argentina has “traveled more than half the way” through the implementation of the “shock therapy” policies his administration promised when assuming the presidency in December, intended to avert a complete economic collapse.

“This is the last stretch of a heroic effort that the Argentines are making — and for the first time in a long time, this time, the effort will be worth it,” Milei said.

“Contrary to the forecasts of most political leaders, professional economists on television and in the media, specialized journalists, and a large part of the Argentine establishment, I would like to announce that the national public sector recorded a financial surplus of more than 275 billion pesos [roughly $310 million] in March,” Milei said, “thus achieving a financial surplus of 0.2 percent of the GDP during the first quarter of the year, after almost 20 years.”

Milei noted that, while the concept of fiscal surplus may appear to be “simply a technical definition that does not affect the lives of Argentines,” it is “nothing less than the only possible starting point to end once and for all the inflationary hell” that Argentina has faced in recent years.

Poland wants nukes, fearing it will be a buffer state sacrificed by D.C. …

Poland’s President says the country is in talks with the U.S. about having American nuclear weapons stationed in the country to deter Russian aggression, while a top Polish NATO general says getting the weapons is “important” to prevent the country becoming a vulnerable buffer that could be “sacrificed” by Washington to keep the peace with Moscow.

Poland is in talks with the United States about hosting nuclear weapons and has been for some time, the country’s right-wing President has said, while citing increasing militarisation by its eastern neighbor and former Cold War occupier Russia. President Andrej Duda, of the Law and Justice Party which held Poland’s government until last year and who is now generally at loggerheads with its new globalist-centrist Eurocrat Prime Minister Donald Tusk said this week that Poland is “ready” for nuclear weapons.

The Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons Treaty of 1968 bans new nuclear powers from being created by an existing power giving or lending its weapons to another.

Russia counter-claimed the United States already does this — Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Turkey all deploy American nuclear weapons on their own aircraft — but this practice predates the 1968 treaty and is essentially ‘grandfathered in’. By the terms of the treaty, the U.S. would not be able to invite more nations into that club.

The U.S. could theoretically deploy its own nuclear weapons controlled by its own forces inside Poland, however, as it has done in the past with the United Kingdom and — according to recent reports — is soon to do so again. The United States has a permanent military base in Poland.  Poland is not the only European state entertaining nuclear dreams as Russia continues to grind through Ukraine’s defenses. As reported earlier this year, a top German politician said the European Union itself should become nuclear armed — a step “on the way to a European army”. Ultimately, the idea runs into the same problems of the nuclear proliferation treaty.

So if we can throw more gas on an already-blazing fire …

Hundreds of protesters gathered at Sen. Schumer’s home in Brooklyn demanding that the U.S. stop arming Israel!

Video footage posted to X showed what appeared to be hundreds of protesters gathered in the street outside of Schumer’s home for a “Seder in the Streets” on the second day of the Passover Jewish holiday.

Protesters gathered were reportedly demanding that the U.S. stop sending weapons to Israel as it continues its war against Hamas.

Officers from the New York Police Department were captured on video telling protesters outside of Schumer’s home that they were “blocking vehicular traffic” and would be arrested for disorderly conduct if they did not “move and get onto the sidewalk.”

Protesters could be heard chanting, “Stop Funding Genocide.”

U.S. NEWS, POLITICS & GOVERNMENT

The U.S. Senate has approved a $95-billion foreign aid package for Ukraine and Israel!

The Senate approved a $95 billion foreign aid package for both Ukraine and Israel, days

after it was passed in the U.S. House of Representatives. Members of the U.S. Senate voted 79-18 to approve the foreign aid package, sending it to President Joe Biden’s desk.

The foreign aid package primarily consists of $61 billion in aid for Ukraine, roughly $26 billion in military aid for Israel, $9 billion for humanitarian efforts in Gaza, and roughly $8 billion in foreign aid for Taiwan and efforts to counter China’s threat in the Indo-Pacific.

Also included in the bill is wording advising the Chinese owner of TikTok to either sell the app or have it banned in the United States, according to CNN.

President Joe Biden has indicated that he “strongly” supports the foreign aid package proposed by Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA).

Under Johnson’s plan, all four bills were wrapped into one legislation package that the House would then vote on, unlocking separate votes for each of the other bills.

In response to the Senate passing the $95 billion foreign aid package, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) stressed the importance of “alliances” with other countries, according to WLWT5 News.

“It’s time to re-affirm some basic truths: That alliances matter. That foreign nations’ respect for American interests depends on our willingness to defend them. And that peace, prosperity, and security are not accidents – They’re products of American leadership, and American sacrifice.”

The polls have closed in Pennsylvania’s primary; the winners being a foregone conclusion

Pennsylvania voters went to the polls in the state primary on Tuesday, but the turnout was low in many precincts, with many uncontested races on some ballots. Some voters took the opportunity to pick up campaign yard signs that they will put in their yards to promote their favored candidate during the coming election season. Party members often sit near the door of polling places, show voters the ballot, advocate for certin candidates, and sometimes hand out yard signs.

The presidential race was a foregone conclusion, with President Joe Biden taking 93 percent of the Democrat votes,  and former President Donald Trump earning 84 percent, to get the Republican nod. Also still on the ballot in Pennsylvania were Democrat Dean Phillips with seven percent and Republican Nikki Haley, who received 17 percent of the votes, although both have left the race.

Some voters mistakenly assume that if a name appears on a ballot, the candidate is a viable option. This is the state that, in 2022, elected former Democratic State Rep. Anthony DeLuca, 85, a month after he died—because his name was on the ballot. So, his challenger lost to a dead man.

Independents do not get to vote in the Pennsylvania primary. There has been some past legislative action to change that, but as it stands, voters must be registered with a party to vote on that party’s ballot. Candidates can usually count on support from reliable voters who register with a major party and vote in low-turnout elections. They really want to win over Pennsylvania’s 1,326,386 unaffiliated voters.

With 3,894,977 registered Democrats and 3,498,954 registered Republicans, the difference between the two major parties is only 396,023 voters, according to most recent Department of State numbers. That is what makes Pennsylvania such an attractive swing state for candidates—any party could win if they convince enough unaffiliated voters.

Counties start to tally mail-in ballots on election morning, and those results are posted shortly after the polls close. In-person votes take longer to count, so mail-in results don’t tell the entire story.

Prosecutors reveal details about Bragg’s actual charge against Trump!

Prosecutors clarified in court the unstated crime they allege former President Donald Trump intended to conceal, which was not clearly specified in the indictment, according to multiple reports.

When Manhattan District Attorney District Attorney indicted Trump on 34 counts last April for allegedly falsifying business documents in connection to $130,000 paid to keep porn star Stormy Daniels quiet about her claims of an affair, he elevated what is typically a misdemeanor charge to a felony by arguing it was done to conceal another crime, which they failed to specify. In court Tuesday, prosecutors clarified that the crime Trump sought to conceal by allegedly falsifying business records was a violation of a state election law, according to multiple reports.

The statute, New York Election Law § 17-152, makes it a misdemeanor for any two or more people to “conspire” to influence an election using “unlawful means.”Prosecutor Josh Steinglass’s clarification came after Trump attorney Emil Bove objected to prosecutors’ line of questioning, noting there was no conspiracy charge listed in the indictment, according to multiple reports. Steinglass had been questioning witness David Pecker, former publisher of the National Enquirer, on his relationship with former Trump administration official Steve Bannon.During opening arguments Monday, prosecutor Matthew Colangelo argued that Trump’s alleged reimbursement of former attorney Michael Cohen for the $130,000 paid to Daniels was part of a broader “conspiracy” to influence the 2016 election. He highlighted three “catch and kill” deals Trump allegedly organized with Cohen and Pecker to prevent the release of damaging stories.Judge Juan Merchan previously permitted prosecutors to proceed with the case under three theories: that Trump’s falsified business records to conceal a violation of federal election law, to conceal intent to violate state election law or to conceal intent to violate a state tax law. Tuesday’s remarks are the first time prosecutors have clearly stated they definitively identified the specific crime.

Judge Merchan’s manifestly unfair gag order on Trump comes under serious legal scrutiny!

A gag order that severely limits what former President Donald Trump can say publicly about a case where a Democrat district attorney is seeking to put him in jail was the focus in court on Tuesday as part of the business records trial he faces in Manhattan.

Democrat District Attorney Alvin Bragg accused Trump of violating the gag order 11 times for allegedly attacking witnesses and other members of the court — even if they have attacked him.

New York Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan, who is presiding over the case and who imposed the gag order, could fine Trump up to $11,000 for each violation.

As examples of attacks, Bragg’s team cited in an April 1 filing some of Trump’s posts on Truth Social, including one in which Trump called on Merchan to recuse himself from the case, and called him “biased and conflicted.”

Trump had posted:

The Judge has to recuse himself immediately, and right the wrong committed by not doing so last year. If the Biased and Conflicted Judge is allowed to stay on this Sham “Case,” it will be another sad example of our Country becoming a Banana Republic, not the America we used to know and love. These are Election Interfering Witch Hunts. We will crush each one of these Hoaxes, and Make America Great Again!

Merchan has not made a decision on whether or not Trump violated the gag order, but became impatient with Trump attorney Todd Blanche, who argued that Trump was responding to attacks against him and being careful not to violate the gag order.

Merchan responded testily, “Mr Blanche you are losing all credibility You are losing all credibility with the court.”

“President Trump is being accused of violating the gag order by simply republishing on Truth Social claims made by others about various parties covered by the gag order, including Judge Merchan’s daughter. This shows how outrageously overbroad the gag order is,” he added.

Under Merchan’s gag order, Trump also cannot respond to attacks against him if they are from a witness.

Michael Cohen, a former attorney for Trump who has since turned against him, is a witness in the trial and has been attacking Trump publicly in recent days.  Despite all of the online attacks on Trump, Trump is not allowed to defend himself.  DA Bragg however has toned down on sending Trump to jail for violating the gag order.

Trump’s Lawyer: Officials want Trump off the campaign trail more than winning in court!

A lawyer for former President Donald Trump claimed that officials are more concerned about keeping the former president off the campaign trail than they are concerned about winning their cases against him.

Chris Kise told Fox News on Monday evening that “the real threat to democracy is the willingness to abuse the power of your office to influence what should otherwise be a free and fair election.”

“And that’s exactly what’s going on downtown in the courtroom,” he said, referring to the Democrat Manhattan district attorney’s case against the former president. “Look at just this week. You’ve got a hearing in a civil case about essentially nothing. You’ve got a criminal trial starting. And later this week, there’ll be a Supreme Court argument. All in cases that were made up specifically for the purpose of influencing the outcome of an election.”

A federal judge has struck down a nearly 150-year-old North Carolina law prohibiting felons from voting.

The law, enacted in 1877, had made it a new felony offense for “any person convicted of a crime which excludes the person from the right of suffrage, to vote at any primary or election without having been restored to the right of citizenship.”

The North Carolina A. Philip Randolph Institute, a self-described black trade unionist advocacy group; and a civil rights advocacy group called Action NC, had challenged the state’s law prohibiting convicted felons from voting.

The plaintiffs originally brought their lawsuit against the North Carolina Board of Elections in 2020.

The plaintiffs had argued the law violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and that it was so vague as to violate the amendment’s Due Process Clause as well.

On April 22, U.S. District Judge Loretta Biggs ruled that the law “was enacted with discriminatory intent, has not been cleansed of its discriminatory taint, and continues to disproportionately impact Black voters.”

Judge Biggs, who is black and who was appointed by President Barack Obama, declared the challenged state law to be in violation of the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses of the 14th Amendment, and enjoined and restrained state officials from enforcing the law.

The state had argued that the law is not so vague as to violate anyone’s due process rights.

An October 2020 filing says that the North Carolina constitution brings all felonies within the class of crimes for which those convicted would lose their voting rights, and states that voting rights are automatically restored upon “the unconditional discharge of an inmate, of a probationer, or of a parolee” by the state or federal agency “having jurisdiction” of that person.

“If an ordinary person were to read the statutes, and that person had been convicted of a felony, the next question they must ask themselves is whether they continue to be supervised by the state for that conviction,” the October 2020 defense filing states.

“This inquiry can be answered by any layperson who has been convicted of a felony. They will know whether they are still incarcerated, or are still required to make court appearances for their conviction, or are still required to be in contact with their probation or parole officer. If they remain subject to such conditions, they know not to vote.”

Catholic Charities of San Antonio accused of misappropriating federal funds to buy airfare for migrants!

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of San Antonio is defending itself after becoming the target of critics who claim that it improperly used federal funds to buy airfare for illegal aliens to fly to their choice of destinations in the U.S.

Two South Texas lawmakers blasted the charity on Thursday for using federal funds to purchase the airfare and said that the funds are intended to reimburse nonprofits for food, shelter, and humanitarian expenses, not free travel programs for President Joe Biden’s illegal aliens.

Reps. Henry Cuellar (D) and Monica De La Cruz (R) warned the charity that it improperly used the money, KETK-TV reported.

Cuellar, the ranking member of the House Appropriations Homeland Security Subcommittee, said the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Shelter and Services Program funds that the charity used for the airfare violated the rules. He insisted that the money was only to be “used for food and shelter, maybe transportation inside a city,” not for long-distance travel.

De La Cruz agreed and added that the group’s spending constituted a misappropriation of federal funds:

These tax dollars were not intended to be used to fly illegal immigrants all over their country to the destination of their choice. They misused funds and sent these illegal immigrants where their preferred destination was with taxpayers’ hard-earned money. This is just simply unacceptable.

Catholic Charities of San Antonio admitted to the station that it had been allotted $10.8 million in funding to care for migrants in their area and that it used the funds to buy plane tickets for illegals.

However, Jose Antonio Fernandez, CEO of Catholic Charities of San Antonio, insists that the airfare purchases were perfectly in line with the limits of the funding rules.

Fernandez told the Catholic News Agency that the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) FEMA grant given to his organization “clearly stated that you could provide transportation.”

“The funds were given to us to provide food, clothing — all these activities — including transportation,” Fernandez added.

“It’s not my interpretation. It is a fact; many companies in the U.S. provide transportation because it is allowed,” he insisted. “If you contact FEMA, they will tell you that, yes, you are actually allowed to provide transportation.”

Still, Fernandez noted that his organization has not paid for any flights for illegals since December 2023 because he is now getting funding from a different program that limits travel funding to five percent of the budget — a smaller amount of the total spending than before.

He also says that the new situation is causing problems in San Antonio because illegals can not afford to move on from the city, and that is causing the population of illegals to grow.

“Now we’re seeing a lot more people staying in San Antonio because they don’t have the funds to go someplace else,” he exclaimed:

We feed them, we clothe them, we provide them with counseling services, with financial assistance to the people staying in San Antonio — legal services, shelter services. We try to provide them with all these wraparound services to help mind, body, and spirit.

Outspoken San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond recently noted that Biden has thrown another $38 million at the county to help pay for migrant services, but he maintains that the money would be better spent to stop the migrants from illegally crossing the border in the first place.

“The County of San Diego just received $38 million from the Biden Administration to process migrants when dropped on our streets,” he said in a post to X.

“Border patrol is their Uber into San Diego County, and San Diego County will be the migrant’s travel agents,” Desmond added. “With federal tax dollars, the county’s mission will be to put as many migrants on planes, trains, and automobiles as quickly as possible to other parts of the country.”

Migrants secure billions in taxpayer funding for housing, food, health care across sanctuary states!

Sanctuary states are planning to dish out billions in American taxpayer dollars to migrants in 2024, offering housing, food, and health care, among other things, to the new arrivals that have entered the United States on President Joe Biden’s watch.

In New York, legislators approved a $237 billion budget, expected to be signed by Gov. Kathy Hochul (D), that includes about $2.4 billion to provide housing, health care, and legal services to newly arrived migrants.

New York State Senate Republican Leader Rob Ortt has warned that such funding for migrants will only entice more illegal immigration to the sanctuary state.

In the sanctuary city of Chicago, Illinois, the city council voted 30-18 to approve $70 million in additional funding to house, feed, and provide health care to the nearly 40,000 migrants who have arrived since August 2022.

In addition, Illinois state officials along with the federal government are providing Chicago with $48 million in funds to provide care for migrants. Even more money, some $182 million, is expected to be allotted to migrants by Illinois state lawmakers as part of a budget for 2025.

In the sanctuary state of Massachusetts, Gov. Maura Healey (D) and other state Democrats are hoping to spend hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars on shelter services for migrants.

In the sanctuary state of Colorado, state Democrats want to open a grant program for migrants that could be used for “culturally and linguistically appropriate navigation of services and programs to migrants who are within one year of arrival in the United States.”

Media Research Center: Facebook has interfered in U.S. elections 39 times since 2008!

A recent study conducted by the Media Research Center (MRC) has uncovered 39 instances of Facebook interfering with U.S. elections since 2008, raising concerns about the platform’s influence on the democratic process.

According to a recent study by MRC Free Speech America, Facebook has been caught interfering in U.S. elections 39 times since 2008. The platform’s election-interfering censorship began in 2012, reached its peak in 2020, and has started to fade somewhat in the early stages of the 2024 electoral cycle.

Mark Zuckerberg has made several pro-free speech statements, including his famous 2019 speech at Georgetown University, where he said, “We can either continue to stand for free expression understanding its messiness but believing that the long journey towards greater progress requires confronting ideas that challenge us. Or we can decide that the cost is simply too great.” He has also called politically-motivated censorship “dangerous” and stated that Facebook and other social media platforms should not act as the “arbiter of truth.”

However, Facebook’s actions have often contradicted these statements. In 2012, the platform suspended a Veteran PAC for a meme drawing attention to the attack on Benghazi. In 2016, Facebook censored then-Democratic Party candidate Bernie Sanders and “conservative topics” and news. The censorship escalated in 2018, with Facebook removing ads for several candidates for Congress and state legislatures.

The 2020 election saw an explosion of censorship on Facebook, with the platform censoring posts and ads from then-sitting President Donald Trump at least four times and taking down seven political ads paid for by the political right. The most notable incident was the censorship of the New York Post’s bombshell Hunter Biden report and the subsequent indefinite suspension of President Trump’s accounts in early 2021.

In 2022, Facebook continued to censor multiple gubernatorial candidates and candidates for U.S. Congress, including Rep. Rich McCormick (R-GA), Virginia GOP congressional candidate Jarome Bell, and Missouri GOP U.S. Senate candidate Eric Greitens.

Most recently, Breitbart News reported that Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta has planned for you to not see posts from Donald Trump, whose engagement on Facebook is down by 60 percent.

New Report: U.S. drops out of the 20 happiest countries in the world!

All people on Earth strive to be happy. But what is happiness? How does it differ for people across cultures and at different ages? How is happiness measured?

A new report answers these questions by examining happiness worldwide and the factors that make life worth living.

A partnership between Gallup, Oxford University, and the United Nations seeks the answers. The group publishes The World Happiness Report using data from the Gallup World Poll and the analysis of worldwide researchers. The report offers insights into the state of happiness for people all over the planet. This year’s report examines happiness at various ages and stages throughout life. Past reports have focused on various aspects of happiness—for example, the 2020 report dedicated a chapter to exploring why Nordic countries are consistently the happiest in the world. The 2019 report devoted a chapter to the role of digital media and addiction in the unhappiness of those in the United States. The 2017 report dedicated a chapter to the key determinants of happiness and misery and one on restoring American happiness—a chapter that might be worth revisiting.

The first happiness report, released in 2012, highlighted a worldwide demand that happiness and the absence of misery be given more attention in creating government policy.

The report’s creators believe that “the best measure of progress is the happiness of people worldwide.”

Overall, the report found that happiness among young people declined significantly in North America. The United States’s fall out of the top twenty happiest countries this year was primarily due to a substantial decrease in the well-being experienced by younger people—specifically, Americans under thirty. In the United States and Canada, older people—those over 60—ranked higher in happiness than young people, with a gap of 50 or more places than those under the age of thirty. However, it’s the reverse in areas such as Central and Eastern Europe, with many happiness rankings favoring the young over the old.

The report looked at happiness in different generations, finding that those born before 1965 (Boomers) were generally happier than young people born after 1980 (Millennials). Millennials’ life satisfaction decreases yearly, with Boomers’ increasing as they age.

One way the report measures happiness is by asking each respondent to evaluate their own life using the Cantril Ladder. Picture a ladder with a ten at the top, representing the best possible life you can imagine, and a zero at the bottom, representing your worst possible life. People are asked where on the ladder they see their current lives on a scale from zero to ten. The rankings are based on a three-year average of these evaluations, using approximately 1,000 respondents annually in each country.

Bird flu virus detected in pasteurized milk: FDA

Particles of bird flu were detected in some samples of pasteurized milk, though the virus in that form is not a threat to humans, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced Tuesday.

As a bird flu epidemic spreads through avian and cattle livestock across the country, the FDA increased testing of domestic milk supplies. Some of the testing samples found inactive remnants of the bird flu virus, killed during the pasteurization process, the agency said.

“To date, we have seen nothing that would change our assessment that the commercial milk supply is safe,” the FDA said Tuesday.

The agency is undergoing extensive testing of egg and milk production to ensure that those supplies remain safe from the virus, it said. Results from multiple ongoing safety studies will be released in the coming days.

As of Tuesday evening, the virus — known as Type A H5N1 — has been found in dairy cows in Idaho, Kansas, Michigan, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas and South Dakota.

Only two people in the U.S. have ever been infected with bird flu, including a Texas dairy worker early this month. He recovered, suffering from minor symptoms.

The FDA continued warnings against consuming raw eggs and milk, noting that the pasteurization and heat-treating process of store-purchased products ensures their safety.

Aspartame Classified as ‘Possibly Carcinogenic’

If you’re troubled by headaches, ear buzzing, vision problems, weight gain, insomnia or memory issues, this artificial sweetener may be to blame. And now it’s been ruled a ‘possible’ cause of cancer.

Aspartame breaks down into methanol in your body, which is not safely bound like it is in fruits and vegetables. This can lead to symptoms of methanol poisoning, such as headaches, dizziness and vision problems.

Unlike animals, humans lack the protective mechanism to effectively convert methanol into harmless formic acid. Instead, it’s converted into carcinogenic formaldehyde

  • The World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified aspartame as “possibly carcinogenic to humans” (Group 2B) in the summer of 2023
  • Aspartame has been linked to various health issues beyond cancer, including metabolic disorders, neurological symptoms, mood disturbances, and exacerbated cortisol production which can adversely impact your neurobehavioral health, immune function and more
  • To determine whether aspartame is to blame for your health problems, eliminate all artificial sweeteners from your diet for at least two weeks, then reintroduce it at high dosage to gauge your sensitivity

Physician claims ChatGPT is programmed to reduce vaccine hesitancy!

At the end of this month, new research will be presented at the Conference of the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, showing that the artificial intelligence-driven ChatGPT program dispenses propaganda in promotion of vaccines that comes directly from official public health agencies.

In order to combat so-called “vaccine hesitancy,” ChatGPT has been programmed to push whoever uses it into taking whatever injections the government and media are pushing at any given time, arguing that they are all “safe and effective.”

In addition to dispensing propaganda about sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and other relevant societal problems, ChatGPT is especially focused on encouraging the public to go out and get jabbed at every opportunity – for “public health,” of course.

A press release about the new research explains – supportively, mind you – that “vaccine hesitancy, directly linked to misinformation – false, inaccurate information promoted as factual – is on the rise.”

Many people’s whose own brains are apparently not up to par are now using ChatGPT for all sorts of things. These people ask it questions about information that interests them, including things like “Should I get vaccinated for [fill-in-the-blank]?” ChatGPT then responds to them that they should, no questions asked.

The researchers involved in the new study about ChatGPT’s role in urging users to get vaccinated say that it can be “an effective tool to help reduce vaccine hesitancy among the general public.”

The silver lining in all this is that, for those paying attention, we are already ahead of the game. You now know that ChatGPT is artificial fake intelligence – or perhaps it is better described as artificial unintelligence, because there is nothing intelligent about getting vaccinated these days.

There are so many resources now available that were once unavailable showing all the risks and harms caused by vaccine injections, and especially those being peddled on the masses for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19). There is simply no excuse with everything that is out there to fall for any more vaccine scams, though the powers that be are trying with the use of ChatGPT.

When asked any type of questions about STIs, ChatGPT also immediately responds with regurgitated propaganda from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), including the 2021 CDC STI Treatment Guidelines document.

In other words, ChatGPT is nothing more than the same government goons peddling lies, but in this case through a “cool” and flashy AI program that portends to be “intelligent” artificially.

Larry Ellison moving Oracle headquarters to Nashville, Tennessee!

Larry Ellison, founder and CEO of the tech empire Oracle, has announced the company

will be moving its headquarters from Austin, Texas, to Nashville, Tennessee.

Ellison told former Senate majority leader Bill Frist during an onstage conversation in Nashville the company would be moving its “huge campus” to the Republican-led state, saying it will “ultimately be our world headquarters.”

“I shouldn’t have said that,” Ellison said.

The billionaire further called Nashville a “fabulous place to live.”

“It’s a great place to raise a family. It’s got a unique and vibrant culture. And as we surveyed our employees, large numbers of employees, Nashville ticked all the boxes,” Ellison said, adding that Nashville is “the center of the industry we’re most concerned about, which is the healthcare industry.”

Larry Ellison said the new campus will not be a traditional headquarters but rather a park with buildings, restaurants, hotels, a concert venue, and a floating stage on a lake. It will be designed by Norman Foster, who designed Apple Park in Cupertino, California.

Ellison said the news site will have office buildings, a community clinic, restaurants, hotels and a concert venue — a floating stage on the lake for concerts to be held for the community.

“We want to be part of the community,” he said. “Our people love it here. And we think it’s the center of our future.”

Oracle did not immediately respond to inquiries from Fox News Digital on the announcement.

According to Fox Business, Ellison said the company’s move to “Nashville will position his company as one of the major players in the healthcare industry, an industry Oracle is looking to expand its position in.”

Oracle relocated its headquarters from Redwood Shores, California, to Austin, Texas, in 2020.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

California may hit residents with fixed utility rates in the push for clean energy!

Residents of Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom’s California may soon be slapped with a fixed electricity charge in the state’s push toward green energy.
The California Public Utilities Commission will vote on May 9, 2024, on whether the state’s biggest power providers may issue a fixed charge, CalMatters reported Monday.
The article said that, per the proposed rule, “the utilities will be required to lower the rate we all pay for each unit of power we consume.”

Under the proposal, the flat rate would be $24.15 per month, which would reduce the price of a unit of electricity for all customers by 5 to 7 cents per kilowatt-hour. $24.15 is the same amount as the flat rate for Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) customers, and significantly less than some stakeholder proposals that ranged up to $73 per month.

Customers enrolled in the California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) low-income assistance program will benefit from a discounted flat rate of $6 per month. Customers enrolled in the Family Electric Rate Assistance Program (FERA), as well as those residing in deed-restricted affordable housing with incomes at or below 80 percent of the area median income, will qualify for a discounted flat rate of $12 per month.

According to CalMatters, Republicans are against the idea because “the income-varying nature of the charge smacks of a progressive income tax.”

Some Democrats have also criticized it because “the lower volumetric rates will water down the incentive to mind one’s electric usage.”

Breitbart News reported in August that California was depending on fossil fuels for electricity as the summer temperatures rose. The outlet pointed to the fact that solar and wind energy were unable to meet demand during peak hours.

In September 2022, officials in California declared an “Energy Emergency Alert” when the state became drained of power supplies and had to activate four backup plants powered by natural gas, according to Breitbart News.

2ND AMENDMENT

Tennessee lawmakers pass a bill allowing school staff to carry concealed handguns!

Tennessee lawmakers on Tuesday sent a bill to the governor that would allow school staff to carry concealed handguns on campus. During the passage of the bill in the House, protesters

disrupted the proceedings causing major chaos and mayhem, shouting “Blood on your Hands!” forcing both Democrats and Republicans to go after each other, breaking all sorts

of legislative rules.

When it was all said and done, the Tennessee House approved the bill with a 68-28 vote, a year after a deadly school shooting that claimed six lives in Nashville. The state Senate, which is also controlled by the GOP, passed the measure earlier this month.

Four House Republicans and all Democrats opposed the bill, which will now go to Republican Governor Bill Lee. If he doesn’t veto it, it becomes law, regardless of whether he signs it.

According to the bill’s summary, faculty and staff wishing to carry a concealed handgun on school grounds must meet certain conditions. They must first obtain an enhanced carry permit and receive written approval from the school’s superintendent, principal, and the chief of the relevant law enforcement agency.

Additionally, they are required to complete 40 hours of basic training in school policing and another 40 hours of training approved by the Peace Officer’s Standards and Training commission specifically related to school policing each year, at their own expense.

Moreover, they must pass a background check and undergo a psychological evaluation conducted by a licensed healthcare provider in Tennessee.

Under the bill, it would be prohibited to reveal which school employees are carrying firearms to anyone, including parents, other than school administrators and law enforcement officials.

Brooklyn man convicted over gun hobby by biased NY Court; facing harsh sentence!

A Brooklyn man has been convicted of 13 weapons charges after having been arrested and charged in 2022 for building his own firearms. Dexter Taylor’s ordeal could become a landmark Second Amendment case in light of the Bruen ruling handed down in the same year.

The jury found Taylor guilty of second-degree criminal possession of a loaded weapon, four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, five counts of criminal possession of a firearm, second-degree criminal possession of five or more firearms, unlawful possession of pistol ammunition, violation of certificate of registration, prohibition on unfinished frames or receivers. Two lesser charges, including third-degree criminal possession of three or more firearms and third- degree possession of a weapon, were not voted on.

Taylor, a 52-year-old New York native and a software engineer, discovered the world of gunsmithing years ago. He decided to take it up as a hobby and possibly turn it into a business later. However, when a joint ATF/NYPD task force discovered he was legally buying parts from various companies, they opened up an investigation that led to a SWAT raid and arrest.

He is currently being jailed on Rikers Island as he awaits sentencing. Taylor’s conviction highlights the ongoing battle for gun rights. During an interview with Vinoo Varghese, Taylor’s defense lawyer, he detailed how Taylor’s trial proceeded and highlighted a distinct bias in favor of the prosecution.

Varghese described how Taylor became fascinated by weapon science during the COVID-19 lockdowns, which inspired him to take up his gunsmithing hobby. “He ended up building, I believe it was eight pistols and five rifles or six rifles, AR-style rifles, and then eight or nine Glock pistols that he built,” Varghese said.

From the beginning of Taylor’s trial, it was evident that the court would be biased against the defendant, according to Varghese, who explained that two judges presided over his case before the current official, Judge Abena Darkeh, took over.

The judge disrupted Varghese’s opening statement multiple times as he tried to set the stage for Taylor’s defense. Even further, she admonished the defense to refrain from mentioning the Second Amendment during the trial.

She told us, ‘Do not bring the Second Amendment into this courtroom. It doesn’t exist here. So you can’t argue the Second Amendment. This is New York.’

Varghese said he had filed the appropriate paperwork to “preserve these arguments for appeal” but that the judge “rejected these arguments, and she went out of her way to limit me.”

Taylor is scheduled to be sentenced on May 13, and it appears Judge Darkeh will likely make an example out of him to send a message to others who might consider building their own firearms in New York, according to Varghese. He could be facing between 10 and 18 years in prison.

However, the battle is far from over. Both Taylor and Varghese are committed to fighting this case to the end – even if it means taking it to the U.S. Supreme Court. “We have a shot at winning in federal court,” the attorney said.

Taylor’s family has set up a GiveSendGo campaign to help with his legal fees.

Illegal alien charged with home invasion and sexually assaulting two girls under 13!

An illegal alien is accused of sexually assaulting two young girls under the age of 13 after

breaking into a home in St. Joseph County, Michigan.

Miguel Hernandez-Ruiz, a 25-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, has been arrested and “charged with first-degree home invasion and two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person” younger than 13 years old, WoodTV reported.

According to the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office, on March 20, Hernandez-Ruiz allegedly broke into a residence at the Sweet Lake Mobile Home Park in Sturgis, Michigan. When police arrived on the scene, they found two girls who had been sexually assaulted.

A manhunt for the suspect ensued and Hernandez-Ruiz was ultimately arrested in early April in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He fought extradition before being charged in St. Joseph County for the incident.

Hernandez-Ruiz arrived in the United States in August 2021 on an H-2A visa, a category of visas allotted to foreign nationals taking agricultural jobs. When his visa expired in December 2021, he did not leave the United States — making him an illegal alien.

He has been extradited from Indiana and remains in St. Joseph County custody without bail. His next court date is April 30.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency has placed a detainer on Hernandez-Ruiz. The detainer requests that local authorities turn him over to ICE agents if he is released from their custody at any time.

Prairie Band Potawatomi becomes the first federally recognized tribe in Illinois!

Nearly 200 years after Native Americans were forced out of Illinois, the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation has become the first federally recognized tribal nation in the state after a decision from the U.S. Department of the Interior last week.

The move represents the first victory in the tribe’s larger effort to regain the approximately 1,280 acres of its ancestral land in Illinois via legislation in both the General Assembly and Congress.

But the tribe first had to spend $10 million over the last 20 years to repurchase the first 130 acres of the Shab-eh-nay Reservation, located in what is now DeKalb County, that the federal government illegally sold out from under Chief Shab-eh-nay around 1850.

Nearly two centuries later, Prairie Band Chairman Joseph “Zeke” Rupnick – a fourth-great grandson of Chief Shab-eh-nay – signed paperwork on Friday that allows the Department of the Interior to place those 130 acres into a trust, which gives the tribe sovereignty over the land.

Prairie Band leaders initiated the process with the federal government 30 years ago, Rupnick said, even before the tribe made the three purchases of private land that make up the 130 acres signed over on Friday. In 2004, the tribe purchased a house located on the historic reservation, then in 2006 it bought a 128-acre farm. More than 13 years passed until the tribe could buy another house in the area.

After a 2020 U.S. Supreme Court ruling that found Native American tribes still have a claim to their reservations unless Congress took specific actions to disestablish a reservation, the Prairie Band re-filed its land trust application with the Department of the Interior last year.

A bill pending in the Illinois House would also give the Prairie Band tribe the title to the approximately 1,500 acres that make up Shabbona Lake State Park, located a little less than 20 miles southwest of DeKalb. Shabbona Lake State Park is named for Chief Shab-eh-nay and covers much of the Prairie Band’s original reservation.

Chiefs Coach Andy Reid has now become the highest paid coach in the NFL in a 5-year deal!

It’s not uncommon to find Chiefs coach Andy Reid with a smile on his face, but now he has

more reason to smile than ever before.

While financial details aren’t known at this time, the Chiefs have made Reid the highest-paid coach in the NFL with a massive new extension that runs through 2029.

Reid wasn’t the only Chiefs shot-caller to get an extension. General Manager Brett Veach and team President Mark Donavan got extended.

News of the extensions met with approval from Chiefs QB Pat Mahomes.

For all of his accomplishments in KC – going to four Super Bowls and winning three of them – Reid was modestly compensated at $12.5 million per year. According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the new deal makes Reid’s contract the richest in the game.

A deal that gives Reid five more years and takes him to the age of 71 also puts the longtime coach in a position to not only win more Super Bowls but also to seize two critical coaching records.

Currently, Reid sits at 4th all-time with 258 regular-season wins, seventy wins behind the record holder Don Shula, who has 328. It would be tough, but with an 18th game expected to be added to the regular season in the near future, it’s not inconceivable that Reid could surpass Shula. Perhaps more realistic, with 26 postseason wins, Reid sits only five wins behind the all-time leader Bill Belichick, who has 31.

It is quite likely Reid will surpass Belichick for the postseason win mark during the lifetime of this contract extension. That assumes, however, that Belichick doesn’t get another coaching gig and starts a new dynasty.  Something that is also quite possible.
