Biden to ask Congress for new powers to seize Russian assets

The US president is expected to formally ask lawmakers to give him the authority to seize “oligarch assets” and “enable the proceeds to flow to Ukraine”

US President Joe Biden will officially ask Congress later on Thursday to grant him the authority to seize the assets of wealthy individuals believed to have links to the Kremlin and use them to help Ukraine, the White House has revealed in a statement.

Biden is expected to propose a “comprehensive legislative package that will enhance the United States Government’s authority to hold the Russian government and Russian oligarchs accountable for President Putin’s war against Ukraine.” The measures would result in the “forfeiture of property linked to Russian kleptocracy,” allowing the US government to “use the proceeds to support Ukraine.”

Technocratic Takeover: Nigeria Blocks 73 Million Mobile Numbers for Not Being Tied to National ID System

Nigeria has blocked 73 million phone numbers because they were not linked to the National Identity Numbers (NINs).

In 2011, African countries including Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, and Nigeria, agreed to enforce SIM Registration laws to curb cybercrimes, identity theft, and scams. Nigeria rolled out a mandatory 11-digit digital identity number that requires citizens to register their personal details, photos, and biometrics.

“The National Identity Number (NIN) is required to open a bank account, apply for a driver’s license, vote, get health insurance, and file tax returns,” Reuters reported.

Over the past five years, the country has been postponing the deadline to link SIM cards with NINs. Earlier this month, numbers that had not been linked to NINs were blocked from making outgoing calls. Eventually, these numbers will be blocked entirely.

Critics have noted that the program gives the government a lot of information that could result in privacy issues. But the government insists that the program will help reduce cybercrimes such as identity theft.

British Judge Rules US Can Extradite Julian Assange!

The video below explains that a British judge just ruled that Julian Assange can be extradited to the United States on espionage charges and to be tried for “war crimes” — i.e. exposing the war crimes of the US! The video points out that this is not Assange’s last hope, but it is ticking down to his last options. Assange can still appeal and the decision with rest with the British Home Secretary Priti Patel.

Assange’s legal team says they may appeal based on “fresh developments” in the case.

‘White hands’: The rise of private armies in African conflicts

Mercenaries have become increasingly influential as states across Africa find their armies unable to limit the widening reach of armed groups.

Ahead of the holy month of Ramadan every year, traders from neighbouring towns flock to the popular cattle market in the central Malian town of Moura. That ritual continued this year.

But on March 27 – one of those market days – military helicopters suddenly appeared in the sky. Malian troops and foreign soldiers descended on the busy market to target members of armed groups who had controlled the remote town for years.

Witnesses said the bloodied operation lasted for more than four days, with about 300 civilian men, some of them suspected fighters, summarily executed in that period.

One trader said dozens of men, including two of his brothers, were executed by Russian-speaking soldiers who “took them several meters away and executed them, point-blank”.

The “Non-French speaking white soldiers”, and “white men with a bizarre language” as described by locals to Human Rights Watch, are widely believed to be members of the Kremlin-linked group Wagner, the only Russian soldiers currently in the country.

The Malian military described the incident as a “systemic cleansing of the entire area“. It also denies Russian participation in the Moura affair and their presence in the country but says it cooperates with Russian “instructors” under a longstanding bilateral cooperation agreement with Moscow.

Florida Gov. DeSantis Signs Bill Creating Nation’s First Office of Election Crimes and Security

During a packed April 25 press conference in Spring Hill, Florida, Gov. Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill 524 into law, strengthening voting rules in the state and establishing the nation’s first Office of Election Crimes and Security at the Department of State, specifically formed to investigate and prosecute voter fraud.

While most legacy media news reports insist claims of voter fraud in the 2020 election are “unsubstantiated,” “false,” “baseless,” “unfounded,” or outright lies that have been “debunked,” other reports are surfacing with evidence of widespread fraud through ballot harvesting, the process of third-party volunteers collecting ballots and delivering them to local election offices or ballot drop boxes.

In an interview with The New York Post, Hans von Spakovsky, a former member of the Federal Election Commission, said much of the ballot harvesting operation in the 2020 election was funded by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s “carefully orchestrated” $400 million-plus campaign to “convert official government election offices into get-out-the-vote operations for one political party and to insert political operatives into election offices in order to influence and manipulate the outcome of the election.”

Senate Republicans Push Bill to Ban Biden From Canceling Student Debt

As President Joe Biden signals more actions toward federal student loan debt cancellation, a group of Republican Senators is pushing legislation aimed at preventing him from doing so.

The yet-to-be-numbered bill is sponsored by Senate Minority Whip John Thune (R-S.D.), alongside Sens. Richard Burr (R-N.C.), Mike Braun (R-Ind.), Bill Cassidy (R-La.), and Roger Marshall (R-Kan.). If the legislation is passed as it’s currently outlined, the president or the education secretary won’t be able to cancel outstanding federal student loan balances without the approval of Congress.

It also states that the education secretary can pause interest and payments for federally held student loans for 90 days after a declaration of national emergency, but can’t extend that pause consecutively. And there must be an income cap so that borrowers with income of more than 400 percent of the federal poverty line won’t be covered.

“Taxpayers and working families should not be responsible for continuing to bear the costs associated with this suspension of repayment,” Thune said in a statement. “This common-sense legislation would protect taxpayers and prevent President Biden from suspending federal student loan repayments in perpetuity. Any future suspension of federal student loan repayments should be left to Congress, not the Biden administration.”

EXCLUSIVE: Federal Judge Explains Why He’s Blocking Biden Administration’s Termination of Title 42

A federal judge is blocking the Biden administration’s attempt to terminate Title 42 because states that sued the administration are poised to succeed in their claims that the move violated federal law, according to a transcript of a closed-door status conference obtained by The Epoch Times.

U.S. District Judge Robert Summerhays, a Trump appointee, announced on April 25 his intent to enter a temporary restraining order that forces the administration to keep enforcing Title 42, an emergency order that enables quick expulsion of illegal immigrants due to concerns that they may have COVID-19.

In a hearing that day, Summerhays said the plaintiff states, which include Missouri and Louisiana, have demonstrated that the federal government likely violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) with its April 1 announcement that the emergency order would be terminated in May, according to the transcript.

“I also find that the record supports a showing of immediate and irreparable harm. The states contend that the termination of the Title 42 suspension orders will result in increased costs and burdens, including increased healthcare costs. The Court concludes that the record supports these allegations and that the fact of those increased costs is sufficient to support injunctive relief,” Summerhays said.

“The Court also finds, as far as the balance of harms, that a temporary restraining order restoring the status quo to immediately prior to the April 1st order will result in little injury to the defendants, and that any such injury is outweighed by the injury caused by a result of the implementation of the April 1st order without the states having an opportunity to fully vet their APA claims, and that a temporary restraining order will not disserve the public interest.”

Judge Says Parties Can Defend Shielding Documents During Sussmann Probe

United States District Judge Christopher “Casey” Cooper on April 26 granted five petitions seeking to intervene in former Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann’s upcoming trial for allegedly making a false statement to the FBI.

Special Counsel John Durham, in April 6 court filings, sought to compel the Democratic National Committee (DNC), Hilary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, Fusion GPS, the Perkins Coie law firm, and former Neustar senior vice president Rodney Joffe to provide documents and communications they’ve refused to hand over, claiming attorney-client privilege.

Durham maintains there were 1,455 documents and communications between the parties that were withheld from federal prosecutors as “privileged” attorney-client communications even though only 18 involved what could be described as legal advice.

His motion seeks to have the five parties and Sussmann produce 38 “privileged” communications and email exchanges for Cooper to review.

Attorneys representing the DNC, Clinton campaign, Perkins Coie, Joffe, and Fusion GPS—the “opposition research” firm hired by Clinton’s campaign—filed petitions last week seeking to intervene and to argue against their clients’ communications being used as evidence in Sussmann’s trial, scheduled to begin on May 16.

Elon Musk Weighs in on Twitter Blocking Hunter Biden Laptop Story During 2020 Election

Incoming Twitter owner Elon Musk issued a comment on the social media platform’s October 2020 decision to block the reach of a New York Post article detailing Hunter Biden’s overseas business deals.

With just weeks to go before the 2020 election, the NY Post released a story about the younger Biden’s laptop. Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms moved to block the article’s reach, while Twitter locked the newspaper’s account for more than two weeks.

“Suspending the Twitter account of a major news organization for publishing a truthful story was obviously incredibly inappropriate,” Musk wrote on Tuesday in response to another post about the Hunter Biden laptop story.

It was in response to commentator Saagar Enjeti, who posted to Twitter a Politico article about how the social media company’s top lawyer was reportedly in tears because of Musk’s decision to purchase the company for $44 billion.

The NY Post article revealed numerous emails and messages that were sent or received by Hunter Biden, triggering accusations that he leveraged then-candidate Joe Biden’s influence as a former vice president to land lucrative business deals in China, Ukraine, and elsewhere.

When Twitter blocked the article it claimed it contained hacked material, and that the report violated its terms and conditions.

“The images contained in the articles include personal and private information—like email addresses and phone numbers—which violate our rules,” Twitter wrote at the time.

Conservatives and former President Donald Trump said the move was akin to censorship and had influenced the outcome of the 2020 election. During the second debate between Trump and Biden, the former president frequently brought up Hunter Biden’s laptop—while he also brought up a former Biden business associate, Tony Bobulinski, who said in October 2020 that the emails in the laptop were authentic.

Wisconsin County Takes the Lead in Banning Private Funding of Elections

Wisconsin’s Walworth County has become the first local government in the state to ban the acceptance of private monies or grants for use in the administration of elections.

Approval of the measure came after 16 states enacted legislation to ban or regulate the acceptance and use of private funds by public election officials. Good-government advocates have been incensed that a Mark Zuckerberg-funded activist group, the left-wing Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), flooded election offices in Democratic Party strongholds with millions of dollars in an apparent effort to drive up voter turnout for that party in 2020.

In 2016, then-candidate Donald Trump, a Republican, beat Democrat Hillary Clinton in Wisconsin by 22,748 votes. But in 2020, Joe Biden, a Democrat, beat Trump in the state by 20,608 votes, according to Ballotpedia figures. Critics claim the assistance provided by CTCL to Milwaukee and other heavily Democratic jurisdictions in the state may have put Biden over the top.

The Walworth County Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance 1271 (pdf) on April 21, banning the private funding of elections. Walworth County is located in the southeastern part of the state, bordering Illinois on the south and between Kenosha and Janesville, Wisconsin.

Far-Left Democrats Rally to Demand Cancellation of Student Loan Debt

Far-left Democrats, including Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), and Ro Khanna (D-CA), rallied on Wednesday to demand the cancellation of student loan debt, which President Biden signaled he is willing to do.

Activists gathered in the nation’s capital on Wednesday, demanding Biden take action after largely ignoring the issue over the past year.

“We are here to tell the president that with the stroke of pen, he can and should and must cancel student debt. Period,” Rep. Omar said during the rally, adding that the government has the responsibility to “make those wrongs right” —  claiming that student loan debt is holding millions of people back.

“The federal government bailed out the banks. Trump and the Republicans gave huge tax cuts to the wealthy. Congress is about to hand $10 billion to Jeff Bezos to go the moon. Yes, we can afford to cancel all student debt,” Sanders said on the day of the rally:

The federal government bailed out the banks. Trump and the Republicans gave huge tax cuts to the wealthy. Congress is about to hand $10 billion to Jeff Bezos to go the moon. Yes, we can afford to cancel all student debt.

— Bernie Sanders (@SenSanders) April 27, 2022

“Nearly 90% of young people want us to take action on student debt. What are we waiting for? We promised action and now we must deliver. Cancel student debt,” Jayapal wrote on the same day, tagging President Biden.

The rally follows reports of a meeting between Biden and members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, where he expressed a willingness to not only continue extending the pause on student loan payments, but canceling up to $10,000 in student debt per person. Rep. Tony Cárdenas (D-CA) reportedly pushed the issue and believes Biden was “incredibly positive” about the prospect of taking such action.

The possible action on student loans would come mere months ahead of the midterm elections, as Americans continue to sour on Biden and the Democrats’ handling of key issues plaguing the country.

Elon Musk Could Still Lose Twitter Deal If Higher Offer Is Made

Several new developments have been revealed after Twitter accepted Elon Musk’s $44 billion takeover proposal on April 25.

According to a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing that shows the deal agreement, Musk agreed to pay a $1 billion termination fee if he abandons the acquisition.

At the same time, the social media platform would be required to pay the same amount if the company chooses to accept a better offer.

A former investment banker, who requested anonymity, said the clause is a standard practice in merger agreements.

“The board has to act as fiduciary, so if a higher price comes, they need to consider it,” he said.

“But if a higher price does come, Musk can always up his offer,” he noted. “Practically speaking though, there are no other potential buyers right now.”

The agreement also contains a time limit. If the merger isn’t finalized by Oct. 24, either party could exit the deal. There’s also a six-month extension attached to the deadline should there be any regulatory hurdles to overcome.

A mergers and acquisitions (M&A) lawyer working for an international law firm in New York City says that the “fiduciary out” is a standard provision in merger agreements that give the selling company’s board a limited right to entertain competing proposals for a limited time period.

The lawyer, who wished to remain anonymous, said the board’s ability to exit

FCC Commissioner Rejects Call to Block Elon Musk’s Twitter Takeover

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Commissioner Brendan Carr has rejected a call to block Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter.

Carr, in an April 27 statement, said the FCC “has no authority to block Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter, and to suggest otherwise is absurd.”

“I welcome the full FCC making it clear that we will not entertain these types of frivolous arguments,” he said.

Carr’s statement comes, according to the FCC, after the Open Markets Institute issued a release calling for the agency to block Twitter’s sale to Musk. Both Twitter and Musk confirmed on April 25 that the company would be purchased by the Tesla CEO, the world’s richest person, for $44 billion.

On April 26, the Open Markets Institute, which describes itself as a group that “works to address threats to our democracy … and our national security,” issued a statement about how the U.S. government “can block” the sale to Musk.

The group stated that the deal “poses a number of immediate and direct threats to American democracy and free speech” without elaborating, although it cited the Telegraph Act of 1860 and other regulations. Open Markets is headed by Barry C. Lynn, described as a left-leaning journalist who has previously worked for Mother Jones, Financial Times, Forbes, and other media outlets.

For his part, Musk said he’s an advocate of free speech and has previously criticized the social media company’s content moderation policies.

Carr, meanwhile, praised Musk’s takeover of Twiter during a Fox Business interview on April 26.

“There was a pivot point in this country that I think came around 2016 when people started to reach the view, particularly among the hard left, that the free exchange of ideas is incompatible with the outcomes that they want to see at the ballot box,” Carr told the network. “I’m hopeful that Elon Musk is going to bend Twitter’s content moderation toward a greater embrace of free speech.”

He said there’s “a lot of core political speech that we can promote on the internet and not have the terrorist speech and other straw man arguments that are out there.”

After the deal was announced, Musk said he would attempt to curb the proliferation of spam accounts and create new features on the platform.

Elon Musk Wins $13 Billion Tesla Shareholder Lawsuit Over SolarCity Acquisition

A Delaware judge on Wednesday sided with Tesla CEO Elon Musk in a lawsuit brought by the electric vehicle maker’s shareholders that accused him of coercing the company’s board into buying SolarCity.

Tesla acquired California-headquartered SolarCity for $2.6 billion in 2016 in a stock-for-stock merger.

The company was founded in 2006 by Musk’s cousins, Peter and Lyndon Rive, and sold and installed solar energy generation systems.

At the time, Tesla stated in its blog that the two companies would create “the world’s only vertically integrated sustainable energy company” and produce “fully integrated residential, commercial and grid-scale products that improve the way that energy is generated, stored, and consumed.”

When it was acquired in 2016, Musk, who served as chairman of the board at both Tesla and SolarCity, owned a large portion of the solar energy entity.

However, Tesla’s shareholders accused the executive of coercing the electric vehicle company’s board into the 2016 purchase of SolarCity while also acting in his own interest, stating that it amounted to a “bailout” of the failing solar company (pdf).

Technocrats Turn To Satellites, Geospatial Intel For ESG Compliance

AI is used to analyze data combined in real time from high definition satellite imagery, drones, Internet of Things, 5G and Smart Grid networks. The stated object is to enforce ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) policies on the world. This is the final frontier of ubiquitous scientific dictatorship, aka Technocracy. ⁃ TN Editor

ESG monitoring is fast emerging as a fairly accurate determiner of corporate willingness to make progress towards social well-being, ecological adaptability, and sustainability. It gives an indication of climate change mitigation efforts through a mix of policy guidelines, standards, social impact, and imperatives. The contrast between blueprint and implementation, and between theory and praxis, is clearly visible through an ESG report.

Picterra, the Swiss geospatial intelligence company that uses AI and ML to turn satellite imagery to actionable insights, aims to democratize access to Earth observation, enabling businesses to react to events in a post-pandemic world and create transparent, measurable, and accountable ESG KPIs. For the year ahead, it will continue helping businesses uncover hidden application areas for geospatial intelligence that can unlock real value. From forestry management to utilities and transportation, Picterra has a footprint across multiple sectors. Some of its prominent clients include The World Bank, Westwood, Cyient, SGS, Skytec, SBB and Prorail.

Picterra is growing at a rapid pace and eyes expansion. Just yesterday, the company raised $6.5 million investment led by venture capital firm VI partners.

“C-level teams need to ensure that they have access to trustworthy, verifiable information about business activities beyond just financial data. I believe we will see more industries adopt Earth Observation imagery as a key data source to close the gap between statement and reality in their ESG reporting”, says Pierrick Poulenas, CEO, Picterra, in an exclusive interview with Geospatial World

HEALTH

Iron and Vegetable Oil Are a Deadly Combo

Even the healthiest ones contain this ingredient, which radically increases oxidative stress and triggers mitochondrial dysfunction.
Researchers found a connection between the intake of iron and seed oils high in omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) in people with Type 2 diabetes

Both high dietary iron intake and an elevated iron/PUFA ratio were associated with DPN

While the study evaluated PUFA intake of omega-6 and omega-3 together, it was the ratio of iron/omega-6 that showed a significant association with DPN

One way to help stop the oxidative damage caused by iron intake in the presence of too many omega-6s is to take carnosine or its primary precursor, beta-alanine

Many chronic diseases appear to be the result of a catastrophic cascade of health declines triggered by the long-term consumption of omega-6 seed oils

To protect your health, it is vital that you reduce your intake of industrially processed seed oils as much as you can, which includes virtually all processed foods and fast foods that contain them

5 Misconceptions About Weight Loss and Healthy Eating

Can you get fat from eating late at night? Should you cut all carbs if you’re serious about losing weight? We turned researchers on these topics help separate myth from fact and set the record straight on healthy eating habits.

Are Carbohydrates Bad For You?

Carbohydrates are one of the three major nutrients in the body, providing the body with energy and various essential nutrients. However, there is a link between eating too many carbohydrates—refined carbohydrates—and obesity, increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease. For instance, pople at risk for diabetes need to be especially careful when consuming carbohydrate foods, as carbohydrates have the most direct effect on blood sugar.

So should we just cut back on carbohydrates? No. Eating the right “type” is critical.

Carbohydrates are the main source of energy, especially for the brain and nerve system. The brain is about 2 percent of your body weight, but it can consume roughly 20 percent of the energy.

This energy comes mainly from the glucose produced by carbohydrates. If the glucose (blood sugar) in the blood is low, there is not enough energy to supply the brain and the person will become dizzy, irritable, tired, have headaches, lose concentration, or even pass out.

Are Dietary Supplements Good for Health?

Carol Haggans, a consultant and registered dietitian with the National Institutes of Health, said, “It’s possible to get all of the nutrients you need by eating a variety of healthy foods, so you don’t have to take [supplements].”

Supplements can be useful for filling gaps in your diet, she adds, but there are many caveats, and not all supplements are created equal.

s Eating Late Bad for Weight Loss?

A study in the British Journal of Nutrition found that eating after 8 p.m. was not associated with excess weight or increased energy intake among minors aged 4 to 18.

However, another study showed that people who ate at night (11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.) consumed 514 more calories than those who did not eat at night.

Is Breakfast the Most Important Meal?

Experts certainly have differing views on this one.

Breakfast is often referred to as the “most important meal of the day,” and for good reason. A healthy breakfast can provide the body with the necessary energy and nutrition, help control weight, improve concentration and memory (the body is replenished with glucose), reduce the risk of disease (people who eat breakfast regularly tend to have a lower risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes); and people who eat breakfast overall tend to have healthier diets and better eating habits.

University of Aberdeen appetite research professor Alexandra Johnstone said, in an article published by the BBC, that if not eating breakfast and obesity are related, it may be because people who eat breakfast are also more concerned about nutrition and health. They “habitually have health-enhancing behaviours such as not smoking and regular exercise.”

There is also research that shows that those who eat more of their calories earlier in the day are less likely to overload on calories at dinner.

Fruit Contains Sugar That Is Bad For Health

We all know about how sugar is detrimental to health, so some people avoid fruit indiscriminately. In fact, unlike refined sugar, fruits contain less sugar, and they also contain other beneficial ingredients.

Free sugars are monosaccharides (such as glucose and fructose) and disaccharides (such as sucrose or table sugar) added to foods and beverages, as well as sugars naturally found in honey, syrups, fruit juices and fruit juice concentrates. Reducing free sugar intake can reduce the risk of tooth decay and obesity. Dr. Francesco Branca, director of WHO’s Division of Nutrition for Health and Development, said, “We have solid evidence that keeping intake of free sugars to less than 10% of total energy intake reduces the risk of overweight, obesity and tooth decay.”

While fruit sugars may not be bad sugars, one common mistake people make is consuming too many servings of fruit, especially if drinking fruit juice, and unknowingly consuming multiples of their daily recommended sugar intake. For instance, the sugar in a bottle of orange juice can be equivalent to that of six oranges.

But fruit in its whole form also contains a large number of other nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and fiber, which are an important part of a well-rounded diet.

Could This Spice Help Heal Damaged Blood Vessels?

Data from the University of California-Riverside show curcumin magnetic nanoparticles in hyaluronic acid hydrogel increased a potent angiogenic factor in healthy tissue. Paradoxically, curcumin suppressed cell growth in tumor tissue

Scientists were successful in directing the movement of the nanoparticles using a magnet, which suggests the method may be used as a delivery system to heal injured tissue

Curcumin shows benefit in pain control after surgery and in facilitating recovery. It has a therapeutic effect on burn pain and plays a role in the treatment of pathological pain

The spice has neuroprotective effects on the eye and brain, with the ability to pass the blood-brain barrier, impacting several conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, autism, depression and multiple sclerosis

Curcumin has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Inflammation can be reduced through lifestyle changes such as optimizing vitamin D and omega-3 levels, eating a cyclical ketogenic diet, reducing exposure to EMF and eating fermented foods

Ditch This Habit to Become a Slim Jim or Skinny Sally

Physically, emotional eating can lead to obesity and related health problems; psychologically, it may delay or prevent you from addressing your emotions and stress

Three hormones that play important roles in emotional eating and food addiction are dopamine, cortisol and serotonin

The stress hormone cortisol not only regulates your fight-flight-or-freeze response, but it also regulates your body’s use of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. This is why stress can trigger the compulsion to reach for junk food

Emotional eating is primarily triggered by stress and boredom. Research shows calorie-dense foods trigger fat accumulation that inhibits your primary stress response system

Research also shows people reach for comfort foods when they feel isolated, because the food in question reminds them of a strong emotional relationship they once had

‘What I’ve Seen in the Last 2 Years Is Unprecedented’: Physician on COVID Vaccine Side Effects on Pregnant Women

Former Pfizer VP: ‘Adverse impacts on conception and ability to sustain a pregnancy were foreseeable’

Dr. James Thorp is an extensively published 68-year-old physician MD board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, as well as maternal-fetal medicine, who has practiced obstetrics for over 42 years.

Thorp told The Epoch Times that he sees 6,000–7,000 high-risk pregnant patients a year and has seen many complications among them due to the COVID vaccines.

“I’ve seen many, many, many complications in pregnant women, in moms and in fetuses, in children, offspring,” Thorp said, “fetal death, miscarriage, death of the fetus inside the mom.

“What I’ve seen in the last two years is unprecedented,” Thorp asserted.

Thorp explained that although he has seen an increase in fetal death and adverse pregnancy outcomes associated with the COVID-19 vaccination, attempts to quantify this effect are hampered by the imposition of gag orders on physicians and nurses that were imposed in September 2021, as reviewed in the publication “Patient Betrayal: The Corruption of Healthcare, Informed Consent and the Physician-Patient Relationship” (pdf).

At the beginning of January, the FDA was ordered to release its first large batch of documents related to Pfizer’s COVID jab trials, of which over 10,000 of about 450,000 pages have been made public so far.

From the first day of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine rollout on Dec. 1 2020 through Feb. 28, 2021, 1,223 deaths and 42,086 adverse events were reported to Pfizer.

Among the adverse events, particularly alarming are the ones that affected pregnant women. The documents say that there were 274 pregnancy adverse events, of which 75, or 27 percent were “serious.”

“49 non-serious and 75 serious, reported clinical events, which occurred in the vaccinated mothers. Pregnancy related events reported in these cases coded to the [patients] Abortion spontaneous (25), Uterine contraction during pregnancy, Premature rupture of membranes, Abortion, Abortion missed, and Foetal death (1 each). Other clinical events which occurred in more than 5 cases coded to the [patients] Headache (33), Vaccination site pain (24), Pain in extremity and Fatigue (22 each), Myalgia and Pyrexia (16 each), Chills (13) Nausea (12), Pain (11), Arthralgia (9), Lymphadenopathy and Drug ineffective (7 each), Chest pain, Dizziness and Asthenia (6 each), Malaise and COVID-19 (5 each),” reads the previously confidential Pfizer documents (pdf).

The CDC website recommends the COVID vaccines during pregnancy in order to “prevent severe illness and death in pregnant women.”

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) also “strongly recommends that pregnant individuals be vaccinated against COVID-19,” adding that pregnant women’s complete vaccination should be a “priority.”

COVID persists, but the COVID vaccine narrative has taken on so much water, the powers that be have stopped bailing, and are going to let these vaccines slowly sink

There has been so much bad news about the vaccines in the last few months, it even leaked into the mainstream media.  I think the cabal’s plan, at least in the US but probably everywhere, is to stop propping the ludicrous vaccine claims up and allow them to die a natural death. I explain why below.

There was just too much bad news, too few getting boosted, too much resistance from parents. Getting 8 or 10 doses into everyone was not going to happen.  The terrified obedient masses were becoming fewer and fewer.

For example, here is one story that got lots of traction:  ABC News covered the fact that “At least 72 COVID cases in the fully vaccinated resulted from the Gridiron dinner.”  Not only did Nancy Pelosi test positive, but several members of Biden’s Cabinet and many other Beltway glitterati did too.  All of whom had to have been vaccinated in order to attend.

There was plenty of happy talk that the afflicted politicians in DC had only mild COVID cases. Good for them. But, if vaccinations caused them to become asymptomatic spreaders instead of spreaders with symptoms, who would know to stay home while sick, the vaccines could actually be doing more harm than good in terms of transmission. They could be causing more COVID cases, not less.

By now, it has to be apparent to everyone who walks by a newsstand or turns on the TV that the media are begging much too hard for more shots.

It must be obvious to all that the shots do not prevent spread and therefore there is no logical way you can mandate them.  Because if my shot does not protect you (and only with lots of fairy dust will it protect me) why would you have any interest in whether or not I am vaccinated?

Once you stop caring about my vaccination status, the cabal’s nexus of control starts to fall apart. That was their ace in the hole. Time for them to move on to something else.

The kicker for childhood vaccines: the New York state Department of Health study of vaccine efficacy in children.  After 2 months, efficacy in the 5-11 year olds had fallen to 12%.  In other words, 7 out of 8 vaccinated kids derived no benefit after 2 months, only risk.  The data were derived from 365,000 children, and apparently there was no way CDC could spin them, or 12% was the best spin they could put on the data. This report is a huge obstacle to universal child vaccinations. They cabal cannot surmount it.

It is important to mention again–because we keep forgetting–that while the vaccines are nominally licensed for adults, in fact you can only find the EUA (unlicensed) product in the US, and legally an EUA is experimental–and therefore forcing someone to be vaccinated is a Nuremberg violation and a violation of federal law.

The imposition of mandates for these experimental gene therapy products is therefore a crime, being committed by states, federal government and certain companies and other institutions.  It seems that because US law was not designed for situations in which the government is the criminal, it has been very difficult to use the judicial system to change what is happening.  But surely if this persisted much longer an honest judge somewhere would finally rule that the vaccines are experimental and the COVID mandate house of cards would then collapse. Like Humpty Dumpty (it is Easter today after all):

All the king’s horses and all the king’s men

Couldn’t put COVID mandates together again

What else has been happening that undermines the vaccine story?  Well, in addition to all the collapsing athletes, there is now a large collection of mayors suddenly dropping dead throughout Germany.

CDC, FDA Workers Observed Incidents of Political Interference: ReportCenters for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) employees say they observed incidents perceived as political interference within the federal agencies that may have altered or suppressed scientific findings,  a new federal report has found.

The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) interviewed 16 employees at the CDC, FDA and the National Instituted of Health (NIH)—agencies which spearheaded the nation’s response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The federal audit group said it was asked to review scientific integrity policies and procedures, and how allegations of political interference in scientific decision-making are addressed at CDC, FDA, NIH and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR).

In a 37-page report published last week, the GAO said respondents from CDC and FDA didn’t report potential political interference in scientific decision-making in part because they feared retaliation, while some said they weren’t sure how to report what they observed.

CDC, FDA and NIH employees also told GAO investigators that they didn’t make formal reports because they believed leadership was already aware of the issues.

“For example, in May 2020, a senior official from ASPR claimed HHS retaliated against him for disclosing, among other things, concerns about inappropriate political interference to make chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine available to the public as treatments for COVID-19,” GAO officials wrote.

No formal reports of potential political interference were submitted at the federal health agencies from 2010 through 2021, GAO said, pointing to a lack of guidance.

“A few respondents from CDC and FDA stated they felt that the potential political interference they observed resulted in the alteration or suppression of scientific findings,” the GAO report said.

“Some of these respondents believed that this potential political interference may have resulted in the politically motivated alteration of public health guidance or delayed publication of Covid-related scientific findings.”

Frequently Asked Questions » If Flight 77 did not hit the building what happened to its passengers and crew?

My theory about what happened to Flight 77 …

NASA’s Glenn Research Center is located at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport at the northwest corner of the runway. The path off of the runway is large enough to taxi a large aircraft off of the main runway and park it inside the hangar.

My theory is that when the transponder to Flight 77 was disabled, the plane was already approaching the Cleveland VOR and could have been easily directed to go to CLE (the airport code for Cleveland Hopkins), landed off book and was ordered to taxi to this facility, where passengers and crew were forcibly removed and executed inside the hangar and the bodies and their belongings disposed of. The numbers on the aircraft were altered and the plane was put back into service under another number.  I spoke with a friend of mine that morning (9/11; who worked at Naval Intel). He told me “You don’t miss a trick do you?” after I told him what my theory was.  Nothing further was said nor confirmed.  All part of a false flag attack to invade Iraq and destabilize the Middle East.

The Glenn Research Center was closed in 2009.  Go figure … or … how convenient?

DHS Sets up ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ to Fight ‘Misinformation’

A “disinformation governance board” has been established at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to fight “misinformation” and will maintain “free speech, privacy, and civil rights” officials have confirmed.

DHS chief Alejandro Mayorkas revealed the new initiative to lawmakers during a congressional hearing on April 27 when asked by Congressman Jim Langevin (D-R.I.) about what the department was doing to ensure election security and prevent misinformation from being used in the electrical process ahead of the 2022 midterms.

Langevin pointed to previous alleged Russian interference in U.S. elections.

“We have just established a disinformation governance board in the Department of Homeland Security to more effectively combat this threat, not only to election security but to our homeland security,” Mayorkas responded, noting that the new board will also focus on stopping the spread of misinformation in minority communities.

Nina Jankowicz, a Russian disinformation expert who served as a Disinformation Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Scholars in Washington, confirmed in a statement later on Wednesday that she would be executive director of the newly-established board.

“Honored to be serving in the Biden Administration DHSgov and helping shape our counter-disinformation efforts,” Jankowicz wrote on Twitter, adding that “a HUGE focus of our work, and indeed, one of the key reasons the Board was established, is to maintain the Dept’s commitment [sic] to protecting free speech, privacy, civil rights, & civil liberties.”

“More to come as we dig into the big job ahead. For now, thanks for the support,” she added.

According to her official website, Jankowicz is an “internationally-recognized expert on disinformation and democratization” and has authored books such as “How to Lose the Information War” and “How to Be A Woman Online” the latter of which is set to be published in September and is an “examination of online abuse and disinformation and tips for fighting back”

6-Year-Old Girl Develops a Special Bond With Mini Horse, Cares for Him in the Sweetest Way

A little girl from Norway and her sweet, caring friendship with a miniature horse is taking the internet by storm.

Not only does 6-year-old Ella Solvang-Laagasken play, ride, and train with her 11-year-old horse, Black, but she also takes good care of him, grooming his mane, helping with stable work, and even giving the patient pony glitter pedicures.

“She is a unique girl who has a very special bond with animals,” Ella’s mother, Line Laagasken, told The Epoch Times.

The family found Black for Ella when she was 3 years old, completely unaware if she would like horses. Upon finding Black online, Line and her husband, Thomas, traveled to see him and bought him instantly.

“It was love at first sight,” Line said. “Before he came, we had painted one of the horseboxes pink, the color decided by Ella.”

When Ella first met Black she was really happy. Greeting him with a big hug, she immediately started brushing him.

Lifelong horse-lover Line, and Thomas, bought their “dream home” on a farm in 2014, fulfilling a childhood ambition of Line’s. They chronicle daily life with Ella and their horses on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Line, who works in sales and marketing, claims all the videos the family shares of Ella are her ideas.

Ella and Black have become best friends and she includes him in everything.

“Ella takes him on walks with her doll, they play shop, or have a tea party in the garden,” said Line. “Ella and Black’s favorite thing to do is to go horseback riding with me, Thomas, and the horses.

“She loves to walk around with Black, sit on top of him, and do ‘around the world’ or other tricks. He follows her, enjoys her, and clearly shows that he wants her attention.”

Ella, said her mother, also enjoys helping train the family’s horses using tarpaulins, balloons, and umbrellas—”everything that horses are usually afraid of”—to help them gain confidence, ride safely, and increase the bond between human and horse.

Line is happy that her daughter gets to grow up on a farm, as she believes that farm life teaches one to be confident, independent, and smart.
