BREAKING: Report: Engineers Discover Nationwide Cellular Network Connects Election Equipment and Gives Federal Government Access to Election Systems at Precinct Level

A growing majority of Americans know the 2020 election was fraudulent. Many analysts who have been studying election integrity have concluded that there had to be a two-way connection between local election electronics (electronic poll pads, tabulators, election management systems, voter databases, etc.) and a centralized data collection system responsible for monitoring and manipulating the election. Fingers have rightly been pointed at all-inclusive election management software, the Albert Sensor system, Scytl and Edison, and the Election Infrastructure Information Sharing and Analysis Center (EI-ISAC).

This incestuous collaboration between the Department of Homeland Security, the Election Assistance Commission, leftist/globalist funding, foreign companies, and their private partners, allowed for the real-time monitoring of all election data, and more importantly, the ability to change the results.

While experts could understand the functional capabilities of how these programs manipulate elections at the county and state levels, one area of mystery remained.  Experts could not fully explain how systems within individual precincts which are supposedly “air-gapped” were adding votes in real-time – such as KnowInk poll pads in Texas that added hundreds of votes to the 2022 midterm election after the polls had closed.  To accomplish election fraud at individual polling places, it is necessary to have an air-interface with the supposedly “air-gapped” equipment networked at the polling place.

A year-long research project led by an election integrity investigator from Utah, Sophie Anderson, and communications engineer, Dr. Charles Bernardin, has uncovered the mechanism that is being used to connect our election equipment at polling places across the nation.  Anderson and Bernardin met while working together in several overlapping election integrity efforts. After submitting a countless number of public documents requests from multiple federal, state, and local governments, and working with other grassroots researchers, the team realized that the federal government has indeed created a nationwide network that is capable of collecting and changing real-time voting data at polling places across the country from a central location. The private network tool is called FirstNet, and like so many things that have proven detrimental to American liberty – it was sold as a tool to ensure public safety.

WHAT IS FIRSTNET?

The idea of a national cellular network dedicated to public safety was hatched in the wake of 9/11 when congested cell networks proved to be a bottleneck for first responders. In 2012, Congress created the First Responder Network Authority under the Department of Commerce to oversee the build-out of “FirstNet.” The original intent provided by its sponsors was that FirstNet would serve police, fire, and EMT services.  However, the scope was soon expanded to include all “critical infrastructure” – which included water, energy, and transportation infrastructure. (https://www.digi.com/solutions/by-technology/firstnet )

Curiously, just days before Barack Obama left office, his administration’s Department of Homeland Security used the specter of “Russian interference” in the 2016 election as an excuse to declare election systems to be a part of that critical infrastructure.  As a result, the stage was set to roll election systems into FirstNet.

2.Here Is When Trump Has to Surrender in Georgia Case

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis gave former President Donald Trump and the 18 other defendants who were charged Monday until noon on Aug. 25 to surrender.

Ms. Willis announced the surrender date in a press conference on Monday evening after a Fulton County, Georgia, grand jury handed down charges against the former president. Meanwhile, the district attorney said that a trial would likely take place within the next six months, which would occur in the midst of GOP primary elections.

“Trump and the other Defendants charged in this Indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump. That conspiracy contained a common plan and purpose to commit two or more acts of racketeering activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere in the State of Georgia, and in other states,” the indictment says.

Under the indictment, President Trump and the other defendants are each charged with one count of violating Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and allegedly engaged in “criminal enterprise in Fulton County, Georgia—and elsewhere—to accomplish the illegal goal” of keeping the former president in office.

3.Georgia Indictment: Reserving Room, Asking for Phone Number ‘Overt Act[s] in Furtherance of the Conspiracy’

The Georgia indictment unveiled Monday night by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis just before midnight on Monday claims former President Donald Trump and 18 others pursued a “conspiracy” with mundane acts such as tweeting about hearings.

In one passage, for example, the indictment states (original emphasis): “On or about the 3rd day of December 2020, DONALD JOHN TRUMP caused to be tweeted from the Twitter account @RealDonaldTrump, ‘Georgia hearings now on @OANN. Amazing!’ This was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.”

4.Provo man pointed gun at agents before fatal shooting, FBI says

The 75-year-old man shot and killed by FBI agents in Provo last week had pointed a gun at the agents before they fatally opened fire on him, the FBI said in an updated statement Monday afternoon.

The shooting unfolded at about 6:15 a.m. Wednesday as agents were serving arrest and search warrants at the home of Craig Deleeuw Robertson, who prosecutors say had threatened to kill President Joe Biden ahead of the president’s Utah visit last week.

Before the Wednesday raid, federal prosecutors had charged Robertson with threats against the president, interstate threats and retaliating against federal law enforcement, according to a criminal complaint. Federal agents had received a warrant for Robertson’s arrest a day earlier, on Aug. 8, the document shows.

5.COVID Victims’ Families Sue NY-Based EcoHealth for ‘Funding, Releasing’ Virus

Family members of people who died from COVID-19 have sued a New York-based nonprofit organization that collaborated with and helped fund the Chinese laboratory that was exploring how to make coronaviruses more transmissible and infectious.

The suit names EcoHealth Alliance and Peter Daszak, its president, as defendants, alleging they researched, funded, and created the COVID-19 virus and released it intentionally or accidentally.

Jenny Golden and other U.S. residents brought the lawsuit in New York over the deaths of their loved ones, which they say could have been prevented.

The defendants engaged in conduct that presented foreseeable risks of harm to others, including “deliberately engaging in the creation and genetic modification of dangerous coronaviruses, including SARS-CoV-2, for the purpose of enhancing their virulence, transmissibility and lethality for human beings, knowing that as modified the coronaviruses would be even more harmful to humans and capable of causing a pandemic,” the suit states.

EcoHealth funneled U.S. taxpayer funds to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), located in the same Chinese city where the first COVID-19 cases appeared in 2019.

Some of the research increased one or more characteristics of coronaviruses.

Multiple U.S. intelligence agencies believe COVID-19 originated from the Wuhan laboratory.

Nobel Prize Winning Physicist: Climate Alarmism Based on ‘Pseudoscience’

John F. Clauser, winner of the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2022, has decried the “pseudoscience” undergirding today’s climate change alarmism that threatens “the well-being of billions of people.”

This week Dr. Clauser signed the “World Climate Declaration,” joining over 1600 other scientists in denying the existence of a so-called “climate emergency.”

Among other things, the Declaration asserts that climate models have proven inadequate for predicting global warming, that carbon dioxide (CO2) is not a pollutant, and that climate change has not increased natural disasters.

“The geological archive reveals that Earth’s climate has varied as long as the planet has existed, with natural cold and warm phases,” the Declaration notes. “The Little Ice Age ended as recently as 1850. Therefore, it is no surprise that we now are experiencing a period of warming.”

Moreover, the world has warmed “significantly less than predicted by IPCC on the basis of modeled anthropogenic forcing,” the text states, and the gap between the real world and the modeled world “tells us that we are far from understanding climate change.

Germany’s Cabinet is set to approve a plan to liberalize rules on cannabis, setting the scene for the European Union’s most populous member to decriminalize possession of limited amounts and allow members of “cannabis clubs” to buy the substance for recreational purposes.

The government’s approval, expected on Wednesday, is billed as the first step in a two-part plan and will still need approval by parliament. But it’s a stride forward for a prominent reform project of Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s socially liberal coalition, though significantly short of the government’s original ambitions.

No Take Backs: EU Refuses Deal with UK on Return of Illegal Migrants

The European Union has reported baulked at calls from Britain to accept the return of illegal migrants who cross the English Channel from France, leading Conservative politicians to accuse the bloc of trying to punish the UK for Brexit.

Over three years after the United Kingdom officially left the EU, Brussels is reportedly continuing to refuse to come to a deal on the readmission of illegal migrants who crossed through the continent before sailing on to British shores. That the bloc won’t even consider negotiation on the topic shows how “incompetent and immoral” the Union is, a top Brexiteer said.

Bank of Israel Issues Guidelines on Promoting Digital Currency Acceptance

The Bank of Israel has released a document on how to manufacture acceptance of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs).

The blueprint lays out how a digital shekel could be legitimized by a “network effect.”

The State of Israel would have to offer tax refunds, benefits, and wages in the digital currency, as well as accept payments of fines, fees, and taxes.

According to the Bank of Israel, state endorsement of the currency would create a ripple effect that encourages citizens and businesses to adopt the digital shekel.

Special Counsel Jack Smith Objects to Trump’s Request for Secure Facility to Discuss Classified Documents

Prosecutors with special counsel Jack Smith on Aug. 14 objected to a request by former President Donald Trump’s lawyers to set up a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) to allow him and his legal team to discuss the classified documents in the case against him, arguing the move would amount to “special treatment.”

In a court filing (pdf) to U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon, prosecutors with Mr. Smith pushed back against President Trump’s request, claiming that the 2024 Republican presidential candidate was seeking “special treatment that no other criminal defendant would receive and that is unsupported by law or precedent.”

Prosecutors further claimed that President Trump’s request for the SCIF was based on a “misrepresentation” of the requirements set out in the proposed protective order issued last week by Judge Tanya Chutkan.

That protective order stated that President Trump and his legal team were not allowed to disclose “sensitive materials,” including recordings, transcripts, and interview reports, to anyone who is not part of his legal defense in the case.

“The proposed protective order requires that any discussion of classified information between Trump and his attorneys take place in a sensitive compartmented information facility (‘SCIF’); it does not require, as Trump maintains, that all discussions take place in the same SCIF where classified discovery will be housed,” prosecutors with Mr. Smith wrote in their court filing.

“As such, there is no need to modify the proposed protective order on that basis—much less to include in the order approval to ‘re-establish’ a secure area at an unidentified location used during Trump’s presidency, which is likely a reference to one of his homes,” they continued. “Creating a secure location in Trump’s residence—which is also a social club—so he can discuss classified information would be an unnecessary and unjustified accommodation that deviates from the normal course of cases involving classified discovery.”

ANALYSIS: Georgia Trump Indictment Struggles to Back Criminal Intention Claims

News Analysis

The indictment of former President Donald Trump in Georgia over his efforts to reverse the results of the 2020 election lacks evidence that he harbored the criminal intent necessary to be convicted.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis laid out her case on Aug. 14, detailing how President Trump and his alleged co-conspirators claimed fraud in the 2020 election in Georgia and elsewhere, how they arranged for an alternative slate of electors in Georgia and several other states, and how they tried to use this strategy to delay the counting of electoral votes by the vice president on Jan. 6, 2021.

Ms. Willis alleged that 41 crimes were committed by various persons in this effort. Of those alleged crimes, 11 list President Trump as the defendant, and most of those require various forms of criminal state of mind—the perpetrator needs to be aware that he’s doing something unlawful.

Despite its nearly 100 pages, the indictment fails to explain how Ms. Willis knows that President Trump acted with criminal intent, rather than executing a strategy that he believed was lawful.

The indictment centers on the overarching allegation that President Trump’s effort to reverse the election results amounted to a racketeering conspiracy.

President Trump and his aides claimed that the election was marred by irregularities and fraud and lobbied Georgia lawmakers to appoint an alternative slate of electors who would cast their votes for President Trump. This effort, Ms. Willis alleges, violated the state’s law against solicitation of a felony—namely, convincing the lawmakers to break their oaths of office.

The Georgia Oath of Office states: “I do hereby solemnly swear or affirm that I will support the Constitution of this state and of the United States and, on all questions and measures which may come before me, I will so conduct myself, as will, in my judgment, be most conducive to the interests and prosperity of this state.”

The indictment doesn’t explain what specific part of the oath the lawmakers were asked to break.

Mugshots, TV Cameras: Trump Won’t Be Treated So Different This Time

Atlanta officials have insisted Donald Trump won’t be treated any different than a regular defendant as his criminal case works its way through the Fulton County court system—promising he’ll have a mugshot taken and a potential trial televised.

That’s a stark contrast to Trump’s initial trio of indictments, where he’s evaded having a booking photo taken and had his hearings thus far take place largely behind closed doors in states or districts that ban live-streaming inside the courtroom.

“Unless somebody tells me differently, we are following our normal practices, and so it doesn’t matter your status, we’ll have a mugshot ready for you,” Fulton County Sheriff Patrick Labat said recently.

Radical Georgia D.A. Fani Willis Launched Reelection Fundraising Site Days Before Trump Indictment

Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis launched her reelection fundraising website days before a grand jury returned a 98-page, 41-count indictment against former President Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants, per Atlanta First News.

The fact that a movie with next to no mainstream advertising ahead of its release has surpassed an “Indiana Jones” movie from Disney and Lucasfilm in North America is downright shocking. Even more shocking? It may yet overtake “John Wick: Chapter 4” ($187.1 million) to climb even higher on the charts.

White House Asks SCOTUS to Strike Down Texas and Florida Content Moderation Laws

The U.S. Solicitor General has asked the Supreme Court to review online content moderation laws brought by Florida and Texas—encouraging SCOTUS to strike down relevant portions of these laws that would restrict moderation on social media platforms.

The two laws passed in Florida and Texas prohibit social media companies from banning users based on political viewpoints. As such, they restrict the ability of platforms like Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube to moderate content even if such content violates the terms and conditions of the website. Courts have been divided over the matter.

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta had blocked most of Florida’s law from coming into effect, arguing they violate the First Amendment.

Meanwhile, the 5th Circuit from New Orleans upheld the Texas law but left it on hold to allow time for a Supreme Court appeal.

Fitch Warns It Might Downgrade Dozens of US Banks After Slashing America’s Credit Rating

… this news coming from a firm that upgraded worthless mortgage-backed securities!

A senior analyst at Fitch warned on Tuesday that the credit rating agency may be forced to slap dozens of American banks with downgrades amid ongoing woes in the U.S. banking industry.

Chris Wolfe, head of North American banks at Fitch Ratings, told CNBC in an interview that if the rating agency reduces its score for the overall operating environment of U.S. banks by another notch—from AA- to A+—this would force a series of downgrades of individual banks.

“If we were to move it to A+, then that would recalibrate all our financial measures and would probably translate into negative rating actions,” Mr. Wolfe told the outlet.

Mr. Wolfe’s warning follows a move by Fitch in June to lower the score for the overall operating environment of U.S. banks from AA to AA- due to downward pressure on the sovereign credit rating of the United States, as well as shortcomings in the regulatory framework and uncertainty around the Federal Reserve’s rate hikes.

“Interest rates have begun to reverse a long-run decline since the early 1980s, and banks will be operating in an environment of higher rates for an extended period, pressuring deposit levels and increasing funding costs,” Fitch said in a June 27 statement, elaborating on its “structural challenges” rationale for slashing the score.

At the time, Fitch said it did not expect the reduced operating environment score to have a negative impact on the ratings of U.S. banks, although it did warn that it reduced the “ratings headroom.”

What’s the End Game for Cybercrimes and Ransomware Attacks?

Over the past few years, a number of organizations have warned that the world is facing growing danger from hackers and cybercriminals, and could be facing a cyberattack large enough to take down our society as a whole

In June 2020, the World Economic Forum (WEF) warned that the world must prepare for an “inevitable global cyberattack,” a “COVID-like global cyber pandemic that will spread faster and further than a biological virus, with an equal or greater economic impact”

In December 2021, a 10-nation exercise simulated a scenario in which a cyberattack brought down the financial system worldwide. Responses and solutions included emergency liquidity assistance to banks, a globally coordinated bank holiday (bank closure), debt repayment grace periods, and a “coordinated delinking from major currencies,” meaning bank balances in USD, GBP and EUR were eliminated and replaced with a central bank digital currency (CBDC). In case of a real cyberattack on the financial system, we can therefore expect this to happen

At the end of 2020, hackers accessed the SolarWinds supply chain by delivering a backdoor malware through an infected SolarWind Orion software update. The malware infected the networks, systems and data of more than 30,000 public and private organizations, including local, state and federal agencies. It’s thought to be the largest and most devastating cyber breach to date

The end game of all these organized cyberthreats is to eliminate anonymity on the web under the auspices of “preventing cybercrime,” and to impose extreme centralization of the internet for the purpose of information control

Are Wildfires Fueling an Increase in Pink Eye?

Canada’s exceptional wildfire season has triggered a rising number of people with conjunctivitis

This is not infectious pink eye, but rather irritation of the conjunctiva from allergens, chemicals, and particulate matter in the wildfire smoke

People with dry eye syndrome have an increased sensitivity to pollution, which may reduce the time it takes before their eyes begin to hurt

Several measures can help lower irritation, such as staying indoors on poor air quality days with an air conditioner and air filter; seek shelter elsewhere if you don’t have air conditioning on days when health experts warn you to stay indoors. Don’t add to indoor air pollution by burning anything like candles, fireplaces or tobacco products

Popular Spice Becomes the Latest ‘Superfood,’ Promotes Fat Loss, Reduces Inflammation: Researchers

According to a new study published in the International Journal of Molecular Science, a common spice widely used across the globe joins a growing list of “superfoods” known to facilitate weight loss, reduce inflammation, boost exercise recovery, and lower chronic disease risk.

Cardamom seed, characterized by a blend of eucalyptus, mint, and pepper scents, is a key ingredient in many Indian dishes like curry, rice pudding, and chai. In addition to its warm, savory flavor, the spice carries a range of health benefits thanks to its naturally occurring compounds.

These compounds stimulate metabolism, leading to increased calorie burn and the production of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory responses by controlling key pathways between the brain and gut.

Aloe Vera and Acne

Whether you are 16, 46, or 66, you can develop acne. Among elderly people it’s rare, but for everyone else, the possibility of experiencing this common skin condition is a reality. Lots of suggestions for management and treatment are available, both medicinal and natural, and one of the best among the latter category is aloe vera.

Aloe vera for acne: topical

The antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties of aloe vera gel and cream make them effective tools for fighting acne. You can apply pure aloe vera gel or cream on the skin to help prevent acne breakouts and to help eliminate bacteria that promote the development of more papules. Aloe vera can be applied to existing acne and left on overnight and then washed off with warm water in the morning.

You may want to try an aloe vera face mask for acne:

Aloe vera, cinnamon, and honey: All three of these ingredients have antibacterial properties, so combining them may create a potent face mask. To make the mask, combine 2 tablespoons of pure honey and 1 tablespoon of pure aloe vera until it is easy to spread. Add ¼ tablespoon of ground cinnamon and mix well. Apply the mask to your face and allow it to stay on for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water thoroughly.

Power Mall Recommendation: WILLARD WATER ALOE GEL – Designed to soothe skin conditions is non-toxic and free of artificial coloring and fragrance. It contains nature’s most powerful and healthy healers: Aloe Vera, Allantoin and Vitamin E.

NIH Says Pregnant Women and Newborns Can Benefit From COVID-19 Boosters Based on Flawed New Study Data

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) says mothers and their newborns can benefit from COVID-19 vaccine boosters given during pregnancy after a study showed significantly higher antibody levels in the cord blood of babies born to women who received a booster during pregnancy compared with those who only received the two-dose primary series.

Yet the study cited had some major limitations. It used monovalent COVID-19 vaccines that are no longer available in the United States, did not assess the effectiveness of the vaccine against currently dominant COVID-19 variants, did not provide safety data for a third vaccine dose, and determined the vaccine would be protective based on neutralizing antibody levels alone.

Outrage as Arkansas tells high schools to drop AP African American course

‘Grave concern’ after latest example of conservative lawmakers limiting education on racial history

Advocacy groups are outraged after the Arkansas department of education warned state high schools not to offer an advanced placement course on African American history.

The admonition from Arkansas education officials is the latest example of conservative lawmakers limiting education on racial history, sexual orientation and other topics they label as “indoctrination”.

The Arkansas Education Association (AEA), a professional organization of educators in the state, said the latest decision is of “grave concern” to its members and other citizens worried about “the abandonment of teaching African American history and culture”.

“Having this course pulled out from under our students at this late juncture is just another marginalizing move that has already played out in other states,” said a statement from AEA president April Reisma, which was shared with the Guardian.

Conservative Personalities Support Oliver Anthony, Despite Criticism From Legacy Media

Conservative personalities are speaking out on behalf of “Rich Men North of Richmond” singer Oliver Anthony.

The video of the Farmville, Virginia folk singer’s song has gone viral, having racked up nearly 10 million views in just five days on YouTube.

The song has not only resonated as a working-class anthem with millions but has been embraced by conservative voices including political commentators Matt Walsh and Dan Bongino and singer-songwriter John Rich.

As of Monday, Mr. Anthony had three of the top songs on the iTunes Charts with “Rich Men North of Richmond” at number one, “Ain’t Gotta Dollar” at number two, followed by “I’ve Got to Get Sober.”

“The main reason this song resonates with so many people isn’t political. It’s because the song is raw and authentic. We are suffocated by artificiality,” Mr. Walsh wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. “Everything around us is fake. A guy in the woods pouring his heart over his guitar is real.”

Podcaster Joe Rogan has also embraced the tune as has Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares.

“What a great song and an unreal Virginia talent. Looking forward to following [Mr. Anthony’s] career as it takes off!” wrote Mr. Miyares on X.
