White House: We Don’t Support Israel Operating in South Gaza ‘Until They Have Factored in’ ‘Additional Civilians’

On Friday’s broadcast of Bloomberg TV’s “Balance of Power,” White House National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby stated that the White House doesn’t support Israel operating against Hamas in the southern portion of Gaza “unless or until they have factored in all those additional civilians” in the area and all civilians in the area.

Kirby said, “We have made two points here: One, we’ve told the Israelis, very consistently, we don’t support southern operations unless or until they have factored in all those additional civilians — actually, all civilians, but noting that there are now hundreds of thousands more civilians. Number two, … we have also urged them to think about how to do this in a way that keeps those civilians safe. Now, I don’t want to get into whether there [are] safe zones called for or what that could look like, but we certainly want to see them pursue these operations in a way that properly accounts for that civilian population, and [that], to the maximum degree that it can, inoculate[s] them from these combat operations, so that they’re not in harm’s way, that they’re not caught in the crossfire between Israel and Hamas.”

… and the warship shot down several Houthi drones!

3 commercial ships hit by missiles in Houthi attack in Red Sea, US warship downs 3 drones

Ballistic missiles fired by Yemen’s Houthi rebels struck three commercial ships Sunday in the Red Sea, while a U.S. warship shot down three drones in self-defense during the hourslong assault, the U.S. military said. The Iranian-backed Houthis claimed two of the attacks.

The strikes marked an escalation in a series of maritime attacks in the Mideast linked to the Israel-Hamas war, as multiple vessels found themselves in the crosshairs of a single Houthi assault for the first time in the conflict. The U.S. vowed to “consider all appropriate responses” in the wake of the attack, specifically calling out Iran, after tensions have been high for years now over Tehran’s rapidly advancing nuclear program.

“These attacks represent a direct threat to international commerce and maritime security,” the U.S. military’s Central Command said in a statement. “They have jeopardized the lives of international crews representing multiple countries around the world.”

Macron Claims Eliminating Hamas Would Take Israel ‘Ten Years’, Calls for Ceasefire and Two-State Talks

French President Emmanuel Macron once again criticised Israel’s military efforts against the Islamist Hamas terror group in the Gaza Strip and warned that it would take a decade to fully eradicate the terrorist organisation from the region.

Speaking on the sidelines of the United Nations climate change conference in Dubai on Saturday, President Macron questioned Israel’s stated goal of whipping out the Hamas terrorists who have controlled Gaza since a bloody coup in 2007 and who were behind the barbaric October 7th attacks in Israel that saw over 1,200 people, mostly civilians, killed and 240 kidnapped.

Presumed Islamic Terrorists Bomb Catholic Mass in Philippines, Killing 4

He is charged with accessing a computer system for dishonest purposes and will appear in Wellington District Court tomorrow.

U.S. NEWS, POLITICS & GOVERNMENT

The US House of Representatives has expelled congressman George Santos, following a damning ethics report and dozens of criminal charges.

“To hell with this place,” Mr Santos told reporters as he left the Capitol.

The New York Republican is only the sixth lawmaker in history to be removed from the lower chamber of Congress, and the first since 2002.

His tenure was marked by multiple lies about his past and allegations of fraud – all revealed after his election.

Judge Issues Ruling on Kari Lake Request to Examine 2022 Ballots

An Arizona judge rejected Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s request to view signed ballots of about 1.3 million early voters in the state.

In a ruling on Nov. 30, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge John Hannah denied Ms. Lake, who had ran for governor during the 2022 midterms, from gaining access to the ballot envelopes in connection to last year’s elections. He argued that releasing the ballot envelopes and signatures would imperil the verification process for future Arizona elections.

“The broad right of electoral participation outweighs the narrow interests of those who would continue to pick at the machinery of democracy,” the judge wrote, adding that the release of the envelopes would “create a significant risk of widespread voter fraud where none now exists.”

Inmate Who Stabbed Derek Chauvin Identified as Former FBI Informant

A former FBI informant stabbed Derek Chauvin, the former police officer who was convicted of murdering George Floyd, according to court documents filed on Dec. 1.

John Turscak, 52, stabbed Mr. Chauvin 22 times with an “improvised knife” at a federal prison in Arizona on Nov. 24, according to the documents.

Mr. Turscak was subdued by responding corrections officers.

Florida Democrats Cancel Primary Election, Biden to Be Handed Delegates

Florida Democrats are keeping Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) and President Joe Biden’s other opponents off the state’s primary ballot, effectively handing Biden the state’s 250 delegates, Politico noted Thursday night.

Thursday marked the deadline for the Florida Democrat and Republican parties to submit their lists of approved candidates for their receptive primaries, and Biden was the lone name on the Democrat ticket, per Politico.

Former US ambassador arrested in Florida, accused of serving as an agent of Cuba, AP source says

A former American diplomat who served as U.S. ambassador to Bolivia has been arrested in a long-running FBI counterintelligence investigation, accused of secretly serving as an agent of Cuba’s government, The Associated Press has learned.

Manuel Rocha, 73, was arrested in Miami on Friday on a criminal complaint and more details about the case are expected to be made public at a court appearance Monday, said two people who spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss an ongoing federal investigation.

Don’t panic! Those who claim they were “damaged” have to prove a concrete injury-in-fact according to the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in Spokeo v. Robins (578 U.S. 330, 2016).  Good luck with that! The appeals court is just giving people ideas! These civil suits won’t work because people went of their own volition, nobody held a gun to their heads to go to the capitol despite what Trump said!

Trump Is Not Immune From Lawsuits Over Jan. 6: Federal Court

Former President Donald Trump is not immune to lawsuits over the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol, a federal appeals court ruled on Dec. 1.

President Trump has not proven that he has presidential immunity from suits regarding his actions leading up to and on Jan. 6, the court said.

The ruling was largely based on the determination that President Trump’s campaign for another term was not an official presidential act, so did not fall under presidential immunity.

FBI Warns of Suspicious Incidents Involving Men Trying to Enter Schools

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has reportedly issued a security bulletin warning about school intruders after a number of unauthorized individuals either tried to enter or gained entry to schools in Massachusetts in recent weeks.

The FBI bulletin, obtained and reported on by ABC News, warns schools to be on high alert for suspicious activity after unidentified males either entered or tried to enter several schools in Massachusetts without a legitimate reason for doing so.

In one case, a man claiming to work for a phone company tried to enter a daycare, per the report, while another man tried to enter an elementary school claiming he wanted to charge his phone. A third man reportedly entered a high school, took photographs, and when staff confronted him, could not provide a reason for his presence at the school.

Consider this a direct threat …

IRS Warns Taxpayers That Hiring of Tax Enforcers Will ‘Ramp Up’ Soon

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) plans to increase its hiring of tax enforcers in coming months, the agency’s chief has revealed, putting taxpayers on higher alert as the IRS bolsters the ranks of its enforcement army.

IRS commissioner Danny Werfel made the remarks on the sidelines of the Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management’s (AFERM) annual summit on Nov. 28.

In a keynote speech at the event, Mr. Werfel said he’s “cautiously optimistic” that the IRS can tap the $60 billion or so in extra federal funding to modernize its outdated IT systems, enhance employee training, and generally rebuild its capacities.

Los Angeles authorities believe there is a serial killer on the loose

os Angeles authorities believe there is a serial killer on the loose – who is responsible for the murders of three homeless people.

The Los Angeles Police Department has launched an extensive search for a suspected serial killer who shot three homeless people in three separate attacks across the city. Police said all of the murders happened in the early morning hours over the course of a few days in November.

The first murder occurred at around 3:00 a.m. on Nov. 26 in an alley located in the southeast area of Los Angeles. Police identified the victim as Jose Vamos, a 37-year-old male.

The second murder occurred in Central Division around 5:00 a.m. on Nov. 27. The victim was identified as 62-year-old Mark Digs.

The third occurred around 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 29. The victim was said to be a 52-year-old male.

LAPD Chief Michel Moore said, “Each one was shot and killed as they slept” or were getting ready to go to sleep.

The LAPD will dispatch more patrols in areas where homeless people congregate.

The LAPD has created a task force to track down the serial killer.

Florida man planned ‘mass casualty’ attack during Cybertruck event in Austin, TX\

A Florida man has been arrested after he threatened to commit a “mass casualty” attack at the Tesla Cybertruck event in Austin, Texas, which was to be attended by Elon Musk.

The Daily Mail reported that Paul Ryan Overeem, 28, was taken into custody by the authorities on Wednesday, the day before the Cybertruck event was set to take place. The event reportedly still took place, despite the apparent threat.

The police apparently believe Overeem intended to drive his vehicle from Orlando to Austin after sharing his plan to do so in a private Instagram chat, according to the report.

The authorities were alerted to the private message, and the police were able to find that the message had been sent by Overeem after discovering the phone number was connected to the account. The FBI made the arrest soon after.

And this is why cops don’t get enough credit (or get paid enough)!

2 Nevada state troopers conducting wellness check die after inebriated suspect crashes into them on Las Vegas expressway

Two Nevada state troopers were killed earlier this week after an intoxicated man allegedly struck them while they were conducting a wellness check on another Las Vegas motorist.

Just before 3:30 a.m. on Thursday morning, Nevada Highway Patrol Sgt. Michael Abbate and Trooper Alberto Felix were checking on a driver who had reportedly fallen asleep on the northbound I-15 interstate near D Street, located just a few blocks northwest of Downtown Las Vegas. While the troopers were attending to the sleeping driver, another driver in a white Chevrolet HHR struck them and sped away.

Sadly, one of the troopers died at the scene, while the other perished at a nearby hospital soon after, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported, devastating the Nevada law enforcement community. In a moving tribute to their fallen brothers, members of agencies at both the state and local levels gathered as officers on motorcycles with flashing lights but no sirens led a solemn procession to transport Abbate’s and Felix’s remains from the Clark County Coroner’s Office to the funeral home.

‘What Are Democrats Trying to Hide?’: Marsha Blackburn Slams Dick Durbin for Blocking Epstein Flight Logs

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) blasted Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) Thursday for allegedly blocking her request to file a subpoena for sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s flight logs, accusing Democrats of “hiding” something.

Blackburn is a member of the Democrat-led Senate Judiciary Committee, on which Durbin serves as chair, giving him control over the panel’s subpoena power.

State prosecutors drop felony charges against former Prince William elections chief

A former Prince William County elections chief is no longer facing felony charges related to alleged corruption and lying in connection with her duties during the 2020 election, according a court filing.

Former Prince William County general registrar Michele White, 52, still faces one misdemeanor count of neglect of duty by an election officer, the only charge that remains from her September 2022 grand jury indictment, according to court records.

The news is a surprising twist to a case that stunned Prince William County when the charges were first announced in 2022 — just a few weeks before early voting began in the mid-term elections. White’s indictment also immediately preceded Miyares’ announcement of his office’s new “election integrity unit,” leading to questions about whether the charges were politically motivated.

Police arrest self-proclaimed girlfriend of Uvalde shooter for allegedly threatening victims’ families, vowing more violence

19-year-old woman claiming to be the girlfriend of the gunman who murdered 19 children and two teachers at an elementary school in Texas last year has been charged for allegedly making interstate threats, which is a federal crime.

Victoria Gabriela Rodríguez-Morales, whose supposed boyfriend was ultimately put down by police, was arrested Wednesday in Puerto Rico after a grand jury issued a 13-count indictment.

“The U.S. Attorney’s Office has no tolerance for illegal threats, especially threats that target people who are the victims of the horrific mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas,” U.S. Attorney Stephen Muldrow of the District of Puerto Rico said in a statement. “We hope that this arrest brings a sense of peace to those who were targeted by the defendant.”

According to an FBI affidavit obtained by Law & Crime, the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service have been investigating a series of violent interstate threats “directed at public institutions, public officials, and private citizens in Uvalde, Texas, and other Texas areas, from operator(s) in Puerto Rico” for several months.

Rape accusation details revealed in search warrant records against Florida GOP chairman

The woman accusing Florida GOP Chairman Christian Ziegler of sexual assault told police she had planned to have sex with him and his wife, Moms for Liberty co-founder Bridget Ziegler, but called it off when Bridget couldn’t make it, according to a newly released search warrant affidavit.

The woman, whom Ziegler claimed to have known for 20 years in a message detailed in the warrant, told Sarasota police she “was sexually involved one time over a year ago” with Ziegler and his wife, a Sarasota School Board member who helped start the conservative organization that advocates for more parental control and traditional values in public schools.

The search warrant affidavit offers the most detailed public account yet of the incident, which has roiled Florida GOP leadership and led to calls for Ziegler to resign. The documents were shared with the Miami Herald by the Florida Center for Government Accountability , which uncovered the sex assault allegations.

The victim said she had agreed to have a second sexual encounter with the couple on Oct. 2, according to the affidavit, which was first reported by the Orlando Sentinel and ABC Action News in Tampa. But when Bridget Ziegler was unable to make it, the woman told investigators she canceled the plans, texting C

FBI Arrests Conservative Actor for Taking Part in Jan. 6 Protests

Conservative actor Siaka Massaquoi was arrested by the FBI on Nov. 30 and charged with misdemeanors in connection with his presence during the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol breach.

The FBI arrested Mr. Massaquoi as he arrived home from a movie premiere, according to a legal defense fundraising effort set up in his name. At the time, he was with his pregnant wife, Charlotte Massaquoi. The FBI separated them and took him to jail.

“Charlotte was told the charges had to do with January 6th; however, she was not presented with any arrest warrant,” a description provided with the fundraising account on GiveSendGo reads. “Siaka was taken to Monterey Park Jail, where he stayed overnight and was told that he was being charged for four misdemeanors pertaining to his presence outside of the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. on January 6th.”

Muslim American Leaders in Swing States Vow to Defeat Biden in 2024: ‘We Will Change the Vote’

Muslim American leaders from swing states launched the #AbandonBiden campaign on Saturday, vowing to defeat President Joe Biden in 2024 due to his unwillingness to call for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war.

During a press conference in Michigan, about a dozen leaders from swing states Michigan, Minnesota, Arizona, Wisconsin, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania vowed not to vote for him, accusing him of abandoning Muslim Americans who helped him win in 2020.

Powell Comments Send Everything Soaring, Gold Hits All Time High, Dollar Plummets As Market Prices In Rate Cuts

After November’s furious meltup, which saw the S&P rise by 9% (the Nasdaq was up an even more ludicrous 11%), which was the best November for the stock market since 1980…

.. all eyes were on Jerome Powell today to see if the Fed chair would say something to stem the surging stock market tide following the month which saw the biggest easing in financial conditions on record, equivalent to nearly 4 rate cuts.

We got the answer shortly after 11am ET, when after what seemed to be otherwise balanced remarks with a dose of hawkish comments…

“It would be premature to conclude with confidence that we have  achieved a sufficiently restrictive stance, or to speculate on when  policy might ease. We are prepared to tighten policy further if it becomes appropriate to do so.”

… offset by some clearly dovish statements…

“The strong actions we have taken have moved our policy rate well into restrictive territory, meaning that tight monetary policy is putting downward pressure on economic activity and inflation. Monetary policy is thought to affect economic conditions with a lag, and the full effects of our tightening have likely not yet been felt.”

… and generally sounding rather optimistic while answering student questions, saying that the US is on the path to 2% inflation without large job losses – i.e., a soft landing – which helped the market to convince itself that Powell had just given the green light for a continued market meltup (thanks to the blackout period, there will be no more Fed comments until the Dec 13 FOMC) as Bloomberg put it…

“Powell points to how the Fed’s past tightening moves will continue to have an impact on the economy — the full impact hasn’t been felt yet. If anybody thought the Fed wasn’t finished raising rates, his prepared remarks today sure put a fork in it. They are done.”

…. and what happened next was a violent repricing in easing odds, with March rate cut odds hitting a lifetime high of 80%, effectively doubling overnight and up from 10% just 5 days ago…

… which then immediately cascaded across assets and sent everything exploding higher, led by stocks which surged above 4,600 for the first time since the July FOMC (aka the “final rate hike”)… and one look below the surface reveals that this was indeed the QE trade: the Nasdaq barely rose while meme stonks and most shorted names exploded higher. And yet, this eruption in the most shorted/hated names means that hedge funds actually had a catastrophic day: and indeed, looking at the HF VIP (most long) less most shorted basket pair trade we see a whopping 5% drop as many hedge funds were stopped out and margin called.

Putting today’s plunge in contact, this was the worst day for hedge funds since June 2021 and the second worst day since the covid crash!

States Are Proving in Spades That Small Government Works

Between $1.9 trillion in pandemic relief, an extra half trillion in the infrastructure bill, and just under a trillion in the Inflation Reduction Act, President Joe Biden has signed into law unprecedented increases in federal spending. All this has blown out a massive budget deficit and caused debt to climb as a share of the economy. Fortunately, there’s an alternative to big government. It’s found at the state level and, critically, it’s working for regular people.

Red states are putting a lid on spending and debt while expanding economic freedom — and enjoying marked gains in prosperity. Even many blue states aren’t going as far as the Biden administration in growing government. A comprehensive index just released by the Cato Institute shows as much.

Purdue Pharma, Sacklers’ OxyContin settlement lands at the Supreme Court

The opioid crisis comes to the Supreme Court Monday as the justices hear arguments in a challenge to the bankruptcy deal meant to compensate victims of the highly addictive pain killer OxyContin.

Under the terms of the deal approved by a lower court, Purdue Pharma—the maker, aggressive peddler, and deceptive marketer of Oxycontin— agreed to pay billions of dollars to those harmed in the opioid epidemic. In exchange, the deal shields members of the Sackler family from personal liability, though they owned and ran the company.

Just what happened at Purdue Pharma, and what the Sacklers did, was not known for a long time. Now, however, their role and the company’s have been well documented, in court and movies, books, and documentaries, like Crime of the Century.

“Within the last 20 years, more than 500,000 Americans have been killed by overdoses,” the documentary recounts. “This was a new drug cartel. They were drug dealers wearing suits and lab coats.”

Bud Light Tries to Distance Itself from Dylan Mulvaney Disaster with New Ad Featuring Peyton Manning, Emmitt Smith

Bud Light is continuing its attempt to pivot from its disastrous Dylan Mulvaney-led ad campaign of earlier this year by launching a new ad featuring NFL legends Peyton Manning and Emmitt Smith.

The ad, announced by Anheuser-Busch on Thursday, will feature Manning and Smith at a bar. Manning decides to buy beers for everyone at the packed bar and distributes them by passing them to fellow drinkers. When it comes time to hurl the last Bud Light, Manning takes aim at one customer who makes a spectacular one-handed grab.

Smith then stands over the fan, signaling touchdown.

Science can’t seem to make up its mind about how much Vitamin D we need!

Current Vitamin D Recommendations May Not Protect the Heart: Research

Two new studies indicate current recommendations for the vitamin may be too low, but research remains conflicted about its impact on heart disease outcomes.

Current vitamin D dosage recommendations may be falling short when it comes to protecting your heart, according to new research.

Two new studies from Intermountain Health presented at the American Heart Association’s 2023 Scientific Sessions reported that the current recommendations of the micronutrient may be too low and could lead to serious health consequences.

How Does Vitamin D Impact the Heart?

Vitamin D is often considered the sunshine vitamin because our primary source of the micronutrient is solar rays. It is also found in foods like fortified milk and orange juice, fatty fish, mushrooms, and beef liver. Benefits of adequate vitamin D intake include reduced inflammation, protection against osteoporosis, increased neuromuscular function, and better immune function. Too little vitamin D puts an individual at risk of developing bone weakness and more.

The studies noted that one of the lesser-known effects of vitamin D is how it contributes to the cardiovascular system, most likely because of its anti-inflammatory properties.

The Healing Powers of Fresh Horseradish

Horseradish has been used medicinally for centuries to reduce inflammation, clear congestion, boost the immune system and more.

Fresh horseradish has been used medicinally for centuries to reduce inflammation, clear congestion, boost the immune system and more.

Horseradish is to spices what apples are to pies — very American. An estimated 85 percent of the world’s horseradish is grown here and a lot of it stays here: Americans consume six million gallons of horseradish a year!

But horseradish isn’t an American original. Native to the Mediterranean, by the 15th century it was growing in Britain, where it was described as hoarse, meaning “of coarse and strong quality.”

Horseradish has no odor, but cut into its flesh and you’ll sniff a waft of heat that can open the sinuses even on the worst day of allergy season. No wonder it was used as a medicine long before it was used as a food. Ye Olde physicians employed its mucous-moving abilities to help treat colds, coughs, kidney stones, urinary tract infections — and hoarseness, of course.

What gives horseradish its healing kick? The volatile oil sinigrin, which breaks down into allyl isothiocyanate, a powerful natural antibiotic. Allyl isothiocyanate most likely accounts for the proven effectiveness of horseradish in treating upper respiratory problems. But it’s not the only healing component in the spice. Ounce for ounce, horseradish contains more medicinally active compounds than most other spices. And they are very active — they can clear congestion, thin mucous, reduce inflammation, squelch cell-damaging oxidants, fight bacteria and viruses, relax muscles, stimulate the immune system — and even battle cancer. That makes the humble horseradish one special spice. As noted botanist and spice expert Dr. James A. Duke put it, “Horseradish is about as useful in the medicine chest as it is in the spice rack.”

Fresh Horseradish: A Natural Antibiotic

Even though horseradish is loaded with healing phytonutrients, only a few scientific studies have been conducted to test its curative powers. However, the spice has been declared medically safe and effective for upper respiratory tract infections by the German Commission E Monographs, which helps guide physicians and other health professionals in Germany in the medical use of herbs.

One of that country’s most popular infection-fighting natural medicines is a preparation called Angocin Anti-Infekt N, which contains horseradish root and the herb nasturtium. Since the preparation hit the German market, several laboratory and human studies have found that it is as effective as antibiotics in treating:

  • Bronchitis
  • Ear infection
  • Gastrointestinal illness caused by food contaminated with the E. coli bacteria
  • Gastrointestinal illness caused by food contaminated by the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus
  • Haemophilus influenza, which typically strikes children under age five
  • Pneumonia
  • Sinusitis
  • Strep throat and other serious illness caused by the bacteria Streptococcus pyogenes, such as cellulitis, impetigo, and scarlet fever
  • Urinary tract infection

Oh look! The insurance companies “control the game” too!

1 in 10 US Doctors Affiliated With UnitedHealth Group
With acquisitions of hospital groups, home health care networks and tech companies driving relentless expansion, colossal health insurer U

nitedHealth Group now employs a staggering 10 percent of all American physicians—that is 90,000 doctors across the country in its networks.

On track eclipse $400 billion in revenue next year as it serves 90 percent of the overall health insurance market in the U.S., 52 million patients call UnitedHealth’s behemoth operation their medical home. But while revenue and share prices climb ever higher, some experts are questioning: with fewer competitors, will costs and options suffer for patients?

Mega-Mergers Raise Mega Eyebrows

UnitedHealth Group, already the nation’s largest private health insurer and one of the world’s 10 largest companies overall, has spent over $41 billion in the past 18 years acquiring at least 25 companies across health care sectors. These mega-mergers have raised antitrust concerns from regulators and lawmakers about potential harms to market competition, though legal challenges have been mostly overcome with some concessions.

Recent major acquisitions include last year’s $5.4 billion purchase of home health care provider LHC Group, as well as the controversial $8 billion merger with health care IT firm Change Healthcare—completed only after UnitedHealth divested its claims editing unit amid Department of Justice antitrust violation charges.

Time to boycott Pepsi products!

Major food brand adopts WHO diet

Food giant PepsiCo announced this month it will begin adopting the World Health Organization’s dietary guidelines when manufacturing its products.

By 2030 the corporation plans to reduce the sodium in 75% of its convenience foods portfolio, in keeping with the WHO’s recommendation to keep daily sodium intakes below two grams. PepsiCo will begin by reducing the sodium level in Lay’s Classic Potato Chips by 15%, resulting in 140 mg of sodium per 28g.

Also by 2030, the company has pledged to distribute 140 billion portions of “diverse ingredients” annually. These include legumes, whole grains, plant-based proteins, fruits and vegetables, and nuts and seeds. Each portion will contain 10% of the daily recommended intake for diverse ingredients.

Notably, PepsiCo does not include in its agricultural goals any plans to reduce pesticide use which continues to harm consumers.

These decisions are part of the PepsiCo Positive (pep+) initiative, which aims to incorporate globalist ideologies such as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the company’s business.

A diet of legumes, whole grains, plant-based proteins, fruits and vegetables, and nuts and seeds is also known as the Planetary Health Diet, a globalist meal plan prescribed by organizations such as the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), the WHO and its parent organization the United Nations. The main purpose of the diet is to limit dairy and meat consumption and replace them with plant-based proteins.

The Planetary Health Diet has also been adopted by the C40, a George Soros-funded conglomerate of nearly 100 global mayors who have pledged to transform their cities to meet the World Health Organization’s Air Quality Guidelines. New York City Mayor Eric Adams, a member of the C40, has already begun to implement the diet.

City Council Uses ChatGPT To Create Binding Ordinance For 1.3 Million Residents

City lawmakers in Brazil have enacted what appears to be the nation’s first legislation written entirely by artificial intelligence — even if they didn’t know it at the time.

The experimental ordinance was passed in October in the southern city of Porto Alegre and city councilman Ramiro Rosário revealed this week that it was written by a chatbot, sparking objections and raising questions about the role of artificial intelligence in public policy.

Rosário told The Associated Press that he asked OpenAI’s chatbot ChatGPT to craft a proposal to prevent the city from charging taxpayers to replace water consumption meters if they are stolen. He then presented it to his 35 peers on the council without making a single change or even letting them know about its unprecedented origin.

“If I had revealed it before, the proposal certainly wouldn’t even have been taken to a vote,” Rosário told the AP by phone on Thursday. The 36-member council approved it unanimously and the ordinance went into effect on Nov. 23.

“It would be unfair to the population to run the risk of the project not being approved simply because it was written by artificial intelligence,” he added.

The arrival of ChatGPT on the marketplace just a year ago has sparked a global debate on the impacts of potentially revolutionary AI-powered chatbots. While some see it as a promising tool, it has also caused concerns and anxiety about the unintended or undesired impacts of a machine handling tasks currently performed by humans.

Porto Alegre, with a population of 1.3 million, is the second-largest city in Brazil’s south. The city’s council president, Hamilton Sossmeier, found out that Rosário had enlisted ChatGPT to write the proposal when the councilman bragged about the achievement on social media on Wednesday. Sossmeier initially told local media he thought it was a “dangerous precedent.”

Tech Alert: Google Chrome Has a Critical Flaw – Here’s How to Upgrade

Google has recently issued an update for Chrome across Mac, Linux, and Windows platforms to address a critical zero-day security vulnerability, marking the sixth such flaw in the popular browser this year.

Android Central reports that significant security concern has surfaced for users of Google Chrome. Researchers from Google’s Threat Analysis Group discovered a zero-day vulnerability in Google Chrome on November 24. The vulnerability, tracked as CVE-2023-6345, has been identified as a high-severity flaw within Google’s Skia graphics library, potentially allowing remote hackers to execute arbitrary code and take over their target’s system without using phishing or other hacking techniques.

Geoengineering Watch Global Alert News, December 2, 2023, #434

The latest installment of Global Alert News – “Climate engineering may be the least worst climate solution”, so says a new report from CleanTechnica. After over 75 years of climate intervention operations, clearly, the CleanTechnica conclusion couldn’t be further from the truth. A new U.N. report headline has just stated “science points to climate collapse”, but the climate engineering component in the equation is, of course, never mentioned. A new Weather Channel report asks “Do Changing Temperatures Make You Sick?” Would it be more appropriate to ask if it’s what is in the changing weather that’s making us sick? For the record cloud seeding fall out from climate engineering operations are contaminating our precipitation. This isn’t speculation, it is a lab testing proven fact. And above it all the deterioration of the ozone layer continues to accelerate as new reports have just confirmed. How long till impact?

Climate summit leader said there’s ‘no science’ behind need to phase out fossil fuels

The president of the COP28 climate summit, Sultan Al Jaber, recently claimed there is “no science” that says phasing out fossil fuels is necessary to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels, in comments that have alarmed climate scientists and advocates.

The future role of fossil fuels is one of the most controversial issues countries are grappling with at the COP28 climate summit. While some are pushing for a “phase-out,” others are calling for the weaker language of a “phase-down.” Scientific reports have shown that fossil fuels must be rapidly slashed to keep global warming below 1.5 degrees — the goal of the Paris climate agreement, and a threshold above which scientists warn it will be more difficult for humans and ecosystems to adapt.

Al Jaber made the remarks during the She Changes Climate panel event on November 21, which came to light on Sunday in a story published by the Guardian, and in video that CNN has reviewed. Al Jaber was asked by Mary Robinson, former president of Ireland and current chair of the Elders Group, an independent group of global leaders, if he would lead on phasing out

fossil fuels.

US Joins New Climate Pact to Shut Down All Coal Plants

The United States has “proudly” committed to not build any new coal-fired power plants and to get rid of existing ones entirely, John Kerry, special presidential envoy on climate matters, said on Dec. 2.

“To meet our goal of 100 percent carbon pollution-free electricity by 2035, we need to phase out unabated coal,” he said in a statement, in which he announced at the annual United Nations COP28 climate change summit in Dubai, United Arab Emirates that the United States had officially joined a coalition of 56 other countries who all plan to ditch coal in the name of climate change.

“We will be working to accelerate unabated coal phase-out across the world, building stronger economies and more resilient communities. The first step is to stop making the problem worse: stop building new unabated coal power plants.”

Report: Gov. Ron DeSantis Provided $90K in Tax Relief to a Chinese Subsidiary in Florida Despite Denials

Republican presidential candidate Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) was the subject of yet another report unflattering to his record on China this week, this time for reportedly providing $90,000 in tax relief to the subsidiary of a Chinese-headquartered solar panel manufacturer with a factory in Jacksonville, Florida.

The Washington Examiner reported Thursday that the DeSantis administration provided $90,000 in tax relief to the Chinese company JinkoSolar in 2020, through his urban job tax credit program. The company would be raided by the Department of Homeland Security in 2022 after allegations it violated the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act.

The perceived need for livestock mRNA vaccines – a symptom of a much larger problem

The unholy alliance between Big Pharma and Big Agra may be the real issue

mRNA vaccines for cattle create controversy

The anticipated use of mRNA vaccines in livestock, particularly by farmers who operate CAFOs (confined/concentrated animal feeding operations), has garnered opposition among independent cattle farmers and producers of beef products who are committed to providing their customers with beef (and dairy) from animals whose health has been assured by more natural and holistic farming methods, as Frontline News reported here and here. Even farmers who use traditional vaccines for their animals are against using mRNA vaccines.

The unknown health impact that mRNA vaccines for livestock would have on humans is a concern of those questioning the technology. Tri-State Livestock News journalist Denice Rackley quotes DVM (doctor of veterinary medicine) and chairman of R-CALF USA’s animal health committee Dr. R.M. Thornsberry:

We just can not [sic] say how the modified proteins and lipid shell are impacting people. Would these things stick around in animals and end up in the meat and milk of animals, we don’t know.

Thornsberry also raised the issue of foreign meat, potentially mRNA-tainted, that the US imports. Imported meat minimally processed in the US is allowed to bear a “Product of the USA” stamp. Therefore, he said, there is an urgent need for Congress to pass laws requiring country-of-origin labeling.

The US Cattlemen’s Association (USCA) addresses these concerns. A USCA spokesman, as quoted by Rackley, explains:

Currently, there are no mRNA vaccines licensed for beef cattle in the U.S. Since little is known about the technology, our organization will be forming a task force to develop a fact- and science-based assessment of the issue. We invite all members of the beef supply chain to participate in these discussions and look forward to identifying ways through legislation, regulation, or voluntary measures to increase transparency in the development and application of livestock vaccines and other gene therapies.

Big Agra’s quick support for mRNA vaccines for livestock, even as the FDA has yet to approve their use, mimics the very quick support given for mRNA COVID-19 vaccines for human beings before they were EUA-approved. This was obvious by the response that vested interests had to a Missouri Bill that would have required labeling of any food product that was a “potential gene therapy,” as Frontline News reported.

How to Make Biofuel at Home: From Crop to Car

Home-brewed biofuels can run a tractor, pickup truck, or car. Learn how to make biofuel at home, including how much land you’ll need for growing biofuel crops.

I moved to Missoula in December 2006 to enter the environmental studies graduate program at The University of Montana. There I found an active community motivated by the desire for self-sufficiency. I soon was introduced to the people and activities at one of the local hubs of sustainability, the Program in Ecological Agriculture and Society (PEAS) farm.

The PEAS farm is managed collaboratively by the University and the nonprofit Garden City Harvest. The farm is run by student interns, volunteers, and a director from the environmental studies program. The nine-acre farm emphasizes sustainability and provides an opportunity to contribute to the local food pantry. On an annual basis, the farm provides 20,000 pounds of vegetables to the food bank and 80 Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) members who pay an annual “subscription” to receive a weekly share of the produce throughout the season.

Initially, my interest was piqued by the farm’s focus on promoting local food systems. In addition to planting, weeding, and harvesting vegetables, I built fences, planted trees, fixed sprinklers, moved rocks, and fed livestock. The more involved I became, the more I realized that every aspect of the farm related to my graduate work in some way. Over time, my interest in sustainable fuel sources and making biodiesel has grown.

2ND AMENDMENT

Democrats Unveil What NRA Calls ‘Most Sweeping Gun Prohibition Bill of the 21st Century’

A new gun control bill seeks to impose a sweeping ban on the most popular semi-automatic firearms, drawing opposition from gun rights groups.

A Democrat-led bill seeks to impose a sweeping firearms ban with exceptions that gun rights groups say are so fuzzy that the prohibition could prohibit nearly all semi-automatic handguns, in the latest push to curb Second Amendment rights.

The measure, dubbed the Gas-Operated Semi-Automatic Firearms Exclusion Act (GOSAFE), which a gun rights group panned as “perhaps the most sweeping gun prohibition bill of the 21st Century,” was introduced on Nov. 29 by a number of Democrat U.S. senators, along with an independent—with no Republicans joining.

The central goal of the bill is to ban firearms that can be fired quickly (along with accessories that increase firing speed) and have the ability to accept magazines with a capacity of 10 rounds or more, all in a bid to limit “a firearm’s ability to inflict maximum harm in a short amount of time.”

Judge Strikes Down Federal Ban on Handgun Sales for 18 to 20-Year-Olds

On Friday, Judge Thomas S. Kleeh issued a decision striking down the federal prohibition against 18 to 20-year-olds purchasing handguns.

The plaintiffs in the case are Steven Robert Brown, Benjamin Weekley, the Second Amendment Foundation, and the West Virginia Citizens Defense League.

Judge Kleeh, a Donald Trump appointee, is Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.

Kleeh put the case in context:

This case requires the Court to assess the protected right of the people under the Second Amendment to the Constitution to keep and bear arms. U.S. Const. amend. II. Plaintiffs Robert Brown (“Brown”) and Benjamin Weekley (“Weekley”), individuals, are “law abiding, responsible adult citizens who wish to purchase handguns.”…Brown and Weekley are citizens of West Virginia and the United States of America and are between the ages of eighteen and twenty-one. Brown and Weekley, as law-abiding, responsible adult citizens, would purchase handguns and handgun ammunition from Federal Firearms Licensees (“FFLs”) but for the right proscribed by 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(b)(1) and (c)(1).

He went on to explain that Brown and Weekley had each tried to buy a handgun but were “refused the sales because they were under twenty-one years of age.”

Kleeh noted that the plaintiffs sought summary judgment against the statute while the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), Attorney General Merrick Garland, and ATF Director Steven Dettelbach sought to have the case dismissed.

He sided with the plaintiffs and quoted extensively from Bruen (2022) to show the manner at which he arrived at his decision.

US Military Study on Postvaccination Myocarditis Released

The U.S. military was among the first to detect heart inflammation cases among the vaccinated.

A small U.S. military study on postvaccination myocarditis has been quietly released, with authors saying they found no overt or subclinical heart inflammation.

Outside experts said the study did show some concerning signs and that the military researchers failed to explore those signs further.

The U.S. military was one of the first entities in the world to detect myocarditis and a related condition, pericarditis, after COVID-19 vaccination. The military also mandated COVID-19 vaccination for the force.

Vaccinated People More Likely to Suffer Blood Disorders, Ear Disease: Studies

People who received COVID-19 vaccines at higher risk of a range of conditions, South Korean researchers find.

People who received a COVID-19 vaccine were more likely to suffer a range of conditions, including a lack of blood cells being produced and ear disease, according to new studies.

Researchers in South Korea analyzed data from the Korean National Health Insurance Service to examine whether vaccinated or unvaccinated people had experienced higher rates of dozens of adverse events, including menstrual disorder, ear disease, and aplastic anemia.

They found that vaccination increased the risk of many of the adverse events or health conditions.

Of all the freaky things … a hair blow dryer?  What will they think of next?

Blow dryer blamed for Malaysian actress’ sudden death

Medical “experts” are blaming a blow dryer for the sudden death of Malaysian singer and actress Queenzy Cheng, who died suddenly last week from a ruptured brain aneurysm, according to AsiaOne.

The 37-year-old was on set filming a new episode for a YouTube channel when she said she was feeling unwell.

“After blow-drying her hair, she suddenly sat down and said she felt dizzy, stating she had a headache and felt like vomiting,” Cheng’s co-star Chai Zi told news media. An ambulance was called after Cheng vomited.

Her heart rate accelerated and her lips, hands, and feet turned blue. Despite efforts by first responders to resuscitate her, she was pronounced dead in the studio from what was later determined to be a brain aneurysm.

Cheng was known for leading a healthy lifestyle, according to her boyfriend and parents.

“We never expected that a healthy person with no history of medical complications would pass away so suddenly. We really cannot accept it,” said Cheng’s father, who had spoken with his daughter the day before and noted she sounded fine.

Dr Eugene Chooi, an internal medicine physician at China’s Shanghai Jiao Tong University, told Asian media that Queenzy’s blow dryer was the likely culprit.

“After blow-drying her hair, she said she felt dizzy, had a headache and felt like vomiting. This is clearly a symptom of something affecting her head and nerves,” Chooi said. He explained that aneurysms can go undetected, but if the patient is tired and uses a high heat setting on the blow dryer, the machine can cause the blood to circulate faster and burst the aneurysm. Blood then hemorrhages in the brain.

Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta Sues FTC Demanding the Right to Monetize Data of Children

Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta (formerly Facebook) has filed a lawsuit against the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), contesting new restrictions aimed at limiting how the company monetizes children’s data across its platforms.

Engadget reports that a recent lawsuit, filed on November 30, 2023, by Meta (formerly Facebook) marks a pivotal moment in the ongoing tension between big tech companies and regulatory authorities. Meta’s legal action seeks to prevent the FTC from revisiting a landmark $5 billion privacy settlement from 2020, which was a consequence of the Cambridge Analytica scandal. This move comes after a federal judge’s decision enabling the FTC to propose stringent new rules on Meta’s operations.

Hate Crime Hoaxer Jussie Smollett Headed Back to Jail After Appeals Court Upholds Convictions

Hate crime hoaxer and disgraced actor Jussie Smollett is headed back to jail after an Illinois appeals court upheld his convictions and jail sentence.

The Illinois Appellate Court upheld Smollett’s disorderly conduct convictions on Friday, meaning that the disgraced actor, who was found guilty last year of filing a false police report after he hired two brothers from Nigeria to stage a fake hate crime against him, will be going back to jail, according to a report by The Associated Press.

A 2-1 opinion from the Illinois Appellate Court means that Smollett’s challenge to the special prosecutor, jury selection, evidence, and many other aspects of the case was of no avail.

Sandra Day O’Connor, first female Supreme Court justice, dead at 93

Sandra Day O’Connor, who made history as the first female justice on the Supreme Court, died Friday morning. She was 93.

O’Connor, who retired from the high bench in 2006, 25 years after her nomination by President Ronald Reagan, passed away in her home state of Arizona due to complications from advanced dementia and a respiratory illness.

“A daughter of the American Southwest, Sandra Day O’Connor blazed an historic trail as our Nation’s first female Justice,” Chief Justice John Roberts said in a statement issued by the court. “She met that challenge with undaunted determination, indisputable ability, and engaging candor.”

A moderate conservative, O’Connor was best known for her co-authorship of the majority opinion in 1992’s Planned Parenthood v. Casey, in which the justices ruled that state laws restricting abortion should not impose an “undue burden” on women seeking the procedure.

“Some of us as individuals find abortion offensive to our most basic principles of morality, but that can’t control our decision,” O’Connor said from the bench, as she read a summary of the decision. “Our obligation is to define the liberty of all, not to mandate our own moral code.”

Janet Ossebaard Is Missing and Has Possibly Committed Suicide

It is with deep sadness that we must inform you that our good friend Janet Ossebaard has been missing for several weeks. I share this with the approval of Cyntha Koeter, with whom we are in close contact. For quite some time Janet was not doing well, and she left a few weeks ago with the message that she was going to take her own life.

In our opinion, Janet Ossebaard and Cyntha Koeter have made one of the greatest contributions to the Great Awakening, with the production of their groundbreaking docuseries THE FALL OF THE CABAL. In this series of highly revealing documentaries they expose the satanic elites, who pull the strings of all governments and major corporations behind the scenes. They do this with a clarity, accuracy and depth previously unheard of.

They were inspired in 2017 by the military operation called Q, which called people worldwide to investigate and expose the extreme crimes of these elites.
