Putin Blasts W.E.F. Honchos at Davos Gabfest
UNZ Review – Why is Vladimir Putin standing up to the richest and most powerful men in the world? Why is he bad-mouthing their “pet project” Globalization and trash-talking their “Great Reset”? Does he really think these corporate mandarins and “silver spoon” elites are going to listen to what he has to say or does he realize that they’re just going to hate him more than ever? Why is he doing this?
Here’s what’s going on: At the end of January, Putin was given the opportunity to address the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland (online). The WEF is a prestigious assembly of political leaders, corporatists and billionaire elites many of who are directly involved in the massive global restructuring project that is currently underway behind the smokescreen of the Covid-19 pandemic. Powerful members of the WEF decided that the Coronavirus presented the perfect opportunity to implement their dystopian strategy which includes a hasty transition to green energy, A.I., robotics, transhumanism, universal vaccination and a comprehensive surveillance matrix that detects the location and activities of every human being on the planet. The proponents of this universal police state breezily refer to it as “The Great Reset” which is the latest make-over of the more familiar, “New World Order”. There’s not a hairsbreadth difference between the Reset and one-world government which has preoccupied billionaire activists for more than a century. This is the group to which Putin made the following remarks:

Starting from 1980, global per capita GDP has doubled in terms of real purchasing power parity. This is definitely a positive indicator. Globalisation and domestic growth have led to strong growth in developing countries and lifted over a billion people out of poverty….Still, the main question… is what was the nature of this global growth and who benefitted from it most…..
… developing countries benefitted a lot from the growing demand for their traditional and even new products. However, this integration into the global economy has resulted in more than just new jobs or greater export earnings. It also had its social costs, including a significant gap in individual incomes…. According to the World Bank, 3.6 million people subsisted on incomes of under $5.50 per day in the United States in 2000, but in 2016 this number grew to 5.6 million people….
Meanwhile, globalisation led to a significant increase in the revenue of large multinational, primarily US and European, companies…In terms of corporate profits, who got hold of the revenue? The answer is clear: one percent of the population.
And what has happened in the lives of other people? In the past 30 years, in a number of developed countries, the real incomes of over half of the citizens have been stagnating, not growing. Meanwhile, the cost of education and healthcare services has gone up. Do you know by how much? Three times…
In other words, millions of people even in wealthy countries have stopped hoping for an increase of their incomes. In the meantime, they are faced with the problem of how to keep themselves and their parents healthy and how to provide their children with a decent education….
These imbalances in global socioeconomic development are a direct result of the policy pursued in the 1980s, which was often vulgar or dogmatic. This policy rested on the so-called Washington Consensus with its unwritten rules, when the priority was given to the economic growth based on a private debt in conditions of deregulation and low taxes on the wealthy and the corporations….
As I have already mentioned, the coronavirus pandemic has only exacerbated these problems. In the last year, the global economy sustained its biggest decline since WWII. By July, the labour market had lost almost 500 million jobs…. In the first nine months of the past year alone, the losses of earnings amounted to $3.5 trillion. New York Rolls Out “COVID Passport”
SHFT Plan – New York state has launched a new Covid-19 “passport” program at major event venues. This means spectators will be asked to use a phone app to prove they’ve been vaccinated, as mandated under state guidelines, or be banned from the event.
Tyranny is here, and no one seems to notice or even care that much. The “Excelsior Pass,” as it is dubbed, was tested for a second time at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday during a New York Rangers game. This “pass” functions like a mobile boarding pass that conveys attendees’ vaccine and testing status. While it made its debut at the Barclays Center late last month, Governor Andrew Cuomo unveiled the project in an announcement this week, insisting the data on the pass would be kept “completely confidential,” according to reports by RT.
This could not only be an attempt by Cuomo to not only expand his power over the ignorant willful slaves in New York but also a distraction from his numerous scandals such as “unwanted sexual advances” and the murder of the elderly to boost the COVID-19 numbers last spring.
Cuomo’s tyranny has far surpassed most other governors’, except for perhaps Gavin Newsome in California. This all a ploy to distract, deceive, and divide. It’s also a test to see just how many of the slaves Cuomo can get to willingly participate in their own enslavement.
The tyrant even said the “COIVD pass” is “voluntary” for now. “The Excelsior Pass will play a critical role in getting information to venues and sites in a secure and streamlined way, allowing us to fast-track the reopening of these businesses and getting us one step closer to reaching a new normal,” Cuomo said.
This “new normal” is looking a lot like slavery and yet, people cannot be bothered to even ask the questions.
As of February 23, New York’s pandemic restrictions require venues with more than 10,000 seats to ensure all staff and spectators receive either a negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours of an event, or to prove they’ve been fully vaccinated against the illness. The guidelines also force organizers to “collect contact information from all those in attendance to help inform contact tracing efforts,” though that is done separately from the new Excelsior Pass. -RT
Wake up. It’s here. This has been the goal from the beginning of this scamdemic. It’s never been about health. It’s been about power and control. It’ll get worse from here, as not nearly enough human beings have figured it out yet.
House passes police reform act named for George Floyd
NBC – The House on Wednesday passed a police reform bill that would ban chokeholds and overhaul qualified immunity protections for officers.
The George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, H.R. 1280, passed 220-212 — although a Republican representative said he’d voted yes by mistake and changed the official record to reflect his opposition.
Rep. Lance Gooden, R-Texas, tweeted that he’d pressed the wrong button and voted for the bill by accident.
A version of the bill passed last year but stalled in the Senate, which was then under Republican control. The House bill passed Wednesday night still has to go to the Senate, where it will need at least 10 Republican votes for passage.
The bill is named after Floyd, the Black man who died May 25 after a white Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck for minutes. The officer, Derek Chauvin, was fired, and he faces charges of second-degree murder and manslaughter. His trial and jury selection are scheduled to begin Monday.
The bill, among other things, would ban neck restraints and “no knock” warrants in drug cases at the federal level. It would also reform qualified immunity, which is a doctrine that makes it difficult to sue officers.
Some places have already taken such steps. Colorado last year ended qualified immunity as a defense for officers in state courts.
The Biden administration threw its support behind the bill Monday. The White House said trust between law enforcement and communities can’t be rebuilt unless police officers are held accountable for abuses of power.
House passes sweeping election reform bill, opposed by Republicans
Liberty Beacon – The House of Representatives passed a sweeping election reform bill on Wednesday night, in a 220-210 vote, with no Republicans voting for it. It’s called The For the People Act, also known as H.R. 1.
Rep. Matt Gaetz, a Florida Republican, blasted the bill on Twitter, saying that his Democratic colleagues “have jeopardized the legitimacy of every future U.S. election” through its passage.
In an echo of his former boss Donald Trump, former Vice President Mike Pence called for tightening election security laws Wednesday in a stinging critique of congressional Democrats’ comprehensive plan to federalize American elections.
“After an election marked by significant voting irregularities and numerous instances of officials setting aside state election law, I share the concerns of millions of Americans about the integrity of the 2020 election,” Pence wrote in an op-ed for The Daily Signal, the opinion site of the Heritage Foundation, the conservative think tank where Pence is now a “distinguished visiting fellow.”
Pence decried the sweeping election changes Democratic lawmakers are seeking to engineer via HR 1, otherwise known as the “For the People Act.” The legislation, Pence argued, would “increase opportunities for election fraud, trample the First Amendment, further erode confidence in our elections, and forever dilute the votes of legally qualified eligible voters.”
HR 1, Pence wrote, “would force states to adopt universal mail-in ballots, early voting, same-day voter registration, online voter registration, and automatic voter registration for any individual listed in state and federal government databases, such as the Department of Motor Vehicles and welfare offices, ensuring duplicate registrations and that millions of illegal immigrants are quickly registered to vote.”
Calling on elected leaders to reject “congressional Democrats’ plan to nationalize our elections,” Pence wrote: “Election reform is a national imperative, but under our Constitution, election reform must be undertaken at the state level. Our Founders limited Congress’ role in conducting our elections for good reason: They wanted elections to be administered closest to the people, free from undue influence of the national government.”
Pence framed the Democrats’ proposed overhaul as a politically motivated power grab divorced from genuine interest in election integrity.
LA Schools To Launch Microsoft COVID-Tracking App So Children Can Attend Classes
ZeroHedge – The Los Angeles school district is launching a Microsoft-developed a COVID-tracking app for children, which allows students to schedule and view the results of COVID tests, post the results of off-campus COVID tests, and schedule vaccinations.
According to a promotional video, however, “the real magic is your daily health check,” where students answer a questionnaire about whether they have any symptoms – after which the “Daily Pass” app will issue the child a scannable QR code to be scanned by a staff member, who will also take the child’s temperature.
Given the incredibly low transmission rate of COVID transmission at schools – just 0.08% among more than 90,000 students in North Carolina school districts according to the University of Minnesota’s Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy – one can’t help but question whether Microsoft’s app will actually improve the COVID situation, or simply collect data and habituate children to being tracked. Of note, all data will be reported as required to health authorities, according to the LA Times.
The app, first announced in August, will be ‘instrumental in coordinating student and employee health checks, coronavirus tests and vaccinations.’
The software associated with the app is already being used to schedule and track district-managed coronavirus tests and vaccinations — the district began a pilot vaccination effort last week.
In Monday’s announcement, Beutner touted the app’s ability to generate a unique QR code for each student and staff member authorizing entry to a specific L.A. Unified location for that day.
A person will receive that code based on a negative coronavirus test or by self-reporting that they are free of symptoms. When those individuals arrive at a campus, their QR code, a type of barcode, is scanned by a staff member, who also takes the individual’s temperature. Besides helping to keep people safe, the goal is to prevent logjams at the entrance to school at the beginning of the day. –LA Times
“Sort of like the golden ticket in ‘Willy Wonka,’ everyone with this pass can easily get into a school building,” said Superintendent Austin Beutner in a Monday statement.
The Times notes that this process “will not catch people who are asymptomatic carriers of the infection” (16% of children who contract COVID), but the school district hopes to “address that shortcoming through the weekly coronavirus testing of students and staff.”
“We’ll know the status of everyone on the building,” said Buetner, who added that it’s unclear when elementary schools will return to in-person instruction, but that day-care and small-group in-person learning will begin this week for a limited number of children.
United Teachers Los Angeles, meanwhile, says their district’s teachers, counselors, nurses and librarians should not return to work until they are fully immunized.
150 Missing Children Found In Tennessee As Part Of ‘Operation Volunteer Strong’
Daily Wire – Following a joint law enforcement operation, 150 missing children aged 3 to 17 were located throughout Tennessee.
CNN reported that the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced that a task force discovered the children during three “sweeps throughout the state,” as part of “Operation Volunteer Strong.” Only a few of those children may have been human trafficking victims, however.
“The situations of the children recovered vary widely, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) Assistant Special Agent in Charge Shelly Smitherman said, ranging from children that left home during difficult situations, some who were found with non-custodial family members to children ‘dealing with abuse or exploitation,’” CNN reported.
Four of the children were identified as potential human trafficking victims, while a fifth was described as “a human trafficking victim, resulting in a still-active investigation by a Mississippi local law enforcement agency and FBI.”
TBI also announced that a “number of arrests” had been made in connection with the missing children. The operation, TBI said in a press release, began on January 4th and concluded in late February, with each of the three sweeps taking place in a different part of Tennessee. The first sweep, which ran from January 4 to 15, took place in East Tennessee and recovered 56 of 86 identified missing children. Five of the recovered children were found in other states, 27 were recovered just before the official operation, and another three were found after it ended.
Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, police propose changes to search warrant process after botched raid
Fox – Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and the city’s police superintendent have announced proposed changes to the department’s search warrant policy and procedures, more than a year after officers reportedly barged into the wrong home and forced the woman living there to stand naked in handcuffs for several minutes.
Lightfoot and Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown on Wednesday outlined changes designed to prevent a repeat of the scene in February 2019 at the home of Anjanette Young, starting with a ban on all “no-knock” warrants except “in specific cases where lives or safety are in danger,” they said.
Also, search warrants that now require the approval of a lieutenant will have to be approved by someone ranked deputy chief or higher, and a female officer must be on the scene whenever search warrants are served, officials said.

Rubio: COVID Relief Bill ‘Bailing Out’ ‘Predator’ Cuomo
Breitbart – On Wednesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) said that he favors more coronavirus relief and more is needed, but that the relief package before Congress is “about bailing out some of these states, the predator governor of New York, the disastrous governor in California, other places that were irresponsible even before the pandemic.”
Rubio said, “This is not just about helping local governments that have been hit by the pandemic. It’s about bailing out some of these states, the predator governor of New York, the disastrous governor in California, other places that were irresponsible even before the pandemic. And so, I’m prepared to vote for more COVID relief. I think we need it. There [are] all kinds of things that I’m for, the individual payments that President Trump was asking for at the end of his presidency, and other things like that. But this is not it.”
Biden to meet with bipartisan lawmakers on infrastructure
The Hill – President Biden and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg are expected to meet Thursday with a bipartisan group of House lawmakers to discuss infrastructure as the administration starts looking beyond the coronavirus relief bill to one of its next legislative priorities.
Biden, Buttigieg and Vice President Harris are scheduled to meet in the Oval Office with eight members of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, including Chairman Peter DeFazio (D-Ore.) and ranking member Sam Graves (R-Mo.).
The meeting will also include leaders of the Subcommittee on Highways and Transit — Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-D.C.) and Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Ill.) — and Reps. Sharice Davids (D-Kan.), John Garamendi (D-Calif.), John Katko (R-N.Y.) and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Pa.).

Iceland Suffers 17,000 Earthquakes In 1 Week: ‘Very Unsettling’
Mercury News – Even for a volcanic island accustomed to the occasional tremor, this has been an unusual week for Iceland. According to the Icelandic Meteorological Office, around 17,000 earthquakes have hit the southwestern region of Reykjanes over the past week.
The largest quake, a magnitude 5.6 on the Richter scale, occurred on the morning of February 24. It was the loudest in a swarm that continues to rattle residents in the nearby capital city of Reykjavík and the municipalities around it, where two-thirds of the Icelandic population lives. Two larger earthquakes — over magnitude 5.0 — also hit on February 27 and March 1.
The quakes have caused little damage so far, though Iceland’s Road and Coastal Administration has reported small cracks in roads in the area and rockfalls on steep slopes near the epicenter of the swarm.
“I have experienced earthquakes before but never so many in a row,” Reykjavik resident Auður Alfa Ólafsdóttir told CNN. “It is very unusual to feel the Earth shake 24 hours a day for a whole week. It makes you feel very small and powerless against nature.”
In the fishing town of Grindavík, locals have had a front-row seat to the tremors. “I’ve not experienced anything like this before,” says Páll Valur Björnsson, who teaches at the local College of Fisheries and sits as a deputy member of Parliament.
“We are used to it; it started one year ago. But it is much more now — very unsettling. I’m not afraid but this is uncomfortable. I woke up twice last night because of [tremors]. There was a very big one when I went to sleep, and I woke up with one. It is difficult but you have to learn to live with it,” he said.
Iceland sits on a tectonic plate boundary that continually splits apart, pushing North America and Eurasia away from each other along the line of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. Most seismic activity here is only picked up by sensitive scientific equipment. Occasional stronger tremors are an inevitable part of living in an active seismic region.
New Zealand is hit by 7.3-magnitude earthquake triggering tsunami warning
Daily News – A powerful 7.3-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of New Zealand today, triggering an early-morning tsunami threat on the shores of the Pacific nation.
New Zealand authorities have urged an evacuation in a 100-mile stretch of coast on the North Island, telling people to flee to high ground or ‘as far inland as possible’.
High waters were expected to lash the coast shortly after 3am local time with a US monitoring service predicting 3ft waves and local disaster officials warning of an hours-long threat of ‘unpredictable surges’.
Witnesses on the North Island described a ‘very long, swaying shake’ and houses making ‘cracking sounds’ in a tremor which some thought had lasted for as long as a minute, but there were no immediate reports of casualties.
‘Hope everyone is ok out there – especially on the east coast who would have felt the full force of that earthquake,’ prime minister Jacinda Ardern posted on Instagram

Twitter Will Enforce a ‘Strike System’ Against Coronavirus Vaccine ‘Misinformation’
Breitbart – Social media giant Twitter announced this week that it will begin labeling tweets that share “misleading information” about the coronavirus vaccine and will implement a strike system for repeat offenders of the “misinformation policy.”
The Verge reports that Twitter announced on Monday that it will begin labeling tweets that share what the company decides is misleading information about coronavirus vaccines. The labels will link to relevant information from government bodies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and a system allowing for five strikes will be implemented for users that repeatedly violate its misinformation policies.
Repeated violations of the policies could lead to Twitter locking or permanently suspending accounts. The new labels are similar to Facebook’s anti-misinformation banners which were launched as part of Facebook’s attempts to curb what it considers coronavirus misinformation last December.
Twitter plans to apply the new labels through a combination of human and automated review systems and will begin the rollout with English language content first. The criteria for labeling coronavirus posts have been outlined in Twitter’s misleading information policy but overall Twitter is focusing on five categories of false or misleading information, according to the Verge:
Misinformation about the nature of the virus
Misinformation about the efficacy of treatments and preventive measures
Misinformation about regulations, restrictions, and exemptions in association with health advisories
Misinformation about the prevalence of the virus and the risk of infection or death
Misleading affiliations (for example, claiming to be a doctor or public health official)
Labels will also play a major part in the new strike system. Twitter has stated that a tweet deemed harmful by the company counts as one strike. A tweet that adds to a larger conspiracy connected to the virus that Twitter deems dangerous, such as the idea that vaccines include microchips to track people, may also be deleted by the platform.
Twitter’s punishments for the different number of strikes, according to the Verge, are:
One strike: no account-level action
Two strikes: 12-hour account lock
Three strikes: 12-hour account lock
Four strikes: 7-day account lock
Five or more strikes: permanent suspension

Populist – Judicial Watch announced today that it and the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) received 301 pages of emails and other records of Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. H. Clifford Lane from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services showing that National Institutes of Health (NIH) officials tailored confidentiality forms to China’s terms and that the World Health Organization (WHO) conducted an unreleased, “strictly confidential” COVID-19 epidemiological analysis in January 2020.
Additionally, the emails reveal an independent journalist in China pointing out the inconsistent COVID numbers in China to NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases’ Deputy Director for Clinical Research and Special Projects Cliff Lane.
Some experience delayed rashes after Moderna Covid-19 shots, report says
The Straits Times – Some people who get Moderna Inc’s vaccine experience delayed rashes that can be four inches (10cm) wide or more and take as long as six days to resolve, according to a report in the New England Journal of Medicine.
Researchers reported details on 12 such cases of reactions in people who had received their first dose.
They were typically treated with ice and antihistamines although some patients needed steroid treatments.
About half also got skin reactions after the second dose, though they were less severe.
While there have been previous reports of the reactions that occur mainly with the Moderna shot, their appearance can be surprising.
The details should help educate doctors and reassure people who develop them, said Dr Kimberly Blumenthal, the lead author of the paper and co-director of the clinical epidemiology programme at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

The team found that the extract reduced leg swelling and edema by 70 percent – an impressive result.
Grape seed extract discourages blood clots through multiple mechanisms
In an animal study published in the Journal of Vascular Surgery, researchers found that grape seed extract reduced the size of blood clots while protecting the endothelium, the all-important lining of the veins and arteries. It also markedly lowered levels of inflammatory cytokines, reduced the number of adhesion molecules, and discouraged blood clots by reducing the “stickiness” of platelets.
In other words, grape seed extract made blood less likely to clump together and adhere to the lining of veins.
Calling grape seed extract a “promising candidate” for treating deep vein thrombosis, the impressed researchers went a step further and stated that “prompt administration of grape seed proanthocyanidin extract is instrumental to thrombus (blood clot) clearance.”

While blood clots in veins can cause pulmonary embolism, blood clots that form in arteries are equally dangerous – and can cause a life-threatening heart attack or stroke.
Fortunately, proanthocyanidins in grape seeds benefit cardiovascular health as well. In addition to helping reduce the ability of blood to form clots, they have been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce triglycerides in the blood and fight the systemic inflammation that can trigger heart disease. Proanthocyanidins can also prevent the harmful oxidation of fats. In one Italian study, 300 mg of a grape seed product, consumed with a meal, significantly reduced the oxidation of LDL cholesterol.
