David DePape, the alleged attacker, told San Francisco police officers that he was going to hold Nancy Pelosi and speak with her, according to the summary, which was contained in an FBI affidavit supporting federal charges against DePape.

“If Nancy were to tell DEPAPE the ‘truth,’ he would let her go, and if she ‘lied,’ he was going to break ‘her kneecaps,’” the affidavit states. “DEPAPE was certain that Nancy would not have told the ‘truth.’ In the course of the interview, DEPAPE articulated he viewed Nancy as the ‘leader of the pack’ of lies told by the Democratic Party.”

Racially Discriminatory College Admission Policies Receive Rough Ride at Supreme Court

Most Supreme Court justices seemed receptive on Oct. 31 to a student group’s argument that racially discriminatory admissions policies at U.S. colleges are unconstitutional and must be struck down.

The Biden administration countered that such policies should be allowed to continue indefinitely because they promote diversity, which it claims benefits the nation.

Although left-wing activists such as advocates of Marxist-derived critical race theory contend that race-conscious policies are essential to dismantle the systemic racism they say pervades the American experience, critics say using race in the college admissions process is both anachronistic and wrong.

The use of race-based criteria by institutions of higher learning in the admissions process isn’t popular. Pew Research Center and Gallup surveys show that nearly 75 percent of Americans of all races “do not believe race or ethnicity should be a factor in college admissions.”

Critics cite then-Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, who believed the policy was a temporarily necessary evil that must eventually end.

Colorado Parents Say School District Lied About ‘Furries’

Colorado parents are accusing the state’s second-largest school district of a “furry” cover-up that mocked parents and erroneously discredited a GOP gubernatorial candidate.

During her campaign, Heidi Ganahl, a Republican running for governor, has voiced concerns about the “furry” trend among students.

The controversy started on Sept. 24 when Ganahl told a local radio host about the existence of so-called “furries” in Colorado schools. She later named Jefferson County a furry hotspot.

Furries or “animal avengers” are students who hiss and bark and claw at the air while dressed in animal tails, ears, fur gloves, or other costume attire. Furries sometimes wear collars with leashes attached, allowing themselves to be “walked” by peers.

One Pill Can Kill

The DEA and other law enforcement agencies seized more than 10.2 million fentanyl pills and approximately 980 pounds of fentanyl powder this summer between May 23 and Sept. 8. That’s more than 35 million lethal doses, the DEA said.

Americans Are Skipping Meals and Medications Because They Can’t Afford Them

Twitter Fact-Checks Biden’s Claim That Companies Paid No Taxes

Twitter flagged President Joe Biden’s claim that “55” big corporations nationwide paid no taxes for 2020, as the platform affirmed that “only 14” of them were eligible to be taxed.

Biden took to Twitter to boast about his Inflation Reduction Act last Friday, using one of his favored data targeting big companies. “Let me give you the facts,” the president wrote in an Oct. 28 post. “In 2020, 55 corporations made $40 billion. And they paid zero in federal taxes. My Inflation Reduction Act puts an end to this,” Biden asserted.

Higher Daily Fiber Intake, Less Risk for Disease

Scientists in New Zealand perused thousands of studies spanning more than 40 years and identified fiber as a potential game-changer in the alleviation and prevention of many diseases

Eating foods containing lots of fiber was associated with as much as a 24% lower incidence of stroke, Type 2 diabetes and heart disease, and more

According to the study, consuming 25 to 29 grams of fiber every day is merely adequate; the data indicated that higher intakes would be more protective, and therefore advised

When you eat fiber-rich foods that require extra chewing and retain their basic structure in your gut, it can satisfy food cravings and positively impact your lipid and glucose levels, along with a number of additional benefits

Late-night eating linked to increased risk of obesity, new study reveals

FDA Warns of Tracheostomy Tube Shortage

U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said on Monday there was a shortage of tracheostomy tubes, a surgical device that helps patients to breathe, including those manufactured by ICU Medical.

The agency said the shortage was due to difficulties in raw material procurement and would most likely impact pediatric patients.

They will be affected by the limited supply of tubes with similar functionality as ICU Medical’s Bivona, that are made from flexible silicone and easier to use in children.

The comments were made to the U.S. Energy Secretary at a recent White House meeting with energy executives, Reuters reported on Tuesday.

“The one interesting thing that came out of it, too, was there was consideration for the ability to restart refining capacity that had been shut down, and I think the general sentiment was that wasn’t going to happen,” Gorder said.

Aortic Dissection After COVID-19 Vaccination

Pfizer Increases Price of COVID Jab by 400%

October 20, 2022, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) unanimously (15-0) voted to add unlicensed COVID-19 shots to the U.S. childhood, adolescent and adult vaccine schedules

The same day, Pfizer announced it will raise the price on its COVID jab by about 400%, from $30 per jab to somewhere between $110 and $130 once the current U.S. purchase program expires

Pfizer has forecasted expected revenues into the foreseeable future and they’re not going to let real-world market demands dictate its revenue stream. Instead, they’re going to make up the difference through price hikes which, ultimately, will be paid by government and insurance companies

Meanwhile, a judge is about to rule whether Pfizer and other COVID jab makers can be held accountable for fraud. In January 2022, Pfizer whistleblower Brook Jackson filed a lawsuit against Pfizer for committing fraud against the American people. In February, the judge ruled that the lawsuit could proceed to pretrial discovery phase. It is now on the verge of potentially going to trial

According to a legal analyst, the U.S. Congress has, over the past 30 years, paved the way for legalized tyranny and even genocide. What were once state and/or federal crimes have been legalized, and the reason the Food and Drug Administration is not protecting the public from what is clearly the most dangerous “vaccine” the world has ever seen is because it’s part of a biowarfare program run jointly by the FDA, Health and Human Services, the Defense Department, the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Pfizer, Moderna and the World Health Organization

If They Win: A Very Ordinary Genocide

Due to confusion, fragmentation, and abuse, atrocities that are obvious in the retrospect can feel “ordinary” and almost “rational” in real time

It is possible that we are living through what the Native intellectual Steven Newcomb calls “a view from the shore, referring to the original people of this land looking at the ships and not knowing that they will soon experience a “Great Reset” and a genocide”

Many of our ancestors in different parts of the world have lived through war and violent abuse, and the need for honest, difficult healing is vast

There is hope; but in order for that hope to come true, we need to act

Musk responds to LeBron James Twitter concerns

A report claimed the use of a racial slur had skyrocketed on Twitter since Musk took over

New Twitter owner Elon Musk has addressed concerns from NBA icon LeBron James about the reported rise of the ‘N-word’ on the social media platform.

Musk, who is said to be worth around $220 billion, purchased Twitter for $44 billion on October 27. Since then, use of the ‘N-word’ used to insult African-Americans and black people has skyrocketed 500%, The Washington Post has claimed.

LA Lakers star James said that the development was “scary AF [as f**k].”

“I don’t know Elon Musk and, [to be honest], I could care less who owns Twitter,” James tweeted.

“But I will say that if this is true, I hope he and his people take this very seriously because this is scary AF [as f**ck]. So many damn unfit people saying hate speech is free speech.”
