“Israel’s 9/11 Moment”?! Did Israel Let It Happen On Purpose (LIHOP)?

By Richard Gage – In his recent Substack, Robert Morningstar points toward some of the many parallels between 9/11 and the Hamas attack, Sun, Oct 8, 2023 at 8:25 pm.

While most researchers in the 9/11 truth movement agree that the 9/11 false flag operation was a MIHOP (Made It Happen On Purpose), Morningstar suggests that Israel may be complicit here in a LIHOP (Let It Happen On Purpose).

He reposts on Twitter from Inversionism: “I’m not falling for this charade again. I learned this lesson years ago investigating 9/11.”

Biden Administration Reverses Call for Israel Ceasefire

The U.S. Office of Palestinian Affairs also indicated support for a ceasefire after Hamas terrorists entered Israel on Saturday and murdered Israelis.

Israel–Hamas War: US Military Assistance Is ‘On the Way’ to Israel

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared on Monday that Israel’s fierce offensive against the Hamas terrorist group in the Gaza Strip has “only started.”

Mr. Netanyahu delivered the pronouncement in a nationally televised address as Israel pressed ahead with a third day of heavy airstrikes in Gaza following Hamas’s unprecedented and deadly incursion into Israel.

“We have only started striking Hamas,” he said. “What we will do to our enemies in the coming days will reverberate with them for generations.”

And about the “cache” of weapons that were left behind in Afghanistan …

Report: U.S. Weapons from Afghanistan Ended up with Palestinian Groups Operating in the Gaza Strip

A claim in a news report that American weapons seized in Afghanistan have ended up in the hands of Palestinian groups operating in the Gaza Strip has taken on renewed significance after Hamas, a Palestinian terrorist group, launched an attack on Israel on Saturday.

According to a Newsweek report published in June, an Israeli commander said some of the US. small arms seized in Afghanistan have already been observed in the hands of Palestinian groups operating in the Gaza Strip.

11 US citizens dead in Israel conflict, Biden says

Eleven US citizens have died in the conflict in Israel, President Joe Biden said Monday, and an unknown number remain missing.

“As we continue to account for the horrors of the appalling terrorist assault against Israel this weekend and the hundreds of innocent civilians who were murdered, we are seeing the immense scale and reach of this tragedy,” Biden said in a statement. “Sadly, we now know that at least 11 American citizens were among those killed—many of whom made a second home in Israel.”

It is “likely,” Biden said, that American citizens may be among those being held hostage by Hamas, and his administration is working with Israeli officials on “every aspect of the hostage crisis.” There are also American citizens whose whereabouts remain unaccounted for, according to the president.

Hamas armed wing warns it will start killing Israeli hostages for any new bombing of homes without warning

Hamas warned on Monday that it would begin killing Israeli civilians held captive for every new Israeli bombing of civilian homes without warning.

Ubaida also blamed the threat on Israel’s increased bombing and killing of civilians who are in their homes by way of air strikes, without warning.

U.N. Warns Israel: Retaliatory Siege of Gaza ‘Prohibited’ Under International Law

Israel’s act of self defense in laying siege to Hamas terrorists and their supporters in the Gaza Strip was declared a “prohibited” act Tuesday by the U.N. human rights chief.

U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, issued a call for peace and understanding in the region from his office in Geneva, Switzerland, before admonishing any prospective retaliatory move by Israel against its Islamic attackers. He cautioned:

The imposition of sieges that endanger the lives of civilians by depriving them of goods essential for their survival is prohibited under international humanitarian law

Any restrictions on the movement of people and goods to implement a siege must be justified by military necessity or may otherwise amount to collective punishment.

As Breitbart News reported, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant has approved a “complete siege” of the Gaza Strip following Hamas’s massive terror attack on the Jewish state, which has killed over 900 people and wounded 2,500 more, according to reports.

NZ Retailers Turn to Facial Recognition to Stem Surge in Crime

Retail crime has surged in New Zealand, with the latest Survey report published by industry group Retail NZ citing the annual cost of retail crime at a staggering NZ$2.6 billion (roughly US$1.5 billion). Retail crime is also on the rise in Australia, with the Japan Times reporting an estimated AU$10 billion loss ($6.4 billion) in the year for both Australia and New Zealand combined.

Just like in other places, notably including Britain, rising retail theft has motivated adoption of facial recognition.

The Retail NZ report details New Zealand’s annual losses with an estimated NZ$1.3 billion loss ($774.8 million) due to shoplifting and internal crime. External crime, including burglary, accounted for a loss of around NZ$1.1 billion ($655.6 million).

Russia will revoke ratification of nuclear test ban treaty, envoy says

A senior Russian diplomat has said that Moscow will revoke its ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT), in a move Washington denounced as jeopardising the “global norm” against nuclear test blasts.

Mikhail Ulyanov, the Russian representative to the international nuclear agencies in Vienna, was speaking after Vladimir Putin suggested Moscow might resuming testing for the first time in 33 years, signalling another downward turn in relations between the world’s two biggest nuclear powers

Ulyanov said on X, formerly known as Twitter: “Russia plans to revoke ratification (which took place in the year 2000) of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty.

“The aim is to be on equal footing with the #US who signed the Treaty, but didn’t ratify it. Revocation doesn’t mean the intention to resume nuclear tests.”

RFK Jr. Announces Presidential Run As Independent Candidate

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who had been vying for the Democratic nomination for president, announced in Philadelphia on Monday he will now run as an independent.

The newly-independent candidate first launched his presidential bid in April, and has been critical of the Democratic National Committee’s (DNC’s) rules for aiding President Joe Biden and not hosting primary debates. Kennedy said in a speech that America must declare independence from corporations, “Big Pharma,” “Big Tech,” the “mercenary media,” “cynical elites” and the Democrat and Republican parties.

“The good news is that people like yourselves are finally fed up. Something is stirring in us that says it doesn’t have to be this way. People stop me everywhere — in airports, at hotels, in malls, on the street — and they remind me that this country is ready for history-making change. They are ready to reclaim their freedom, their independence,” said Kennedy. “And that’s why I’m here today. I’m here to declare myself an independent candidate. An independent candidate for president of the United States. That’s not all. I’m here to join you in making a new declaration of independence for our entire nation.”

Gaetz Says Ousting McCarthy ‘Absolutely’ Worth It Even If He Loses His Seat in Congress

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) said it would be “absolutely” worth it if he were to lose his congressional seat over his efforts to remove former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) from his leadership position.

“If you lose your job, will it be worth it?” NBC’s “Meet the Press” host Kristen Welker asked Mr. Gaetz in an interview on Sunday. “Absolutely,” Mr. Gaetz replied. “Look, I am here to fight for my constituents. And I’m here to ensure that America is not on a path to financial ruin.”

Mr. Gaetz called some Republican lawmakers’ suggestions that he should be removed from Congress “crazy.”

Trump Responds to Claims He Disclosed Sensitive Nuclear Sub Information

Donald Trump says the recent reports claiming he disclosed secret information regarding U.S. submarines are false, but he will always encourage countries such as Australia to purchase American weaponry.

A report this week alleged the former president told Australian billionaire Anthony Pratt confidential information about U.S. nuclear submarines during a meeting at President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, of which Mr. Pratt is a member.

U.S. outlet ABC News claimed in a report that President Trump told Mr. Pratt sensitive information in April 2021, including how many warheads the subs routinely carry and how close they can get to a Russian submarine without being detected.

Trump Says Attack on Israel a Sign World War III Is Coming

Former President Donald Trump warned that the shocking and brutal attack by Hamas terrorists on Israeli civilians over the weekend has the makings of World War III.

In speaking to a massive crowd today in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, President Trump drew ties between the Biden administration’s flooding of young male, military-aged unvetted immigrants into the country and the Pearl Harbor style-attack by Hamas.

He referred to the immigrants as “some of the same people who just attacked Israel” and said that under Biden’s open border policy, the United States has allowed “tens and thousands of terrorists into our country.”

“We are in grave danger of having World War III,” President Trump said during his campaign stop. “This will be world obliteration. This is a real deal.”

‘Today It’s Israel, Tomorrow It’s Us’: After Israel Attack, GOP Warns of Terror in U.S. Due to Joe Biden’s ‘Asinine’ Open Border Policy

Republican officials are slamming President Joe Biden’s “asinine” open border policies that have allowed in “military aged men from all corners of the world,” warning of potential terror attacks in the U.S. and the likelihood of terrorist “sleeper cells” as they point to the recent brutal attacks in Israel that saw terrorists breach the border and murder hundreds of Israeli civilians while taking dozens as hostages, warning, “Today it’s Israel, tomorrow it’s us.”

Highlighting Israel’s costly failure to secure its border over the weekend, Republicans are speaking out on the increasing threat of terrorism on U.S. soil due to poor border security that has already seen an unprecedented amount of people on the terrorist watchlist caught attempting to cross the southern border, leading to concerns of untold amounts of others who have managed to successfully infiltrate the country.

Ken Paxton Strikes Back, Seeks Criminal Charges Against Those Who Led Impeachment Effort

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is striking back against those who attempted to oust him through impeachment. In an interesting twist, Paxton has announced his intention to file criminal complaints against the Board of Managers who were instrumental in his impeachment earlier this year.

The attorney general alleges that officials published his personal information, potentially placing him in danger.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says he will file criminal complaints against the Board of Managers who spearheaded his impeachment after his home address was published in documents posted online last week.

In a press release sent Monday, Paxton cited a new state law that makes it illegal to post someone’s address or phone number online “with the intent to cause harm or a threat of harm.” It is meant to protect people from “doxing,” the practice of posting someone’s personal information online without their permission and with malicious intent.

The attorney general said he and his family have received “multiple threats of violence.” The complaints will be filed with district attorneys in the managers’ eight home counties, according to the press release.

Major US Airlines Discover Unapproved Jet Engine Parts Installed in Aircraft

Several major U.S. airlines have discovered that some of their aircraft’s engines were equipped with unapproved parts, which has resulted in a lawsuit against the parts supplier.

The parts, allegedly supplied by London-based AOG Technics, have been found in a small number of jet engines on U.S. aircraft belonging to United Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Southwest Airlines, as well as some European carriers. AOG Technics is a company that acquires engine parts and sells them to maintenance and repair organizations.

The engine model most affected is reportedly the CFM56, produced by CFM International, a company that is jointly owned by General Electric (GE) and Safran Group of France. The CFM56 is a high-bypass turbo engine used in single-aisle commercial airliners including the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737.

Breakthrough Study Finds Multi-Strain Probiotics Can Reduce Mental Health Symptoms

A turning point in research offers promise for easing anxiety and depression through the gut microbiome.

Researchers are beginning to hone in how probiotics can be used to treat mental health issues, with a new study showing that a combination of 14 bacterial strains eased symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Probiotics are health-promoting live bacteria and yeast that live in the human body. We can also consume them through fermented foods in our diet, as well as supplements.

Despite links between bacterial imbalances and depression, research hadn’t found probiotic treatments that are effective with depression before, though studies typically only tested a single strain of bacteria.

Fentanyl-Related Teen Deaths Triple in 3 Years

84 percent of all teen overdose deaths in 2021 were related to fentanyl.

Fentanyl-related adolescent overdose deaths nearly tripled between 2019 and 2021, and a quarter of those deaths involved counterfeit drugs—pills like Valium, Xanax, or Percocet, often obtained from friends or bought through social media.

Fentanyl is an incredibly potent synthetic opioid. It’s 50 times stronger than heroin and 100 times stronger than morphine. Just 2 milligrams, equal to 10 to 15 grains of table salt, can be lethal.

Having the right tools, such as fentanyl test strips and Narcan (naloxone) in your home or school medical kit, can also save lives. Never buy fentanyl tests from friends or online. Always get them from your local health department or a trusted community organization, such as addiction recovery programs, as counterfeit tests are in circulation. Also, make sure they’re legal to obtain in your state.

Drug makers are now working on anti-opioid vaccines: one for heroin, one for oxycodone, and one for fentanyl. The fentanyl vaccine is said to work by preventing the drug from entering the brain, thus eliminating the “high” users experience, as well as the risk of respiratory depression. The other vaccines work on the same premise.

Scientists Create An ‘Electronic Tongue’ To Give Artificial Intelligence Human Taste

An innovative “electronic tongue” that can potentially replicate human preferences for certain foods is in development. Researchers at Penn State University say this breakthrough comes as researchers aim to integrate emotional intelligence, which includes likes and dislikes influenced by taste, into artificial intelligence (AI).

AI has advanced significantly over the years. However, its current models largely disregard human psychology, including the nuances of emotional intelligence.

“The main focus of our work was how could we bring the emotional part of intelligence to AI,” says corresponding author Saptarshi Das, associate professor of engineering science and mechanics at Penn State, in a university release. “Emotion is a broad field and many researchers study psychology; however, for computer engineers, mathematical models and diverse data sets are essential for design purposes. Human behavior is easy to observe but difficult to measure and that makes it difficult to replicate in a robot and make it emotionally intelligent. There is no real way right now to do that.”

Eating habits serve as a prime example of this emotional intelligence. While hunger is the physiological drive to eat, our choices of what to eat are influenced by our sense of taste, a process known as gustation. As Das explains, even when one is not hungry, the psychological desire can drive them to consume a sweet treat over, say, a piece of meat.

“If you are someone fortunate to have all possible food choices, you will choose the foods you like most,” explains Das. “You are not going to choose something that is very bitter, but likely try for something sweeter, correct?”

Meta is using your public Facebook and Instagram posts to train its AI

Post anything publicly on Facebook and Instagram? Meta has likely been using those posts to train its AI, according to the company’s top policy executive.

In an interview with Reuters, Meta President of Global Affairs Nick Clegg said the company used the public posts to train the LLM (large language model) that feeds into its new Meta AI virtual assistant.

Large Language Models (LLMs) are huge deep-neural-networks which are trained on the input of billions of pages of written material in a particular language, such as books, articles, and websites. So, in in the ongoing race between tech giants to create the best LLM it’s hardly surprising that they’re looking at social media as a giant source of data.

Why Are Farmers Adding Rocks to Their Fields?

The pH of soil influences the growth and productivity of crops grown on the land. Soil pH regulates the availability of nutrients to the plant, so, even if the soil is fertile, unless the pH is appropriate, the plants cannot absorb the nutrients

Lab data show that adding crushed volcanic rock called basalt or olivine can help sequester carbon dioxide, balance the soil pH, and improve crop yield

Several startup companies have developed programs so farmers are not charged for the rock, delivery or spread across the land since large corporations purchase the rock for “carbon credits”

Crop productivity, soil health and protecting the environment are also functions of regenerative farming and livestock practices. To protect the environment and your health seek out foods from small farmers using regenerative agricultural practices

Gen Z fears physical violence from being online more than anyone else, Malwarebytes finds

The “version history” of the internet was split by what we could do online—simple browsing across Web 1.0’s static web pages, instant connection throughout Web 2.0’s social platforms, and, into the future, potential new forms of ownership within Web 3.0’s dreams of decentralization.

But, as Malwarebytes has uncovered in new research, what we can do online produces its own, generational byproduct: Fear.

Gen Z, unlike any other age group, is most afraid of a vindictive internet that obtains their private photos and videos—and any personal details about sexual activity and mental health—and exposes it online for all to see. More than half worry that such exposure could hurt their relationships with family and friends (54%), and more than a third fear that it could lead to being bullied (36%) and physically harmed (34%).
