Mustard & Ketchup Recipe

The Power Hour's Wannabe French's Classic Yellow Mustard

Thanks to Todd Wilbur and "TOP SECRET RECIPES."

4t. dry ground mustard
1/4 c. water
3T. Bragg's apple cider vinegar
1/2t. flour
1.4t plus 1/8t. Himalayan salt
1/8t. tumeric
pinch garlic powder
pinch paprika

1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk until smooth.

2. When the mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.

3. Remove the pan from the heat and cover until cool. Chill in a covered container.

Makes 1/cup.

The Power Hour's Wannabe Healthy Ketchup

This is a secret recipe for 12 oz. of the famous "almost like Heinz Ketchup."

1- six ounce can organic tomato paste
1/2 c. "Just like sugar" (to taste) or organic Grade B maple syrup) 1/4 c. Bragg's apple cider vinegar 1/4 c. filtered water 1T. Just like sugar of very small amount of stevia 1t. Himalayan salt 1/4 t. onion powder 1/8t. garlic powder

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk until smooth.

2. When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20
minutes, stirring often.

3, Remove pan from heat and cover until cool. Chill in a covered glass container.

Makes 1/2 cups.
