  1. Train Carrying Hazardous Chemicals Derails in Montana After Bridge Collapses

A train carrying hazardous chemicals plunged into the Yellowstone River in eastern Montana after a bridge collapsed early Saturday morning.

Officials said 10 cars belonging to Montana Rail Link (MRL) went into the river at around 6:45 a.m. Three cars reportedly were carrying hot asphalt and four others molten sulphur.

Stillwater County Emergency Management reported on Saturday that the Montana Department of Environmental Quality had begun monitoring air and water quality at water intakes along the river for potential contamination.

  1. Rising Number of Russian, Chinese Nationals at US Southern Border Raises Security Concerns

House Republicans stated that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have intercepted an increasing number of foreign nationals from countries not in South or Central America, including Russia, and several high-value targets from China.

In a June 21 Committee on Homeland Security hearing on Threats Posed to the Homeland by Nation-State Actors in Latin America, held by the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Counterterrorism, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence, concerns were raised by several lawmakers regarding the potential dangers posed to the United States by an unsecured border.

  1. Supreme Court says states can’t overrule Biden on whom to deport

Texas and Louisiana do not have authority to challenge the Biden administration’s guidelines for when to deport migrants from the country, the Supreme Court ruled Thursday, handing a win to President Biden on immigration policy.

In an 8-1 decision, the court determined the two states lacked the standing to sue over one of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) earliest directives.

  1. Ban on Encouraging Illegal Immigration Not Unconstitutional: Supreme Court

A U.S. law that bars encouraging illegal immigration for advantage or gain is lawful, the Supreme Court ruled on June 23.

“After concluding that this statute criminalizes immigration advocacy and other protected speech, the Ninth Circuit held it unconstitutionally overbroad under the First Amendment. That was error,” Justice Amy Coney Barrett, a Trump appointee, wrote for the majority.

“Properly interpreted, this provision forbids only the intentional solicitation or facilitation of certain unlawful acts,” she added.

The law in question prohibits encouraging or inducing illegal immigration for “commercial advantage or private financial gain.”

Putin Vows to Defend Russia from Armed Rebellion After Wagner Forces Occupy Military Installations in Rostov

President Vladimir Putin vowed on Saturday to defeat an armed rebellion announced by Yevgeny Prigozhin, the leader of the Russian Wagner paramilitary group, whom Putin denounced as a traitor to the country.

In a televised address to the nation, Putin called on those involved in the rebellion to cease participation in armed conflict, pledging to defend “the motherland.”

“All those who prepared the rebellion will suffer inevitable punishment. The armed forces and other government agencies have received the necessary orders,” Putin said.

Rebel Wagner Mercenaries Agree to Halt Advance on Moscow

The Belarus President’s Office has said that Wagner mercenary group leader Yevgeny Prigozhin has agreed to stop the group’s lightning-fast advance toward Moscow and to deescalate the situation, with Prigozhin confirming the news in a social media post.

Alexander Lukashenko, the president of Belarus and an ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has reportedly held talks with Prigozhin, according to Lukashenko’s press service.

The Belarussian president’s office added that Lukashenko’s talks with Prigozhin had Putin’s blessing and that there’s a draft agreement on the table that would provide security guarantees for Wagner fighters.

Russian state media TASS reported that a tentative deal has been reached that would halt Wagner’s advance toward Moscow, which sparked a pledge from Putin to crush any insurrection.

Prigozhin confirmed in a statement on his Telegram channel that he has ordered his mercenaries to halt their march on Moscow and retreat to their field camps in Ukraine in order to avoid shedding Russian blood.

RCMP, Transportation Safety Board Launch Investigations Into Titan Sub Tragedy

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) will be doing a preliminary investigation into the deaths of five passengers aboard the Titan, an underwater Titanic tour submersible, while the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) is also investigating the events leading to what officials believe was the sub imploding on June 18.

“There’s no suspicion of criminal activity per se, but the RCMP is taking initial steps to assess whether or not we will go down that road,” Newfoundland and Labrador RCMP Superintendent Kent Osmond said at a news conference on June 24.

Officials believe the Titan imploded after it lost contact one hour and approximately 45 minutes into its descent towards the Titanic shipwreck. The sub was believed to be almost four kilometres under the surface of the North Atlantic Ocean at the time it stopped communicating with its launch ship.

IN-DEPTH: China’s Economy Is Faltering

With graduation less than a month away, many college students in China are still scrambling to find a job.

At a free live-stream webinar by a jobseeker training company in mid-June, many of the 800 participants—primarily unemployed 2023 and 2022 graduates—logged eager comments to claim free templates for resumes.

“Many of my trainees told me that they live with their parents, who had been scolding them for not trying hard enough to land a job,” the host told the attendees.

“I can tell them [parents]: finding a job this year is challenging. It’s the market; it’s not you,” the host added. “Forwarding my webinar to your parents will help you alleviate the anxiety.”

Anxiety was undoubtedly the prevailing mood among attendees of the webinar held on a popular Chinese social media app, as shown through emojis and remarks in the comments section. The macro numbers point to a similar picture.

New Wave of COVID-19 Infections Hits China

Mainland China is experiencing a resurgence in COVID-19 cases, with the number of people testing positive for the virus rising significantly since April.

This follows a previous wave of infections and deaths that occurred from December 2022 to January.

A resident of the Pudong district of Shanghai told The Epoch Times on June 21 that his father recently developed “white lungs” from a COVID-19 infection and died.

Others reported COVID-19-related illness, deaths, and reinfections among family members.

Dr. Bai of Beijing Anzhen Hospital posted on Chinese social media that he had been reinfected with COVID-19, and the department director had also been infected and was suffering severe symptoms. They were both infected by patients.

In the southeastern city of Fuzhou, “the new wave of infections has been very serious in the past month or so,” A. Liang, a Fuzhou resident, told The Epoch Times.

Many people around him were infected.

“Although the symptoms are not as severe as the first wave, it’s very contagious,” Liang said.

Outgoing Border Patrol Chief Calls For More Wall Construction

Raul Ortiz, the outgoing top U.S. Border Patrol Agent, said he would have preferred more border wall construction, more personnel to patrol the border, and more consequences to disincentivize crossing attempts.

Ortiz recently announced he plans to retire from the Border Patrol, notifying agents that June 30 would be his last day. The border security official joined NewsNation host Chris Cuomo on Tuesday to discuss the current situation at the border and his decision to leave. Cuomo asked Ortiz to describe the border security decisions he would have pursued if he had a blank check and absolute say over border security policy.

“One of the things I think we need to continue to invest in is infrastructure across the southwest border, technology, roads,” Ortiz began his response. “In some areas, we need to continue to build some wall.”

Some sections of the border have steel bollard fencing and vehicle barriers, but large sections of the border remain open. President Donald Trump made wall construction a key component of his 2016 campaign and early presidency, but his 2020 opponent, Joe Biden, vowed “there will not be another foot of wall constructed in my administration.”

Investigators to Pull Voice and Data Recorders from Titanic Sub’s Mothership

Canadian officials are investigating voice recordings and data from the perished Titan’s mothership, according to reports on Saturday.

Investigators with the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) boarded the Polar Prince on Saturday and conducted interviews with the crew and family members, CNN reported.

U.S. NEWS, POLITICS & GOVERNMENT

Exodus of Biden’s Border Officials Continues as 4 More Quietly Resign

Amid a record-breaking influx of illegal immigrants into the United States, four more of President Joe Biden’s top border officials have quietly resigned in just the past two weeks.

That brings the total to seven in recent months, along with speculation about the reasons for their departure.

The latest came just this week from the deputy secretary of Homeland Security John Tien, who announced he was leaving only a year after his appointment.

House GOP: ‘Almost All’ Migrants at Ports of Entry Are Being Freed into U.S.

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is rerouting illegal immigration through Ports of Entry at the United States-Mexico border to give the appearance that the inflow has dropped under his watch, House Republicans say.

Following Biden’s rescinding the public health authority known as Title 42 that helped return millions of illegal aliens to Mexico since 2020, the establishment media and the White House touted a supposed drop in apprehensions along the border.

BREAKING: BlackRock Recruiter Who ‘Decides People’s Fate’ Says ‘War is Good for Business’ While Spilling Info on Asset Giant

[NEW YORK] JUNE 20TH The O’Keefe Media Group has published a new story focusing on perhaps James O’Keefe’s most powerful investigative subject to date, BlackRock Inc.

In the footage, a BlackRock Recruiter named Serge Varlay describes how BlackRock is able to ”run the world” in about 7 minutes of riveting undercover footage. The footage was captured over the course of several meetings in New York by one of OMG News’ rockstar undercover journalists.

BlackRock Inc is the world’s largest asset management company that’s gained more notoriety as of late due to its large acquisitions. Varlay says it’s easier for BlackRock to do things when “people aren’t thinking about it” and the asset giant “doesn’t want to be anywhere on the radar. This story is a peek into why.

ANALYSIS: The Tale of Two Legal Fates: Hunter Biden’s Plea Deal and Trump’s Indictment

News analysis

Lots of presidents have had troublesome family members.

Billy Carter, the beer-drinking, public urinating brother of Jimmy Carter, got himself registered as an agent of the Lybian government, sparking a Senate inquiry.

Roger Clinton, the ex-convict half-brother of Bill Clinton, earned the Secret Service codename “Headache,” possibly due to antics like reportedly accepting a $50,000 Rolex to lobby for the pardon of crime boss Rosario Gambino.

Then there’s Neil Bush, who was investigated, though not charged, for his role in the collapse of a $1 billion savings and loan during the presidency of his father, George H. W. Bush.

When George W. Bush was president, his brother Neil entered a consulting agreement with a semiconductor company managed, in part, by the son of Jiang Zemin, then general secretary of the Chinese Communist Party and paramount leader of China.

A significant difference in the Hunter Biden case is that it lands side-by-side with federal charges against former President Donald Trump.

Dershowitz Says New Hunter Biden Allegations Possibly an ‘Impeachable Offense’

Retired Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz said that a recent allegation from a whistleblower about President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, should be investigated by Republicans and could be an “impeachable offense.”

During an interview with Fox News on Thursday night, Dershowitz said that because Republicans control Congress, they can investigate the younger Biden.

Earlier this week, the Department of Justice and Biden’s lawyers announced that they came to a plea deal in which he would plead guilty to several misdemeanor offenses—not related to longstanding Republican-backed investigations into his overseas business deals while his father was the vice president and after. The U.S. attorney involved in the case, David Weiss, said that an investigation into Biden is currently ongoing.

If it is proven that Hunter Biden allegedly demanded a payment from a Chinese businessman while his father was in the room, it’s “probable cause” of an “impeachable offense” of bribery under the Constitution. He also said that Biden cannot invoke the Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination in Congress “because his lawyers have said that he’s no longer subject to any criminal prosecution,” he also speculated.

“That would be an impeachable offense. That would be the crime of bribery,” he said, adding that it still hasn’t been proven that his father was in the room with him while he made the demand

Burisma Accountant, Who Blew Whistle on Biden Crimes, Found Dead

The chief accountant at Ukraine’s Burisma Energy, who offered to provide US authorities with damning evidence regarding financial crimes involving Joe and Hunter Biden, has been found dead before she could testify.

DOJ Files First-Ever Criminal Charges Against Chinese Fentanyl Makers

The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Friday filed charges against four Chinese chemical manufacturers and eight Chinese nationals, accusing them of crimes related to the production, distribution, and sales of the deadly drug fentanyl.

The Justice Department said in a release that it had arrested two individuals and unsealed three indictments in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, charging the Chinese companies and their employees with a number of crimes.

The indictments allege that the defendants violated U.S. federal laws by knowingly manufacturing, marketing, selling, and supplying precursor chemicals for fentanyl production in the United States.

CDC Issues Alert After Measles Cases Increase Fivefold Ahead of Travel Season

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a new health advisory this week regarding measles infections for international travelers ahead of the summer travel season.

The agency issued its latest health advisory on Wednesday urging Americans to “be on alert for cases of measles” and advising parents to make sure their families are up-to-date on the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine.

New data for the first five months of 2023 has shown there are five times more measles cases across 11 jurisdictions in the United States, the CDC said, noting that 88 percent of those cases have been linked to international travel.

“The United States has seen an increase in measles cases during the first five months of 2023, with 16 reported cases compared with 3 in 2022 during the same period,” the agency said, adding that most of these cases were among children who had not received the MMR vaccine.

“Based on current estimates, twice as many Americans are planning to travel internationally in 2023 compared with 2022,” the CDC added. “Many countries and popular travel destinations, such as London, England, have experienced measles outbreaks in recent years.”

WATCH – ‘We’re Coming for Your Children’: NYC Drag Marchers Chant Ominous Message at Pride Event

LGBT activists at the annual Drag March on Friday in New York City shouted a troubling message regarding children across the nation.

As Pride Month comes to a close, the participants marched through Tompkins Square Park in the East Village while chanting, the New York Post reported Saturday.

Watch — Nude Cyclists Perform in Front of Children at Seattle Pride Parade

A viral video on Sunday showed a group of fully nude cyclists performing in front of children at the LGBTQ pride parade in Seattle, Washington.

Similar to a video from the Seattle Pride Parade in 2022, Sunday’s video showed men waving their exposed genitals in front of child spectators, some of whom appeared to be younger than five. Warning — video contains full nudity

RFK Jr. Calls for Federal Legalization of Marijuana; Let States Decide Own Laws

Democratic presidential challenger Robert F. Kennedy Jr. called Sunday for the federal legalization of marijuana, arguing that states should be allowed to decide their own pot laws without federal interference.

Politicians have taken steps toward legalization in recent years, though even under President Barack Obama — an admitted former marijuana enthusiast — federal law considered pot illegal, creating tension with states.

2ND AMENDMENT

Florida will allow concealed carry without a permit starting July 1

Starting July 1, Floridians will be allowed to carry concealed firearms without a permit.

The new law eliminates the requirement for gun safety training or a background check by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. It does still require a less-detailed background check but no longer requires fingerprinting or a three-month wait period.

Few Prosecutions For Lying On ATF Gun-Purchase Form

Form 4473 — the Firearm Transaction Record — is a six-page document that must be filled out whenever someone buys a firearm from a licensed firearm dealer. It asks questions including whether the buyer is addicted to drugs, and is the actual buyer of the firearm. A tweet by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ (ATF) Houston office said that lying on the form is a “federal violation and can lead to severe penalties and jail time.” A swarm of Twitter users asked why the bureau didn’t charge Hunter Biden, the president’s son, for allegedly lying on Form 4473 when he purchased a handgun in October 2018, the Washington Post reports. The controversy prompted the newspaper to request statistics from the Justice Department to determine whether someone falsely filling out the form face much a risk of prosecution. The answer? They don’t. The statistics are relevant as Congress discusses how to strengthen gun laws after high-profile mass shootings. They are a prime illustration of how existing laws are not always rigorously or consistently enforced.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Explains Why Taking People’s Guns Won’t End School Shootings

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. used a townhall in New Hampshire to explain he is not going to take guns and the approach of trying to do so would not stop school shootings.

National Gun Rights Association’s Will Fite tweeted about the townhall on Saturday after RFK Jr. stressed that he is not going to take away guns.

The recall covers some 2018-2023 Odyssey minivans, 2019-2022 Pilot SUVs, and 2019-2023 Passport SUVs.

Due to a faulty communication coaxial cable connector, the rearview camera image may not appear on the display.

Universal Basic Income And The Anti-Human Agenda

No less than eighty UBI trials are underway globally, and many more have already started and ended. UBI is an original construct of Technocracy from the 1930s, where everyone in society would receive the same allocation of energy script that would expire at the end of the allocation period. Today, UBI solves the problem of “unemployables” picking up too many pitchforks and torches to attack the Technocrat earth destroyers.

That UBI is being tested globally proves beyond a shadow of doubt that it is an initiative of the global oligarchy that promotes Technocracy, that is, the Great Reset. That UBI was first clearly defined in the 1930s by the formal Technocracy movement proves its origins.

Bank Regulators Want New Powers to See What Many Say Should Have Been Obvious

In the wake of the failure of several regional banks, lawmakers are furiously at work drafting new bills to give regulatory authorities more control over banks. But some experts say that bank regulators already had all the power they needed, but failed to use it effectively.

“Every time we have a crisis on our hands, the regulatory agencies come out and say, ‘We need additional powers,’” Jelena McWilliams, former FDIC chairman, told attendees at a Cato conference on bank regulation last week. “And then you ask them, what is it in your arsenal of powers that you don’t have or that you couldn’t use?”

SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY

The Transhumans’ Billion-Dollar Quest For Immortality

In the pristine cylindrical atrium of Altos Labs’s Cambridge Institute of Science, under a skylight resembling a giant cyclopic eye, I ask the obvious question. What does the company actually do? “Cell rejuvenation,” replies the facilities manager. At least, looking back, I’m pretty sure that’s what he says. At the time, I hear something slightly different: “We sell rejuvenation.”

Home to one of the world’s highest concentrations of scientific talent, Altos Labs is pursuing a lavishly funded quest to unearth the secrets of ageing. The Stanford-meets-Soho House décor is enough to show that here, health is wealth. But even in the notoriously well-compensated field of biotechnology it stands out. Last year, the Silicon Valley venture revealed it had raised $3 billion from investors, making it one of the best-financed start-ups in history.

Its mission? Depending on who you ask, anything from reversing chronic diseases and deferring the helpless twilight of old age to cutting the keys of eternal youth and creating a race of immortal supreme beings. This furrow of science, which piques our hardwired anxiety of ageing and fear of death, has always been accompanied by disproportionate incentives for hype. Nor has it been helped by wealthy obsessives, who in recent years have very publicly taken their own anxiety to macabre new heights, such as the software entrepreneur Bryan Johnson, who injected himself with his son’s blood and spends $2 million a year in the hope of achieving the body of an 18-year-old.

From Lab to Plate: The Future of Cell-Based Seafood

With each bite, a world of flavor unfolded before his taste buds. But despite the exquisite taste, his mind started racing with questions. How is lab-grown seafood produced? Is it safe to eat? Is it healthy? What environmental impact does it have? Alex’s curiosity led to his own research, giving him greater insight into the production process and the pros and cons of consuming lab-grown seafood.

Zuck’s Way or Else: Facebook to Block News Stories in Canada over Big Media Bailout Bill

The Canadian equivalent of the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act (JCPA), a bill forcing tech companies to pay off and collude with big media companies, has passed in Canada. As a result, Facebook (now known as Meta) says news content will no longer be available on its main platform and Instagram in the country — and Google is considering a similar approach on its platforms.

The bill, C-18, received royal assent this week after being passed by the Canadian Parliament, still under the control of Justin Trudeau’s Liberal party.

How the Censorship Industry Works, and How We Can Stop It

The internet was likely not intended to remain free forever. The intention for it to be used as a totalitarian tool was baked in from the start

Google started as a DARPA grant and was part of the CIA’s and NSA’s digital data program, the purpose of which was to conduct “birds of a feather” mapping online so that certain groups could be neutralized

All of the early internet freedom technologies of the ‘90s were funded by the Pentagon and the State Department. They were developed by the intelligence community as an insurgency tool — a means to help dissident groups in foreign countries to develop a pro-U.S. stance and evade state-controlled media. Now, these same technologies have been turned against the American public, and are used to control public discourse

In the past, censorship was a laborious task that could only be done after the fact. Artificial intelligence has radically altered the censorship industry. AI programs can now censor information en masse, based on the language used, and prevent it from being seen at all

One of the most effective strategies that would have immediate effect would be to strip the censorship industry of its government funding. The House controls the purse strings of the federal government, so the House Appropriations Committee has the power to end the funding of government-sponsored censorship

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

IN-DEPTH: ‘Beyond Belief’: Industrial Wind Developments Could Threaten Fragile Desert Ecosystem

A landmark interregional transmission line project has broken ground this week to carry high-voltage electricity 732 miles from the largest wind farm in North America to Nevada.

The TransWest Express Transmission Project (TWE) will take electricity generated by the $5 billion, 3,000 megawatt, 600-turbine Chokecherry and Sierra Madre Wind Energy Project (CSMWE) located in Carbon County, Wyoming, to the Market substation in Eldorado Valley, Nevada, which lies within the largely untouched region of the Mojave Desert.

The line that will run through Colorado and Utah will power California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Though the project—among others that the Biden administration’s incentives have kickstarted—is being celebrated as a new frontier of clean energy to combat climate change, there is a darker side as voiced by environmentalists whose unpopular opinion on the impacts of these projects have been quelled to support a narrative promoting an energy source that may not be as clean as it’s promoted.

States Consider Charging Drivers by Mile to Maintain Nation’s Roads

States are scrambling to figure out how to keep making money to funnel into road maintenance amid economic struggles in President Joe Biden’s (D) America.

Officials have historically spent gas taxes on roadways, but “the problem that has developed is those taxes are generating less each year due to inflation, fuel efficiency and the rise of electric cars,” Fox Business reported Sunday.

Geoengineering Watch Global Alert News, June 24, 2023, #411

Extreme hail events have just hammered Colorado, Texas, Kansas and parts of the Northeastern US, climate engineering and chemical ice nucleation cloud seeding operations are core to the equation. Temporary toxic surface cooldowns are a constant objective of the geoengineers, the resulting consequences aren’t a consideration for them. Snow fell this week in Utah while in the far North polar ice is melting and Arctic forests are incinerating, the planet’s former energy balance has been completely capsized. Earth’s oceans are superheating, thus further fueling the already ongoing and accelerating mass die-off of marine life. What will it take to wake the masses? How a Warranty Deed Can Save You from Future Property Disputes

A warranty deed is a legal document that plays a crucial role in preventing property disputes. It is used in real estate transactions to transfer ownership of a property from the seller (grantor) to the buyer (grantee) and guarantees that the grantor has a clear title to the property. This means that the grantor has the legal right to sell the property and that there are no outstanding liens, encumbrances, or other claims against the property that could jeopardize the grantee’s ownership rights. By providing this guarantee, a warranty deed can save both parties from potential future property disputes and costly legal battles.

The importance of a warranty deed in preventing property disputes cannot be overstated. Property disputes can be time-consuming, expensive, and emotionally draining for all parties involved. They can also lead to a loss of property value and hinder the ability to sell or refinance the property in the future. By using a warranty deed, both the grantor and grantee can have peace of mind knowing that the property’s title is clear and that any potential disputes will be handled by the grantor.

US Declassifies COVID-19 Origins Report

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence finally released a government report on the origins of COVID-19 on Friday. The chairs of the House Intelligence and Coronavirus Pandemic committees say the report lends credence to the theory that the virus may have originated in a laboratory in Wuhan, China.

Congress passed legislation earlier this year mandating the declassification of information related to potential connections between the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) and the origins of the pandemic.

The declassified report provides insight into the activities of the WIV before the pandemic and presents the Intelligence Community’s (IC) understanding of the origins of COVID-19. However, it does not definitively determine the source of the virus.

“All agencies continue to assess that both a natural and laboratory-associated origin remain plausible hypotheses to explain the first human infection,” the 10-page declassified report states (pdf).

CDC Director Concerned About ‘Breakthrough’ Cases Weeks After COVID Vaccine Rollout: Email

The director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and several other top officials knew in early 2021 that vaccinated people were becoming infected with COVID-19, according to an email obtained by The Epoch Times.

CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky told colleagues in the Jan. 30, 2021, missive that she had spoken with Dr. Francis Collins that morning “and one of the issues we discussed was that of vaccine breakthroughs.”

“Breakthrough” refers to vaccinated people becoming infected.

“This is clearly and [sic] important area of study and was specifically called out this week here,” Walensky said, providing a link to an editorial in the Journal of the American Medical Association.

Contaminated COVID Products and Green Monkey Virus

Microbiologist Kevin McKernan and his team recently discovered simian virus 40 (SV40) promoters in Pfizer’s and Moderna’s bivalent mRNA COVID shots

SV40 have long been suspected of causing cancer in humans

DNA contaminants may have the ability to alter the human genome. One of Pfizer’s vials also had an SV40 promoter with a nuclear localization sequence (NLS), a 72 base pair insertion that makes the promoter “much more aggressive and also drives the sequence into the nucleus” of the cell

DNA contamination is a warning sign that endotoxin, which causes anaphylaxis when injected, may be present

A cinnamycin-resistant gene is also included in the sequencing vector, and it’s unclear if or how this might impact human health. In a worst case scenario, it could make your microbiome resistant to antibiotics

TST DEMANDS TEXAS RECOGNIZE RELIGIOUS RIGHT TO PERFORM ABORTION POST-ROE

TST has petitioned the state of Texas to allow Satanic Temple members the ability to continue receiving voluntary abortions as part of a religious ritual. Texas’s trigger ban on abortions took effect after the reversal of Roe v. Wade, which prohibited all abortions for any reason, including instances of rape or incest. TST claims that this ban infringes upon its members’ right to practice their religion and requests Texas recognize its members’ religious rights.

On September 1, 2021, Texas passed S.B. 8, which prohibited anyone from getting an abortion after a detectable fetal tone. The law also allows citizens to sue people who obtained, performed, or helped to perform an abortion. TST filed a lawsuit against Texas, stating that this law prohibits TST members from performing a religious ritual to remove nonviable fetal tissue up to 24 weeks of pregnancy.

This motion was made prior to the reversal of Roe v. Wade in late June 2022. After the Supreme Court ruling, Texas enforced its“trigger ban” on abortions, whereby abortion procedures became illegal within Texas state lines. TST is requesting an immediate injunction because the law inhibits TST members’ ability to practice their religion freely.

UN Certified ‘Expert’: Religious Communities Must Yield To LGBT Demands

A U.N.-certified “expert” on sexual orientation and gender identity declared Wednesday that religious communities must yield to the demands of LGBT persons to avoid charges of violence and discrimination.

Freedom of religion or belief need not be incompatible with equality for LGBT persons, Victor Madrigal-Borloz asserted in his address to the U.N. Human Rights Council in Geneva, as long as religious groups accept the claims of gay and transgender persons.

Religious narratives clashing with the beliefs and lifestyle choices of LGBT persons, however, are “beyond the scope of the right freedom of religion or belief,” said Madrigal-Borloz, dubbed by the U.N. “the Independent Expert on protection against violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.”

Predictably, the U.N. Council did not call on an expert in religious freedom to offer a counterpoint to the position of Madrigal-Borloz.

Elton John Singles Out Anti-Grooming Laws as Why He’s Done Performing in the US

As his farewell tour wraps up, pop singer Elton John said he has no plans to perform again in the United States due to the country’s “growing swell of anger and homophobia.”

That’s according to what the “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road” musician said in an interview he gave Radio Times, where he noted what he described as a growing number of anti-grooming laws being passed in states, including Florida, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, North Dakota, and South Dakota. He specifically singled out Florida’s laws, calling them “disgraceful.”

John, 76, who has been a fixture in the cultural lives of both Brits and Americans since the 1970s with his string of top 10 hits, which are still played over the radio airwaves today, had plenty to say on the topic.

“It’s all going pear-shaped in America,” John told Radio Times, as written about in a piece in The New York Times. “We seem to be going backwards. And that spreads. It’s like a virus that the LGBTQ+ movement is suffering.”
