Report: Socialist Venezuela Trafficking Up to $8.7 Billion Worth of Cocaine

From Breitbart -A judge allowed two polling locations in Louisville, Kentucky, to stay open longer on Tuesday after reported disruptions from a gas leak and a police pursuit.
“Circuit Court Judge Brian Edwards granted the county’s request to leave the polling locations at Blue Lick Elementary School and Highland Baptist Church open for an extra 30 minutes,” according to WDRB.
Pennsylvania county promises accurate tally after clerical error appears to flip votes for judges
From AP – A voting machine company’s clerical error caused votes in an eastern Pennsylvania county to appear to be flipped on a ballot question that asked whether a pair of incumbent state appeals judges should be retained, officials said Tuesday.
Voters were asked to decide whether Pennsylvania Superior Court Judges Jack Panella and Victor Stabile should be retained for additional 10-year terms. The “yes” or “no” votes for each judge were switched on a summary displayed to voters before they cast their ballot, said Charles Dertinger, the Northampton County director of administration. If a voter marked “yes” to retain Panella and “no” on Stabile, for example, it was reflected as “no” on Panella and “yes” on Stabile.
Voters noticed the error on the printed voting records produced by the touchscreen machines, and brought it to the attention of poll workers shortly after the start of voting Tuesday morning.

According to Lehigh Valley News, a local publication, the county’s ES&S ExpressVote XL machines experienced programming errors that caused votes to flip.
Pa. Secretary of State reports election went smoothly except for two isolated issues
From Penn Live – The issue only occurred in cases where voters in that county chose “yes” for one judicial candidate and “no” for the other. The glitch was discovered when voters found the printed record of their votes displayed on a touchscreen had reversed their selection on the questions.
However, Schmidt said he was told by county officials the vote tabulation on the machines accurately recorded votes.
“The voting system vendor [Election Systems & Software] has taken responsibility for the clerical labeling error,” Schmidt said. He added the department intends to follow up with the county and the vendor to determine why the error wasn’t identified prior to the election.
“It’s important that the county and the vendor continue to be transparent after the election so that voters have confidence that a similar error would not occur in the future,” Schmidt said. “We will engage with the county on this and determine if there’s anything we should do at the Department of State to assist our county partners in making sure that errors like this don’t occur even if it doesn’t affect a single vote.”

From The Epoch Times – U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan extended a motions deadline in the case special counsel Jack Smith is prosecuting against former President Donald Trump, striking a compromise between the two parties.
President Trump’s team has been after substantial amounts of government material, including “missing” Jan. 6 Select Committee documents, in an effort to investigate the 2020 elections while exonerating the former president. He has been charged with interfering with the 2020 elections through “deceit,” resulting in a four-count indictment to which he has pleaded not guilty. In recent filings, it was revealed that the prosecution has not been completely forthcoming with producing discovery.
The defense requested a brief deadline extension to file motions to compel, and a longer extension—to February 2024—for the deadline to subpoena.
Jack Smith Pushes Back on Trump Motion to Dismiss Election Case
From The Epoch Times – Special counsel Jack Smith’s team of prosecutors filed a response to former President Donald Trump’s attempts to dismiss his federal Jan. 6 case, signaling that certain statements that the former president made after the Jan. 6 Capitol breach would be used against him during the trial next year.
In a lengthy court filing on Monday, federal prosecutors alleged that President Trump praised some of the individuals who were later charged in connection to the Jan. 6 breach for a choir version of the U.S. national anthem at a Texas rally.
“Of the January 6 Choir, the defendant told the crowd, ‘[O]ur people love those people, they love those people’,” prosecutors wrote. “In the years since January 6, despite his knowledge of the violent actions at the Capitol, the defendant has publicly praised and defended rioters and their conduct,” they added.
Trump Requests Brief Extension in Battle for Documents With DOJ
From The Epoch Times – Attorneys for former President Donald Trump are requesting a brief extension to file pretrial motions for discovery and subpoenas in the federal case accusing him of interfering with the 2020 elections, arguing that the special counsel’s office has not been as forthcoming as it claims.
The requested extension is for a Nov. 17 deadline to file such motions, though further deadline changes to the trial may yet be requested as President Trump’s team seeks to obtain more evidence related to the 2020 elections, if the special counsel’s office is reluctant to produce them.
Before the new response was filed on Monday, the defense made sent two “extensive letters” requesting documents from the prosecution that they had not produced during discovery on Oct. 15 and Oct. 23. The prosecution sent a one-page response to the first letter and did not reply to the second while the deadline for motions loomed overhead. In turn, the defense filed a motion to extend the deadline on Nov. 1.
IRS Accused of Revenge-Targeting Conservative Group That Exposed Biden Admin Nominees

The IRS has requested extensive documents from AAF, including all external communications related to its activities.

Virginia governor declares state of emergency as crews battle wildfires

The Virginia governor, Glenn Youngkin, declared a state of emergency on Tuesday as firefighters responded to two wildfires amid dry conditions and high winds.
The declaration allows Virginia to mobilize additional resources, staff and equipment to help with the response, the governor’s office said in a news release. The operation involves the Virginia national guard, the department of forestry, the department of emergency management and other agencies.
The Quaker Run fire in Madison county and the Tuggles Gap fire in Patrick county broke containment lines over the weekend, and officials said additional resources are required to contain these fires and respond to any additional fires.
Virginia’s fall fire season runs through 30 November, but officials said drought conditions have made these fires challenging to contain.

Bloomberg: U.S. Debt Interest Bill Soars Past $1 Trillion a Year
From Breitbart -The combination of high levels of debt and higher interest rates has pushed the annualized interest cost of government debt past $1 trillion, an analysis from Bloomberg showed Tuesday.
This amounts to a doubling of interest costs over the past 19 months, according to Bloomberg. It is the equivalent of 15.9 percent of the Federal budget for fiscal year 2022.
Bloomberg reports:The worsening metrics may reignite debate about the US fiscal path amid heavy borrowing from Washington. That dynamic has already helped drive up bond yields, threatened the return of the so-called bond vigilantes and led Fitch Ratings to downgrade US government debt in August.
“There will be further increases to Treasury coupon auctions and T-bills outstanding going forward,” Bloomberg Intelligence strategists Ira Jersey and Will Hoffman wrote in a research note. “Besides deficits of over $2 trillion in the foreseeable future, climbing maturities following the increase of issuance from March 2020 will also need to be refinanced.”
The Congressional Budget Office estimates that the cumulative deficit for the 2024–2033 period will total $20.2 trillion, or 6.1 percent of GDP. Deficits are expected to be at least 5.5 percent of GDP every year for the coming decade. Since 1973, the federal government budget deficit has averaged 3.6 percent of GDP.
Credit Card Debt Rises To Record $1.08 Trillion
From Breitbart -The explosive third quarter growth was partly fueled by a large increase in credit card balances, a report from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Household debt rose to $17.3 trillion in the third quarter of the year, an increase of $228 billion from the last quarter, the New York Fed said.
Credit card balances rose by $48 billion to $1.08 trillion. Student loan balances rose to $1.6 trillion. Mortgage debt rose to $12.4 trillion.
Auto loan balances rose to $1.6 trillion.
Loan delinquencies were up for most debt types except student loans.
“Credit card balances experienced a large jump in the third quarter, consistent with strong consumer spending and real GDP growth,” said Donghoon Lee, Economic Research Advisor at the New York Fed. “The continued rise in credit card delinquency rates is broad-based across area income and region, but particularly pronounced among millennials and those with auto loans or student loans.”
Nolte: Hollywood Trembles as Dish Network Loses Another 64K Subscribers
From Breitbart -The Dish Network lost 64,000 subscribers in the third quarter after losing 294,000 in the second quarter.
This matters.
This matters mucho.
Overall, Dish lost 181,000 satellite subscribers, but it picked up 117,000 Sling TV subscribers. Sling TV is basically Dish in a streaming form. My math says that’s a net loss of 64,000, but I went to public schools and can, therefore, never be sure of my math.
But all the numbers for Dish/Sling are bad…
In the third quarter of 2022, Sling added 214,000 subscribers. This quarter, it was just 117,000. Sling TV currently has only 2.12 million subscribers.
In the third quarter of 2022, Dish added 30,000 subscribers. This quarter, Dish lost 184,000. Dish TV currently has only 8.84 million subscribers, down from 10.02 million last year and 11 million in 2021.
The reason this matters is because this sort of Pay TV, where suckers like you pay a ton of money for a ton of channels you never watch (whether it’s cable TV, satellite TV, or streaming cable such as Sling or DirecTV+), has served as a lucrative affirmative action program for left-wing Hollywood for decades. This affirmative action is something Breitbart News reported on as an inevitability going back more than ten years. I laid it all out in detail here.
The bottom line is this…
Without the affirmative action of pay TV, without tens of millions of gullible Americans paying $150 a month for dozens of TV networks they never watch (CNN, MSNBC, Comedy Central, MTV, etc.), Hollywood will be forced to once again operate on merit. Merit means attracting subscribers to streaming outlets. It means people paying directly for content they want to watch. Cable/satellite/pay TV ended merit. Idiots like me spent a ton of money for channels I never watched, which allowed Hollywood to produce left-wing content without paying the penalty of losing customers. What do I care if CNN is putting a hit out on Trump supporters when I got my Fox News and Turner Classic Movies!?
Well, you should care a lot when CNN is subsidized through your cable bill, which is the only reason that hate network with no viewers is still operating.

They say it’s to detect disease, but if that’s the case, why do some states try to keep the DNA samples taken during these procedures and store them for decades without ever telling the parents?
Some parents are wising up and going on the offensive.
A lawsuit has been filed by the Institute for Justice over a state program in New Jersey that has been obtaining and secretly holding onto blood from newborn babies.
The Institute for Justice explained in a press release it is representing two sets of parents in the case.
The state claims it can use the DNA from the babies’ blood samples for any reason without informed consent from parents.
The case charges that state law in New Jersey demands that when babies are born, blood be taken and tested for various diseases. This same demand exists in all states.
But, according to the attorneys representing the parents, what makes New Jersey different is that, “after the testing is over, New Jersey’s Department of Health keeps the leftover blood for 23 years. The state does not ask parents for their consent to keep their babies’ blood, failing to even inform parents that it will hold on to the residual blood. The only way parents could learn about such retention is by proactively looking it up on one of the third-party websites listed on the bottom of the card they’re given after the blood draw.
“And, once the state has the blood, it can use it however it wishes, including selling it to third parties, giving it to police without a warrant, or even selling it to the Pentagon to create a registry—as previously happened in Texas.” (emphasis mine)
That bit about selling it to the Pentagon “to create a registry” jumped out at me.
It’s a documented fact that part of United Nations Agenda 2030 is to create a birth registry for all people. Look it up.

SFist reports that an electric Google commuter bus lost power in San Francisco, barreling into several parked cars near the intersection of Castro Street and 20th Street. Eyewitnesses took to social media to document the aftermath of the incident, which saw at least four vehicles sustaining major damage.
The incident unfolded around 8:45 a.m. on Monday, as the Google bus reportedly lost power while navigating the steep incline of Castro street’s hill, causing it to roll backward and collide with the cars. A video posted online showed the startling aftermath, with one local resident recounting, “A Google bus lost its power while going up the hill and rolled back, hitting 9 cars this morning outside of my place.”

When complete, another 625 people will work on the campus, nearly tripling an employee count that currently stands at roughly 350.
The factory has grown significantly since SIG Sauer moved its small operation in Eubank, KY, to Jacksonville in 2016. The staff count when it opened in Arkansas was only 50. Five years later the company invested $12 million to expand operations, adding another 210 people to the team.

The lead author of the study, molecular virologist David Speicher, who has a doctorate in virology, told The Epoch Times that their study is “the largest study” on residual DNA in COVID-19 vaccines to date.
“In our study, we measured DNA copies of spike, ori (origin of replication), and SV40 enhancer genes,” he told The Epoch Times. “The loads of SV40 enhancer-promoter, ori, and virus spike in Pfizer are up to 186 billion copies per dose.”

House Votes to Censure Rashida Tlaib over Anti-Israel Comments

The vote to censure Tlaib tallied 234 – 188. Only 22 Democrats joined with 212 Republicans, while only four Republicans voted against the measure, with another four voting present.

According to the Nov. 6 report, the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the Global Engagement Center—an agency within the Bureau of Global Public Affairs at the State Department—coordinated with Stanford University and other colleges to create what was known as the “Election Integrity Partnership” (EIP) in 2020 to “provide a way for the federal government to launder its censorship activities in hopes of bypassing both the First Amendment and public scrutiny.”

A former Maryland teacher allegedly engaged in sex acts with an underage middle school student, according to police, who said there could be more victims.
Melissa Marie Curtis, who’s now 31, was a teacher in Montgomery Village Middle School in Montgomery County, Maryland, when the alleged abuse happened in 2015, according to police.
It allegedly continued for “several months” when Curtis was 22, police said.
The victim, who’s now an adult, came forward in early October, which sparked an investigation into the former teacher.
